“Love using PandaDoc for my business needs!”
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like how convenient it is to build out templates that I use often for my documents. I love how everything stays organized within PandaDoc, and how easy it is to use. I also love that you can see the status of your eSign documents, such as when they were sent, when they were viewed, and when they were signed. It's simple to use for both the user and the customer, which makes it a breeze to do business with. My company uses it as the platform to send out our customer agreements, and being able to quickly use my templates to send quotes to customers makes my customer service above average. We use PandaDoc for quotes, proposals, agreements, and additional customer orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

The only thing I dislike is that after you've sent an eSign document, that you cannot add additional people to the document unless you resend the entire document. This makes it a bit inconvenient if a customer or client asks for additional people to be added onto the document, and you have to go back in and resend to everyone. I did find a work around for this though - if forwarding is on in the document, you can simply tell the customer to forward to whoever else they would like on the document.

EDIT: They have fixed this and it is now very easy to add someone to a document after it has been sent! No qualms any longer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PandaDoc:

I'm solving the problem of being disorganized, and using physical papers. I love the benefit of PandaDoc keeping my documents organized. They also integrate with Pipedrive, which is the CRM platform we use for all of our deals. So to be able to create a PandaDoc right within Pipedrive, and keeping my documents assigned to specific deals, it keeps everything nice and organized without any extra work. What do you like best about Proposify?

We like Proposify because it manages one particular part of our business really well, the proposal and contracts area.

Where we like it is that if you're going into Proposify it's making you focus on the potential and current clients and the body of work you will be undertaking for the client.

Once a template is made, which is fairly easy, the re-usability of the template saves us time and effort especially when we have another request come through our front door for the same or similar services.

We've been using Proposify for some years, and the times I've had to contact customer support, has been painless. The staff know their product well and provide exceptional support.

What do you like best about Subskribe?

Subskribe makes it way easier for me to manage my deals as an AE, specifically creating order forms manually is how we used to approach it and it led to a lot of errors as well as no formal review process, meaning communicating across multiple channels. So far, it's been a really positive experience with Subskribe, so I can't say that I've had any challenges. I want to see them continue to advance their functionality to be on par with other CPQ platforms, but I think they will get there and already have in many ways. The ease of adding to the content library and updating content is amazing. We also found it very easy to create templates within the system and build our own custom templates into the platform to create branded documents for each proposal.

We initially discovered GetAccept via the integration/app marketplace on Hubspot. After a trial run and discussion with GA staff, we decided to onboard the software because it allowed us to streamline the process of sending contracts. What do you dislike about GetAccept?

There are some elements of the Hubspot integration that are not perfect and still require a little QC oversight, but not enough that it stops us from using it (nor do I think it's a fault of GA; I think it's more on Hubspot). I have provided additional feedback regarding: UX to our GA CSM, and she has been helpful in either showing me how the software already does that/a solution workaround or has taken my feedback, and perhaps we'll see that in the future. What do you dislike about Qwilr?

It's honestly hard to complain about Qwilr. As a Qwilr customer and someone who tested many other proposal software options, I love Qwilr the most and highly recommend it to my friends. I really 10/10 overall recommend it.

One wish list feature might be to have automatic email follow-ups when the proposal isn't signed (built directly into Qwilr itself).

However,you can integrate Qwilr with other services that automate reminders. So, is this really an issue at all? Probably not. I'm just not sure what else to type in this mandatory field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?

My clients had to deal with a bunch of separate processes: invoice, payment instructions, contract signing, etc. all separately. None of that includes the persuastion of a proposal. Qwilr makes the buying process much simpler and easlier for my clients. Qwilr is cutting down my own administrative time and making it easier for me. Qwilr lets me know if a propsect did not watch a demo video. This allows me to follow-up with the prospect and aim to get the demo video watched. You could provide Intact with functionality that Intacct has not provided. ARMatic has offered us months for free use while reviewing the program and has finally delivered outstanding support for tens of thousands of dollars cheaper that the Intacct Software itself provides connectivity to allow NonIntacct employees to record bill payments.
