The only down side I can see is that people stayed so engaged with the app they may not have been paying as much attention to the presenters! Good thing the app had places to ask questions from each session so people had to engage!

Maybe fewer emails and texts, but really, I didn't feel spammed as most of these type things usually do. Keep the emails and texts specifically relevant based on what the attendee engages with and you will hear zero complaints from me!!

Registration, number of attendees and inventory count, organization, material overload, networking, logistical issues. It benefits me because I am able to focus my attention on the conference at hand and not "where is the bathroom" type stuff. 1. Their customer support is not super great but helpful eventually after a decent waiting time which I think should be improved in certain areas.

2.Users should be able to see all notes linked to a task without needing to open each one individually, but Monday.com currently lacks this capability, which can impact workflow efficiency. WebEx Events is solving our need of having one location where our users can access all the information needed for our conference. Speaker information, posters, program at a glance, exhibits and sponsor information are all in one conventient place! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes too much choice is not such a good thing. The number and variety of options for depiction of all of the virtual spaces and options for using the features can be a bit overwhelming (we are a small board of volunteers trying to manage this). We have a geographically dispersed membership, so it's difficult to get member participation for in-person events. This is a largely volunteer organization, so there's no budget for travel, either. With vFairs we can reach our entire membership for virtual events, provide content and activities that they value, and do so at a reasonable cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Still having an issue with properly setting up a trigger for an Oil change. Ideally we would like to setup a trigger for 5k miles from last oil change or 6 months. So far, we have only been able to setup a 5,000 mile trigger, but that trigger immediately iterates to the next 5,000 miles for the next trigger. SO if the driver comes in 500 miles late, his next trigger will occur in 4500 miles. Hopefully the new automation engine coming next month will solve this and more. Currenlty we are using the different products for Product Develoment and planning, kanban board, Team Collaboration, Task Management. Where now click up brought all the features built in one place where all these things sync together and help the user to have better experience. One down side to Swoogo is finding external support for it if you do not have a in house expert or require custom designs. However, Swoogo has released certification classes that can help you improve your skills. Ultimately, you may need some web design/developer skills to fully unlock it's potential. We have been building out an event practice internally which makes use of Swoogo outside of it's intended use as our Conference registration platform. 1-When you go to regfox to login, it opens another page for webconnex...however when that times out, it never remembers my login or password? So then I have to go back to regfox to then get back into webconnex...it's a little junkie?

2-When you login it sends you to your pages page...if you click on something and need to go back to where you started, most people think its dashboard and not pages...even if you know its pages and not dashboard, you can't just click pages...it brings up a drop down menue for you to click on all pages...again, nothing big just a little junkie :) thx Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When personnel takes care of requests it is good. The platform is very specific and thorough in the information it asks for in order for the task to be tended to and taken care. However, though I have not tried to see, does Akita Box have an app? If there is an issue, we usually scan the QR code and input the information. However, sometimes, an issue arises where persons may not be close to a QR code to input information that is needed. Also, when a person veers off the site to maybe answer their phone, when returning back to the sight, the information that was input is now gone and it is hard to retrieve. Some of my team members are not as tech-savvy as others and can find the many features overwhelming. Once you're familiar with all of the options, it's easy to find what you need but it can take time to learn all of the caveats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the biggest issues we had was communication. With Cvent, we're able to reach out to people with pertinent info about their event, promotions for their visit, or general insight to the conference. We also appreciate that after the conclusion of the conference, we can ask for their feedback and use that to make our event better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing is unhelpful or a real “downside” that I have found but …

Table seating map option: be able click and grab a bunch of tables at once it so that you could populate say, 100 tables, with quick copy and paste. Like you can with rows.

Have it so the table numbers, and rows and seat numbers, show up on the map for the ticket buyer . As it it now you hover to see what table, or row/seat you have selected and if you navigate a way and want to come back you have to search again rather than see the information right on the map.

When adding a header to the design page, it’d be nice if we could choose a colour for that text. (Perhaps you can and I'm missing something) ;-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At this point, I honestly don't have any negative feedback about Limble CMMS. We're transitioning from ManagerPlus, and the difference is night and day—Limble has been a much smoother and more efficient system for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Limble is helping us solve several problems. Our Preventative Maintenance (PM) program never got off the ground due to issues with ManagerPlus, but Limble has made it possible to finally get that in place. It's also addressing our inventory issues and providing the accurate reporting that we were lacking before. These improvements have made our operations more efficient and streamlined. While we believe that the Pro package is an excellent deal for our application, we felt like the real cost of the product is not transparent until some commitment is already made by the user. We initially misunderstood what was available through the free version, and some customers might be put off by this ambiguity.

This product enabled our non-profit to quickly build websites for events that included the ability to register and purchase tickets online. There is a seamless integration with Stripe, which facilitates the transfer of funds and eliminates the need to pruchase other products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When working with the API, when I have a question, it takes a couple of days for technical questions to be answered.

So far, I am bit disappointed by their paid promotion. I have purchased the basic promotion for my Tarot and Astrology Event, where I can get some 1:1 bookings. I prolonged it for two months, so I am waiting and being patient. However, It has been two weeks and still not one booking. I know my prices are not expensive, compared to market. I cannot grow without marketing, so I am a bit disappointed so far, simply because they were very positive about ticket sales and their promo system and how well results were received by customers.

The system replaces our outdated manual sign-in process, ensuring visitors sign off on safety and GMP documents efficiently while securely storing their information. Automatic host notifications enhance communication, and the user-friendly interface simplifies use for everyone who frequently hosts visitors, contractors, and auditors. At our warehouse entrances, iLobby facilitates the seamless signing in of drivers and records critical details like trailer numbers, pickup numbers, reefer setpoints, and ETAs. The warehouse notifications are particularly helpful for driver check-ins. Additionally, pulling reports for auditing purposes is effortless. The new session check in feature within SpotMe was a great solution for our event. We had to check in 200+ people in 15 minutes - AND an unexpected rainstorm caused us to have to quickly move our registration. This would have been far messier and more diffucult using other check in methods. We were able to move our check in staff and QR code signs into the etnry of our rain space within a minute and witrhout disruption to our event.
