Additionally, capacity planning is based solely on the total allocated hours per role and does not account the total number of allocated projects and the target number of projects.

Airtable solves several problems for my team by combining the simplicity of a spreadsheet with the power of a db. There are two minor features we currently miss in Bordio: the ability to export timesheets and a clock timer for tasks. We are a small team, and before we started using a task management system, we used WhatsApp to assign tasks to each other. However, as our team grew, it turned into complete chaos. We were overwhelmed with an enormous number of chats, information got lost, and it was difficult to track who didn't complete a task when needed.

Slack is a comprehensive communication platform, which is super easy to use. We are able to send instant alerts from Hubspot to Slack Channel or to a user directly which helps us attend urgert queries very promptly. Further, slack integration also allows us to manager our hubspot live chat from slack itself, when a customer uses live chat on website, it get sent to a designated hubspot channel & we are able to carry on with the chat from slack itself, which is super nice. The past rendition of MindGenius stage was not as undertaking detailing amicable as current variants and it took a touch of experimentation to get the correct configurations for announcing especially on financials. One downside is that the mobile version isn't quite flushed out yet. My team primarily uses the desktop version, which works well for us, but it’s worth noting if you rely heavily on mobile. Additionally, being a newer platform, the community help isn't as extensive as more established solutions. In general, it is an excellent tool. It perfectly fulfills its function and has tools and options that are very easy to use and understand. The only problem that I have experienced is that sometimes it falls, it does not load the information, and consequently, it makes it difficult to move forward and have visibility about the daily activities of each user and the entire team. Not much down side. I've led F100 PMO teams that were responsible for portfolio and project management tools and processes, including MS Project, Asana, Clarity PPM and Planview. WHile each tool has strengths, Meisterplan was quickest to onboard and least costly to maintain. Meisterplan's strength is modeling and comparing various scenarios for schedule and resourcing; it does this better than any PPM tool I've used. The project scoring functionality is flexible and IMO peerless. We can make far better-informed project selection, scheduling and pacing decisions and thereby improve the ROI on the projects we select and deliver.
