I don't like the task portion of Hubspot. It is where I do the most of my work but I feel like it is very limited compared to the other parts fo hubspot. Hubspot is what allows me to very easily contact all my contacts within days who are all over the country. Instead of having to scower the web for phone numbers it allows me to have it all centralized within one platform for my ease. What do you like best about Close?

I have been using Close for about 10 months now in Sales. Like any software in the world, issues can arise, but what I can say is that the level of support has been excellent in such situations!

- The in-tool reporting is smooth & immediate,

- I always got fast answers by email and direct contact with the support team,

- Additionally, my company also has an account manager at Close, in case of bigger issues/escalations.

> At all times, we know we won't be left hanging which is very reassuring.

I love how seamlessly everything flows—from transactions to customer management, all beautifully intertwined. The integration of CRM with accounting and reporting is exceptional. Implementation was a waste of both time and money for us, and their customer service left much to be desired—especially when you're paying so much for customer service and implementation that turn out to be a waste of money. We ended up having to hire a third party to outsource the implementation process. Additionally, I wish features like Smart Counting were more affordable. These tools should be accessible to customers who pay on time and rely on specific suites for their operations, specially if their customer service lack so much. What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

We moved to ActiveCampaign from two separate systems -- one a CRM and one an email marketing provider. Having the capabilities for both of these in one solution has been amazing for our school -- now we just need full integration with our school management solution and we will be set! I love how easy it is to use ActiveCampaign for creating and sending our marketing emails. As the Communications Director for the school, the customization and automation tools have added more power and versatility to that aspect of my job. What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

As a non-profit, our former CRM had donation tracking and reporting capabilities that are not as well developed in ActiveCampaign. The pipeline creation and automation of several fundraising tasks are great, but the reporting and tracking features are not as robust, and we find ourselves needing to create custom systems within ActiveCampaign. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Over the years I have used so many different CRM's but never Implemented one myself from scratch for a company. I've looked at so many over the last 12 months and the others did not seem to work how we needed it to work. At the time we were using Trello, it was not working for us.

The Sales and Support Teams have been very helpfull throughout the whole experience. Harry was the first person I spoke to and was very patient and helpful. Has several video calls whilst he was helping me get to grips with Capsule. Once I started using Capsule and learning all the new parts to it, I was constantly asking support for help. Every time I received a resply the help has been outstanding. From email replies explaining how something is done to videos showing me how to do the task I'm stuck with.

Capsule is really easy to use, you just need to take the time to take it in. There are so many helpful links to help you do things yourself.

I'm still learning, but I'm enjoying what I have experienced so far, so much more to learn and do.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

I have not come across many things yet that I don't like.

There are a couple of suggestion / feature requests I have mentioned and hopefully they get thought about just to make the customer journey a little easier.

One thing that has niggled me a little is the Files, when you link emails up to Capsule and you have a logo on the emails, its saving those as files. What do you like best about XoroERP?

We shopped ERP solutions for ~1 year, and Xoro came out on top. Throughout the sales process, they had every solution we needed. We are an eComm brand that purchases components and assembled our own goods. We have multiple layers of bundling of components, goods, and packaging. We also have our own warehouse operation. Xoro has been awesome for helping us get all of this under control.

So far, everything that their sales team sold us on has been followed through on, which is rare in the SaaS space. Our implementation manager, Moh, has been a pleasure to work with.

The implementation has taken quite a while, though that is a mix of the complexity of operation and amount of resources that go into it.

So far, so good. I have yet to use the accounting portion & analytics portion, as we are not entirely implemented, so I can report back there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SaaS"-like Products, that uses the billing frequence to allocate TCV (Amount field on Deal object)_equally over the billing frequency p/m (MRR), with the 'sum of the monthy values (MRR) for all deals being the key critical data used for the Revenue Forecast in PD.

I run a small online business with the help of a remote, dispersed team, and LACRM has been a cornerstone of our operations for over 15 years. Unlike businesses with traditional "sales funnels," we rely heavily on long-term relationship-building. Our customers naturally come and go, as their need for our services is driven by external factors outside their control—and ours.

LACRM stands out because it’s not designed exclusively for "salesy" businesses. What do you like best about Fulcrum?

Coming from a dated ERP system, Fulcrum was a breath of fresh air to our facility. As long standing users of a very common system, we were inidated with issues and mistakes that we were never able to understand and over 15 years later most of those features were left to side. I found fulcrum through a google search and hearing about it from another local fabricator. Instantly I knew this was the system for our shop and how we operate.

The biggest compliments I can give to Fulcrum is its Ease of Use and its Customer Support. We had the luxury of having Jack onboard us and through thick and thin he stayed by our side and helped us through the million roadblocks we encountered. Being able to quickly edit BOM and Routings, to Sales Order/Quotes/Inventory Auto saving, and ability to tie PDFs/drawings to a code at an instance based level is working wonders for our operations.

The introduction of using a tablet in our facility was always thought of as far into the future, but since Fulcrum is relatively user friendly, onboarding an entire shop to 1. Use an iPad 2. Use the System we have has been an quick and painless transition. The typical hiccups I was expecting were maybe an issue for one day then the team was off and using the system to about 90%. At this point its just adding the last 10% as we grow and continue to use the system to better make it fit to our standards and systems.

Finally being able to track setup/production/machine times instead of hand notes has also opened our eyes to see that the math we had from years previously doesnt apply to our now standardarized production. We have been able to adjust pricing and track sales to ensure a consistent marginal growth is being met along with beign able to lower costs to customers which has positevly grown relationships.

10/10 would recommend - love it - has some issues but they are willing to fix it when needed and I appreciate that they dont view their software as unchageable! We use it everyday and was integrated as easily as easily if not easier than described! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

Our biggest issue with Fulcrum was during implementation - data coming from our old ERP to Fulcrum was a mess. Mainly at the fault of us since we didnt use our previous to the fullest extent so alot of information was missing / we just didnt have. This creates a mind numbing few weeks during implementation trying to get everything figured out or atleast close until you can start using the system to the fullest extent.

Alot of our other issues are based just how work flow / numbers are figured in Fulcrum. We were stuck in our ways from a previous system and making the adjustment to how we think about jobs had to change.

QB intergration works but it is a bit choppy at times, work orders work for a company that does the same thing over and over again for high mix like us it doesnt work the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
