What do you like best about Gusto?

As a small business owner I have enough on my plate that I need processing payroll and answering questions related to it to be as simple and as efficient as possible. I am so glad my employer chose to leverage Rippling for our organization. We just went through Open Enrollment and I would dare to say it was the most seamless benefits enrollment experience I've ever had. The interface is very intuitive, which made navigation very easy and the layout, the flow, and the resources provided made it a breeze.

I also liked that accessing customer support was a click away so I never felt on my own. I am also very pleased with how seamless implementing this new platform away from our previous benadmin system was. It didn't feel choppy and the transition and integration was seamless. I like that JobDiva has everything one needs for recruiting in one place. Its fantastic search tools and flexible workflows make it very easier to find the right candidates for the right jobs. It has wonderful analytics and reporting capabilities. What do you dislike about JobDiva?

It is confusing and time-consuming to search for anything. New users will have a hard time learning about how to use it. JobDiva can be bit tricky at first because it has many features. JobDiva sometimes slows down when dealing with a lot of candidates or jobs And when I want to update the status or details of so many candidates at once, it doesn't easily facilitate such updates so I have to do all one by one, which is extremely time-consuming. What do you like best about Greenhouse?

I really liked that the Greenhouse team was very organized and knoweldgable. They were very detailed in every aspect of the implementation process. We had multiple meetings to ensure that we were on track. They were very professional and experts in all areas. It was a breathe of fresh air as I could not help but compare to previous vendors.

I really was impressed with the level of expertise that they had concerning integrations. This was a very critical piece for us. We were so happy to have the tech expert that we did. She was very flexible and full of knowledge. All of the consultants assigned to us were very strong.

I would definietly recommend Greenhouse as a vendor for many other reasons not stated in the above. They have many features that are great and constantly add new features that enhance and improve the Greenhouse expereince. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenhouse?

The only thing that I did not favor towards the end of our implementation, was feeling a small bit of "push back" from one of the consultants. I understand that we were at the finsihline and hours are critical but please help get us over with a bit more grace as things happen. Other than that, everyone was stellar nd on track. What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?

Greenhouse is working with us directly to help align our Fiscal Year against how greenhouse reports metrics are pulled.

Greenhouse is also expanding the way that we can source through candidates with their Advanced Talent Filtering. This is a recent new add.

Greenhouse is working at adding this ability to the CRM as well. This will help us greatly filter through high volume applicants.

Greenhouse is looking into expanding our filtiering capabilites in how we pull essental reports. The current options dont exactly meet our custom need in how we would like to have it.

Greenhouse has added customized dashboards which are very helpful. We can create custom dashboards for our ELT specifically. We continue to work with them on enhancing the custom options and visuals in which they are planning to roll out soon.

There are many things that we have listed that Greenhouse is working with us on. I meet regualrly with our contact to discuss progress and new releases. She is very helpful and informative. We have a strong relationship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“HIGHLY Recommend, we LOVE BambooHR”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

I mean where to start, we love pretty much everything about BambooHR. Our company has always been very particular with and critical of any platform we use. However, we actually have so few criticisms. Their onboarding and training was so helpful, everything is well documented. The platform is super easy to use and as a small HR team of two, it makes our lives so much easier. Our favorite feature is the automated onboarding. It automatically creates tasks for anyone you want, and makes it so easy to ensure employees sign and submit all the required documentation. As a medium sized organization this is so incredibly helpful in ensuring that onboarding is fully completed quickly and effectively. We love being able to bulk import information, bulk update staff profiles, and create custom fields in their profiles. Those custom fields can also be pulled into custom reports (which is by far the easiest report creation module I have ever used). BambooHR also has an incredibly helpful customer service and sales team. I could legitimately go on for days raving about how much I love this platform. Any items we do find, we simply give them the feedback. Their team is constantly developing and rolling out new features or improvements. I cannot wait to see what they have in store for the future! What do you dislike about BambooHR?

There are very very few things I think could be improved in the platform. The main item is the performance management module is a little restrictive with how many questions you can ask. It's still super easy to use but for our company's use case it's the only thing that isn't optimal. The only other item I can think of is when employees retroactively request PTO it doesn't automatically get added into payroll. Then when you manually add it in it gets deducted from their leave bank for a second time. This one is really small item and a lot of HRIS platforms perform this way. What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small HR department, BambooHR automates so much of the time consuming work like sending documents for signature, filing, obtaining onboarding requirements, sending emails for ATS, tracking information, creating comprehensive and easy to read reports, and so on. It overall makes the tedious parts of HR easier and allows me to focus my time more on meeting company objectives, analyzing data, ensuring legal compliance, and dedicating more time and attention on our employees. I like the way Remote is managing my work. Clear communications, the support is very helpful.

I had experiences in the past working with companies that are not so effective in their communications regarding HR issues, and this is problematic.

I had an issue in the beginning with my health check, the company assigned did my health check but they refused to send me a copy because they weren't allowed and they will send it to remote directly, but this took a long time to be processed on the platform, in fact I needed to follow up several times until it was uploaded. When doing the integration with some job boards or VMS portals, there may be bugs that result in time wasting. It is also observed that the time it takes for customer support to respond may be prolonged which makes the users helpless in crucial circumstances. Some users say that the customization features are too basic for some specific needs that they may have. What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I have been using ADP for almost a full year now and I have to say, it is by far my favorite Payroll system I have used to date. It's ease of use and hassle free implementation are some of it's top qualities. If I have to leave the office for some reason I have no doubt my stand in will be able to run payroll without much fuss. I have used live chat many times when things come up or I have a question and they are ususally quick to come up with an answer. Onboarding new employees is also a painless process, with the option to enter the info myself or send it to them to do so. What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

There are only a couple things I have had issues with so far in using ADP, one of which has been Unemployment withholding percentage mixups and the other is reports. I believe the SUI mixups are more of a result on how Alaska presents the information because I also had issues with QB on the same thing last year. As far as the reports, I can find most of what I'm looking for but there are times I can't find exactly what I want, that was availble in my previous system. They constantly update their product to include new features, integrations, and corollary offerings (for example, expense reimbursement, time off management, and accounting system integrations). Another standout component is their excellent customer service. Whether on the phone or via email, their customer support is always willing to go above and beyond to help resolve issues or to answer questions. I haven't utilized the Easy Book links in a while. While it would be helpful for most Recruiters, I have found that candidates don't like clicking on a link prior to an initial meeting. I understand as I don't click on links either. I still am able to send out a message with the link, plus give the option to tell me timeframes so I can manually work out the schedule. What do you like best about UKG Ready?

The thing I dislike the most about the app is some of the elements of the UI that I find a bit cumbersome to handle. One example of this is when trying to trade a shift with someone or attempting to manage company details in your profile. The problems that the app is solving is eliminating the need for reviewing a physical schedule of shifts that would otherwise be needed if my workplace didn't use UKG. What do you like best about Hubstaff?

Well, It is the best tool for monitoring the productivity of our employees and it also helps us to monitor the data breaches by the employee side. I know this because I'm an HR manager and it is a very good thing to monitor this kind of activity. It is easy to use it for our employees to track their time at work and their presence at their work station. It also has great customer support that offers help to overcome the issues we are facing. We use it frequently in our daily work life. We have downloaded it to our every employee to monitor their productivity. Integrating the Hubstaff in the system is easy. What do you dislike about Hubstaff?

What I dislike about Hubstaff, it is hard to say that but one thing I dislike about it is its supervisor tool. I grate about the hub staff but it should be developed more for the supervisor tool as we needed to download the CSV files on a large scale sometimes as I needed to check the PTO of the employees and there is no supervisor tool to download it Apart from that, it is a great tool to use it. AMAZING all-in-one software platform gives HR a way to easily manage daily tasks in payroll, benefits, talent, and workforce management. Paylocity's technology is backed by a culture in their teams and partners that truly cares about the clients’ success.

We are in the process of our Implementation and it has been such an easy process from the Client perspective. Very refreshing to experience the single point of contact for Customer Support; with a integrated process with partners such Human Interest who is performing the transition of our 401k Implementation happening simotaniously with our Paylocity implementation.

We are very pleased with the process thus far. Specifically Marci Lipp with Paylocity and Kevin MacMillian with Human Interest! Honestly, if we didn't know better, we'd never realize that they are 2 different companies. The entire process has been a refreshing experience and definately has DAZZLED us with all the abundance in features Paylocity offers us to save time and money in all things Human Resourses, Training, Payroll and 401k!
