So far, I haven’t run into major issues, but I’d love more customization options for settings and profiles. 1. Belong to a banking & finance platfrom, we have 100+ sales employees, for them now it is very easy to mark their attendance and raising expense from mobile application, Previously we are highly dependent on the email and sms.

2. Leave and expense approval is now transparent, report is very helful to track the expense amount at the end of financial year.

3. Propsed investment declaration can be done for easy and correct calucation of TDS, previously we need chartered accountants for that.

Having Gusto manage payroll, pay my business taxes and organize all necessary tax documents is a HUGE benefit... my business would not be successful without Gusto.

Even customer support goes above and beyond. I once asked for help changing hours per pay period and the customer support agent sent a very kind, detailed eMail with step by step guidance and arrows to highlight each section of that page. Once I saw the steps, it was quite intuitive, but I did not realize that the employee's name was a hyperlink and that was where all next steps were accessed. The agent was never patronizing or short on patience, and I hope that my profuse 'thank you!!' did a bit to communicate my deep appreciation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I personaly feels issue with the search bar, like, I have a Candidate working but if i put the name in bar some time it says candidate not found and some time with just 1st initial it can provide you the exact name. need to work on this feature and provide more filters. It helps me in providing the data in single reporting system, I can download a single report where i can see the name of candidate, his title, payrate, bill rate, start & end rate , W2 or C2C, Client name and Subcontracting party name , In a single assingment sheet It it can give you the all data along with OT billrate and payrate and Assingment sheet can be found by writting a name or employee on Search bar and All data will appear in a single page. The customization options are quite limited, meaning you have to adapt your processes to Greenhouse, rather than Greenhouse adapting to your processes.

While it's a solid ATS, the additional features they’ve developed (CRM, sourcing automation, etc.) fall short of expectations. I would have liked to see the same level of quality in these native features as in their core product.

Greenhouse is a solid ATS—it’s relatively easy to implement, integrates well with the careers website, effectively documents hiring processes, and offers reliable reporting.

My only suggestion on how to make it better is on the engagement surveys. When they are sent out, there is not a way to pick the employees that you want to complete it. We have our board of directors in our employee count. They dont take the engagement survey, so that does affect the numbers. It is very difficult to understand how to work with Remote as a contractor when providing services as a company but residing in a different country.

Invoicing functionality misses drafts - whenever I quit the form of creating invoice my progress is not saved.

The worst thing that happened to me was automated invoicing: my employer has issued and paid an invoice automatically without my review - with a random number that messes up my whole bookkeeping and without a valid VAT number that is required in EU when working with b2b transactions between eu companies. Even though it is a communication issue, I have never seen employers to issue employee's invoices and it's just not how it should be done.

It is really easier to have an e-signed contract with any software available on the market and handle invoices yourself, if you are a company providing services in EU.

The mobile app is completely useless but it's installation is recommended in every corner of this software. I have installed it and it always redirects me to a mobile browser because something is not yet supported in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing major, just two small things.

Sometimes I accidentally press "Clock Out" intead of "Clock In" in the morning which messes up the timesheet.

This can't be corrected immediately due to my user level so I need to contact my manager to fix it.

I understand the reasoning for user level restrictions but it would be good to have a way to fix small errors like this immediately to save time (maybe within a 5 minute time limit or something similar?)

Another thing I wasn't able to work out is how to log in to the mobile app (from the iOS store).

I entered my company name but it wasn't recognised, maybe our IT team need to enable something but it would be good if the onboarding process was clearer.

Allows me to record "Clock In" and "Clock Out" times quickly and easily which saves time and makes Timesheet management simple.

The draw back only I faced is Internal data is visible to every one in the organization and we recieve applicants of seniority level of more than 20 years even though if we choose to give the candidates of 1 -3 years of experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It also creates a pipeline for job postings where candidates can apply and submit their resumes. However, receiving resumes that exceed the job requirements can sometimes be challenging, as highly qualified candidates may overshadow those who are a better fit for the role. - Poor Benefits Quality: Depth and breadth of benefits offerings, especially medical, is poor.

- Poor Support Service Stratgy: All of our account managers have been dedicated and professional. However, JustWorks' service model is such that your representatives are service/sales people, not experts in payroll, tax, benefits or compliance. You cannot directly connect with relevant experts when you need help. Tax issues are often unresolved as a result. Thankfully we've had few other issues with sensitive areas, but I have no confidence that JustWorks has staff with deep expertise in these areas if an issue did arise.

- No real HRIS functionality: Most PEO's don't have decent HRIS features, but my predecsccors selected JustWorks because the software looked/felt better than other PEO's. This is true, but there is very little onboarding and reporting functionality.

- Poor Benefits Implementation: Open enrollment and other benefits implementation is self-serve. No expert support in modeling benefit coverage options. I had to fight to get the minimal support I received, which was far below the basic level of service I expect from a PEO or benefits provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RUN has been just what we needed for our Time and Attendance woes! The Time and Attendance feature punches our employees in/out, keeps accurate time records, and then transfers the hours right to payroll for processing. Keka has solved all the issues that is related to HR, which gives a lot of benefit to me as an employee. For example, accurate payroll processing and leave management allows tracking while requesting time offs smoothly for an ideal work-life balance. It has attendance logging as well. The self-service portals provide a view through which I can fetch payslips, leave balances, and personal information at my convenience. The filtering for each candidate is not complete for example the age that is so important to know there is no way to look for it and sometimes the candidate is good but age does not apply and I can see it until I enter the curriculum but not by search Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With the help of Zoho Recruit, I automated the candidate selection process for vacancies. First, I set up a web form that all candidates filled out, providing all the necessary information. Afterward, I reviewed the candidates and contacted those who met our requirements. I also used the ATS system to track the current stage of each candidate and utilized the analytics tools. Customer support at Paylocity is outstanding for resonsiveness, however, I do have issues with their efficency at problem solving. It often takes weeks if not months to resolve an issue from beginning to end. I also find it frustating to see modules rolled out to customers that still have a large amount of internal bugs and issues. EX: Workflows Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paylocity is fantastic for storing employee information and payroll records in a straightforward, easy to use way. Our employee population is a younger demographic that often struggles with basic directions, but I find that they are able to easily navigate around the self service portal to find and edit employee data without much direction thanks to Paylocity's interface.
