I'm grateful for a dedicated support team to guide me through the mobile app/webapp milestones. I look to them for their expert advice on the capabilities of the program as well as their willingness to address the specific needs of my organization with regards to the app. So far, we've been happy with the WebEx events and the ease with which our attendees/users can download and utilize all that the app has to offer for our Convention. With a large volunteer force selling ads for theater playbills, Jotform has changed our workflow dramatically. So easy to gather all our information into one place. Ad info, payment, all in one simple, easy to use form. No more paper forms and keeping track of multiple forms of payment. No more missed ads because someone didn't file the paperwork correctly. I received the usual reminders about the upcoming conference and did not pay much attention - then I got the invitation to download the Whova app - and I was taken engaged right away! Once I created my profile, I was able to navigate around and find places to upload suggestions for local restaurants and hangouts for conference attendees from out of town. I was able to look through suggestions on engaging, list my contact information, review the people that would be attending the conference, and group myself according to what would bring value to my experience.

I have to say, being first on the leaderboard was a rush! I knew once more people engaged it wouldn't last, but I enjoyed the competition! It was fun to see who the real competitive people were - lol! It was really useful to know in advance who was attending so I could make sure to catch them in person. Being able to send a quick "hello" through the app made it possible to do so because they were looking for me as well.

Being able to create my own personal agenda and NOT have to keep up with a hard copy - that was wonderful! The shuffling of books, papers, and materials has always distracted me but this way all I had to keep up with was my phone. That was worth it by itself!

It was nice to be able to exchange contact information through the app because I did not get to speak to everyone and it gave me a chance to reach out to them anyway. Plus, when I got back to my office I didn't have to figure out which card went with which person because the app showed me their face. I am terrible with remembering faces with names and this was better than a cheat sheet!

Being able to set meet-ups and giving people the anonymity to decide if they were interested helped similar interests find each other.

The lost and found, the photos, logistics!!! Oh my! There was nothing bad about it. The convenience, the organization, the networking, the ability to disperse prizes - the ease of use and understanding - probably made it one of the best conferences I have attended (and I have attended 100's). I got so much more from the experience because I did not have to concern myself with the nuts and bolts of the conference. I set my own agenda, created my own relevant connections, and kept up with contacts afterward. I have already suggested it to several colleagues and will definitely be using it if I ever organize a conference myself!

As a new teacher on the block I found RegFox super easy to use for creating registration pages for my classes. It took me less than an hour to create my first page and then from then on it was streamlined to about 30 min for the next page. Yes, to "Copy" fuction! And that is with no previous exprerince in graphic design. The templates library, the drag and drop feature, the pages layout - all make it easy, practical and manageable for you to create a beautiful registration page that works really well. RegFox also offer email confimations and reminders, configurable waivers and much more. The registration page seamlessly blended with our website and I saved a decent amount of money by creating the page myself, instead of hiring a designer.

The platform was a big step in the right direction for our events program. Swoogo has provided all of the tools needed to organize and execute events, both big and small. I really enjoy how effectively you can create an awesome landing page in very little time, send out emails with ease, and the fantastic configurability. I love that the TicketSpice platform is pretty intuitve. I jumped right in and started creating. The help modules are quite good and when I have gotten stuck a few times, the help chat has been incredible! I had one tech named AJ who stayed on the chat talking through many diffrent options to help me accomplish my task. And then I had a chat with Key that was amazing. He made me videos to explain what I should do to accomplish my task. They were both so helpful and friendly. I also appreciate that the fees are low. I had tried to put my tickets for sale on Eventbite and found the platform difficult to navigate and the help modules not helpful. Finding TicketSpice was fortuitious for me. I have to say that I have been extremely impressed how easy it has been to create and manage my event using EventCreate. No need to watch long, drawn out tutorial videos to immediately begin implementating and using. Within an hour, my event website was posted for me to share with my prospective attendees to start signing up. EventCreate's partnership with Stripe made accepting payments easy to integrate and use. The customer service is next to none, with responses always resolving any questions or issues very quickly. I like the format of credits, and generally although a little confusing at first due to the different model, it is actually much simpler and more transparent than other services such as eventbrite or dice.

Integrations with mailchimp are fantastic for building your mailing list from ticket sales, and the donations option is extremely effective for making shows or tours more economical.

I like that it allows the creation of many different projects that can be customized such as creating tickets, table sales, peer-to-peer campaigns, and volunteer sign-ups lists. Sched makes event management so much easier with its intuitive user interface. The ability to bulk-upload sessions, users, and speakers—complete with helpful tagging options—was a huge time-saver. I also appreciated how the schedule could be integrated into our website, providing a professional look for our event. The email feature was another highlight, allowing us to send daily reminders, welcome emails, and customized newsletters to attendees. I have used EventMobi for several client events and have had a great experience. I love the activity feed feature to share photos as the conference is taking place. My organization used Expo Pass in 2024 for a 250-person conference we hosted. It was amazing. I couldn't have been more thrilled that we had moved past stuffing badges manually and having a check list to confirm attendees at check in. Expo Pass was easy to setup and very simple (and intuitive) to use. Our event was the first week of December 2024 and we are already looking at securing it again for the 2025 event a year from now. The support staff was wonderful and this time we will be adding the registration option as well. We can't wait to really dive in and use more of the services this coming year.
