If you're on the hunt for a social media management software, look no further. Sprout is the best of the best. Sprout Social makes it incredibly easy to manage multiple accounts across different platforms, and with their robust reporting capability, analyzing your strategy is easier than ever. The asset library is one of my favorite features, allowing me to store content to use on a 'rainy day' as well as hashtags for your Instagram first comment. The smart inbox organizes all your messages, allowing you to review and prioritize quickly. The smart inbox has gone a long way in helping me remove spam messages, and focus on actual customers. Sprout also makes it very easy to export reports & your content calendars to send to the rest of your team. What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Super easy to configure. Even if you dont know where a setting is, you can typically find it within a few clicks since intuative links are placed where you would need them. There are lots of pre-built reports and it's easy to build your own. The sales and marketing function work seamlessly. Lots of available integrations that are easy to set up. What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

They still dont have a way to show how much your pipeline has increased or decreased over time. For example, if I just wanted to see how many dollars were added in a single month, this tool cant do that. Being able to schedule and post content across multi-locations via social media platforms and being able to manage those locations too.

We're able to monitor and respond to customer reviews across Google and Facebook by creating am automate review reponse which helps us maintain consistency and efficiency do to a busy work enviroment.

The newest addition of AI-powered insights and automation - We dig! The recommendatons for responses and text wording has been an encouraging new feature that we've enjoyed since it's been added!

Upsides for us have been many but reducing the need for multiple tools by consolidating marketing efforts into one platform speaks volumes for our company.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

I would like to see better data-driven marketing analytics and performance reports that show accurate data from the online foot traffic we receive that helps us remain visible to the world-wide web. If we had accurate reporting data from the platform perhaps what is currently offered on SOCi as far as insights into customer sentiment and trends woul dbe more visible and able for us to understand.

Tracking meaures and reporting of our work or content we post would maximize our company's ad budget. We could focus on what's high perfomring and reevaluate what is not.

What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite is a powerful tool for managing multiple social media accounts from one central platform. One of the standout features for me is the ability to quickly pull a wide range of data and select specific accounts for analysis. The platform offers robust comparison abilities, allowing you to analyze performance across different time frames. The scheduling feature is also a huge plus — I can plan posts and schedule them to be published at the optimal times, across multiple channels simultaneously, which saves a ton of time. Additionally, the reporting feature is fantastic. It provides in-depth insights into which types of content perform best, making it easy to measure engagement, monitor progress, and present data to the team. The range of metrics available for each account is impressive, and I appreciate that Hootsuite regularly publishes blogs to help users maximize the platform's potential. Overall, it simplifies the process of managing social media and gives you all the tools needed to improve performance.

Overall, while Hootsuite is incredibly helpful and efficient for managing social media and pulling key metrics, these areas for improvement do slightly hinder the user experience. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

While Hootsuite offers many great features, there are a few aspects that could use improvement. The biggest issue I’ve encountered is with the reporting tool. It seems like the main reporting functionality has changed, and I’m no longer able to have my "default" screen include an overview of all my accounts. Now, I have to create individual reports for each account and go into them separately to pull the data, which is a bit more time-consuming. Additionally, the reports seemed stuck on data from 2022 for a while, which was frustrating. I also noticed that the reports can sometimes be inconsistent—if I pull two similar reports, the top posts may differ based on the metric (likes, comments, impressions), which makes it difficult to draw clear conclusions. I really wish there was more consistency between reports. Another downside is the lack of bulk post deletion — it’s a bit tedious to delete individual posts one by one, and it would be great if there was an option to delete multiple posts at once. Lastly, the time frames for comparing data can be limiting. For example, when comparing data from this year to last year, I was unable to go back to January 1st and had to settle for January 15th, which impacted the accuracy of my analysis. Hootsuite is solving the problem of the almost impossible task for a full-time marketing employee to manually pull and evaluate data of posts. This would be impossible for me to pull these numbers and work full time, and saves me hundreds of hours each year by schedule multiple posts at once with just one click. First and foremost i love their powerdialer and overall telemarketing feature. In my opinion close is the best CRM in this department, adding to this is the easy customizability which enabled us to fit it exactly to our needs. To this date we were so far able to integrate it with every other software and even our offline touchpoints are now in close.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

I've been an AC user for about 8 years and couldn't run my company without it. The automation flows are incredible, intuitive and just work in the background to keep bringing people into my membership. I can easily integrate it with other platforms which is really helpful. I have multiple team members who all have learnt quickly how to use it and we use it daily. There aren't many features I've wanted and haven't been able to find that AC can do - eg. conditional content in emails. I tried clickfunnels which is great software, but I kept coming back to AC as it is a much better all-round package. What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

Customer support was much faster when I first joined - they used to have a great chat widget and respond within a few hours, now it can take days although I haven't tested it recently. It's also expensive. I'm still a mid 6-figure subscription business and the annual cost does hit hard on the cashflow. I also really wish they had an easy to configure, pretty unsubscribe page where people could just have toggle switches for what they want/don't want and I didn't have to build a whole logic automation to make it work. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love that Pipedrive allows for customizing their product to suit my team and our needs. This platform is versatile and synchs with so many commonly used programs, this program is just beyond easy to use. The implementation was super easy. I don't need to access customer support at this time, but the help guides are awesome. Integration of this software into our process was super easy and the mobile App actually works! What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The only thing I dislike about Pipedrive is my dislike for many other similar applications. Pipedrive, like everyone else, has no unique ability to help the prospecting efforts of B2B relationship building. Our sales people get paid on profit dollars. Which Pipedrive tracks, easily and effortlessly, but what tracks visits or customer that aren't generating quotes? Of course there are workarounds that clutter they system with "Deals" and "Pipedrives" but that's the problem... its just more clutter that salespeople don't manage... ugh... this is an everybody problem... not just Pipedirve. Pipedrive is allowing our team to have a better understanding of our close ratio's and the reality behind each individual account and sales person within the account. Our current industry ERP software don't even get that granual. As a sales leader I want to always support winning accounts and push for new and better business. This absolutely helps with that. I have used Capsule CRM for many years. I use it every day, and it keeps my business organized, with next task lists, sales pipeline and customized fields. It is easy to use, yet has many powerful features. I was able to set it up quickly and the learning curve was very quick. Customer support has been friendly, quick and accurate.
