What do you like best about Nooks?

It's great to be able to dial from different numbers. Nooks let's you choose which area code you'd like to call from and then auto generates a number for you. If a prospect sees a local area code, it increases the odds of them answering by quite a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I wish the history of the prospect/account would pull up automatically/easier when I call. At times, it will only show that when I last contacted the prospect but not show when my BDR did. So I called a prospect that said no to a meeting with my BDR the day before. I definitely could've done a little more digging but I would've liked that info readily accessible on the account page.

I would like there to be more control over the dashboards we create. Conversion rate, wrap up time should be displayed in leaderboards... we should be able to use this like canva gives you full control what to build for teams. What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

I love how user-friendly the system is and how organized and effenticent it is to setup my calling folders for my team to make their daily calls.

I've seen other phone dialers and this one is the best one I've seen... by far. Being able to click just once to get to the next caller, is such a great feature that not all other dialers offer.

Plus, their customer support is great. They always reply in a quick and timely manner and always answer the questions I have.

I also love the fact that I can purchase phone numbers from around North America and with ARMOR, my numbers are monitored and if they are flagged as spam, they are negotiated directly with the phone carriers. What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?

I wish I had the ability to interchange my phone numbers between my team's contacts. Right now, once the initial call is made to a person, that phone number is attached to that record/contact. I wish I had the ability to change that phone number, after a certain amount of calls were made to that contact, and were unanswered.

What problems is PhoneBurner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using PhoneBurner allows us to make more calls, all day, everyday. My team only has to focus on calling their files and nothing else.

Before PhoneBurner, we were using a system that my callers had to dial the number, find out if that number was in a time zone that makes sense to call, and wasn't well organized. What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Talkdesk is by far the best voice communication tool I've used so far; I like the design and that you can go back and listen to every interaction with any contact, also you can communicate with other team members swiftly and effortlessly. The option to place yourself as available/busy/etc. is great due to you cannot receive calls if you're in certain states, also Talkdesk is connected with our system and if a cutomer is not able to reach us they can leave a voicemail which is assigned to the user to listen at a later time. What do you like best about Close?

Compared to (in my oppinion) cluttered CRMs like Pipedrive, Close is super user friendly. What i like the most is the beautiful ui, which is much more streamlined than most of the competition. Using close therefore is fun. When i ecountered problems, the mail-support was quick in helping me.

Another great advantage: the api is really good, via zapier we can connect and automate other software like Clickup, Perspective Funnels etc. best thing about it: the integrated mails. In close i got more overview regarding mails than in my mail app.

Lastly, integrated calling is nice to have. For me its not the biggest part of my job but beeing able to call from within close from time to time without the need to take out my phone and dial numbers is great!

Setting up close was pretty easy, the guide helped a lot.

What do you dislike about Close?

At first, the price tag seemed pretty high. But considering the calue, close delivers, im ok with that after all.

I Would have wished for maybe a call to set up everything, getting some tips and best pracises.

I have multiple reasons that CloudTalk is at the top of my list for connectivity software. I use CloudTalk every day so it is very important part of my job function.

Here are a few:

- Flexibility - you can use desktop or mobile platforms to complete communications.

CloudTalk even allows you to run each platform congruently. For those of us that need to roam while making 100+ calls a day this is a total WIN!!

- International calls - I can call leads anywhere in the world with the simple click of a button. No messy dialing systems or having a 3rd party to connect the exchange.

- User friendly interface - CloudTalk is easy to use. It is that simple. The implementation process was trouble-free and customer support was very prompt in assisting with any questions. The platform integrated smoothly with my CRM software.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Dislikes:

The only dislike is the process of closing out a profile after the call is over. I want to hang up with a customer and then move on the my next task. With CloudTalk once the call ends then I have to close out a disposition task on CloudTalk, which has nothing to do with my CRM application.

I dislike the amount of bugs that Convoso cannot fix. For our team that is taking and receiving calls, we have it set up to go in a round robin order but it does not always go that way. What do you like best about Readymode?

I like how efficiently Readymode has established call management when receiving a large amount of calls. It is easier for any new staff joining the platform to understand and master what is required of him or her in undertaking the assigned roles. Our CRM integration has been done nicely so that there is little to no data entry and overall work optimization is done well. Also, versatility is one of the greatest assets of the program, making it easy to track and build improvement on productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Readymode?

In its functionality, Readymode has the following drawbacks, including bad quality of calls when Readymode is slow, which challenges our team’s performance. That has impacted the extent to which the recipients were able to respond to high call volumes appropriately. Furthermore, the reporting features are slightly more formal than they should be in that they cannot be easily customized to provide the kind of view that one may need to assess performance indicators. What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?

High call volume can be challenging to handle, but through Readymode, we only focus on speaking to clients and let the software take care of the calling. This has increased efficiency and has also ensured that there are few errors that come about due to rush hours. The tool offers us performance metrics and reports that are crucial for making changes that will improve our effectiveness and/or our quality of service to the customer .
