What do you like best about Hostaway?

I had an excellent onboarding experience with Alma Gutierrez. Customer support has been very easy to contact and has been able to answer my questions and provide guidance and support as needed. The software itself does everything I'd want it to, plus much more, and I've been able to take my property management to a higher level. I'd highly recommend Hostaway to others as their property mgmt. solution. I use it for medium-term rentals, as all of my properties are a 1-month minimum stay (due to city regulations where I am). What do you dislike about Hostaway?

Given how many features and capabilities there are in the software, there's a little bit of a learning curve. However, the software itself is very intuitive, so with a littel patience, you can figure everything out yourself. What I like best about SkyTouch Technology is the Group Master user interface. It makes creating group blocks simple, fast, and effcient. I like how we are about to check the guests out through the group master. The "Fast Edit" lets me quickly make changes to guest(s) reservations in the group block. I'm also able to edit term of contract with policy updates. Overall I am very satisfied with Skytouch Technology as it has made our hospitality business more effcient. What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

Hospitable has been a wonderful platform for helping me with my property management business. Having 9 properties is tough to manage with the help of one other person on my team. However, being able to send automatic messages to guests, using the Suggested AI replies, and keeping each of my properties' information and guests organized has been a dream. It is super easy to use and add new properties we acquire for a quick and easy setup. My team and I use Hospitable every single day and love the new updates and Town Hall meetings that they put on for us users. Hospitable is a platform that actually listens and wants to help make the platform better by listening to users' suggestions on things we would like to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?

As with any software, there is always room for improvement. One thing I would love to see is a platform for Owner Dashboards where my owners are able to see things like metrics, calendars, etc. Another feature I would love to see is more customizations for direct booking websites. I like having a website built out by Hospitable but I would love to see sub-pages added like an 'about us', 'contact us', or 'hire us as your property manager' type pages. What do you dislike about Cloudbeds?

Cloudbeds is always slow, I'm not talking (only) about downtime, but even when it is green in their status tracker, the data loads so slow, for each reload you have to wait at least 10-20 second stairing to your client's eyes like we're in 1998.

I think they don't have the enthusiasm to overhaul and use new technologies like injecting new updates to the page without refreshing( that now exist just in calendar view). Over the past 12 years, I've successfully trained individuals with varying abilities to navigate WebRezPro, and each time, the learning curve has been surprisingly short. The platform's efficiency in handling reservations, file notations, and generating reports makes it a straightforward choice. One of its standout features is multitab functionality, which greatly enhances the user experience.

The customizable report feature is another asset, allowing users to select specific parameters for information retrieval and facilitating year-to-year comparisons. WebRezPro's numerous useful features enable seamless multitasking, with multiple integrations that simplify inventory management, rate adjustments, credit card processing, and communication tasks.

The customer support provided by WebRezPro has consistently been outstanding. What do you like best about Beyond?

Beyond has been incredible from the beginning. The onboarding process was simple and fast, the initial set up for pricing was in depth and strategic, the continued support and conversations around MY goals and MY strategy has been unwaivering. There are a lot of choices in the market place for pricing tools and many are cheaper than Beyond but what I have found is that Beyond is continuously adding new tools, improving old tools and asking for operator opinions to improve their software, it's functionality and success rate. What do you dislike about Beyond?

Intelligent, dynamic pricing. Predicting market trends ahead of the booking window and actioning strategy in time frames that will lead to visible financial success. Time saving- it used to be a project to set rates for the season and dynamic pricing was a pipe dream. Now, I have my levers set and setting/ adjusting pricing takes a fraction of the time which leads to instant strategy implementation by season. Adjusting on the fly and in real time allows me to not leave money on the table and ensure I have a healthy balance of occupancy and rate to exceed my owners expectations. The only downside I see, and it is a small thing in light of all the great features, is the 2 way integration with other calendars. You have to use one app to achieve that. What do you like best about Cvent Passkey?

Cvent Passkey has been a blessing to my property to say the least. It has increased out ancillary revenue by over $100k in room upsells alone. It has also streamlined our Individual Reservation process, giving attendees the power to choose their accommodations while enjoying our fabulous amenities. Event Planners can easily access registration, reservations, and logistics for their room block which lets them know exactly where their numbers are for registration, staff rooms, and VIP accommodations. I use the software every day to report to our leadership teams and all of the reports were easy to understand. Our hotel had an untapped revenue source - upsells. We have many upgrade and suite options at my property and since they are not all included in group contracts, we were loosing out on all of these valuable assets. What do you like best about Rent Manager?

My favorite thing about Rent Manager is that it is very intuitive. It has one main help bar called Command Launch and you can access so many things from this space. Start typing in a word for what you want to do, and it will help get you where you need to go. Additionally, we have found the contacts we have for Rent Manager have been very responsive. Quick to help us find solutiosn when we couldn't figure it out on our own and very detailed in their training. I felt like I had great accounting solutions for small business needs by the time training was finished. They make it easy to implement. They provide forms that you can fill out with all of your tenants' and vendors' information, and they will put it right in the system for you. What do you dislike about Rent Manager?

For those with actual accoutning background, this probably wouldn't be a big deal, but I found it too easy to charge an invoice to an income GL rather than a debit GL. User error - definitely, but a bit of a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
