What do you like best about Nooks?

Part of my job is small buisness and we make a lot of calls and instead of wiating 1 min for each call to get a VM, i can call 2-3 people at a time. I don't personally call more then 3 at a time but i love the ease of it. i am also able to do one-off calls. there are also ways to filter out eveyone who didn't answer that day or canceled calls.

I also like the rooms where i can hang with my team, objection handle together and listen in on eachothers talk track. i use this every day too so constantly in the app.

I had to scour the web and use LinkedIn sales navigator to find data. With flashrev a list can be created based on intent and other inputs like location, job title etc.

What do you like best about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?

Honestly I have used kixie in two different companies and get exceptional support each time. The customer support is always attentive, I have worked with Shea, Elliot, & Audrey. Each of them has been supportive for any request we may need. Also, since they are always updating their platform, I feel like any feature that may be missing, they take it into consideration and do their best to get it up in the following update. The app on the computer is super easy to use and the integration with our CRM (hubspot) is very seamless. & once more, the support team helps us a lot with any automations we need to help faciliate our integrations. Huge help from Slav that helped us out with the automations. & also thanks to Peter (current company) & Edward (previous company) for helping with the initial onboarding. I have been using Close from quite sometime now. The features that I love is the flexibility on how I could set up and manage my leads.

The notifications of opportunities and tasks are seamless and they appear in a way I don't get overwhelmed if I am doing some different task.

The email & SMS configuration along with custom templates is amazing.

The software itself weather on mobile device or my work pc is pretty easy to use.

I would like there to be more control over the dashboards we create. What do you like best about Talkdesk?

I like the ease of using Talkdesk, it's very easy to understand and introduce to new agents. We utilise talkdesk everyday to make and receive calls with customers so it is important for us to have a software that works well. It also has a lot of features for reviewing SLAs for the agents and the number of calls etc they have taken throughout the day. It also works well with our other ticket softwares like Zendesk. I have experienced quite a few technical issues when using Talkdesk, like not being able to pause the call recording which means I have to call the customer back as part of some of our processes which requires the recording to be paused. What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

I like that I have been able to eleminate all my papers and manage my contacts in one solution. The ease of use and flexibility to customize it to my needs is remarkable. Then the automated phone dialing in the dialing sessions helps me to make the dials and disposition the contacts all at the same time! Wow, wow, wow! Being able to prerecord voicemails and leave them at the click of a button, makes me more consistant in my message and saves a ton of time! What do you like best about CloudTalk?

Easy to use with basic functions. I also love the more difficult funckions and the fact that customer support (especially Lucia and Daniela, but also others) quickly and clearly help me understand the more difficult and complex mechanisms. What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

The application certainly needs a few improvements, lacking basic functions such as visible missed callback attempts in missed inches. But it's also hard to set intelligent callbacks from the missed tab, when, for example, I actively use 3 phone numbers. In the analytics itself it also sometimes shows errors and e.g. I can't open call steps in a separate tab using the middle button only I am forced in the same tab and then when I return it returns me to the very beginning. What do you like best about Salesfinity?

First off, I love the product and how easy it is to integrate with our current tech stack. We just set Salesfinity up with our team and we're booking meetings immediately. Who doesn't love that?

The fact that Boss Mode exists is also ridciulous so you can parallel dial and have the AI choose how many numbers to dial at once by how likely they are to pick up. I use this feature every day all day.

Omar and Mavlonbek were great to work with. Messaged Mavlonbek out the blue and got me a demo asap with Omar who gave us a fantastic buying exprerience.

Making thousands of call and receive thousand of call everyday isn't an issues with Readymode, they has perfecting the traffic management and the heavy call traffic will not deminishing call audio quality. Loved the prerecorded voice broadcast that is played automatically after the call is answered and the launch of IVR (interactive voice response) afterward to collect and retrive caller infromation and their support inquiry before the call is passed to customer support reps. Overall, Readymode has simplified a manual work that supposedly need 20 minute to complete to 5 minute operation using the automation and advanced caller tools. What do you dislike about Readymode?

Only minor drawback with the audio quality, which sometime, the automated responding record audio is not too clear and customer have to repeat the IVR 2-3 times to fully understand the instruction and option. This issue is still not solved until today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Power dialer tools that preconfigure leads number and automatically distibute the call to agents and assign them with a new call a few minutes after they are finish with the previous call. It helped agents to save the time from manually find leads number, information, and to make the call one-by-one. Branded call features also increase call answering rate by displaying company name on the outbound calls, which customer can recognize the call source and they happily will take the call, instead of nameless caller infromation. I dislike the amount of bugs that Convoso cannot fix. For our team that is taking and receiving calls, we have it set up to go in a round robin order but it does not always go that way.
