It was able to provide us a clear overview of our entire sales pipeline and sales cycle with different stages. Even the main aspects are easy to find, it may be complicated to find some pieces of info because it depends on the implementation that the company did.

What do you like best about Close?

Compared to (in my oppinion) cluttered CRMs like Pipedrive, Close is super user friendly. What i like the most is the beautiful ui, which is much more streamlined than most of the competition. Using close therefore is fun. When i ecountered problems, the mail-support was quick in helping me.

Another great advantage: the api is really good, via zapier we can connect and automate other software like Clickup, Perspective Funnels etc. best thing about it: the integrated mails. In close i got more overview regarding mails than in my mail app.

Lastly, integrated calling is nice to have. For me its not the biggest part of my job but beeing able to call from within close from time to time without the need to take out my phone and dial numbers is great!

Setting up close was pretty easy, the guide helped a lot.

What do you dislike about Close?

At first, the price tag seemed pretty high. But considering the calue, close delivers, im ok with that after all.

I Would have wished for maybe a call to set up everything, getting some tips and best pracises.

The deals feature is increibly intuative. We were able to roll AC out to our sales team who had stopped using any CRM 10 years prior. It was an easy trasition thanks to a beautiful interface, endless resources with the education center, and responsive customer support. ActiveCampaign is well suited to scale, too. I've found some of the functionalities not working correctly in the mobile app. Not being able to add notes to clients, not enough characters allowed for text messages. “I had a terrible experience with RESimpli!”
What do you like best about REsimpli?

I was initially excited by the daily status emails allowing me to review my employees work.

Additionally, I was hand dialing numbers knew the program was going to save my time with the click dialer.

I used the program everyday for two weeks before deciding to call it quits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REsimpli?

I used the trial for my fledgling cold calling business. I missed the cutoff for canceling my subscription by 8 hours and they wouldn't refund me the $369 they charged even though I don't want to use it anymore. I requested my funds back and they just sent pictures of their no refund policy.

I tried watching their tutorials to learn the program but none of the buttons existed that were described in the tutorials. I finally set up an hour with their help desk to learn the program and the woman I was on with didn't know the program either. I kept asking questions and she just ignored them. Some random person interrupted my zoom lesson to school me and her on how to use it. Awkward!

Additionally, once I finally got up and running, their DNC filter wasn't working. I had to take 30 minutes out of my day to describe how their filter was filtering out all phone numbers associated with a contact if one of the phone numbers in the contact was DNC. Took them two days to fix and meanwhile I had to manually filter. Who knows how many leads I lost due to this error?

After working with it for two weeks, I found the software not intuitive and I still had to reach out to help desk on a daily basis trying to figure out how things worked. I consider the time I spent trying to learn this software wasted unless I can save someone else from doing it. I would not recommend RESimpli to anyone else. I needed a dialer. I'm setting up a lead system and believed the CRM could manage leads and call backs so I could have a higher turnover.

As a soletrader, Capsule CRM features all the benefits required to manage my client data and workflow and I use it on a daily basis. Further to this, is the fact that the free version offers everything I need. Obviously, if the business grows and staff are taken on, I'll need to upgrade to a paid plan but I'll be more than happy to do that based on my exeprience of the free plan. One of the biggest uses of this CRM for me is periodic reminders of annual website hosting expiry dates, ensuring my client is always invoiced at the right time each year. What do you like best about Instantly?

I have been using Instantly -on Growth plan for the past 3 months. Here is my feedback. Three things that I felt stood out are Instantly Customer support, a Simple interface, and Analytics. You can rely on their customer support. I usually receive a reply back within 10 to 15 mins after raising a query and each reply after that within 5 mins. Their agents are kind and supportive in their replies. They helped me in solving a few important steps in my setup. Their UI is very simple to navigate as a beginner to Cold email, I was able to easily navigate through them and set up the entire system in a few hours. There are also guides available throughout the setup from the support system. One of the major plus is the analytics section. You can segregate your leads based on different filters like email open, replied, did not contact, etc.. You can segment them and run a separate campaign too. For example, I needed to target people who had opened my emails but did not reply. I was easily able to separate them and run targeted messages for them. You can also get detailed reports on open rates, link clicks, and reply rates for any specific time period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

One thing that I feel could be added is a mid-plan for startups like me. The growth plan allows only 1000 leads at a time in your system. Initially, It was fine for me, but as I wanted to scale up some more, the next available option was the Hyper plan for 25,000 contacts or 87usd addon for 26,000 contacts. Both of them were way above my requirements. A mid-plan with 5000 contacts would help a business like mine. And one more thing was some options like A/B testing, Replying directly from Unibox are available only in the Hyper plan. I use Instantly to my entire outreach system for my startup. Currently I use Cold email outreach as my only source of lead gen. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

It takes time to research the pros and cons of various CRMs, and there are countless options available. However, I firmly believe that the time spent finding the right one is an invaluable investment. When I read the story of Tyler, one of the founders of LACRM, I immediately knew that this was the company for me.

I was looking for something reasonably priced, simple to use, and free of unnecessary bells and whistles. I didn't need a CRM that could do everything; I wanted one that did a few crucial things exceptionally well. LACRM delivered exactly that.

The customer service they provide is exceptional—truly beyond 100%. I felt genuinely supported from the start. LACRM even arranged a courtesy call to help me with my setup, which I found incredibly helpful. Although the session was scheduled for 30 or 60 minutes, we finished everything in just 15 minutes, and I left that call with complete confidence. More importantly, I knew that if I had any questions in the future, there would be a real person on the other end of the phone who understood me right away.

I've also reached out via email a couple of times, and each time, I've received a prompt response. As a small business owner with limited time and budget, I wanted to make sure I made the right choice for my CRM on the first try—and I did. You can too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Real Geeks?

I have been on Real Geeks for several years now, and we generate about 100 leads per week.

Although the website design is a little bit dated, the user interface is really good. And most of all, the lead capture is very effective.

I have used real estate Webmasters in the past, which was good but extremely expensive. They nickel and dime you for every change.

Real Geeks never charges me anything for my support requests or minor changes. While they sometimes take a couple days to resolve certain issues, they never charge me extra for it.

Response time from support is usually pretty quick. I will say as of 2024, they need to update their website templates, but at the end of the day they are generating leads for me, which is the main thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
