What do you like best about Webex Events & Webinars?

I'm grateful for a dedicated support team to guide me through the mobile app/webapp milestones. I look to them for their expert advice on the capabilities of the program as well as their willingness to address the specific needs of my organization with regards to the app. So far, we've been happy with the WebEx events and the ease with which our attendees/users can download and utilize all that the app has to offer for our Convention. “Whova amped up engagement at the WIOA Conference!”
What do you like best about Whova?

I received the usual reminders about the upcoming conference and did not pay much attention - then I got the invitation to download the Whova app - and I was taken engaged right away! Once I created my profile, I was able to navigate around and find places to upload suggestions for local restaurants and hangouts for conference attendees from out of town. I was able to look through suggestions on engaging, list my contact information, review the people that would be attending the conference, and group myself according to what would bring value to my experience.

I have to say, being first on the leaderboard was a rush! I knew once more people engaged it wouldn't last, but I enjoyed the competition! It was fun to see who the real competitive people were - lol! It was really useful to know in advance who was attending so I could make sure to catch them in person. Being able to send a quick "hello" through the app made it possible to do so because they were looking for me as well.

Being able to create my own personal agenda and NOT have to keep up with a hard copy - that was wonderful! The shuffling of books, papers, and materials has always distracted me but this way all I had to keep up with was my phone. That was worth it by itself!

It was nice to be able to exchange contact information through the app because I did not get to speak to everyone and it gave me a chance to reach out to them anyway. Plus, when I got back to my office I didn't have to figure out which card went with which person because the app showed me their face. I am terrible with remembering faces with names and this was better than a cheat sheet!

Being able to set meet-ups and giving people the anonymity to decide if they were interested helped similar interests find each other.

The lost and found, the photos, logistics!!! Oh my! There was nothing bad about it. The convenience, the organization, the networking, the ability to disperse prizes - the ease of use and understanding - probably made it one of the best conferences I have attended (and I have attended 100's). I got so much more from the experience because I did not have to concern myself with the nuts and bolts of the conference. I set my own agenda, created my own relevant connections, and kept up with contacts afterward. I have already suggested it to several colleagues and will definitely be using it if I ever organize a conference myself!

What do you dislike about Whova?

The only down side I can see is that people stayed so engaged with the app they may not have been paying as much attention to the presenters! Good thing the app had places to ask questions from each session so people had to engage!

Maybe fewer emails and texts, but really, I didn't feel spammed as most of these type things usually do. Keep the emails and texts specifically relevant based on what the attendee engages with and you will hear zero complaints from me!!

Registration, number of attendees and inventory count, organization, material overload, networking, logistical issues. It benefits me because I am able to focus my attention on the conference at hand and not "where is the bathroom" type stuff. What do you like best about PandaDoc?

It has a big range of features suited to our needs for building proposals, contracts and anything else that needs parties to review and sign (eg NDAs). The canvas/layout editor is quite easy to use given how many features there are in it, and it is only a very shallow learning curve before you can do things really quickly.

The tracking and reminders are handy features. Seems to be easy from the signer's side as well, they can choose to upload their own signature, sign it by drawing or select from a varity of fonts as the "signature". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

We needed a system that would adapt to our evolving needs. NetSuite's customizations have a been a game - changer. This flexibility has been crucial to our Company. It simplifies bill processing and automation also very easy which ultimately reduces human error.

Flexibility to make the payments is one more advantage of having a BILL and the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for users with little accounting experience. The platform’s automation also reduces the risk of late payments or missing invoices, improving cash flow management.

It is easy to integrate/implement with Intacct as well.

Customer support is also very good and they respond early with an accurate solution.

What truly sets Signaturely apart is its user-friendly interface. The platform was a big step in the right direction for our events program. Swoogo has provided all of the tools needed to organize and execute events, both big and small. I really enjoy how effectively you can create an awesome landing page in very little time, send out emails with ease, and the fantastic configurability. The platform is very easy to use, and implementation is a breeze. In addition, whenever I've had a question, the Swoogo team answers with friendly and fast service. I'd say that the configurability of Swoogo can be a bit daunting, at first. The tool has so many bells and whistles, that you need to be sure to take the training courses to ensure you're getting what you want out of the program. Before Swoogo, we had our events management across many tools. With Swoogo, I can create an event and execute it with very little jumping around. Swoogo truly has provided us with mostly a one-stop shop for events. In addition, email sends are now housed within Swoogo, which has made our lives easier since I can handle all invites and not need to loop in as many teammates to market events. What do you like best about Foxit PDF Editor?

I like that it has many advanced features such as performing OCR on a folder full of PDFs, Docusign built into the interface, and easy modification of existing PDF documents. Installation was quick, and activation was straightforward. I turned it loose on a folder full of scanned documents on a Friday afternoon, and by Monday morning they had been fully updated with OCR. It integrates into the Mac version of the Microsoft Office apps, which allows you to send your documents as PDF direct from Word or Excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Foxit PDF Editor?

My biggest gripe is that the user interface is sclearing not very Mac-like. Like MS Office apps, it uses a "Ribbon" at the top of the window to select functions, but it has no meaningful options on the menu bar. My other complaint (which is more of a Mac thing in general) is that it seems to constantly prompt for access to files and system services. Other Mac software prompts at first and then every once in while after that; Foxit seems to prompt at least once per session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our scanner creates PDF image documents, Foxit makes the document searchable. We also use it to modify PDFs. We can make pretty much any changes we want to any PDFs, combining pages, adding and removing text, etc. We were able to cancel our Docusign account and use Foxit's services instead. Xodo Sign is an excellent tool for secure and efficient digital document signing wherever you are working. Its user-friendly interface makes it a game-changer for managing transactions and documentation. Collaboration is also a breeze with Xodo Sign, with features like inviting multiple parties to sign, setting signing orders, and tracking the progress of sent documents in real time—making transactions far more efficient. What do you like best about Zoho Invoice?

Even the free account has a proffessional, polished looking invoice at the end. A client actually complimented me on it! In future, I'd like to get the paid account and customize the invoice to match my brand.

I like that I can create a client account (they even get a portal) so that I can easily select them, get their information autofilled into the invoice, and keep track of their payments.

I also appreciate that I can mark an invoice paid if they choose a different payment method, and also that I can offer payment through zoho. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Invoice?

I wish there was an "hours" setting that I could replace "units" with. I'm not selling goods, but hours of services. It feels a little bit off and I hope clients don't notice it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The bigest benefit is that it automatically makes new invoice numbers. I don't have to worry about forgetting and accidentily sending out two invoices with the same number. What do you like best about Stampli?

Stampli is a fantastic AP workflow software that is efficient and user-friendly. It has tremendously helped our team process, record, approve, modify, and export invoices to our accounting system. Before, invoices were often lost and, consequently, paid late. Stampli helps foster a positive working relationship with vendors, who could also easily check on the status of a payment within the Stampli platform. Business runs smooth and compliant utilizing Stampli.

Additionally, the chat feature with a live customer care representative is extremely handy. You receive immediate attention with an actual person who will help answer questions and guide you in the right path. Overall, wonderful software for all businesses who receive vendor invoices! What do you dislike about Stampli?

A couple of hiccups we experienced using Stampli arose when we made edits to a vendor or customer name in our QuickBooks system because Stampli treated the edited vendor and customer name as new vendors and customers.Therefore, the history of transactions in Stampli were only showing under the old version of the name. Stampli is currently unable to make the change on the backend to move the transactions in batches from the old version to the new. The only option is to manually open every invoice and make the change there; however, our company has hundreds of transactions for each and cannot go this route due to time and cost restraints.

The second issue we have is when we have hundreds of invoices received from vendors in the later part of a period and it takes our staff extra time to get the invoice through the entire review process, which the invoice ends up missing the cut off period for export in QuickBooks. The problem is we close our books in QuickBooks then we need to change the date of many vendor invoices in Stampli to the first of the following, open month. Again, we have hundreds of invoices in this case and would like to see a batch option in the future to make for a quick and easy change to all invoice dates at once.

Zoho Books has an easy to use interface, across web and mobile apps. Transactions are easy to create, edit and send to customers, suppliers and other users. Portals are super helpful for our customers and suppliers to view their transactions with us, as well as add or update their details and add credit cards and/or direct debits. What do you dislike about Zoho Books?

Bank feeds are through Yodlee for Australian users - this can take up to a week to fetch new transactions, or, have to be manually refreshed with accounts protected by 2FA. This is an issue I have raised with our bank and Zoho, but seems to be taking longer than expected to resolve. This issue isn't the wort to have, just inconvenient at times. What problems is Zoho Books solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Books helped us move away from Xero, which as helped us integrate with a solid suite of apps to help us deliver products directly to our customers. What do you like best about Cvent Event Marketing & Management?

I like the diversity of Cvent. It offers a lot of customization and features that you don't see in most registration tools. There is a wide variety of services and products and the way they can integrate easily with external systems is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cvent Event Marketing & Management?

While the variety and customization of Cvent is great, the amount of customization can make the first couple of events tedious and time-consuming to set up because you have to ensure all of your settings are "just right". What do you like best about EBizCharge?

They are great about working with us to resolve any of our concerns. The processes are easy so we are able to get funds into our account as they are made. They are easy to work with if there is a claim. They file paperwork and handle everything up to processing the documents to the banks. What do you like best about Docusign?

Docusign is integrated with Salesforce and it is easy for us for send documents for signature process and also capture the signatures in the documents and maintain everything based on the workflow we create in the same record for tracking purposes. We also have track of how many people the signature request has been sent to and also have a log of parties that signed the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The one issue that we are facing in the current workflow is indicate docusign if the party has sent the signed documents in an email, it just keeps sending remainders to the parties. This limitation has been a blocker for us and had to implement additional code on our end to stop those emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using docusign in our business based on the workflow we created has helped us in triggering the signature process and capturing the signed documents to the targetted record in salesforce. We have docusign integrated with salesforce, outlook and dropbox where the signed documents are automatically stored in the shared dropbox folder for future legal verifications. Previously we used to manually send the documents for signature in an email and due to this manual process there were many instances where we missed track of signed copies from the parties.
