One thing I’d love to see improved is the reporting features. They’re functional, but sometimes they’re not as customizable as I’d like, and it can take a bit more work to get the data I need. Chargebee has been a lifesaver when it comes to streamlining our invoicing process. As a marketing assistant managing revenue share invoicing for clients, Chargebee automates a lot of the manual work, making it easier to track payments and ensure accuracy. It saves time by generating and sending invoices automatically, reducing human error. Plus, it handles recurring billing seamlessly, so we don’t have to worry about managing subscriptions manually. The down sides that we encounter lie within in the advanced inventory management. There is a need within our organization to exlude specific locations or customers settings from reorder point auto-calculate functions. Zenskar solved our three major billing headaches.

First, it automated our PLG billing completely - no more downloading usage report, manually creating invoices. Second, it simplified our revenue recognition process, making our finance team much more efficient. I wish there was an "hours" setting that I could replace "units" with. I'm not selling goods, but hours of services. It feels a little bit off and I hope clients don't notice it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The bigest benefit is that it automatically makes new invoice numbers. I don't have to worry about forgetting and accidentily sending out two invoices with the same number. A couple of hiccups we experienced using Stampli arose when we made edits to a vendor or customer name in our QuickBooks system because Stampli treated the edited vendor and customer name as new vendors and customers.Therefore, the history of transactions in Stampli were only showing under the old version of the name. Stampli is currently unable to make the change on the backend to move the transactions in batches from the old version to the new. The only option is to manually open every invoice and make the change there; however, our company has hundreds of transactions for each and cannot go this route due to time and cost restraints.

The second issue we have is when we have hundreds of invoices received from vendors in the later part of a period and it takes our staff extra time to get the invoice through the entire review process, which the invoice ends up missing the cut off period for export in QuickBooks. The problem is we close our books in QuickBooks then we need to change the date of many vendor invoices in Stampli to the first of the following, open month. Again, we have hundreds of invoices in this case and would like to see a batch option in the future to make for a quick and easy change to all invoice dates at once.

Bank feeds are through Yodlee for Australian users - this can take up to a week to fetch new transactions, or, have to be manually refreshed with accounts protected by 2FA. This is an issue I have raised with our bank and Zoho, but seems to be taking longer than expected to resolve. This issue isn't the wort to have, just inconvenient at times. Zoho Books helped us move away from Xero, which as helped us integrate with a solid suite of apps to help us deliver products directly to our customers. Books is easy to grasp, highly secure and reliable. We have never had an issue accessing it, even outside of normal business hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keeping parameters so that there is less fraud. They flag transactions for them to be looked into before they are processed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least helpful part is not being able to payment links that can be sent to a customer to click and pay. Links can only be embedded on a website. If you only take payments via a website this won't be a problem but if you create custom pricing and email customer directly this could be problematic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Business operations UI section offers very high flexibility, but the look-and-feel has some room for improvement. I can see that the rehaul of this section is on Tridens' roadmap, which is great news! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we manage to fully automate the »Order 2 Cash« process we will save plenty of time and resources. Monetization is currently used primarily for annual and monthly billing of our clients for cloud computing services such as secure data storage and SaaS products. Our clients are both commercial and non-commercial, and Monetization offers good distinction between the two in terms of reporting and analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few features I've suggested to support, who have been very receptive to the feedback:

- Integration limitations: (a) Doesn't yet integrate with Xero, my accounting software. (b) All integrations with popular apps (Notion, etc) are only for client facing purposes, not internally facing.

- Project Management: Tasks app has a ton of potential for internally-facing project management, but for right now, gets the job done fine since I'm a solo-firm owner. I'd love to see more features here for categorizing tasks and bulk actions!

- Forms: Would be fantastic to see more options here for different questions prompted based on responses to one-answer questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I tested dozen of similar platforms and none would fully fit my needs. With vcita I was able to gather almost 100% of my needs and it makes my life so much easier with the level of customisation that it has. I can configure my services, packs, synch my calendars, offer multiple payment options, have the widget on my website and make use of the links to set up specific offers straight into my website. The only thing I wished Bill4Time would do is integrate with our accounting software, which is probably a big ask. But it would be dynamite to see that development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you are trying to provide read / write access to Intacct to workers at no cost to several business licenses, don't look any further. As well as developing a ready-to-use and simple solution, ARMatic is ready to create new technologies that suit your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It offers a fully automated solution which is easy to use. Each month, cuts easily add up and cause cash flow issues and the only solution to that is to pay someone to track these issues and to address them. The only downside is, like all powerful software, there is a learning curve. It is user friendly and well designed, but it does take time to learn how to use it efficiently. Now that I have it figured out (mostly), it is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Anchor solves the problem of creating bespoke propsals for each of my clients. Not only that, but they capture an e-signature, so I don't have to have a separate app to obtain a signature and store the engagement agreement. Anchor invoices all of my clients and receives their payment automatically. If I need to make a change to an agreement, I can make the change, click a button, and Anchor sends a notification to my client and gets their approval. They save me time. First off, the task management isn't all that great. If you're used to fancy project management tools, you might be a bit disappointed. You can't add custom fields to tasks or upload files directly to them, which can be a pain when you're trying to keep everything organized.

Another thing that drives me nuts is how slow it can be sometimes. There are days when I'm sitting there twiddling my thumbs for 4 or 5 minutes just waiting for the dashboard to load. Talk about a coffee break I didn't ask for!

Oh, and if you're always on the go, you might miss having a mobile app. It's kind of a bummer not being able to quickly check things on your phone when you're out and about.

One small thing that gets on my nerves is having to enter my email twice to log in. I mean, come on, it's 2024! Why do I need to type it twice?

And if you're working on a laptop without a mouse, get ready for some frustration. For some reason, you have to right-click and open things in a new tab a lot, which is a real pain when you're just using a trackpad.

Don't get me wrong, Clientary's not bad. It's just got a few quirks that can be annoying, especially if you're used to other software that does certain things better. But hey, no software's perfect, right? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clientary has been a real game-changer for my small business. It's solved a bunch of headaches I used to have with managing projects, tracking time, and sending invoices. Before, I was using a mishmash of different tools and spreadsheets, which was a total mess. Now, everything's in one place, which saves me tons of time and hassle.
