What do you like best about Clari?

I like I can send off hundreds of emails in bulk the same day. Additionally Groove support is efficient at answering questions and resolving my issues. Very reliable team y'all have over there.

What do you dislike about Clari?

My frustration is with the UI. It feels very clonky and a lot of times for me groove is frequently saying an issue has occured with that little issue pop up when I'm about my normal business and then I have to stop using groove and do something else until the engineering team resolves it.

And parts of the UI seem counterintuitive and difficult.

Heres to name a few to start:

- SO many times I've started creating a flow and I accidentally x out of the screen and lose what I created. Wish the flow would save automactically as I'm building it out step by step.

- It's really easy to lose track of contacts who bounce on a flow and it gets complicated really quick between removed, bounced, exited, completed, etc. to keep things straight.

- I understand the purpose of global standards but would like to make a few exceptions to a few flows ex. we have a global standard to kick people out of a flow when they respond but when im sending out a monthly newsletter to my clients and prospects (regardless if they resond or not) i'm not able to do that very easily carrying the same audience across a multi-step flow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Super easy to configure. Even if you dont know where a setting is, you can typically find it within a few clicks since intuative links are placed where you would need them. There are lots of pre-built reports and it's easy to build your own. The sales and marketing function work seamlessly. Lots of available integrations that are easy to set up. What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

They still dont have a way to show how much your pipeline has increased or decreased over time. For example, if I just wanted to see how many dollars were added in a single month, this tool cant do that. What do you like best about Close?

First and foremost i love their powerdialer and overall telemarketing feature. In my opinion close is the best CRM in this department, adding to this is the easy customizability which enabled us to fit it exactly to our needs. To this date we were so far able to integrate it with every other software and even our offline touchpoints are now in close.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

I've been an AC user for about 8 years and couldn't run my company without it. The automation flows are incredible, intuitive and just work in the background to keep bringing people into my membership. I can easily integrate it with other platforms which is really helpful. I have multiple team members who all have learnt quickly how to use it and we use it daily. There aren't many features I've wanted and haven't been able to find that AC can do - eg. conditional content in emails. I tried clickfunnels which is great software, but I kept coming back to AC as it is a much better all-round package. What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

Customer support was much faster when I first joined - they used to have a great chat widget and respond within a few hours, now it can take days although I haven't tested it recently. It's also expensive. I'm still a mid 6-figure subscription business and the annual cost does hit hard on the cashflow. I also really wish they had an easy to configure, pretty unsubscribe page where people could just have toggle switches for what they want/don't want and I didn't have to build a whole logic automation to make it work. What do you like best about Performio?

Performio is a great software which has everything you need as an Account Manager to manage your workload. You can access your workload, your monthly/yearly target, results. It talks to Salesforce and any changes you make to the dollar value in an account in Salesforce is refelected in Performio. You can also see any incentives/competitions the company is running for its employees and how you are performing agains the targets. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love that Pipedrive allows for customizing their product to suit my team and our needs. This platform is versatile and synchs with so many commonly used programs, this program is just beyond easy to use. The implementation was super easy. I don't need to access customer support at this time, but the help guides are awesome. Integration of this software into our process was super easy and the mobile App actually works! What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The only thing I dislike about Pipedrive is my dislike for many other similar applications. Pipedrive, like everyone else, has no unique ability to help the prospecting efforts of B2B relationship building. Our sales people get paid on profit dollars. Which Pipedrive tracks, easily and effortlessly, but what tracks visits or customer that aren't generating quotes? Of course there are workarounds that clutter they system with "Deals" and "Pipedrives" but that's the problem... its just more clutter that salespeople don't manage... ugh... this is an everybody problem... not just Pipedirve. What do you like best about Instantly?

Instantly has been a game changer in my life. Before I came to know about them, I didn't know anything about cold email or cold outreach. I didn't even know I could get overseas clients using cold email.

Once I discovered Instantly at the mid of 2023, I learned everything about cold outreach using their free resources.

Then I started testing campaigns with their Growth plan. Within the first month, I onboarded two US clients through my cold campaign using Instantly, and since then I've been using it effectively.

I really like their UI/UX. It's very simple, easy to understand, and has tons of features. The customer support is really amazing - you usually get your query solved within 10 to 15 minutes, no matter what time zone you're in.

One thing that stands out about Instantly compared to their competitors is that they listen to their users.

When a group of people requests new features, you can expect to see them in the next product update.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

The pricing is a bit high. I started with the Growth plan, which included 5,000 emails and 1,000 lead uploads, and I'm currently using the Hyper Growth plan with 125,000 emails and 25,000 lead uploads.

However, my current requirements fall somewhere between these two packages.

- It's flexible, meaning you can configure it how you need it to be, making it suitable for any team: technical teams like IT, marketing, creative teams etc.

- It has revolutionized the way our teams communicate and keep track of our work because now we're not using different systems to keep track of updates on campaigns and activities. We just log in daily (or rather hourly!) in ClickUp and check the updates directly on the task card.

- The support from the ClickUp team is fantastic. I love that they listen to their community and make tweaks and updates that we actually request. They have a features request page where you can make requests and upvote other people's requests and it's not just for show. A lot of the requests I've upvoted in the past have actually been implemented.

- Tech issues are rare and get fixed quickly. Most recent issue I had was solved in a matter of 30 mins, via chat directly on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

- Sometimes, you need to refresh the page for the latest updates to be visible.

- Board view has been slow to update more recently, but issue gets fixed with a refresh

- ClickUp does have some out-of-the-box templates you can use to start right away, if you are part of a larger team or if your use cases are a bit more complex, implementation on your own can be quite tricky.

- If you are an Enterprise company like us and have very strict IT security policies, you might have trouble leveraging some of the integrations that ClickUp offers with other products, however that can vary depending on the company's internal policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It saves time not only in data entry, but because my Opportunites are cosistantly up to date in SalesForce, I meet with my manager half as often as others in my role. What do you like best about Goals.com?

What do you dislike about Goals.com?

Redundancy in notifications. I almost always have the portal open, so I don't need the emails as much as maybe someone else would, but the info is clear and shared numerous ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ohanafy?

The customer support is second to none, Mackenzie "Mack" Fenn is incredibly quick with responses to any issues that may arise and always has a solution! Moving to this software from our previous interface was a bit daunting at first, but once we got into it we realized just how user friendly the system is and I couldn't imagine ever using something else at this point. What do you dislike about Ohanafy?

Truthfully I have not experienced any issues that were not simply user error. Ohanafy has made my life at work much easier, and has led me to become far more efficient during the work day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since the program allows us to visualize any and every single data point that we may have, we have been able to be more efficient in making packaging decions, cast smarter sales forecasts, and maintain a sufficient level of inventory of raw materials without ever cutting it close to running dry. What do you like best about SmartWinnr?

SmartWinnr is a comperhensive learning platform for sales teams in pharma companies. It has everything starting from detailed assessments, microlearning, learniing journeys, video role plays, repository of marketing collaterals and more. Our sales teams use only 1 platform. I dont see any downsides of using Smartwinnr Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartWinnr solving and how is that benefiting you?

SmartWinnr is a multi-faceted platform. Its designed keeping in mind the requirements of sales people. Its mobile-friendly so our field sales team is able to access their learning very easily and quickly. Adoption has been consistently high for SmartWinnr.

What I personally love is, the ability to share learning material with other trainers. I dont have to create everthing from scratch. I can build on material created by otehr trainers. It saves a lot of time.

The reporting is good. We can generate reports for learning activities across a quarter, year, mnth, as the need is. The report downloads in a single click
