I’m missing the standard pivot table functionality I’m used to in Microsoft Excel. I’ve also noticed what seems to be a limit when selecting more than 500 lines, which makes it harder to work with larger datasets. Monday Work management has really enabled our team to stop relying on multiple Excel sheets and bring all of our workflows into one place, where every team member has the option to edit and contribute. We frequently gather information that we need multiple people to be able to access and because of Jotform, we are able to do this quickly and efficiently and in a way that is simple for everyone. Jotform streamlines a lot of of processes including audition forms and gathering surveys and interviews from cast members. Having the ability to ask for file uploads for videos, photos, and documents is incredibally valuable so that we have all of the data in one place. And being able to allow people to schedule appointments is amazing - especially because the sign up/schedule feature is endlessly flexible and customizable. The main dislike is the import/export functionality. Exporting big data (Agenda, Attendees, Sessions) as CSV creates many issues, especially on Windows (language issue or ","";"issue). Switching to XLSX format would be a significant improvement. Additionally, exported files are not readily importable, as the headers between export and import processes are inconsistent and require substantial manual changes.

The second weak point is mobile management. While the core backend is strong, the administrative app is limited, offering little more than check-in features. Since the main backend page isn't mobile-responsive, event managers are essentially required to have a PC during the event for full control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have no complaints about Whova. It has consistently provided excellent service during the last 3 Conferences/Trade show I attended. My only "negative" would be on us and not MaintainX. The system is originally designed for PM at a facility. We are using it for both PM and Reactive; and at this point we have WAY more reactive.

I've gone from 4-5 different spreadsheets, calendars and systems to now 2 to run our service department. It's been a tremendous aid with scheduling, making procedures, achiving manuals for machines. It's been a great asset in the few months that we've been using it.

At times, navigating the backend can be confusing. Because there are a lot of pieces and parts, it can be hard to find exactly where everything is and what all the categories and other options mean, i.e., how to best use them and how they could make the user experience better. We have an annual user conference with attendees from all over the United States. Webex Events is the platform we use for registration and when attendees are on-site. It's a great way to get pertinent information (and not so pertinent information) to all attendees. There are not any features that we are missing. The group registration can be refined a bit but that is about it. It is still very functional. Also, it would be nice to have a seamless integration with ThoughtSpot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We run a couple main events every year and we needed a simple event management tool to run these events. The events range from 200 to 1000 attendees. Sometimes the recommendations don’t feel specific enough, and my event ends up listed alongside things that aren’t really family-oriented. It can also take a little time for a new event to start appearing in searches or recommendations.

Eventbrite makes it much easier to attract the right crowd without spending hours marketing on different platforms. It helps families in my area actually discover my festival, which leads to better attendance and community engagement.

With the challenges of the pandemic in 2020 for the event industry, Regfox was on the cutting edge offering an affordable solution to offer virtual events immediately which allowed us to still have our event when so many others had to cancel. For us, we already had registration running for about 5 months for our in-person event and it truly was a simple click of a button to make our form "virtual ready" which turned on the attendees virtual dashboard as well.

A big problem we orginally had when switching to virtual was restricting attendees from sharing their access codes to their dashboards (which hosts the event content) with others. Branding and flexibility! Many other event platforms offer 'off-the-shelf' packages with a standard, minimal look and feel. Gther emphasises that 'you use the tools you want' and can customise registration sites, portals and apps. This betters the attendee's experience and in turn provides a better brand impression. As a Graphic Designer, In the past proofing with my major clients was done via email, and I creating hand written lists and manually inputting deadlines into my Apple Calendar, as well as manually tracking time on jobs. With Click Up, everything is in one place, my clients can be users and create tasks, deadlines and input copy and elements for the jobs - with deadlines automatically added and synced to my calendar when they input a date. Some advanced customization can require additional time, especially for more complex events. Expanding flexibility around reporting and deeper integration with enterprise systems would add value. I use Eventify to centralize management and streamline our company events, reducing operational complaints and improving coordination, visibility, and decision-making. We host multiple events, ranging from 15 attendees in a hands-on workshop to a full-on festival with over 300 attendees at times. The site is easy to use, the customer service and support is efficient and friendly, and the personalization within the ticketing platform lets you stand out. The costs/fees are competitive – I know this is one part of my business where I feel I pay a fair price for the benefits I receive. The only thing I wish they had was the ability to have more than one user per account. We have multiple people that access our platform and I wish we had the ability to have unique user names for each person instead with access limits of one blanket user that has all access. We now have greater access to and control over our reporting, which has made a noticeable difference. The platform is also much more user-friendly for our patrons. To fully utilize the data linking features with PMs, you need to set up assets and their relationships in a very specific manner. If this setup isn’t done properly, you might run into issues where any changes to PMs force you to manually re-establish all the data links, especially when a PM is intended to be associated with multiple assets.

The lack of GIS or mapping functionality also makes it challenging to manage certain assets, particularly when field workers are required to travel off-site.

This tool is helping us transition away from paper inspection reports for our quarterly and yearly inspections. I have encountered frequent updates from Accelevents, which I find difficult to keep up with. While the updates are announced, sometimes there are nuances that go unnoticed. I think most of it is covered, but what I suggest is that the automated flow on the next day event program needs some manual updation before the next day. Overall, our experience was excellent, but one small improvement would be adding extra iPad power cords to the on-site equipment shipment. During one event, a staff member accidentally tripped and broke the connector on a cord, leaving us short. While the equipment worked flawlessly otherwise, having a backup cord included would provide peace of mind and prevent any disruption.
