What do you like best about Sprout Social?

If you're on the hunt for a social media management software, look no further. Sprout is the best of the best. Sprout Social makes it incredibly easy to manage multiple accounts across different platforms, and with their robust reporting capability, analyzing your strategy is easier than ever. The asset library is one of my favorite features, allowing me to store content to use on a 'rainy day' as well as hashtags for your Instagram first comment. The smart inbox organizes all your messages, allowing you to review and prioritize quickly. The smart inbox has gone a long way in helping me remove spam messages, and focus on actual customers. Sprout also makes it very easy to export reports & your content calendars to send to the rest of your team. I don't like the task portion of Hubspot. It is where I do the most of my work but I feel like it is very limited compared to the other parts fo hubspot. Hubspot is what allows me to very easily contact all my contacts within days who are all over the country. Hubspot is very user friendly, especially compared to other tools like Salesforce/Pardot. I love that's in an all-in-one tool and that your data is right there. It makes it easy to segment when taking marketing actions. It's also pretty easy to implement, and if anything, there are many ways to contact the customer support team. The social media module is a great idea, but it's not developed enough, so it can't yet replace a real social media scheduler tool. The concept of "marketing contacts" also makes it much harder to manage than before. It should at least come with pre-made workflows that are easy to customize for who should be a marketing contact or not. The email templates also have limited features. What do you like best about Simplified?

Simplified is robust. They have continued to add AI tools. They also make it easy to post to multiple accounts and have a healthy list of platforms a person can post to. I feel like they were one of the first social platforms to incorporate AI image generation and continue to attempt to innovate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplified?

They have constantly changed their UX, names of what things within the system are called, where things are kept, and how things work. I will log in one week, create directions for my team in how to use the platform and the following week everything is different. And, when they change something, inevitably something is broken. It feels like someone in the company loves tweaking the main design constantly- but it keeps breaking small stuff in the system. And, many of the UX updates don't improve the system, they just make things more confusing and difficult to find/use.

For example, they have things called workspaces and team spaces. But, we were paying for "seats" and "social accounts". I kept asking them to explain what a "seat" is vs. a "teamspace", and they couldn't really answer and made it seem like I was dumb for asking. I tried to explain that they constantly were changing what things were called and how things were billed- but they made it seem like I was the idiot.

In the end, I really feel like they changed the terms of our yearly agreement. I wanted a large number of accounts available with a certain number of social accounts available for each account (teamspace). That was our agreement. But, then they changed things and moved to this "seat" concept and somehow I suddenly had way less access that I signed up for.

Is this a robust system- yes. But, watch out- they may continue to change your terms, change what things are called, and constantly tweak the UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite has been my go to for all of my Social media management and analytics. Its very user friendly, was easy to link all my social accounts to as well. I have 16+ alone people that I manage multiple accounts for so that was important. Jared our Account manager has always been so valuable and helpful and leads us to the right area for assistance. I have been using Close for about 10 months now in Sales. Like any software in the world, issues can arise, but what I can say is that the level of support has been excellent in such situations!

- The in-tool reporting is smooth & immediate,

- I always got fast answers by email and direct contact with the support team,

- Additionally, my company also has an account manager at Close, in case of bigger issues/escalations.

> At all times, we know we won't be left hanging which is very reassuring.

What do you like best about Vista Social?

As any Social Media Manager, I face one problem. I have a lot of accounts and different time zone for all clients across America! And to post 1 post to all social networks, I lose a lot of time, and of course the time zone affects it. I looked for different apps and it was Vista Social that seemed more convenient.

What I like about this app is that I can easily see the stats of all accounts. Also, when I send reports to clients, I can quickly take screenshots and see the stats for each post and send quick reports to clients.

Also, I like that I can create a hashtag group for each profile, which is a very convenient option! Before, I also used to spend a lot of time doing this, but now it's very easy when publishing posts, I just choose the right hashtag group. Because I have very different profile topics.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

You could handle most of small business needs with it without spending a lot and most of the tools works pretty well.

You can do a lot of stuff with Automations and sending emails campaigns and creating landing works as good as many other more expensive tools.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

I think where they are weakest is in sales/clients followup tools. Managing Deals and activities with contacts (making calls, sending emails, etc) is quite cumbersome and it is difficult to have good visibility of what is going on.

What do you like best about Loomly?

Loomly allows for bulk scheduling as far in advance asn you want. You can also create custom calendars if you have several businesses you are managing at the same time. The option to create custom scheduling slots saves so much time - posts can be schedules in a few clicks! It is a great tool and has made my job loads easier, I use it every week, and can schedule big event posts months in advance which makes promotions so much easier to manage.

Uso la plataforma hace años como gestor de tareas y se ha vuelto imprescindible en el día a día.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Ocasionalmente, presenta errores de interfaz, como ítems que no aparecen en pantalla y hay que refrescar para que vuelvan a la normalidad.

Por otro lado, el buscador es muy poco intuitivo y muchas veces muestra algo muy diferente a lo que se está buscando.

“Capsule has been a game changer”
What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Over the years I have used so many different CRM's but never Implemented one myself from scratch for a company. I've looked at so many over the last 12 months and the others did not seem to work how we needed it to work. At the time we were using Trello, it was not working for us.

The Sales and Support Teams have been very helpfull throughout the whole experience. Harry was the first person I spoke to and was very patient and helpful. Has several video calls whilst he was helping me get to grips with Capsule. Once I started using Capsule and learning all the new parts to it, I was constantly asking support for help. Every time I received a resply the help has been outstanding. From email replies explaining how something is done to videos showing me how to do the task I'm stuck with.

Capsule is really easy to use, you just need to take the time to take it in. There are so many helpful links to help you do things yourself.

I'm still learning, but I'm enjoying what I have experienced so far, so much more to learn and do.

It has made a massive difference to our Sales / Support team and everyone is pleased with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

I have not come across many things yet that I don't like.

There are a couple of suggestion / feature requests I have mentioned and hopefully they get thought about just to make the customer journey a little easier.

One thing that has niggled me a little is the Files, when you link emails up to Capsule and you have a logo on the emails, its saving those as files. So I have had to add in email signatures that have to logo and don't look at good as they would when getting sent from Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
