I love how user-friendly the system is and how organized and effenticent it is to setup my calling folders for my team to make their daily calls.
I've seen other phone dialers and this one is the best one I've seen... by far. Being able to click just once to get to the next caller, is such a great feature that not all other dialers offer.
Plus, their customer support is great. They always reply in a quick and timely manner and always answer the questions I have.
I also love the fact that I can purchase phone numbers from around North America and with ARMOR, my numbers are monitored and if they are flagged as spam, they are negotiated directly with the phone carriers. Talkdesk is by far the best voice communication tool I've used so far; I like the design and that you can go back and listen to every interaction with any contact, also you can communicate with other team members swiftly and effortlessly. The option to place yourself as available/busy/etc. is great due to you cannot receive calls if you're in certain states, also Talkdesk is connected with our system and if a cutomer is not able to reach us they can leave a voicemail which is assigned to the user to listen at a later time. Compared to (in my oppinion) cluttered CRMs like Pipedrive, Close is super user friendly. What i like the most is the beautiful ui, which is much more streamlined than most of the competition. Using close therefore is fun. When i ecountered problems, the mail-support was quick in helping me.
Another great advantage: the api is really good, via zapier we can connect and automate other software like Clickup, Perspective Funnels etc. best thing about it: the integrated mails. In close i got more overview regarding mails than in my mail app.
Lastly, integrated calling is nice to have. For me its not the biggest part of my job but beeing able to call from within close from time to time without the need to take out my phone and dial numbers is great!
Setting up close was pretty easy, the guide helped a lot.
