We found HROne as the simplest sofware to bring modernization and efficiency to the organisation. It hepls in managing all day to day tasks. We can easily assign asstes to employees. If any employee is facing any issue they can raise helpdesk ticket to concerned person. Background verification feature is also available. We can easily manage attendance and payroll through HROne. While the AI chat support is great, it would be beneficial to have a phone support option for more complex issues if they arise. Additionally, for salaried employees, I'd love to see an option to track project time without needing to input breaks as a job code. This would be especially helpful for engineering project timekeeping. Although we've found a workaround, having this feature would enhance the platform's usability. There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to point out one thing, it would be that the onboarding process could be a bit more streamlined. Remote solves the problem of receiving timely, hassle-free payments from international clients, especially for contractors like me based in India. The only thing I would say I don't like is that the software isn't big on creative visualization. There website is a little dull and it's not really sparky in attention. There are only a couple things I have had issues with so far in using ADP, one of which has been Unemployment withholding percentage mixups and the other is reports. I believe the SUI mixups are more of a result on how Alaska presents the information because I also had issues with QB on the same thing last year. As far as the reports, I can find most of what I'm looking for but there are times I can't find exactly what I want, that was availble in my previous system. The thing I dislike the most about the app is some of the elements of the UI that I find a bit cumbersome to handle. One example of this is when trying to trade a shift with someone or attempting to manage company details in your profile. I also dislike how many times it asks me to reset my password, though I believe that may be the fault of my system's administrator instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The problems that the app is solving is eliminating the need for reviewing a physical schedule of shifts that would otherwise be needed if my workplace didn't use UKG. It benefits me greatly by being able to see on a moment's notice what days I am working this month so I can quickly plan other things in my life accordingly. The downside to using Paylocity is the client support. Oftentimes, we are speaking to Reps at Paylocity that are ill-trained and cannot help to resolve the issue or question we are calling about. Furthermore, there have been times when following the Reps direction, has led to an incorrect result. I find a lot of times, I have to research fixes myself because the Rep simply does not know how to help. I have implemented 5 new companies in Paylocity and it is very stressful because a lot of stuff gets missed in the set-up and you have to be proactive and and reach out to Paylocity for what is missing in the new company set-up. Paylocity should be more supportive and thorough when assisting a client with any type of set-up in Paylocity. If you are new to Paylocity, you would not know if your set-up was complete and if it was not, there may be issues down the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is our go-to platform for all things HR, benefits and payroll. The products are great but the client support falls short, ofentimes not knowing how to solve a problem you have presented them with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about Hubstaff, it is hard to say that but one thing I dislike about it is its supervisor tool. I grate about the hub staff but it should be developed more for the supervisor tool as we needed to download the CSV files on a large scale sometimes as I needed to check the PTO of the employees and there is no supervisor tool to download it Apart from that, it is a great tool to use it. I gave it a 8 out of 10 for two reasons. I never give a 10 because i believe there is always room to improve, and the 8 is because the transaction duration might be faster. I think if you have a UK Bank Account it goes faster, but with a EU Account, the whole process takes around 5 business days. Not to happy about that. I use Multiplier as a freelancer, however having my own company aswell and being in constant contact with the HR Department of the company i do freelance work for, i can say, that Multiplier makes it very easy for a company to work with freelancers. There are very few bugs. Sometimes the scanner light won't work or something will freeze. We have been using the POS Go unit for about 1.5 years and every problem we've had has been fixed with a simple restart. The software can be a bit slow to respond.

My biggest gripe is the lack of support for subscription items on Shopify POS. This was a promised "coming soon" feature in summer 2023, but was pushed back until all mention of it was removed. PLEASE, Shopify, get this very important feature up and running! People want our subscriptions and we'd like to sign them up on the spot, not wait for them to visit our website. On my experience, their support are really hands on and giving a real time assistance to everyone. It was really the best experience specially when talking about your salary. I thought I might wait longer since I did not notice that my account has been closed by my bank but Borderless support didn't even gave me a hard time and fixed it on the spot. There are very very few things I think could be improved in the platform. The main item is the performance management module is a little restrictive with how many questions you can ask. It's still super easy to use but for our company's use case it's the only thing that isn't optimal. The only other item I can think of is when employees retroactively request PTO it doesn't automatically get added into payroll. Then when you manually add it in it gets deducted from their leave bank for a second time. This one is really small item and a lot of HRIS platforms perform this way. As a small HR department, BambooHR automates so much of the time consuming work like sending documents for signature, filing, obtaining onboarding requirements, sending emails for ATS, tracking information, creating comprehensive and easy to read reports, and so on. It overall makes the tedious parts of HR easier and allows me to focus my time more on meeting company objectives, analyzing data, ensuring legal compliance, and dedicating more time and attention on our employees.
