What do you like best about Deel?

Deel has been a great tool for me since I started earlier this month. The ease of doing everything needed from a HR persepctive - the contracts, pay, adding paymethod, verifying all documents, etc - its smooth. The chat helpdesk is the best I have seen. They respond quickly and are aware of answers to questions. Love the desktop app and the mobile app. Great security witha two-step verifcation process as well an use it frequesntly. What do you dislike about Deel?

What do you dislike about Gusto?

User interface for contractor payments (and employee payments before they recently updated it) has several times been frustrating because the back button will get pressed or will happen as a result of gestures and I lose all the payroll info I've already input, so I must start from scratch. Also the employer notes for each paycheck should be a larger window so you can see the entire note and edit it more easily if needed. This is a small complaint that I think can be addressed with some re-design and future updates, it wouldn't prevent me from using or recommending the software. Overall the good way outweighs the bad. What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gusto is allowing us to run payroll, pay contractors, and use HR utilities as a small nonprofit in a way that we probably couldn't afford if we outsourced all of those services. It has a really great tracking feature which helps me to find my perfect match candidate by the help of Boolean search .

Also, I don't need to make any notes as Job diva provides me a platform where it saves everything like sourcing, sending job description , any conversation between me and the candidates , technical screening, interviews, hiring and rejection , Termination , everything .

Like it is the perfect app from fetching the candidate to the last stage .

Hence, I don't need to worry about any notes or things as Job Diva provides me everything what I want during my Recruitment work .

Job Diva is VMS Friendly as Job Diva automatically syncs job database with the client’s VMS. With Job Diva's VMS synchronization we can be alert on immediate basis when jobs get open and close.

Hence, we can know easily when jobs are open or get closed .

I don't have to maintain multiple software system as Job Diva provides everything in one ATS only like it provides the option where I can find the candidate by the skills ,years of experience, location what I want .

The best thing I like is I can use Job Diva in my mobile app as well like we can access jobs , contacts, candidates on any iPad, iPhone or Android anytime anywhere .

According to me , there are no such disadvantages of Job Diva but yes there are lot of duplicate and fake candidates in the database , so what Job Diva can do , it can merge or delete the duplicate profiles of the candidate which will make easy for us to find genuine candidates. What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Job diva provides each and everything from fetching the candidates to the rejection and termination of the candidates , it saves all the data which makes easy for me not to maintain any notes .

What do you like best about Greenhouse?

Greenhouse's knowledge base (i.e. "how to" articles) is exceptional. It's very easy to find documentation on how to leverage various features in Greenhouse by searching and following their easy step-by-step guides. On top of that, their support team is fantastis. They're responsive, fast and always come up with a solution. Also, I've had a great experience working with their Customer Success team; they're very supportive and always keen to find solutions to my problems. My Talent Acquisition team have enjoyed using Greenhouse too. They find it a very efficient tool to help run effective hiring processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenhouse?

The biggest drawback is the reporting capability of the tool. That said, I know from talking to other TA leaders this is a common issue across other ATS solutions. I often find that I'm having to download multiple reports into Excel and then manually combining the data into one Excel sheet which is time consuming and inefficient. I understand Greenhouse is introducing AI reporting features shortly but it's not available to the contract tier we're currently on. I think this is a missed opportunity. Greenhouse is very sophisiticated but I don't feel it's particularly intuitive. At times, I feel it's difficult to find particular menu options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?

Greenhouse helps us to run an effective hiring process from start to finish; specifically, we are able to manage candidates and interviewers through the whole recruitment lifecycle. Greeenhous also helps to collect and store 1000s of applications every month in a data compliant way. Whenever we're had a data subject access requests, Greenhouse's data privacy tools have made it very easy to respond which has meant we've stayed compliant with various data laws. I have used other global HRIS platforms, and I can say hands-down that Rippling has been the best, most robust platform. I manage HR for companies that have employees and contractors all around the world, and Rippling makes it so easy to manage global compliance, global payroll and, best of all, their EOR service!

Rippling solves so many problems for my business and my clients! I manage Global HR with clients in the US & UK, and Rippling is always my recommendation. For our US employees, I can manage everything for HR on one platform, tax information is easy to grab, and you can add insurance, your 401K integration and more. It's a one-stop shot for everything HR.

What do you like best about Remote?

Submitting invoices is very easy.

The option to use a previous one as a template plus the suggestion of the invoice number (that part is fantastic) makes the process effortless.

I code my invoices as INVX, with X as the number and I thought the platform wouldn't recognize them since they are not just numbers, but it does and always suggests the INV+next number from my last invoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

A while ago I submitted an invoice that needed to be corrected (the admin from my company rejected it and asked me to send a new one with the correct value), so I did, but every time I opened the platform I was notified about it, ignoring the fact the new invoice was already submited, something like "your invoice was rejected please submit again".

I could not remove it by myself, I had to contact the support team to get this done (you can check the ticket #745427) .

Not necesarily a downside, but I think it there was a team at Hireology who helped pull more brand information into the hiring mini website pages for a company, it would be a selling point for many. Less content writing on the brand side is always a benefit, and it took some time for us to pull together all the information we wanted included on the page. Hireology is solving a gap we had in the hiring/recruiting process - we previous had someone occasionally write job descriptions and postings on websites like LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc. We would then wait for applications to come in, and sometimes we would miss many applications because we would forget to check those platforms. Now with a dedicated Applicant Management System, there is a constant eye on our applications, potential candidates, and it better keeps track of our staus with applicants as well. What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

The app is very user friendly. the thing I like the most is it allows new hires to onboard themselves. Users can also make changes to their own information. Also the dashboard is set up very efficiently. I like that it sends you reminders of the tasks ... like your weekly payroll is due. Also when you have processed it sends you a confirmation email. What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

Only thing I can think of is to view paystubs you have to dwonload. Really that's the most inconvenience I have had. Hardly ever have to do that . Just every now and then. What do you like best about Justworks?

Justworks has a professional interface and is very easy to navigate and use. They offer a plethora of human resource tools and employment law updates within their platform. One of my favorite features is the electronic timecard integration which stremlines our employee timecard proecesses and shift approvals for payroll processing. Also, their customer support team is excellent! They are responsive and knowledegable. What do you dislike about Justworks?

The only downfall that I have with Justworks is their full-time hours cannot be adjusted to accomodate our 7.5-hour full-time work day. The full-time work day included in Justworks is 8.0 hours. Therefore, we perfom manually adjustments for regular time, extra time, and overtime which is inconveinient. In the legal industry a 7.5-hour workday is common. I have discussed this with Justworks and I hope they are able to find a soultion. When they do, they will definely have a 10 rating from me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiplier?

What I like least about Multiplier is the billing process. It often felt confusing and lacked clarity, which led me to question the accuracy of the invoices on multiple occasions. The way payments were applied wasn't clearly communicated, making it difficult to reconcile our accounts effectively. While our representative, Harvey Blandon, was very helpful and did everything he could to assist us in understanding the process better, the billing system itself was not user-friendly. What do you like best about Paylocity?

I like how easy it is to process HR Actions, create onboarding tasks, and set up approval process. They systemraley have down time and when iy is, it's always on the weekend. The implematation process went well, however, we were told that they were unable to pull over our rehire eligiblility information. We use it all of the time, almost all our actions are processed thrpugh the system. Customer support is always so help, sometimes the follow up is really slw, but they are always knowledgeble and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paylocity?

Do not like that the system is not fully intergated with other areas. When we make one change, we have to go through several steps to change everything on the backend. What do you like best about greytHR?

If any new employee is joining in our company than we just need to put all the information about the employee. In other software i use in my last tenure in those we can only put the information but in GreytHR we can upload his documents soft copy which is availbale at any time and anywhere we can acces.

Some time we are working from home and we required any employees data at that moment we just need to do is one click and all data in on our display.

Our selected plan includes an e-signature package, making it a comprehensive solution for our entire recruiting cycle. We use JazzHR daily because it is user-friendly and straightforward. Our customer support team was accessible during implementation and remains a helpful resource for any inquiries we have.
