What do you like best about PandaDoc?

What I really appreciate about PandaDoc is how it streamline document workflows in a business environment. In my corporate role I use it mainly for creating client proposals, sending contracts and tracking approvals. The ease of use makes it simple to build documents using templates and the ease of implementation allowed our team to start using it without much technical effort. It also provides a strong number of features such as e signatures, document tracking, content libraries and workflow automation. Because I regularly deal with proposals and agreements my frequency of use is quite consistent. The ease of integration with CRM and other business tools helps keep everything aligned. What do you like best about vFairs?

I really appreciated how the vFairs team was extremely helpful and fully engaged. They allowed us to be as hands-on as we preferred but were always eager to help. The training provided was good, and they answered inquiries and questions in a timely manner, providing live support during the event. I liked the ease of email communications, the built-in surveys, games, and reporting. The analytics dashboard was very useful for tracking registration numbers, allowing us to see registrations in real time grouped by registrant type and get a general overview of how registration was progressing. Also, the initial setup of vFairs was very easy; I participated and built a lot of it myself, and provided continuing modifications. We used features like online registration support, agenda management, speaker profiles, networking between attendees, streamlined communication to registrants, a mobile app, session control, and sophisticated reporting. What do you dislike about vFairs?

We could get more notification when they were doing updates to their system. This was frustrating during the build. The size limitation on handouts is small for some of the presentations, and the system wasn't designed to accommodate downloads. I think that should be a customizable feature. What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?

The entire setup of Jotform Sign is poor. Each document has its own inbox where the documents are stored to show their status. While I can understand why that setup may sound good, in practice it is extremely difficult to see all my documents and the standing of each client at a glance. Many times I would be looking for a clients document to see if it was signed and because we have multiple different documents, I couldn’t find theirs and would have them just sign another document in person in paper. Another big issue is that Jotform doesn’t allow you to annotate an existing document so I was not able to upload one document (let’s say a consent form) and make changes to it like adding a price. I would have to save 10 different documents to reflect the different prices and then upload each document separately. Its extremely time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it was solving a problem of sending documents at a affordable rate since I already have Jotform, I was using a different app, SignNow, and that become costly as well as yet another app that I need to use. I would really like to try to streamline as much of my process with Jotform, but unfortunately, with the way it is set up, I’m not able to use this aspect of Jotform. What I liked best about Whova at the AADPRT conference was the agenda management. Being able to build out a personalized schedule in advance made it so much easier to plan which sessions to attend. The real-time updates were a huge help too. When sessions ran long or rooms changed, I always knew right away. The reminders kept me on track throughout the day without having to constantly check the app. Overall it made navigating a busy conference schedule much less stressful. My one frustration with Whova was the notification dots. There were red indicators constantly appearing throughout the app, and as someone who likes to have everything cleared and accounted for, it was hard to ignore them. It felt like I was always chasing down unread items just to get a clean screen. A way to manage or reduce those notification badges would go a long way for people like me. The ease of implementation was straightforward since it integrate easily into existing workflows. I really appreciate how easy it is to navigate Stampli. Its setup provides a very user-friendly experience when reviewing invoices. The information is presented clearly and is straightforward to follow. I also found the initial setup process to be very quick, which was a big plus for me. Navigating the viewing features is simple, and I like that you can download or print documents directly from the review page.

The Dashboards and reports page is another valuable aspect for business use. Having all the information consolidated in one place makes searching for and locating what you need incredibly easy.

Customer support is excellent as well. The team is always available and quick to assist, making it easy to reach out whenever you need help. They are dedicated to resolving any issues effectively and efficiently.

What do you like best about Eventee?

What I like most about Eventee is how easy it is to manage and communicate the conference program.

For ML Prague, the agenda is clean and easy to follow. Our audience is quite technical, so it’s important that people can quickly scan sessions and plan their day without overthinking it.

The Q&A feature is especially valuable for me. Questions are ranked by votes, which improves the interaction with speakers and makes sessions more interesting. Instead of passing around a microphone, you get relevant questions that actually add value, and you can moderate them.

Session feedback is another key part. Right after each talk, we get a clear signal of what worked and what didn’t. As a program organizer, that’s very useful to understand which topics resonate and improve future editions.

It makes the agenda easy to navigate, improves how attendees interact with speakers through Q&A, and gives immediate feedback after each session.

Also, having everything in the app means we don’t need to print the agenda. That alone saves a lot of time coordinating with designers, printing, and logistics, which is something you don’t really think about until you’ve had to deal with it.

What do you like best about DocuSeal?

What I like most about DocuSeal is how straightforward it feels.

Some e-signature tools try to do everything and end up feeling bloated. DocuSeal is the opposite - clean interface, no unnecessary friction, and you can get a document out for signature in minutes without needing a tutorial. That simplicity is genuinely refreshing.

What problems is DocuSeal solving and how is that benefiting you?

DocuSeal allows my documents, especially my client contracts, to get signed quickly and without hassle.

Before, a lot of e-signature tools felt like overkill: bloated feature sets, confusing pricing, or too much setup just to send a contract. DocuSeal strips that away and gives a straightforward way to upload a document, set signature fields, and send it off directly. That means less time wrestling with software and more time actually moving work forward.

For me, that benefits me in two big ways: it's fast, so I can focus on more important things. And it's easy for clients – they just click a link and sign from whatever device they're on.
