I have been using it daily for over a month now. I work in a different country, yet the exchange and conversions are seamless. It integrates all the features in an easy to understand UI. I can freely receive contracts from anywhere in the world without worrying about payments or currency conversions, and the rates are fair as well. What do you dislike about Deel?

The homepage could benefit from a slight redesign. Rather than emphasizing customizability of the cards and widgets, it could adopt a less customizable UI that provides access to all options without requiring scrolling. For example, the support card is currently placed at the bottom by default. If the design focused less on customizability and instead utilized screen space more efficiently, the support options could be displayed alongside everything else, potentially eliminating the need for a scrollbar. The ease of being able to pull information regarding my benefits, paystubs and other important documents.You can check vacation time balance and update direct deposit very easily when needed. There are a lot of different features to help you with the information you need to provide to HR. Updating information for Open Enrollment is so easy and you can sign your documents right on the site. One Stop Shop! The ease of integrating the Open Enrollment process and the frequency of use is making everything so simple. It's making customer support easier as well. No more searching all different areas. It is easy to find everything you need right in one app. Easy to download documents to email out if needed. Very easy to upload signed documents and send back in a timely manner. What do you like best about Gusto?

Before Gusto, I used OnPay to run my payroll. With OnPay's reports being late, employees weren't paid correctly, and it cost me hours to set straight state and federal reporting, leading to hundreds to thousands in fines. I was stressed and felt cheated. So, I looked for a new app and found Gusto. It was only $5 a month more than OnPay, took about 10 minutes to set up, and in the years I have been with Gusto, I found every report accurately filed on time and customer service was always just a message or call away. Our employees not only got paid on time but also immensely enjoyed the interface. Now, I am almost arrogant about how sure I am. What do you like best about Greenhouse?

There are several features within Greenhouse that make it a good tool for recruitment. The communication features are fantastic and have improved team collaboration. Scheduling interviews, a task that used to be very manual for us, has become quick and easy. The reporting capabilities of Greenhouse are also great, easy to pull the information needed to help provide valuable insight to our managers and decision-makers. What do you dislike about Greenhouse?

The integration with DocuSign could be improved. We’ve had to move outside of the Greenhouse platform to send out documents via DocuSign because we couldn’t get them to the standard we wanted within Greenhouse.

What do you like best about BambooHR?

The app itself is intuitive for both admins and users. It is straightforward to navigate and easy to use without being simplistic. There are enough features to cover everything we need to do, and more features available if we need to grow.

Best of all is the people. From our sales person who was patient and helpful over a 2 year sales process, to our implementation analyst, to the support team, everyone has been incredibly helpful, kind, and communicative. I love the customer communications from the marketing / sales team keeping us all updated on the product path, and the yearly customer summit is a great event.

The almost all in one interface and the true remote experience provided through the portal makes it satisfying for me. Loved the customer experience, I felt it was very unique to other portals I have used at different companies. No fuss in salary payments and regular updates, honest and easy to use features. What do you dislike about Remote?

I feel, when it comes to personal finance and managing tax, is something Remote needs to bring more options. I used a platform called Keka in India in my previous company. They had integrated with a popular tax managment portal called clear tax. If something similar is done even in-house, I believe it will really help with taxes and finance. Right now, its the only feature I feel isn't directluy availble on my end. When I started out the interview and landed the Job with my a truly Remote US company(with no office in India), I had a lot of questions regarding the nature of employment, how and in what way they would prcess my employement keeping up with local laws and regulations. Its a game changer for talents looking to work across global companies at the conmfort of their homes. I recieve a lot of questions from my collegues and family members regarding the nature of my employment and am very coinfident in letting them know its business as usual with and that they too can try out without any issues whatsover. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use.

The UKG site is accessible anywhere via the mobile site on my work phone which is great when working off site.

I also like the ability to customise the home page to suit my needs.

What do you dislike about UKG Ready?

Nothing major, just two small things.

Sometimes I accidentally press "Clock Out" intead of "Clock In" in the morning which messes up the timesheet.

This can't be corrected immediately due to my user level so I need to contact my manager to fix it.

I understand the reasoning for user level restrictions but it would be good to have a way to fix small errors like this immediately to save time (maybe within a 5 minute time limit or something similar?)

Another thing I wasn't able to work out is how to log in to the mobile app (from the iOS store).

I entered my company name but it wasn't recognised, maybe our IT team need to enable something but it would be good if the onboarding process was clearer.

What I like best about RUN is that my employees get paid timley, accuratley and without it being rocket science. The features in RUN are great, each section of the business has an area that is clear and user friendly. If you are not sure about the section you can check the help section or search bar with ease. Implementing RUN was a breeze with the OTTO onboarding feature. Setting up employees and adding them to payroll is also simple. I use RUN daily not just for payroll but many HR questions. What do you like best about Keka?

Keka ki a hidden gem in the macOS world of file compression, which has a smooth and clean interface. What makes it unique is its capability of performing trivial as well as highly advanced tasks at the same time being lightweight. Users like the ability to deal with various formats such as 7z, ZIP, and TAR without being bombarded by unnecessary features. Moreover, it is open source so there is nothing to hide. Although Keka is good in the area of speed and usability, some users experienced lagging of large files on their devices. What do you dislike about Keka?

According to Keka’s developers, they prefer to keep it simple and one downside is that it might not be as suitable fro power users, at least the default settings might be limiting for handling complex archives. Some users have also experienced some issues with stability when large files are extracted, noting the occasional crash or slow extraction speeds. Finally, although Keka's design is simple, it does not provide users with much information during file compression which can be frustrating when they are unsure of the current status of the program. Finally, Keka is only compatible with macOS operating systems and thus is not a good fit for those who intend to use a multi-platform application. What do you dislike about Justworks?

Horrible customer service, horrible benefits administration.

Justworks doubled our benefits costs after the first year (literally DOUBLED). We were under the impression that the point of Justworks was for a small company to share benefits with others, but I know other people who use Justworks for their company and their benefits didn't double in cost.

We asked to cancel our account and they slow played it long enough to claim it was too late to cancel and we'd have to pay them another month.

Once we finally got them to agree to accept our cancelation of benefits, they told us they'd still have to charge us but they'd refund us a month later (we're talking about thousands and thousands of dollars at this point). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the best things about Multiplier is the ease of use. It gives you all the necessary details you are looking from the get go and everything can be found on one platform. You also have a very proactive customer support team that is designated to each individual so that they can be assisted anytime they have an inquiry. What do you like best about Lever?

I find that Lever has been easy to use to add in candidates from various sources, schedule interiews, customize interview templates and add unlimited number of resumes and documents. We actually do use it to search for candidates in the database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lever?

I haven't utilized the Easy Book links in a while. While it would be helpful for most Recruiters, I have found that candidates don't like clicking on a link prior to an initial meeting. I understand as I don't click on links either. I still am able to send out a message with the link, plus give the option to tell me timeframes so I can manually work out the schedule. What problems is Lever solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lever has helped us combine several steps in our recruiting process. Ease of use for current candidate process plus historical data has been very helpful. What do you like best about Hubstaff?

I enjoy that they have a mobile version, Windows version, and others. But I especially LOVE that they have a Chromebook-specific version to download/install. I was worried there wouldn't be anything for me, but they made a quick and reliable version for my relatively rare operating system.

When opening the application, I love that it automatically logs me in very quickly. Its interface is very simple (Project and Task), with just a "Start timer" button that I push again if I need to pause my shift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hubstaff?

Oftentimes when running Hubstaff, it takes a long time to ask me to share my screen. I'd prefer if it asks me immediately so I can be transparent with my employer. I start work immediately when starting the timer, and so once I'm focused on work, I can miss the notification to share my screen. If that notification came immediately, that wouldn't be an issue, and my employer would see every screenshot of my work.

The Hubstaff website, when logged in, can be overly busy because features are shown that I'm not even able to access per my employer. I'd prefer if ONLY the features I'm able to use are shown, so it's cleaner and simpler. If I need to use other features at some point, I imagine my employer would let me know. What problems is Hubstaff solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?

I've used Bullhorn almost every day for the last 7 years.

Bullhorn is a fantastic CRM system for any recruitment agency that wants to get set up quickly, have access to lots of great technology (including AI tools) and is keen to have the ability to easily customise the platform.

The support team at Bullhorn is fantastic, the speed at which they work, the depth of knowledge, the concistency of service is all brilliant and one of the reasons I'm such an advocate for Bullhorn. Whether it's onboarding, continuous development, innovative ideas or even creative ways to engage the team Bullhorn are there to support.

Bullhorn have also created a community of customers that learn from eachother in their various meet up groups - this has been brilliant for supporting the progression of those invovled but has also hugely improved the results everyone then sees from the tools.

There are lots of create tools integrated in Bullhorn's market place that cover anything from commission automation, cv formatting, backdoor hiring - the list goes on!

Sometimes the platform can have slow loading times, but I can tell that Bullhorn have made the effort to reduce this issue over the year I've been working with them.

Recruiters traditionally don't like CRMs but Bullhorn makes it easy for our team to show the benefits to consultants of tracking their activity.
