One thing I find a bit inconvenient is that when you delete something, you need to contact the team to retrieve it. While it’s not a struggle since they respond quickly and it’s easy to reach out, I would really appreciate having an option to store deleted items in a folder. This way, if I need to recover something, I can do it myself without having to contact anyone, and it could be automatically deleted after a month. That would be so helpful! I like all its features although there is still room to grow. for example you ahve the ability to add a video from internet to your own video but maybe you want to zoom in or zoom out, you don't have that option. One thing I dislike about Animaker is that the platform can occasionally be laggy, especially when working on longer videos or more complex projects. Downsides can be training and overall understanding for new users. Making Bynder training videos that can easily be found would be a great way to resolve this problem.

Some organization features of collections and templates could be improved, and then some studio features could be improved as well. Dual approvals would be nice or group approvals as well. But Bynder seems to be growing quickly and adding new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I lead the design team and in the past we were paying our creatives to just change dates and times on promotional materials. That's not really creative work, that's admin work. Now, with Bynder, the creative team can create promotions, pass the detail work over to our other teams and they can add the details specific to their date, time or location. As our organization is growing and adding new locations, Bynder has allowed us to scale like never before and keeps our teams doing the things they were hired to do. It also reduces the amount of staff needed each time we open a new location, so it's cost effectiveness has been essential to bringing new locations to market without spending a fortune.

It is an excellently organized DAM that makes it easy for us to create and maintain catalogs that are clear to our users. There's not much wrong with Dash in terms of functionality and features, the biggest down side is the price. It has a reasonable ROI if used with care in terms of the range and quality of assets you upload, but do not look at this as a file storage system - more than a few gigabytes and you're talking $100's per month. Async meetings and updates. Looms are so quick to quickly film and send to somebody that you can't connect with in that moment. As we evolve, the need for cross-training has come to be an issue. This makes that seamless, as we no longer need to schedule between individuals to accomodate. The pricing, as a single parent of 4 boys, trying to overcome severe health issues & economic stress of loosing everything. Speed of locating assets, ability to preview almost any file type without having to have dedicated software native on a local machine, there is even web-based editing software. Organization of assets. AI generated Keyword population. Lower interaction between departments for content as team members get used to looking on the DAM (PIC.IO) first and just doing a quick query before sending an email or making a phone call as they have the same access as we do for finding such an asset. We can control access for internal users by providing access to different folders, and we can even share with external users without losing access control. I miss more ways to search your images easily; for example filtering with/without people, landscape/portrait format etc. It could be an AI scanning the database to propose obvious ways to filter the images. Tagging System: Automatic tagging feature can be less effective, sometimes generating irrelevant tags that don't align with our needs.

Search Functionality: Search is not effective to use when our users are uncertain about an asset's location or title, making it difficult to retrieve assets.

Integration Limitations: Very limited integrations. Every asset has to be downloaded.

There’s honestly not much to dislike about Plytix; it's challenging to find any significant drawbacks, as the platform performs well across the board.
