Compared to (in my oppinion) cluttered CRMs like Pipedrive, Close is super user friendly. What i like the most is the beautiful ui, which is much more streamlined than most of the competition. Using close therefore is fun. When i ecountered problems, the mail-support was quick in helping me.
Another great advantage: the api is really good, via zapier we can connect and automate other software like Clickup, Perspective Funnels etc. best thing about it: the integrated mails. In close i got more overview regarding mails than in my mail app.
Lastly, integrated calling is nice to have. For me its not the biggest part of my job but beeing able to call from within close from time to time without the need to take out my phone and dial numbers is great!

One of the biggest uses of this CRM for me is periodic reminders of annual website hosting expiry dates, ensuring my client is always invoiced at the right time each year. I have been using Instantly -on Growth plan for the past 3 months. Here is my feedback. Three things that I felt stood out are Instantly Customer support, a Simple interface, and Analytics. You can rely on their customer support. I usually receive a reply back within 10 to 15 mins after raising a query and each reply after that within 5 mins. Their agents are kind and supportive in their replies. They helped me in solving a few important steps in my setup. Their UI is very simple to navigate as a beginner to Cold email, I was able to easily navigate through them and set up the entire system in a few hours. There are also guides available throughout the setup from the support system. One of the major plus is the analytics section. You can segregate your leads based on different filters like email open, replied, did not contact, etc.. You can segment them and run a separate campaign too. For example, I needed to target people who had opened my emails but did not reply. I was easily able to separate them and run targeted messages for them. It takes time to research the pros and cons of various CRMs, and there are countless options available. However, I firmly believe that the time spent finding the right one is an invaluable investment. When I read the story of Tyler, one of the founders of LACRM, I immediately knew that this was the company for me.
I was looking for something reasonably priced, simple to use, and free of unnecessary bells and whistles. I didn't need a CRM that could do everything; I wanted one that did a few crucial things exceptionally well. LACRM delivered exactly that.
The customer service they provide is exceptional—truly beyond 100%. I felt genuinely supported from the start. LACRM even arranged a courtesy call to help me with my setup, which I found incredibly helpful. I have been on Real Geeks for several years now, and we generate about 100 leads per week.
Although the website design is a little bit dated, the user interface is really good. And most of all, the lead capture is very effective.
I have used real estate Webmasters in the past, which was good but extremely expensive. They nickel and dime you for every change.
Real Geeks never charges me anything for my support requests or minor changes. While they sometimes take a couple days to resolve certain issues, they never charge me extra for it.
