I think the only downside is some of the widgets are just very limited. The one example I can think of right now is the hero carousel. So, with that being said, I could not get signed into my account due to the two-factor authentication. So, I tried multiple times to get support to help me. Now, due to me only having the starter package, they would not support me on the phone, so this was done through email. Unfortunately, they could not understand that I was offline and could not log into my account. The support agents, as well as the agreements or subscription agent, kept telling me in order for them to help I needed to log in and create a support ticket.
