What do you dislike about Birdeye?

One thing I wish were easier is the ability to reply to reviews on every site. It would be so much more convenient if platforms like the Better Business Bureau, Trustpilot, and Best Company could be linked, so we wouldn’t have to go directly to each site to respond. The ease of generating customer stories and quotes directly from call recordings has significantly reduced the time it takes to move from concept to content. I love how I can upload a recording and get a well-structured draft in literally 90 seconds. It reduced case study production time from 90 days to 42 days, a 53% improvement. The Slack app integration has also been a huge win, especially with sales and marketing teams using it regularly to surface insights and customer proof automatically. It’s one of the most engaged Slack channels in the company. Sales also receive Proactive Proof emails after their calls, giving them personalized proof based on the prospect's pain points and industry. We see an open rate of 70% on these.

The customization options are great, and Peerbound's support team has been responsive every step of the way. They’ve been open to feedback, and I’ve seen them implement suggestions, like adding direct links from Slack alerts to moments in Peerbound or fields to better sort active products, which has made it even more user-friendly. Due to an unfortunate incident before we began using NiceJob, years worth of reviews were wiped from our Google listing. Thanks to this company, we were able to begin building them back immediately. We operate 1 website but across 25+ languages and countries, meaning there were initially some translation issues plus languages not supported on EmbedSocial's site. We have started to use the referral piece of Perkvile to help drive our membership numbers too. What do you like best about GatherUp?

I've thoroughly enjoyed getting familiar with this product, both for my own business and for clients I serve in my agency. GatherUp is like a missing puzzle piece I'm grateful to have finally found! Not only is my own review-gathering process more streamlined, but I've got a new productized service I can sell to my clients. My onboarding experience with Mike was world-class. I'm super confident in my ability to use the software and leverage it for my and my clients' business growth. What do you dislike about GatherUp?

I'd love to see a native email signature widget come to GatherUp in the near future. Though it's easy to add your GatherUp review link to an email signature, I'd love to see a stylized thumbs up/down element that can be added to an email signature to increase engagement.
