I don’t have many dislikes, but I do want to call out the occasional sign-in loop or sync hiccup. Every so often, OneDrive gets stuck and a file will show as syncing forever until I quit the app and restart it, and then it clears. I’ve also had rare moments where licensing checks keep nagging even though I’m already signed in; again, a restart usually fixes it. Updates can sometimes shuffle a button or menu around, which steals a few minutes while I relearn where a setting moved. I think the UI clutter is a problem. They keep adding buttons for apps, whiteboards, notes, clips, and a catalog. The interface feels overwhelming compared to the clean simplicity of the original Zoom. So I think the interface could be improved. I mean, just simplify the pre-meeting experience. Currently, when I open Zoom, I'm bombarded with a home dashboard full of calendars, notes, and chats. Sometimes, I just want a big new meeting button to just start. We own and run many hotels and other businesses, and being able to easily separate the entities while keeping everything in the same place was exactly what we needed.
