It's user friendly and allows you to implement your own designs and photos into each posting. I've not had to use customer support yet but it's good to know it's available. I use Soci at least 5 times a month as I try to post a month in advance which is also another great feature because I can get all of my postings done in one day if I want to to help allow time for other things during the month. So at first when our company made the change, it was a bit furstrating. The learning curve was the cause, I had just mastered the previous software that was used. What help me was the traing, and just taking my time to go through the software and check out each option that was available to me. Most recently I have used the AI generated post for verbiage which is "AMAZING"! I also like the feature for reviews where it help you with what to say so that your responses remain netural. I really liked the ease of use of the Referral Factory dashboard. Setting up a referral program and keeping track of the process was a breeze. It is very helpful to have all the features and user data in one place. Particularly love the option to keep track of referral payouts. I learned how important Google reviews are, but I wasn't consistently asking for reviews. NiceJob easily integrated with my CRM and automatically started asking my customers for Google reviews.

I know I can fo even more, but this was so easy and affordable and way better than what I was (wasn't) doing.

It helped me more than double my revenue in the year since I started. It also helped me dramatically lower my marketing costs because the reviews caused Google to send MANY more leads my way that value 5 star reviews.

I also have been able to raise my prices because the reviews help people who value great service find me. The Google algorithm seems to love consistent, 5 star, descriptive reviews and Nicejob is delivering those.

We came over to Synup from two other tools that we used for social media management and location management with review monitoring. The team at Synup, from sales to support, have been great, assisting with our implementation, responsive to our requests, and readily available to help. Smile.io is one of the first apps I integrated into my website hosted by BigCommerce and I've loved using it the last few years. The ease of integration made it one of the first apps I used when I built my website. It helps with customer engagement and retention since they are able to sign up, earn, and use their accumulated points so easily. My products are on the high end of cost and not a product that is used often meaning customers may not purchase from me more often than once a year even! But with Smile.io, I have noticed a lot of return customers which is very important to me in my business and industry! I like that I can text customers and message our team individually or by groups in the same platform. I love that every call and text is recorded in Podium. It makes it easy to see what other employees have said to a customer and be in the know. I also enjoy the reporting to see how we are doing with our response time. Podium also allows us to efficiently respond to customer reviews, saving time by preventing us from going to another platform. I use Podium several times a day, every day.
