If you're new to the platform.

Navigating isn't the easiest. Config is feature packed. Security is so tight you would love to hate it.

But better secure than insecure.

One small drawback might be the backup size that Veeam creates. They are so massive that you might have to upgrade your datastore just to accomodate the backups.

On the OnPremise systems we can simply backup whole VMs.

I can't think of anything that doesn't work well with this product. I could only make a suggestion that it would be a very helpful feature to develop some automation workflows that allow our restore testing to be conducted automatically. Datto has a feature where it sends a screenshot of the console of a VM that was backed up, showing the temporary restore of the VM, and verifying that it was a working backup. Otherwise, no issues! Tenorshare 4DDiG for Mac is a very solid product, with a very solid support staff. I had issues with an external hard drive. The hard drive lost all of my data, and I was unable to find any way to recover the data, until I found Tenorshare 4DDiG. This product and service team had a lot of very good reviews online, so I decided to give it a shot. I really like the fact that you can download the software and run a recovery scan for free. That way you know if Tenorshare 4DDiG will recover the data you need, before purchasing the product. Assuming the files are small enough, you are also able to preview the files before purchasing the license and recovering the data. Once you have selected the data you recover, you are able to recover it to a computer, or to Dropbox, or to Google Drive. This was great for me, because I needed to recover a lot of data. My computer didn’t have enough space, but I was able to recover it straight to Google Drive, which did have enough space. Restores tend to take a while, therefore, don't expect a fast recovery rate. I really wish Crashplan allows a full image backup, not just file based backup, this would take crashplan to the next level with Bare Metal Recovery. The back-end is somewhat confusing to navigate and not straight forward like other vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Redundancy, reliability, and cost effective. CrashPlan has always been there when others have failed. One example was a Ransomware recovery, the other vendor had corrupt images of all the backups for over 30 days leaving us stranded, however, when we checked our CrashPlan backups; everything was intact and full backed up; couldn't have been happier to know CrashPlan was doing it's job without the constant backup verifications of other vendors.
