1. Being a banking domain, some employees enagaged in field duty for them we had a great difficulty to manage their attendance, now that issue is resolved with the help of mobile application.

2. Investment declarations are now carried out smoothly this year, previously this was a major headache task.

3. It has reduced manual intervention regarding profile updation, time office management and salary processing, all employee need to raise an helpdesk ticket.

I haven't come across anything that has hindered the use of the system. Customer support sends emails and updates to ensure modifications are explained. Although I am unable to comment on the ease of integration at this point as we use a niche software system that we run payroll through so can not use the integration function. I do not have any real dislikes about Monday.com. Perhaps the only downside is there is a bit of a learning curve to set up project workflows. It is not 100% intuitive but to be fair the learning curve on other platforms is equal or a higher bar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a global company working across many time frames, Monday.com helps us communicate about projects, workflows and our accounts receivable system. It allows me to quickly see project updates, status and timeframes. I can easily communicate with our operations team about incoming projects - giving them visibily to the sales pipeline. - Sometimes, you need to refresh the page for the latest updates to be visible.

- Board view has been slow to update more recently, but issue gets fixed with a refresh

- ClickUp does have some out-of-the-box templates you can use to start right away, if you are part of a larger team or if your use cases are a bit more complex, implementation on your own can be quite tricky.

- If you are an Enterprise company like us and have very strict IT security policies, you might have trouble leveraging some of the integrations that ClickUp offers with other products, however that can vary depending on the company's internal policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Single source of truth for our projects and activities, no longer distributing the communication on multiple platforms, making it easier to keep track of updates.

My only suggestion on how to make it better is on the engagement surveys. When they are sent out, there is not a way to pick the employees that you want to complete it. We have our board of directors in our employee count. They dont take the engagement survey, so that does affect the numbers. Nothing major, just two small things.

Sometimes I accidentally press "Clock Out" intead of "Clock In" in the morning which messes up the timesheet.

This can't be corrected immediately due to my user level so I need to contact my manager to fix it.

I understand the reasoning for user level restrictions but it would be good to have a way to fix small errors like this immediately to save time (maybe within a 5 minute time limit or something similar?)

Another thing I wasn't able to work out is how to log in to the mobile app (from the iOS store).

I entered my company name but it wasn't recognised, maybe our IT team need to enable something but it would be good if the onboarding process was clearer.

Their customer support is quite bad, they don't know to handle lateness queries, and they have no knowledge on how to handle clients. Deel's interface also lags a lot, so they need to update their payment and services deadline, as it can show something and the outcome will be completely something different.

Also their way of reply is very generic, it always feel like I am talking to an AI vs having a conversation with an actual human being.

Another thing, I'd love if Deel is like wize were you keep your money for as much as you'd love to, and don't have to withdraw it within a limitation of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keka has solved all the issues that is related to HR, which gives a lot of benefit to me as an employee. For example, accurate payroll processing and leave management allows tracking while requesting time offs smoothly for an ideal work-life balance. It has attendance logging as well. The self-service portals provide a view through which I can fetch payslips, leave balances, and personal information at my convenience. At times there are issues within the system that cause widespread problems. These take longer to correct than they should. Communication to users when these are identified would be helpful instead of finding out "by accident". Training for new users could be better than "Read this PEAK article". There are multiple steps within the system that cross sections and the articles don't always capture that. Also - the articles are not as up to date as the system is. We are able to seemlessly integrate all aspects of HR and Payroll related areas. The app has almost all the same functionality as the website which is a big satisfier for our staff. As mentioned above, we needed too much time to handle all kind of hr and other business operations. Superworks effectively addresses the challenges of managing HR, payroll, and project tasks separately by offering an all-in-one solution. As an organisation that utilises project management to track our resources for project management, service management, programming, business analysys and more, we rely on Float to track the time spent on projects so that we can report this to our board to see if we are utilising resources correctly across different and simultaneous projects.

We need a solution that is quick to train on as we don't want staff who already have massive workloads to then have to log their time in a tedious platform. Float really solves this issue for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only feedback is that we have some employees that need custom PTO award dates (outside of their anniversary or the 1st of the year) so builidng out an option to adjust that would be great. While WebHR is generally effective, there are a few areas that could be improved. The system occasionally experiences slow load times, which can be frustrating during busy periods. Also the demo for presenting the system was time consuming I recommend having a video explaining the entire system with easy access and labels which allows the user to click on a certain label and get the introduction of it.
