What do you like best about Sprout Social?

Sprout Social is an incredibly helpful tool for keeping my social media efforts organized and efficient. The calendar view is one of my favorite features—it gives me a clear, visual overview of all scheduled content, making it easy to plan ahead and spot gaps. I also really appreciate the ability to track specific campaigns across platforms, which helps me stay focused and measure what’s working. The reporting functionality is top-notch as well, with easy-to-understand insights that help guide strategy.

Beyond the platform itself, Sprout has been fairly easy to implement. The onboarding process was smooth and well-supported, and their customer support team has been consistently responsive and helpful. The training provided during onboarding was fantastic. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

One of the most frustrating limitations with Sprout Social is the inability to tag individuals who don’t already follow our LinkedIn page. This creates a gap in functionality. As a workaround, I have to post natively on LinkedIn, tag the appropriate individuals, and then go back into Sprout to manually track or report on it. Sprout Social helps me solve one of the biggest challenges in social media management: staying organized across multiple channels and campaigns. The calendar feature is a game-changer—it gives me a clear, centralized view of all scheduled content, so I always know what’s going out and when. This visibility makes it much easier to plan strategically and avoid overlap or content gaps.

Sprout also makes it easy to tag content properly, which is key for tracking campaigns and pulling accurate analytics. Allows me to create workflows for most things and tracks all the contact points that are relevant to my department. While its easy to implement, it has a steep learning curve for daily users. What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

It constantly asks for paid updates for functionalities that were previously free. It's often complicated to implement and adapt to various business requirements as its not very friendly. Integrating with the various platforms we use is very hard, and it has limitations often related to paid functionalities. It's solving out the scattered data processes, enabling our sales team to work in a cohesive environment with all basic data points reviewed. For a small team, while expensive, it provides the support necessary to operate on the daily efficiently. Our team loves it (even while the adaptation process was very hard and it represented a big restriction on their previous processes) and it's become an effective way to keep track of all the operations we're working on as a remote team. I love to use SalesForce integration. Its very easy to use this and create leads in this integration. I used this to create leads via activecampaign.Also, use this to send the campaign to the salesforce record of leads or contacts. I started using this 2 years ago and It really helped me to engage with the customer and increase the revenue. we can send marketing emails sequence vise via setting a trigger based on form submissions or deal. I like about this is when any lead status changes it automatically updated the data and reflected in activecampaign or whether any changes made in activecampaign it automatically changes in salesforce. I love the ease of scheduling posts and finding data in reports that would otherwise take me forever on individual channels. The reporting is more reliable than Meta and X which changes too often and without reason. Close offers a very simple user interface that is pretty intuitive and requires little or no training to get started using the basic features. The startup support they do provide is very helpful, though, proceeding at the pace that we set and focusing on topics that we choose. Close seamlessly integrates with our email system and effortlessly organizes all customer-related communications in an easy-to-follow and understand fashion. As a former user of maybe the biggest player in the CRM space while at a former company, I can confidently say that I have gotten more value out of Close, even at a much more reasonable price point. What do you dislike about Close?

Close offers a very interesting AI summarization tool, but that is only included in their top-tier offering, which is a significant jump in cost. That top tier comes with many other additional features that do not make sense for our particular small business. While we'd love the AI summarization tool, we cannot justify the major cost increase. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The Pipedrive is the tool that I have the most ease in teaching to use for my new salespeople, besides I had to use its support a few times and in all of them my problem was solved quickly or I was given an alternative way to do what I wanted, I use it every day and if it went offline today my team would be without records (including, I think I'm going to make a backup), I use today only the sales funnel resources and automations, in addition to the insights for daily activity tracking. At a time when I was heavily working on making my Pipedrive as automated as possible, I found some barriers within more complex automations that I would like to have, in addition, I wanted to be able to see the number of open deals by company within the Pipedrive, but this is only possible by extracting an XLSX and doing it myself, I also don't like the project tracking interface and the pre-sales part of it, I've been using other tools to do it for myself. Capsule CRM is an excellent tool for your contacts. Navigating it was very easy for me even though I haven't used a similar platform ever before. Now I frequently use it every day in my work and I'm very satisfied. I also want to mention its integration to Transpond, which was seamless for me.
