I am resolving online banking problems for customer. It could be zelle, bill pay, online wires, and other online related topics. I am helping our customers with online navigational steps, sometimes also detecting when the system is down or experiencing issues. I am able to see the errors customer gets, I am able to see the problems customers are running into, also I can see settings like if the customer screen is too zoomed in that can cause issues as well. I am using free version of it because I felt its expensive. For 10k session, it cost $350/month or $3500/year which could be expensive for early stage startups.

Maybe if logrocket team can increase the quota on free tier from 1000 session/month to 2000 session, that would be awesome for an early stage startup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are still building our product and sometimes there are bugs which is not visible to our testing or development team and in that case if some external or internal user reports an issue, we simply go to logrocket, play the session of that user and Boom! we caught the bug.

Session replay is also helping us to understand user bahavior on our app.

Bug Error with Data Blending:

Occasionally, when blending data in a table, a bug displays "RESERVED_TOTAL" in a dimension, causing other rows to disappear.

Quota Error:

At times, data tables or metrics show a "Quota Error," causing data to stop displaying.

A quick refresh often resolves the issue, and the data reappears.

Data Blending Limitation:

Looker Studio allows merging or blending a maximum of five tables or datasets into a single table. Blending more than five tables is not supported.

Unknown Errors:

Occasionally, an unknown error occurs, preventing data from displaying. However, refreshing the page generally resolves the issue and restores the data.

There's a lot of "N/A" on certain reporting analytics, but that is pretty understandable. Being very picky here, but I think when looking at data over a year or more, the program lacks on the reporting. That being said, I don't think Meta or LinkedIn keep much data past a year, so pretty understandable. I would really enjoy more updates, and definitely try to have more tracker ablilites on LinkedIn. That was a huge loss for us. Customer support is lacking, with the FEW issues we've had, it's hard to get in contact with one account manager, and they seem to change out frequently. I've found Delve.ai an invaluable part of my tech stack for business strategy and growth. I speak to and train business owners all over the world, and I often refer to Delve.ai as a tool all business owners should be using in a digital-first world. For my organization and my clients and community members, it helps us understand our historical data and turns that data into visual pictures we can then act on. Another exciting feature is, since we are a B2B business, it let's know who the leads are that are visiting our site and classifies those leads as potential business clients, partners/competitors, government and educational organizations and more. I feel that there are areas where I could improve even more. For example, sometimes the interface could be more intuitive for new users, and certain integrations could be optimized to work faster. There appears to be a gap in e-commerce tracking capabilities within microanalytics. It gives fundamental traffic analytics but lacks elaborate conversion metrics and contrast measurements for user behavior inside the cart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't really have any issues with Usermaven. There are features that I haven't configured but that is mainly due to me not digging into the documentation and learning what I can do. I wasn't happy with the path and complexity of GA and was using a simpler tool, Clicky. Usermaven provided both ease of use and lots of features. We have found flows where users get stuck in performing particular actions and failing, resulting in drop offs. Thanks to the realtime function of session replay, we have been able to spot issues immediately, and also resolving issues which we could not reproduce on our end. The dev tools in the session replay allow us to monitor certain errors that arise on the fly as well. I have used other tracking platform like trackier, offer18 etc but compate to this Affise is most trusted service provider and also it's ease of use. We can track most of the activities like CR, Conversions and revenue earning. Also, we have automation tools that make work very easy. Also any problems with tracking we can solve by taking help of affise support. Silktide runs automated scans that provide us with a number of accessibility issues we would otherwise have to get a full-time employee to monitor. It saves us money, time, and effort.
