1. I have extensively used Monday for my day to day job as a project manager as well as helped several brands and business adopt to Monday or migrate to Monday.com from their existing softwares. We've dropped all "Professional" PDF editors entirely where I work. I know that not every company can do it, but we replaced Adobe Pro with Browser PDF Reader, Stirling-PDF for document manipulation, merges, splits, conversions, etc. and finally we already had DocuSign for forms/signing needs.
In the end we dropped all the Pro licensing (saving money already), and we were able to roll out PDF manipulation to all the employees entirely free (a win in my book). And the employees that needed forms/signing already had DocuSign so no added costs there.

iLovePDF was my savior! I converted word to pdf or pdf to word many times during and after my education while applying for jobs. It is very fast. And it offers many options. When I became Adobe premium, I was able to do all my work thanks to this site when I had to make changes. Sometimes I separated only the pages I wanted in pdf files consisting of very long pages, I prepared homework by combining pdf files, I combined resumes and cover letters. I like being able to combine several documents into one, this is easily achievable and assists with sending meeting information and publishing our parish magazine. I have also been able to edit the pdfs somewhat, erasing what needs to be hidden, hiding black marks when books have been scanned and deskewing documents to provide a professional looking end result.
