I'm grateful for a dedicated support team to guide me through the mobile app/webapp milestones. I look to them for their expert advice on the capabilities of the program as well as their willingness to address the specific needs of my organization with regards to the app. So far, we've been happy with the WebEx events and the ease with which our attendees/users can download and utilize all that the app has to offer for our Convention. Monday.com provides visual dashboards that provide a clear overview of tasks, deadlines, and progress, ensuring everyone stays aligned. I can easily check on progress on a project without having to wait for an update from the Project Manager. I can quickly view our accounts payable, pull up invoices and problem solve with our customers, again without having to wait for input from acccounting. I received the usual reminders about the upcoming conference and did not pay much attention - then I got the invitation to download the Whova app - and I was taken engaged right away! Once I created my profile, I was able to navigate around and find places to upload suggestions for local restaurants and hangouts for conference attendees from out of town. I was able to look through suggestions on engaging, list my contact information, review the people that would be attending the conference, and group myself according to what would bring value to my experience.

I have to say, being first on the leaderboard was a rush! I knew once more people engaged it wouldn't last, but I enjoyed the competition! It was fun to see who the real competitive people were - lol! It was really useful to know in advance who was attending so I could make sure to catch them in person. Being able to send a quick "hello" through the app made it possible to do so because they were looking for me as well.

Being able to create my own personal agenda and NOT have to keep up with a hard copy - that was wonderful! The shuffling of books, papers, and materials has always distracted me but this way all I had to keep up with was my phone. That was worth it by itself!

It was nice to be able to exchange contact information through the app because I did not get to speak to everyone and it gave me a chance to reach out to them anyway. Plus, when I got back to my office I didn't have to figure out which card went with which person because the app showed me their face. I am terrible with remembering faces with names and this was better than a cheat sheet!

Being able to set meet-ups and giving people the anonymity to decide if they were interested helped similar interests find each other.

The lost and found, the photos, logistics!!! Oh my! There was nothing bad about it. The convenience, the organization, the networking, the ability to disperse prizes - the ease of use and understanding - probably made it one of the best conferences I have attended (and I have attended 100's). I got so much more from the experience because I did not have to concern myself with the nuts and bolts of the conference. I set my own agenda, created my own relevant connections, and kept up with contacts afterward. I have already suggested it to several colleagues and will definitely be using it if I ever organize a conference myself!

We really needed help adding some order to the chaos of our heavy workflow. Sticky notes and memory were not cutting it any more. MaintainX has been so helpful in tranistioning us from reactive to preventative with our many projects we have here on property. It's clearly a software made by people who understand what it takes to maintain a facility. As a new teacher on the block I found RegFox super easy to use for creating registration pages for my classes. It took me less than an hour to create my first page and then from then on it was streamlined to about 30 min for the next page. Yes, to "Copy" fuction! And that is with no previous exprerince in graphic design. The templates library, the drag and drop feature, the pages layout - all make it easy, practical and manageable for you to create a beautiful registration page that works really well. RegFox also offer email confimations and reminders, configurable waivers and much more. The registration page seamlessly blended with our website and I saved a decent amount of money by creating the page myself, instead of hiring a designer.

- It's flexible, meaning you can configure it how you need it to be, making it suitable for any team: technical teams like IT, marketing, creative teams etc.

- It has revolutionized the way our teams communicate and keep track of our work because now we're not using different systems to keep track of updates on campaigns and activities. We just log in daily (or rather hourly!) in ClickUp and check the updates directly on the task card.

- The support from the ClickUp team is fantastic. I love that they listen to their community and make tweaks and updates that we actually request. They have a features request page where you can make requests and upvote other people's requests and it's not just for show. A lot of the requests I've upvoted in the past have actually been implemented.

The platform was a big step in the right direction for our events program. Swoogo has provided all of the tools needed to organize and execute events, both big and small. I really enjoy how effectively you can create an awesome landing page in very little time, send out emails with ease, and the fantastic configurability. The platform is very easy to use, and implementation is a breeze. In addition, whenever I've had a question, the Swoogo team answers with friendly and fast service. It is so user-friendly and they have fantastic customer service! I couldn't find any other program that fit my needs that was as easy to use and affordable for our small school. I love the fact that I can save different formats to our theater and easily implement them into the ticket pages. It really is an amazing product. I have to say that I have been extremely impressed how easy it has been to create and manage my event using EventCreate. No need to watch long, drawn out tutorial videos to immediately begin implementating and using. Within an hour, my event website was posted for me to share with my prospective attendees to start signing up. EventCreate's partnership with Stripe made accepting payments easy to integrate and use. Limble is very flexible and customizable software that we can tailor to our specific site needs. What I love most about Limble is the coaching received from Customer Success Manager Ciro Cuellar. His approaching is very methodical and laid back training my team through the software and configuration stage. His knowledge is impeccable and knows the ins and outs of the system. Our facility was looking to replace the paper sign in process for our visitors and contractors so we decided to explore the option of utilizing iLobby. We like the digitilization of our visitor log book, each host is able to keep track of their visitors, and each visitor must review the site safety policies and sign off prior to entry. Overall, the technology behind this system provides everything that we have been looking for in terms of visitor and contractor sign in process and tracking of visitors. The customer service is next to none, with responses always resolving any questions or issues very quickly. I like the format of credits, and generally although a little confusing at first due to the different model, it is actually much simpler and more transparent than other services such as eventbrite or dice.

Integrations with mailchimp are fantastic for building your mailing list from ticket sales, and the donations option is extremely effective for making shows or tours more economical.

I used it for my year as President of Executive Women International. I like that it allows the creation of many different projects that can be customized such as creating tickets, table sales, peer-to-peer campaigns, and volunteer sign-ups lists.
