We found HROne as the simplest sofware to bring modernization and efficiency to the organisation. It hepls in managing all day to day tasks. We can easily assign asstes to employees. If any employee is facing any issue they can raise helpdesk ticket to concerned person. Background verification feature is also available. We can easily manage attendance and payroll through HROne. 1. Their customer support is not super great but helpful eventually after a decent waiting time which I think should be improved in certain areas.

2.Users should be able to see all notes linked to a task without needing to open each one individually, but Monday.com currently lacks this capability, which can impact workflow efficiency. I dislike that they charge $25 to make an International Bank Transfer, because I use Ontop Software and they only charge $3 to make the International Transfer Bank, which is more nicer to use it. Also the validation of the information takes Deel Support too long to validate, more than 48 working hours, and when you upload the pending documentation it takes 48 more working hours to know if the right documentation is valid or not. They really must put themselves in the customer's international shoes, and analyze the issues of not having an easy and fast way to withdrawn the money from their accounts to their local accounts. I can focus on working on by business vs the finer detail of learning payroll finances (one of my least fav topics as a small business owner). I love the topical intelligence on things like state by state manadatory requirements and best practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the AI chat support is great, it would be beneficial to have a phone support option for more complex issues if they arise. Additionally, for salaried employees, I'd love to see an option to track project time without needing to input breaks as a job code. This would be especially helpful for engineering project timekeeping. Although we've found a workaround, having this feature would enhance the platform's usability. Rippling is solving several key problems for us, primarily by streamlining and centralizing our HR processes. Currenlty we are using the different products for Product Develoment and planning, kanban board, Team Collaboration, Task Management. Where now click up brought all the features built in one place where all these things sync together and help the user to have better experience. I really have not found a downside with Connecteam yet. They are consantly updating and upgrading the platform, improving the different modules.

What I dislike about Hubstaff, it is hard to say that but one thing I dislike about it is its supervisor tool. I grate about the hub staff but it should be developed more for the supervisor tool as we needed to download the CSV files on a large scale sometimes as I needed to check the PTO of the employees and there is no supervisor tool to download it Apart from that, it is a great tool to use it. There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to point out one thing, it would be that the onboarding process could be a bit more streamlined. While the platform is user-friendly once set up, the initial steps required a little extra effort to navigate. However, the support team was helpful in addressing any questions along the way. Remote solves the problem of receiving timely, hassle-free payments from international clients, especially for contractors like me based in India. It ensures fast payments without the usual delays or complications related to currency conversions or tax issues. The thing I dislike the most about the app is some of the elements of the UI that I find a bit cumbersome to handle. One example of this is when trying to trade a shift with someone or attempting to manage company details in your profile. The problems that the app is solving is eliminating the need for reviewing a physical schedule of shifts that would otherwise be needed if my workplace didn't use UKG. It benefits me greatly by being able to see on a moment's notice what days I am working this month so I can quickly plan other things in my life accordingly. As JustWorks expands its offerings and increases our dependencies on it, we would love to see them expand into time management (for time tracking billable hours or even for cost accounting) and provide an insurance or business policy marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are only a couple things I have had issues with so far in using ADP, one of which has been Unemployment withholding percentage mixups and the other is reports. I believe the SUI mixups are more of a result on how Alaska presents the information because I also had issues with QB on the same thing last year. As far as the reports, I can find most of what I'm looking for but there are times I can't find exactly what I want, that was availble in my previous system. Android application and iOS application doesn't comes with all the functions which available in the website, which is downside for the user who use the keka in application.

We often need to reach out to HR for queries related to payslips, leave balances, or tax documents. Keka’s self-service portal allows employees to access this information directly and saving time for HR.

Keka’s analytics provide insights for user performance, turnover, attendance patterns, and more, aiding decision-making for workforce planning and because of automation it reduces human error in payroll and attendance calculations, ensuring compliance and minimizing errors. The downside to using Paylocity is the client support. Oftentimes, we are speaking to Reps at Paylocity that are ill-trained and cannot help to resolve the issue or question we are calling about. Furthermore, there have been times when following the Reps direction, has led to an incorrect result. I find a lot of times, I have to research fixes myself because the Rep simply does not know how to help. I have implemented 5 new companies in Paylocity and it is very stressful because a lot of stuff gets missed in the set-up and you have to be proactive and and reach out to Paylocity for what is missing in the new company set-up. Paylocity should be more supportive and thorough when assisting a client with any type of set-up in Paylocity. If you are new to Paylocity, you would not know if your set-up was complete and if it was not, there may be issues down the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is our go-to platform for all things HR, benefits and payroll. The products are great but the client support falls short, ofentimes not knowing how to solve a problem you have presented them with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I gave it a 8 out of 10 for two reasons. I never give a 10 because i believe there is always room to improve, and the 8 is because the transaction duration might be faster. I think if you have a UK Bank Account it goes faster, but with a EU Account, the whole process takes around 5 business days. Not to happy about that. I use Multiplier as a freelancer, however having my own company aswell and being in constant contact with the HR Department of the company i do freelance work for, i can say, that Multiplier makes it very easy for a company to work with freelancers. Monitask solves the issue of time sheets, time off requests, and overall tracking for our independent contractors located through out the world on multiple timezones in Central and South America.
