Rippling helps me streamline payroll and contract services, which is usually a time-consuming process prone to manual errors. It centralizes my payroll, benefits, time-tracking, and even device management, into one platform, making it much easier to manage employee information without juggling multiple systems. At first yes, I did get the feeling that there is a lack of avenues for dashboard personalization, but the longer that I stayed with the system, the more I realized that the vast majority of our requirements can be satisfied with the provided templates. As I said, up until QuickSight, there were so many alternatives and so many licenses and tools that were required only to integrate and share insights, which was a hassle. We constantly attempted to cut down the number of complications by trying to transition onto a pay per session model, which was much more straightforward and efficient. I haven't found any downsides in particular because it fulfills the basic needs of our small business. However, there are some features that we don't use because they don't quite work with our business. For example, the time-off request feature seems to automatically approve the time-off request unless I see it and deny the request. So we still use paper request forms for that. Our employee schedule is flexible and changes week to week. Connecteam helps to update the employees on their scheduled shifts and remind them before a shift starts. One aspect to improve is the rigidity in the structure of user packages, which are only available in multiples, which can be impractical and costly for small teams. Additionally, during the initial stages of use, notifications can be excessive and even intrusive, hindering the initial experience for some users. As the size of data increases the time taken to load the chart or dashboard increases.

Tableau is a very versatile tool in creating charts and dashboards and its easliy publishable to various platforms like cloud and it is easily available in various dimensions for moblie, laptop, tablet etc.

It is solving various decision making problems as charts and graphs helps us in understanding where the business is going, how the company performed in last 1 year or what were company sales in the last quarter so that compant can take better decisions in future for their company.

I use Sage on a daily basis and I need it to be quick and accurate. this was one of my key issues I was complaining baout my old system. Implementation took a bit and customizations, but it was well worth the wait. Customer service was a key help to all things timeline related. Oftentimes when running Hubstaff, it takes a long time to ask me to share my screen. I'd prefer if it asks me immediately so I can be transparent with my employer. I start work immediately when starting the timer, and so once I'm focused on work, I can miss the notification to share my screen. If that notification came immediately, that wouldn't be an issue, and my employer would see every screenshot of my work.

The Hubstaff website, when logged in, can be overly busy because features are shown that I'm not even able to access per my employer. I'd prefer if ONLY the features I'm able to use are shown, so it's cleaner and simpler. If I need to use other features at some point, I imagine my employer would let me know. Bug Error with Data Blending:

Occasionally, when blending data in a table, a bug displays "RESERVED_TOTAL" in a dimension, causing other rows to disappear.

Quota Error:

At times, data tables or metrics show a "Quota Error," causing data to stop displaying.

A quick refresh often resolves the issue, and the data reappears.

Data Blending Limitation:

Looker Studio allows merging or blending a maximum of five tables or datasets into a single table. Blending more than five tables is not supported.

Unknown Errors:

Occasionally, an unknown error occurs, preventing data from displaying. However, refreshing the page generally resolves the issue and restores the data.

I alerady talked about ease of implementation! But sometime I feel like the default free tier computational power is not enough. I acknowledge the fact is, with premium susbscription I can unlock other features too. But as a student, who only needs noteable for educational purposes, feels like 1vCPU and 4 GB RAM is not enough, cause sometime I use this same CPU and RAM to 100% usage. I feels like at least 8 GB RAM and 3-4/4-6vCPU and unlimited storage (or you can limit storage to 128 GB) should be in a free tier for users. This will set the great impression of noteable to others who will use your services for first time! And help noteable to set as a great alternative for Google Colab.

Therefore,this will increase the integration of noteable to other platforms. If you guys can do this, then i will love to increase my frequency of use.

As I talked about this in my product rating window, what I like about noteable! Noteable helps me to collaborate with other with little or no computational process on my computer.

Implementation was a waste of both time and money for us, and their customer service left much to be desired—especially when you're paying so much for customer service and implementation that turn out to be a waste of money. We ended up having to hire a third party to outsource the implementation process. Additionally, I wish features like Smart Counting were more affordable. These tools should be accessible to customers who pay on time and rely on specific suites for their operations, specially if their customer service lack so much. Nothing major, just two small things.

Sometimes I accidentally press "Clock Out" intead of "Clock In" in the morning which messes up the timesheet.

This can't be corrected immediately due to my user level so I need to contact my manager to fix it.

I understand the reasoning for user level restrictions but it would be good to have a way to fix small errors like this immediately to save time (maybe within a 5 minute time limit or something similar?)

Another thing I wasn't able to work out is how to log in to the mobile app (from the iOS store).

I entered my company name but it wasn't recognised, maybe our IT team need to enable something but it would be good if the onboarding process was clearer.

I don't really have any issues with Usermaven. There are features that I haven't configured but that is mainly due to me not digging into the documentation and learning what I can do. I wasn't happy with the path and complexity of GA and was using a simpler tool, Clicky. Usermaven provided both ease of use and lots of features. The homepage could benefit from a slight redesign. Rather than emphasizing customizability of the cards and widgets, it could adopt a less customizable UI that provides access to all options without requiring scrolling. For example, the support card is currently placed at the bottom by default. If the design focused less on customizability and instead utilized screen space more efficiently, the support options could be displayed alongside everything else, potentially eliminating the need for a scrollbar.
