What I really appreciate about PandaDoc is how it streamline document workflows in a business environment. I really appreciated how the vFairs team was extremely helpful and fully engaged. They allowed us to be as hands-on as we preferred but were always eager to help. The training provided was good, and they answered inquiries and questions in a timely manner, providing live support during the event. I liked the ease of email communications, the built-in surveys, games, and reporting. The analytics dashboard was very useful for tracking registration numbers, allowing us to see registrations in real time grouped by registrant type and get a general overview of how registration was progressing. What I liked best about Whova at the AADPRT conference was the agenda management. Being able to build out a personalized schedule in advance made it so much easier to plan which sessions to attend. What I find most useful about Adobe Acrobat is how dependable it is for handling important documents in a corporate environment. I really appreciate how easy it is to navigate Stampli. Its setup provides a very user-friendly experience when reviewing invoices. What I like most about Eventee is how easy it is to manage and communicate the conference program.
For ML Prague, the agenda is clean and easy to follow. Our audience is quite technical, so it’s important that people can quickly scan sessions and plan their day without overthinking it.
The Q&A feature is especially valuable for me. Questions are ranked by votes, which improves the interaction with speakers and makes sessions more interesting. Instead of passing around a microphone, you get relevant questions that actually add value, and you can moderate them.
