I had a little trouble lining to Xero for payroll. I would also like to customize the tasks view and save that view for the mobile app (you may be able to I just havent tried) The team really love this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest problem was tasking had to be done on location before the team arrived for work. Now we can schedule staff and tasks remotely wihtout having to be on location the night before. It also solves the problem of staff not knowing how their day looked before they got to work, now they can see what the tasks are and plan accordingley. The downside i found is it becomes really messy if you have to log in to the website as you have to look for specific canadian website otherwise it'll take you to US site, I really feel that customer support is not as much good as it was before with other provider as they have calling option but rippling does not provide that. Rippling is helping towards the payroll of the company and also helps in reimbursement of expenses occured for organization from any employee, it also helps in boarding of brokers and employees, Also for Expense Management rippling helps user in such a way as it provides all recievable and payables reports also a Chart on homepage showing all the moneyflow coming in and out which can be really benificial for managing Expenses or making budget. 1. Their customer support is not super great but helpful eventually after a decent waiting time which I think should be improved in certain areas.

2.Users should be able to see all notes linked to a task without needing to open each one individually, but Monday.com currently lacks this capability, which can impact workflow efficiency. Oftentimes when running Hubstaff, it takes a long time to ask me to share my screen. I'd prefer if it asks me immediately so I can be transparent with my employer. I start work immediately when starting the timer, and so once I'm focused on work, I can miss the notification to share my screen. If that notification came immediately, that wouldn't be an issue, and my employer would see every screenshot of my work.

The Hubstaff website, when logged in, can be overly busy because features are shown that I'm not even able to access per my employer. I'd prefer if ONLY the features I'm able to use are shown, so it's cleaner and simpler. If I need to use other features at some point, I imagine my employer would let me know. I had an issue in the beginning with my health check, the company assigned did my health check but they refused to send me a copy because they weren't allowed and they will send it to remote directly, but this took a long time to be processed on the platform, in fact I needed to follow up several times until it was uploaded. In the company I'm working for, Remote is solving a huge issue, that they don't have offices in my country, so Remote is taking care of all HR related aspects for me and the good thing is that I don't need to worry about anything related because Remote are clear enough to be compliant with every law aspect in my country. Horrible customer service, horrible benefits administration.

Justworks doubled our benefits costs after the first year (literally DOUBLED). We were under the impression that the point of Justworks was for a small company to share benefits with others, but I know other people who use Justworks for their company and their benefits didn't double in cost.

We asked to cancel our account and they slow played it long enough to claim it was too late to cancel and we'd have to pay them another month.

Once we finally got them to agree to accept our cancelation of benefits, they told us they'd still have to charge us but they'd refund us a month later (we're talking about thousands and thousands of dollars at this point). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I dislike the most about the app is some of the elements of the UI that I find a bit cumbersome to handle. One example of this is when trying to trade a shift with someone or attempting to manage company details in your profile. The problems that the app is solving is eliminating the need for reviewing a physical schedule of shifts that would otherwise be needed if my workplace didn't use UKG. There is very little about Paylocity that I dislike, but one thing that I've encountered several times that is very much needed is the ability to share reports with other users. The Paylocity Reporting module has many standardized reports that any user can access, but I need to be able to share customized reports with other administrative users. Until recently, not being able to share customized reports was just an inconvienience but last year, we had a user retire that provided me with a very complex report that was needed twice a year for raises and bonuses. Just last week I had to recreate that report from scratch which took multiple hours of time that I really couldn't afford to spare. Paylocity has helped us automate our onboarding process. Prior to implementing Onboarding through Paylocity, all new hire documents and forms were emailed to the incoming employee and it was the office manager on site's responsibility to make sure that all documents/forms were completed and returned to the HR Department in a timely manner. As with all positions, some office managers are more efficient and timely than others, and we didn't always get everything back or back by the deadline. With Paylocity Onboarding, HR now is in controll of and can monitor an employee's progress throughout the process. If a particular item isn't complete, we know about it in real time and can reach out to that employee directlly. Needless to say, the Onboarding process runs more smoothly and efficiently now. As mentioned above, we needed too much time to handle all kind of hr and other business operations. Superworks effectively addresses the challenges of managing HR, payroll, and project tasks separately by offering an all-in-one solution. On my experience, their support are really hands on and giving a real time assistance to everyone. It was really the best experience specially when talking about your salary.
