I can't invite more than 5 users from other Google Workspace in a month to collaborate. Don'tknow if this is a feature limit for my pricing tier but this restricts collaboration to a certain extent. I'm searching for a workaround in the meantime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My biggest gripe is that the user interface is sclearing not very Mac-like. Like MS Office apps, it uses a "Ribbon" at the top of the window to select functions, but it has no meaningful options on the menu bar. My other complaint (which is more of a Mac thing in general) is that it seems to constantly prompt for access to files and system services. Our scanner creates PDF image documents, Foxit makes the document searchable. We also use it to modify PDFs. We can make pretty much any changes we want to any PDFs, combining pages, adding and removing text, etc. We were able to cancel our Docusign account and use Foxit's services instead. Our document management has improved tremendously in the company since using Zoho Docs, which previously had a big problem with file organization. I frequently use this platform to access the documents and collaborate with the clients. It really helped to get access of all the documents at one place and also for tracking the clients. It is a next door solution for me as i can access it on my smartphone any time i want. I frequently use calender management, which manage my meetings and schedules and also i can track the delays and deadlines. It is proved to be very convenient and convinced software for me. the only issues I have run into so far is some lag when working on some very large files ( around 100 pages or so) which is normal and its still faster then all the other programs I used other then that its very stable also there are alot of advanced features but it always provides you with help on what they do and how to use them, other then that really no problems its amazing. The major growth opportunity would be for FlippingBook to offer in-app authoring of pages. Currently, my team creates PDFs using other software, then we upload to FlippingBook and add interactivity.

Before FlippingBook, my team was authoring content in other eLearning tools, often which leads to learner burnout just by overuse of one modality.
