What do you like best about Nooks?

Several features... where to start ... the customization options for the dashboard and the dialing interface, the ability to see prospects information in the same dashboard, the expedited way it dials and connects to calls, the feature of being able to switch/add numbers with ease, the feature of being able to collaborate in a common room with other colleagues in a constant video call, the feature of filtering and being able to handle my call lists, being able to set automated voicemails in case the call isn't picked up by a prospect. Overall, great interface, pretty intuitive, great performance. Super recommended! The customer support team is always ready to attend any issue and they consider the points of improvement for future upgrades. I use it daily. It easily integrates with other sale automation tools. What do you like best about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?

Honestly I have used kixie in two different companies and get exceptional support each time. The customer support is always attentive, I have worked with Shea, Elliot, & Audrey. Each of them has been supportive for any request we may need. Also, since they are always updating their platform, I feel like any feature that may be missing, they take it into consideration and do their best to get it up in the following update. The app on the computer is super easy to use and the integration with our CRM (hubspot) is very seamless. & once more, the support team helps us a lot with any automations we need to help faciliate our integrations. Huge help from Slav that helped us out with the automations. & also thanks to Peter (current company) & Edward (previous company) for helping with the initial onboarding. The AI Parallel dialer streamlines the process of calling through super long lists, where still reviewing each contact one by one is necessary. The integration with Outreach is extremely helpful for efficient prospecting and I like that I can choose whether Outreach pops up in a different window or another tab. I'm able to read prospect notes in real time, and do a little script run through in my head. If they don't answer, I don't have to handle any of the manual work to dial the next person. A few things about DialedIn I’ve found frustrating is its occasional sluggishness when processing updates, mostly when there’s a lot of data syncing between different systems. However, this can cause it to be too hard to stay productive when you are trying to work quickly. I’ve also found that the mobile version isn’t always the same as the desktop version for some of the features. Really, we’ve gotten a lot more ability to track client interactions and follow ups through DialedIn. The auto log tables it creates eliminates the need for manual data entry, and it does so quickly - no need to log each and every call. Additionally, it’s made it more easy for us to manage leads by letting us see the whole sales pipeline and therefore prioritize leads better. What a beautiful, full featured product. The title might imply a complex, hard to use or manage call center. But 30+ years of implementing, managing and using other products in the industry versus this product, shows me what inovation is all about.

Everything from media flow design, ease of implementation, administration to even agent use, is taken to the next level. And welcome AI driven context and other gound breaking features, including the Ease of Integration to your favorite CRM and other 3rd party products!

I like that I have been able to eleminate all my papers and manage my contacts in one solution. The ease of use and flexibility to customize it to my needs is remarkable. Then the automated phone dialing in the dialing sessions helps me to make the dials and disposition the contacts all at the same time! Wow, wow, wow! Being able to prerecord voicemails and leave them at the click of a button, makes me more consistant in my message and saves a ton of time! What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The ease of use is pretty good. it offers support for various mobile and web platforms which makes it using quite easy. customer service is exceptional even tho they dont have any toll-free or customer support call lines however agents on chat pretty much resolve all the issues on time. getting it intergrated is also pretty easy since it has a native support for many CRMs. Calling rates are quite competetive as well. Our major challenge was getting something which is handy and can used on any device since we have remote employees as well and cloudtalk does the job it supports Android, IOS, Windows and it supports web based calling too. What do you like best about Salesfinity?

First off, I love the product and how easy it is to integrate with our current tech stack. We just set Salesfinity up with our team and we're booking meetings immediately. Who doesn't love that?

The fact that Boss Mode exists is also ridciulous so you can parallel dial and have the AI choose how many numbers to dial at once by how likely they are to pick up. I use this feature every day all day.

Omar and Mavlonbek were great to work with. Messaged Mavlonbek out the blue and got me a demo asap with Omar who gave us a fantastic buying exprerience.

What do you like best about Readymode?

The Readymode really catches my eye with its quick turnaround time in email campaigns launch. The streamlined process has greatly reduced what time it takes to go from planning to sending emails. The other advantage is that you can work on a team effortlessly with everyone able to provide their feedback or corrections in real time. It has shortened our ability to finish projects quicker and with greater volunteering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Readymode?

Of course, Readymode has reasonable templates, but the choice is not very vast in my opinion. Often, it is more important to have more differentiation to offer more unique campaigns. There is also another disadvantage where despite the fact that the platform is easy to use, this may take some time before a user is able to understand how to utilize the more complex tools of the product. This learning curve was a little tough at the beginning especially if we were to develop an approach to quickly start new campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit of using Readymode had been that it has made email design way easier. There’s no longer a need to pester designers for polished branded emails. Our saving of time with the customizable templates has been fantastic, and being able to play with different designs has really helped us refine our approach. What do you dislike about VCC Live?

It would be a strong expression to say that I don't like the following functions in the VCC, rather I would say that I would welcome a development that would make the VCC system dashboard tiles more customizable. I am thinking of showing results that I approach from the IVR side and at the same time approach from the queue or custom KPI side. There could also be online access alongside the installed version. This make sure the call is triggered as per client convience & there is one of our agent present to be sure to answer the call.
