We are filtering the clients who have a negative experience through the Direct Feedback feature, making sure that those potential one star reviews come straight to the source instead of to our public review sites. I think reputation has area's for improvement by allowing us to be able to manage all platforms that allow reviews. Rep.com allows me to access a multitude of online reputation management is a succint place. I like that I can quickly respond to online reviews then toggle over to my social media pages for additional posting AND review my online reputation score to see where I have opportunities to boost that even more. By being a one-stop solution for an entire referral campaign from beginning to end, Referral Factory is a must-have tool for any marketer. Referral Factory takes care of a lot of the tracking and organizing, which otherwise would have led to several inefficient and tedious steps. While NiceJob is effective for managing customer reviews, I find it limiting because it focuses exclusively on that aspect. I'd prefer a more versatile tool that also allows sending feedback forms, gifts, and referral packages to clients. NiceJob has been instrumental in leveraging my current network to gather more customer reviews. I’ve seen a few drawbacks as to the social media feature. I would particularly want to be able to share videos to the various profiles in my social accounts through Oggvo software apart from pictures and plain text. Specifically, Oggvo helps to solve the problem of effective control over my activity on social platforms. It aids me in making a considerable number of posts and at the same time schedules them to keep my profiles updated. We wanted to build a loyalty program to improve our customer retention and lifetime value. By using Smile, we have been able to better incentivise customers to return and make repeat purchases with us (e.g. by offering points rewards), and further engage with our brand in other ways, such as leaving reviews of our products. One of the only downsides about Podium that I have noticed while using it is the fact that all employees of our location receive notifications from every message sent in to us, even if it does not pertain to our specific department. We have over 900 locations, and managing all of our Google Business Profiles was a challenge. RightChoice has been a great partner for us. We use our Loyalty Program in tandem with Okendo to incentivise reviews, however some users have found ways to cheat the system. In our industry, it's very difficult to find customers willing to go on the record with metrics and evidence. When customers do agree, it takes a lot of time and resources to turn stories into usable marketing content, so we have a shortage of customer evidence/proof, and the stories we do have quickly become outdated.
