Registration Software

I'm grateful for a dedicated support team to guide me through the mobile app/webapp milestones. I look to them for their expert advice on the capabilities of the program as well as their willingness to address the specific needs of my organization with regards to the app. So far, we've been happy with the WebEx events and the ease with which our attendees/users can download and utilize all that the app has to offer for our Convention. Approvals (now Workflow) allows all forms that require pre-approval, to be sent for approval simultaneously without manual input.

Approval flows can be manually overridden or re-assigned by the company admin account.

All forms can be collectively added to an "app" so that they are easily accessed on a singular platform.

Personnel accessing the apps or forms do not require an account which lowers the cost to the business astronomically.

No coding experience necessary to set up approvals or develop forms as this process is pretty simple and tutorials are available if you are having trouble understanding the steps.

I received the usual reminders about the upcoming conference and did not pay much attention - then I got the invitation to download the Whova app - and I was taken engaged right away! Once I created my profile, I was able to navigate around and find places to upload suggestions for local restaurants and hangouts for conference attendees from out of town. I was able to look through suggestions on engaging, list my contact information, review the people that would be attending the conference, and group myself according to what would bring value to my experience.

I have to say, being first on the leaderboard was a rush! I knew once more people engaged it wouldn't last, but I enjoyed the competition! It was fun to see who the real competitive people were - lol! It was really useful to know in advance who was attending so I could make sure to catch them in person. Being able to send a quick "hello" through the app made it possible to do so because they were looking for me as well.

Being able to create my own personal agenda and NOT have to keep up with a hard copy - that was wonderful! The shuffling of books, papers, and materials has always distracted me but this way all I had to keep up with was my phone. That was worth it by itself!

It was nice to be able to exchange contact information through the app because I did not get to speak to everyone and it gave me a chance to reach out to them anyway. Plus, when I got back to my office I didn't have to figure out which card went with which person because the app showed me their face. I am terrible with remembering faces with names and this was better than a cheat sheet!

Being able to set meet-ups and giving people the anonymity to decide if they were interested helped similar interests find each other.

The lost and found, the photos, logistics!!! Oh my! There was nothing bad about it. The convenience, the organization, the networking, the ability to disperse prizes - the ease of use and understanding - probably made it one of the best conferences I have attended (and I have attended 100's). I got so much more from the experience because I did not have to concern myself with the nuts and bolts of the conference. I set my own agenda, created my own relevant connections, and kept up with contacts afterward. I have already suggested it to several colleagues and will definitely be using it if I ever organize a conference myself!

vFairs was very customizable, flexible, and their team that worked with us was absolutely amazing. Our event, DataSplash, was also praised by our attendees, and they really enjoyed how it felt much more personal than just a collection of webinars.

This was my first time using a site like RegFox and I was feeling very intimidated with no experience. The entire process went simplly and well.

The directions and videos on the site are perfect for an inexperienced, first-time user.

Every time I got stuck, or confused, I used the live chat and received a response almost immediately. If I needed to leave the chat for any reason, the response was emailed to me.

RegFox is also less costly than other ticket-selling sites and, since my event was a fundraiser for an animao shelter, this meant more funds going directly to the animals.

We use Ticketspice to sell tickets to the theatre, music, dance, art and fashion exhibits the students at our high school create and perform. These events are a big part of the fundraising efforts that keep our performing and visual arts programs running.

The .99 fee at Ticketspice is by far the best deal out there and allows us to keep more money than we would with any other platform.

Ticketspice is easy to use, the templates are beautiful, the ability to customize is vast and the support is SO GOOD. Truly.

They are quick to respond, the team are all so patient and helpful. Any issue/question I have had has been answered/resolved with one email.

I like the diversity of Cvent. It offers a lot of customization and features that you don't see in most registration tools. There is a wide variety of services and products and the way they can integrate easily with external systems is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have to say that I have been extremely impressed how easy it has been to create and manage my event using EventCreate. No need to watch long, drawn out tutorial videos to immediately begin implementating and using. Within an hour, my event website was posted for me to share with my prospective attendees to start signing up. EventCreate's partnership with Stripe made accepting payments easy to integrate and use. The customer service is next to none, with responses always resolving any questions or issues very quickly. I like the format of credits, and generally although a little confusing at first due to the different model, it is actually much simpler and more transparent than other services such as eventbrite or dice.

Integrations with mailchimp are fantastic for building your mailing list from ticket sales, and the donations option is extremely effective for making shows or tours more economical.

I used it for my year as President of Executive Women International. I like that it allows the creation of many different projects that can be customized such as creating tickets, table sales, peer-to-peer campaigns, and volunteer sign-ups lists. EventMobi is user friendly for both the attendee, but also for the planner that is setting up the mobile app on the backend. It offers multiple ways to for attendees onsite to connect with each other, speakers, and exhibitors. Sched makes event management so much easier with its intuitive user interface. The ability to bulk-upload sessions, users, and speakers—complete with helpful tagging options—was a huge time-saver. I also appreciated how the schedule could be integrated into our website, providing a professional look for our event. The email feature was another highlight, allowing us to send daily reminders, welcome emails, and customized newsletters to attendees. Firstly I like how event cube keeps track of the number of orders and tracks order data. This is especially helpful as should I client have a query with their order I can easily identify their order by their name or email or IP address . The SYNC meeting solution is really easy to setup and use. Our Sales team who are normally a challenge to onboard with any new process really found this tool useful. The staff and representatives of Brushfire have always been easily accessible and willing to help. When I have made a mistake or missed scheduling an event, Brushfire quickly renders assistance and fixes what needs to be fixed. And, they are always checking on our progress. I am new to my position and Brushfire staff educated me with ease of implementation.
