The only down side I can see is that people stayed so engaged with the app they may not have been paying as much attention to the presenters! Good thing the app had places to ask questions from each session so people had to engage!

Maybe fewer emails and texts, but really, I didn't feel spammed as most of these type things usually do. Keep the emails and texts specifically relevant based on what the attendee engages with and you will hear zero complaints from me!!

Sometimes too much choice is not such a good thing. The number and variety of options for depiction of all of the virtual spaces and options for using the features can be a bit overwhelming (we are a small board of volunteers trying to manage this). We have a geographically dispersed membership, so it's difficult to get member participation for in-person events. This is a largely volunteer organization, so there's no budget for travel, either. The only thing I dislike is that after you've sent an eSign document, that you cannot add additional people to the document unless you resend the entire document. This makes it a bit inconvenient if a customer or client asks for additional people to be added onto the document, and you have to go back in and resend to everyone. I did find a work around for this though - if forwarding is on in the document, you can simply tell the customer to forward to whoever else they would like on the document.

I would highly recommend using PandaDoc as your platform for eSign documents, agreements, contracts, etc. It's a good, reliable platform, and is easy to use from all ends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm solving the problem of being disorganized, and using physical papers. I love the benefit of PandaDoc keeping my documents organized. They also integrate with Pipedrive, which is the CRM platform we use for all of our deals. So to be able to create a PandaDoc right within Pipedrive, and keeping my documents assigned to specific deals, it keeps everything nice and organized without any extra work. One down side to Swoogo is finding external support for it if you do not have a in house expert or require custom designs. However, Swoogo has released certification classes that can help you improve your skills. Ultimately, you may need some web design/developer skills to fully unlock it's potential. We have been building out an event practice internally which makes use of Swoogo outside of it's intended use as our Conference registration platform. We have a significant number of drafters and designers, and Foxit was a no-go for their compatibility challenges. We dumped 80+ Acrobat 10-15 and 100 Foxit licenses to go to PDF Xchange Pro, the top of the line license, for 250 seats. Vendor management including collection of necessary documentation (COIs, W-9s). Payments: with Stampli we have stopped mailing checks and sending wire transfers. I couldn't see an obvious help menu or chat box while using it. TBH this didn't really matter as I found the interface easy to use, and it took minimum trial and error to upload my first contract doc.

The one issue that we are facing in the current workflow is indicate docusign if the party has sent the signed documents in an email, it just keeps sending remainders to the parties. Using docusign in our business based on the workflow we created has helped us in triggering the signature process and capturing the signed documents to the targetted record in salesforce. We have docusign integrated with salesforce, outlook and dropbox where the signed documents are automatically stored in the shared dropbox folder for future legal verifications. Previously we used to manually send the documents for signature in an email and due to this manual process there were many instances where we missed track of signed copies from the parties. I can’t think of anything negative about Zenskar. The platform has fulfilled all our requirements, and their team’s support has been outstanding. What I appreciate most about Zenskar is how it automates billing and revenue recognition across diverse contract terms while maintaining ASC 606 compliance. I no longer spend hours creating invoices or matching remittances to invoices—a major efficiency boost for our small finance team.

To keep tabs on company money, send out invoices, and manage our bookkeeping, we utilize FreshBooks. Because of it, we have been able to automate time-consuming and error-prone tasks like repeating invoicing and tracking overdue payments. We are now better able to see the company's financial health and make strategic decisions thanks to the transparency of financial reporting. It facilitates a plethora of tasks, including expense control, budgeting, report review, invoice creation and sending, and payroll processing.
