What do you like best about Calendly?

As a recruiter, I like that I can share a Calendly link with candidates via Gmail, LinkedIn and that it also integrates seamlessly with my ATS. It allows me to set times that I want to be available and also syncs to my Google calendar. I also like that it gives candidates the ability to schedule and reschedule, saving me time going back coordinating times with them and avoiding last minute rescheduling requests. What do you dislike about Calendly?

Depending on how you set your availability and the volume of people you're scheduling with, you may get a lot of back to back bookings. There also may be cases where someone doesn't understand how to reschedule or accept the invite on their end creating some confusion, but this is more an exception than a rule and wouldn't deter me from using Calendly. You do lose a bit of scheduling control when you use this tool, but the time saved is worth it to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use calendly to schdule interviews both within my ATS (Greenhouse) and also when passively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn. I benefit by saving time going back and forth sharing my availability and requesting candidates availability, requesting contact information, and also can avoid last minute reschduling requests if they pop up. It has helped me in reducing the load as the reporting is very easy now.

I am using daily sales report, weekly sales report and few others for reporting purpose.

Being on cloud helps us to run the system smoothly without dependency on local hardware.

The best advantage to use posist is Academy as it helps to understand the system at our own pace, no other application has anything like academy platform.

Font style and size should be more bigger on the screen so that it can help in order placing. Some unneccesary things from the order punching should be removed.

Cloudbeds is always slow, I'm not talking (only) about downtime, but even when it is green in their status tracker, the data loads so slow, for each reload you have to wait at least 10-20 second stairing to your client's eyes like we're in 1998.

I think they don't have the enthusiasm to overhaul and use new technologies like injecting new updates to the page without refreshing( that now exist just in calendar view). One of the best things about Owner.com is how incredibly easy it was to get started/get implemented. From the minute we said go, it was like we had slipped into Warp drive. The icing on the cake though is delivering on what they promissed when we reviewed them against the competitors. We found that the platform is intuitive, and their team provided dedicated support from day one, making the entire process seamless. What really stands out is that their support isn’t just a one-time setup—they continue to be engaged and proactive in optimizing our account. Plus, it's more than just a website; it’s a full marketing solution. The built-in marketing tools help drive real results without needing a separate agency or complicated integrations. It’s a true all-in-one platform that makes running our online presence simple and effective. There’s honestly not much to dislike, but if I had to nitpick, I’d say the report filters don’t remember my selections when I switch between stores, which can be a bit frustrating when analyzing data across locations. Also, the site and Google Autofill don’t always play nice—Google keeps trying to fill dropdowns with my saved passwords instead of letting me select from the list. Owner.com is helping us take control of our marketing, SEO, and online sales, allowing us to be more self-sufficient rather than relying on third-party delivery platforms like Grubhub, DoorDash, and UberEats. While plenty of solutions exist—including those from our own POS provider—none of them have nailed the combination of technology and marketing like Owner.com. What do you like best about OpenTable for Restaurants?

Comparing the current guest center in Open Table to what it had 2 years ago, I have to say that Open Table has really stepped up its game. The Experience feature was very hard to use, especially when restaurants were trying to run a special event alongside the normal operation. Now the Experience feature is much easier to do and changes are effective faster. Another Upside of OT is their customer service. Open Table is a very expensive reservation management system, and its cost can make sense if their marketing and boost campaigns were included in their fees, but they are add-ons to the cost. The price doesn't make sense, especially when so many other reservation management systems charge a flat rate, regardless of the number of reservations through OT or using their widget on the restaurant's websites. Cvent Passkey has been a blessing to my property to say the least. It has increased out ancillary revenue by over $100k in room upsells alone. It has also streamlined our Individual Reservation process, giving attendees the power to choose their accommodations while enjoying our fabulous amenities. Event Planners can easily access registration, reservations, and logistics for their room block which lets them know exactly where their numbers are for registration, staff rooms, and VIP accommodations. I use the software every day to report to our leadership teams and all of the reports were easy to understand. What do you like best about GReminders?

What I really like about GReminders is how flexible it is. The API options are robust, allowing me to easily connect it with other tools I use, which saves a ton of time. The ability to customize meeting reminders is a game changer since I can set them exactly how I need them freely. One of the best features for visiblity is how the meeting title automatically updates with whether the customer confirmed or denied, so I have direct visibility into each meeting without having to navigate anywhere else. What do you dislike about GReminders?

One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. I love that I am able to have an account feature on my website and patients find it easy to use. It's easy scheduling and easy to manage. I wish that it could have an inventory section to help with seeing what's being used per job (patient) and what needs to be restocked. I wish I could create some forms for patients to sign or something I can create to attach what was done with a patient (more detailed and easier to use other than adding an internal note). - Track is an inbound RevOps software that does so much more than that. The complete integration of calendars plus the ability to create Huddle & Collective Links make communication so seamless.

- Track’s intuitive and well thought out user interface makes it easy to get around and use the app, even if you’re just starting out. Then once you’re used to it, you will be surprised as to how much time the keyboard shortcuts save you, thoroughly impressive!

- Track’s team worked with us to replicate this entire routing system online and they got it done within a matter of hours. This automated our entire lead routing process and now we just watch the leads come in and get assigned to the right rep without any manual work or errors. It feels like magic!
