We were having to use multiple platforms for our ecommerce business where now it's a one stop shop kind of process. The orders are created and completely handled in NS. We no longer have to manually enter in the order and receive the payments from our online customers. Gaggle is solving the fact that we do not have counselors, social workers, or mental health providers in our small school district. Mental health resources are scarce in the county and many families work and are not able to take their child to an office for therapy during the day when offices are open. What I absolutely do not like is that through this platform the relationship with the parents is lost. it's too formal. We don't have emoticons, you can't reply to a message from the parent, but I have to rewrite another new message.

It also has errors when I post a longer message in the newsfeed and I want to press the "more" button and I can't.

Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. Consolidating and reporting multiple legal entities with numerous currencies was a headache, and expensive, in Netsuite. Campfire makes it easy and fun! Overall, our experience has been positive, but we’ve run into some occasional UX delays. We’re used to getting data instantly, so any delays can be a bit frustrating. This might be due to the heavy calculations happening in the backend, especially with our transaction volume. Still, it’s a minor issue compared to the great support we’ve had. The mobile app doesn't yet support businesses which have multiple currency transactions. This is something they're aware of and are working on. I've been using this for 9 years, new features are far between. I wish there were more external integrations, as well as a visual editor to produce custom styled invoices. Try it, you'll love it. Even if you're not well versed in accounting, the layout makes for easy management of your business accounting. For more complicated entries, I've simply relied on a quick call to an accounting firm and took care of the entry. So even more complex entries are well handled. There's a new revamped version soon to be released that will include better dashboards and automated data entry, so look forward to this. Their online webinars are totally worth checking out. One of the biggest headaches with our old system was that a single customer could have only one ship-to address. Customer support can be difficult to work with, whether it’s their staff not knowing how some features work, providing incorrect responses, or giving canned answers for the wrong issue. I feel like they've improved over the past year, but it’s still a challenge. Bonsai provides a single platform for managing proposals, contracts, and time tracking, all the way through to invoicing. It’s helped my team and me build a structured process for customer engagements and has streamlined everything related to time tracking and billing clients, making the entire workflow more efficient. The only downfall I can think of is if you are unaware of how the system works you can't take full advantage of it. I don't know that this is a Blackline fault, more likely it is a failing of my company for not offering more effective training on the system when someone new starts.
