What do you like best about Nooks?

Several features... where to start ... the customization options for the dashboard and the dialing interface, the ability to see prospects information in the same dashboard, the expedited way it dials and connects to calls, the feature of being able to switch/add numbers with ease, the feature of being able to collaborate in a common room with other colleagues in a constant video call, the feature of filtering and being able to handle my call lists, being able to set automated voicemails in case the call isn't picked up by a prospect. Overall, great interface, pretty intuitive, great performance. Super recommended! The customer support team is always ready to attend any issue and they consider the points of improvement for future upgrades. I use it daily. It easily integrates with other sale automation tools. What do you like best about JustCall?

We have had just a heckin' rough time getting our telephony in Salesforce sorted out. JustCall is the one that actually allows us to review the sales team's calls with ease and speed. The transcription feature is genuinely useful.

Getting it set up was pretty painless, at least at a basic functionality level.

Customer support is genuinely helpful, though it can take a minute to get a hold of them. But they've never failed to resolve my issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JustCall?

Integration works smoothly enough, but some of the features are proving tricky to get talking to other APIs seamlessly. There's a bit of confusion between the SF Integration, the Chrome add-on, and the standalone dialer - but we have a nice system now with integrated pop-up, and the chrome extension.

My sales team is using this every day, and it doesn't strain under the weight.

There are a lot of structures that aren't immediately obvious when you're using the product, that you'll only run into when something stops working.

It's honestly a little janky in places; the amount of things that I need to contact support to do for me, instead of just letting an admin do it? It's not my favorite.

We've actually had a stretch of difficulty with porting in numbers - things that had historically not taken that long, now taking multiple weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Connecting our sales team to interested buyers - and helping us analyze our team, and train them up accordingly. It's our cornerstone VOIP for a phone-based sales process.

What do you like best about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?

Honestly I have used kixie in two different companies and get exceptional support each time. The customer support is always attentive, I have worked with Shea, Elliot, & Audrey. Each of them has been supportive for any request we may need. Also, since they are always updating their platform, I feel like any feature that may be missing, they take it into consideration and do their best to get it up in the following update. The app on the computer is super easy to use and the integration with our CRM (hubspot) is very seamless. & once more, the support team helps us a lot with any automations we need to help faciliate our integrations. Huge help from Slav that helped us out with the automations. & also thanks to Peter (current company) & Edward (previous company) for helping with the initial onboarding. First and foremost i love their powerdialer and overall telemarketing feature. In my opinion close is the best CRM in this department, adding to this is the easy customizability which enabled us to fit it exactly to our needs. To this date we were so far able to integrate it with every other software and even our offline touchpoints are now in close.

What do you like best about Koncert?

The AI Parallel dialer streamlines the process of calling through super long lists, where still reviewing each contact one by one is necessary. The integration with Outreach is extremely helpful for efficient prospecting and I like that I can choose whether Outreach pops up in a different window or another tab. I'm able to read prospect notes in real time, and do a little script run through in my head. If they don't answer, I don't have to handle any of the manual work to dial the next person. The AI Paralell dialer sometimes picks up on prerecorded messages as if a real human has answered the phone, which throws a wrench into the process of mass dialing. There are bugs from time to time, but nothing is a dealbreaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DialedIn?

The DialedIn software offers a task assignment function that project managers like me find extremely beneficial. The program enables effortless task distribution to team members with deadline setting to minimize project-related time loss and misunderstandings. The real-time project progress updates through DialedIn enable us to monitor changes without needing continuous team-wide communication.

The reliability of DialedIn remains high but I have run into occasional delays that cause the app to display outdated data for brief periods. DialedIn provides our organization with improved efficiency in project management. What a beautiful, full featured product. The title might imply a complex, hard to use or manage call center. But 30+ years of implementing, managing and using other products in the industry versus this product, shows me what inovation is all about.

Everything from media flow design, ease of implementation, administration to even agent use, is taken to the next level. And welcome AI driven context and other gound breaking features, including the Ease of Integration to your favorite CRM and other 3rd party products!

I like that I have been able to eleminate all my papers and manage my contacts in one solution. The ease of use and flexibility to customize it to my needs is remarkable. Then the automated phone dialing in the dialing sessions helps me to make the dials and disposition the contacts all at the same time! Wow, wow, wow! Being able to prerecord voicemails and leave them at the click of a button, makes me more consistant in my message and saves a ton of time! What do you like best about Salesfinity?

First off, I love the product and how easy it is to integrate with our current tech stack. We just set Salesfinity up with our team and we're booking meetings immediately. Who doesn't love that?

The fact that Boss Mode exists is also ridciulous so you can parallel dial and have the AI choose how many numbers to dial at once by how likely they are to pick up. I use this feature every day all day.

Omar and Mavlonbek were great to work with. Messaged Mavlonbek out the blue and got me a demo asap with Omar who gave us a fantastic buying exprerience.

Automation has to be one of Readymode’s top features. It does it job of handling repetitive tasks and does so well, saving us at least five hours a week. The other part which is noteworthy is the customization options as we can customize it to suit our requirements with no problem at all. What do you dislike about Readymode?

Readymode is normally solid dependable software however from time to time Readymode will encounter issues that can result in incremental delays. For example, the syncing would sometimes take longer than expected and some temporary confusion would occur. What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to the deployment of Readymode, it was quite cumbersome to streamline our operations using several applications and additional interventions. However, with the Readymode in place, all these tasks happen automatically, and on the same application. The brightest example is how it has made our approval working efficient – before, we wasted days just requesting approvals via emails. What do you dislike about VCC Live?

It would be a strong expression to say that I don't like the following functions in the VCC, rather I would say that I would welcome a development that would make the VCC system dashboard tiles more customizable. I am thinking of showing results that I approach from the IVR side and at the same time approach from the queue or custom KPI side. There could also be online access alongside the installed version.
