Sometimes, support doesn’t have the answers we’re looking for, especially when it comes to customizing certain features to fit our needs. For example, with the 'Invoice status – Not Paid,' we wanted the option for one-time invoices to auto-void if payment fails, either through a workflow or a setting. However, this was not possible, and support denied the request. While I understand this feature can be updated via API, it would be much better to have a workflow rule to handle this automatically. As I stated previously dunning to reduce subscription cancellation and smart collection and one-time invoicing have been really useful for us to easily collect one-time charges from customers. The entity management feature allows us to control customer creation and handle invoices effortlessly so we can diffrenciate India nd global customers. Chargebee’s latest beta feature, e-invoicing, has significantly reduced the manual effort required for filing invoices. Our biggest challenge so far has been the pace of implementation. This is a lengthy process to find out exactly how to make NetSuite fit with our business, but putting in the effort up front will certainly go a long way down the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can’t think of anything negative about Zenskar. The platform has fulfilled all our requirements, and their team’s support has been outstanding. What I appreciate most about Zenskar is how it automates billing and revenue recognition across diverse contract terms while maintaining ASC 606 compliance. I no longer spend hours creating invoices or matching remittances to invoices—a major efficiency boost for our small finance team.

To keep tabs on company money, send out invoices, and manage our bookkeeping, we utilize FreshBooks. Because of it, we have been able to automate time-consuming and error-prone tasks like repeating invoicing and tracking overdue payments. We are now better able to see the company's financial health and make strategic decisions thanks to the transparency of financial reporting. The least helpful part is not being able to payment links that can be sent to a customer to click and pay. Links can only be embedded on a website. I know security is a big deal, and people really need better security, but to sign in, you have to have an authenticator on your phone, scan a QR code, and then enter a code after entering the typical user name and password. It just seems to be a bit much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I tested dozen of similar platforms and none would fully fit my needs. With vcita I was able to gather almost 100% of my needs and it makes my life so much easier with the level of customisation that it has. I can configure my services, packs, synch my calendars, offer multiple payment options, have the widget on my website and make use of the links to set up specific offers straight into my website. We look forward to being able to issue refunds. As a private school, students sometimes choose to drop a class or withdraw, which requires a tuition refund. This feature hasn't yet been added to the Anchor set of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We just used Stripe before Anchor. Our customers didn't have visibility of their history. It is easier to set up invoices, make changes and manage agreements with Anchor. When we manage to fully automate the »Order 2 Cash« process we will save plenty of time and resources. Monetization is currently used primarily for annual and monthly billing of our clients for cloud computing services such as secure data storage and SaaS products. \The overall lack of external apps for now does potentially hurt it (although the API seems to be quite good and they're looking to support developers). Along with that, depending on how much customisation you need it may not be the best for you. Although, considering the simplicity and ease of integration, why not give it a go? Particularly, it's helping solve the absolute pain of "send X files over". They're organised, have a high file limit, and don't mean I need to send an upload link to something like mediafire or drive via email. It looks so much more professional and I love it. First off, the task management isn't all that great. If you're used to fancy project management tools, you might be a bit disappointed. You can't add custom fields to tasks or upload files directly to them, which can be a pain when you're trying to keep everything organized.

Another thing that drives me nuts is how slow it can be sometimes. There are days when I'm sitting there twiddling my thumbs for 4 or 5 minutes just waiting for the dashboard to load. Talk about a coffee break I didn't ask for!

Oh, and if you're always on the go, you might miss having a mobile app. It's kind of a bummer not being able to quickly check things on your phone when you're out and about.

One small thing that gets on my nerves is having to enter my email twice to log in. I mean, come on, it's 2024! Why do I need to type it twice?

And if you're working on a laptop without a mouse, get ready for some frustration. For some reason, you have to right-click and open things in a new tab a lot, which is a real pain when you're just using a trackpad.

Don't get me wrong, Clientary's not bad. It's just got a few quirks that can be annoying, especially if you're used to other software that does certain things better. But hey, no software's perfect, right? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clientary has been a real game-changer for my small business. It's solved a bunch of headaches I used to have with managing projects, tracking time, and sending invoices. Before, I was using a mishmash of different tools and spreadsheets, which was a total mess. Now, everything's in one place, which saves me tons of time and hassle.

A Few Minor Hiccups

While Bigtime has been a fantastic addition to our workflow, there are still a few areas where manual intervention is required. In some cases, duplicate data entry is necessary to ensure accuracy. When you are trying to provide read / write access to Intacct to workers at no cost to several business licenses, don't look any further. It offers a fully automated solution which is easy to use. Each month, cuts easily add up and cause cash flow issues and the only solution to that is to pay someone to track these issues and to address them. The only minor dislike I have at the moment is how they handle prepaid (gift) subscriptions. However, their team helped me implement the best version of a prepaid gift that they can do right now which uses shopify's order scheduling to implement the orders.

They are currently working on their own module for prepaid (gift) subscriptions which is apparently set to be released Q1 2024.. so by the time you're ready to join Loop it may already be a feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
