It's impossible to overstate my admiration for LiveFlow, its executive leadership, and the entire team involved. Previously, we manually generated and dispatched weekly reports to our clients via QBO. LiveFlow, however, has significantly streamlined this process. We now compile all required reports into a single Google sheet and share the link with our clients, providing them with the freedom to access the data at their convenience. This functionality not only obviates the need for an entire task in our workflow but also keeps the report perpetually updated with live data either every hour or upon opening the Google sheet.
Furthermore, LiveFlow has conferred tangible financial benefits. It circumvented the need to invest in an additional application for commission calculations. Rhythm is a robust system that can fit the needs of a high-level year-over-year plan and a complex current project. I like that some of the flow incorporates individual communication on the team level. The week in sync gives each team member a chance to go over weekly progress. There were lots of positives with our datarails implementation. First, Datarails hires Finance and Accounting professionals and this was a huge help in our implementation because our partner took the time to understand our business and help structure our financials in an efficient way for the system to process everything.
The software provided my team a lot of benefits including the ability to streamline and automate monthly financial reporting packages and data validation. Additionally, Datarails has enabled the ability for our company to budget collaboratively and given us additional functionality in terms of forecasting, etc.
Datarails is intuitive to professionals working in excel and the way of building formulas is very similar to SUMIFS style formulas or Pivot Tables. One of the things my team loves the most about it is smaller file sizes (60 mb models have become 2-3mb which makes them faster to work in and easier to share with members across our organization without having to break links, etc.)
