It's missing a few features that would be nice, but their mobile app is probably needing the most help. However I can log into computers with it. The lack of ability to run the agent troubleshooting tool remotely. This is an especially troublesome issue if your endpoint environment is geographically diverse. If I have access to a computer on my domain remotely via VPN but the UEMS Agent is not working, then I have to use another remote control service (Teamviewer, AnyDesk, etc) in order to run the agent troubleshooting tool. In my opinion, I should have the ability to run this tool remotely and export the results to CSV so that there is no need to utilize another 3rd Party solution to work on the existing UEMS issue. I feel like complex workflow automation like assigning a task to next user based on the bandwidth is not possible. This is dine manually by verifying the scope of each user on the board. Also, mobile app does not support all the desktop features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use freshservice for tracking our project management. Stories creation and tasks for access requests are all created under the project board and tarcked based on the user including the story points. We integrated Freshservice with slack and outlook so whenever there is an update on the ticket all the watchers and assigned users will be notified directly thru slack and outlook. Downside is, Overall , in view of compliance sometimes PII uploaded to s3 can be identified with Macie. But when its an image or pdf containing photo copies of such personal sensitive information its hard to identify. It might be stored on the ec2 or s3. But figuring out it is complex. We do have OCR techniques in some services, which can trigger ec2 playbooks. Yes , it can be achievable with right problem solving technique and using the required services. Nerdio Manager is expensive! The licensing cost should be recovered by the scaling model savings, but it does eat into the savings tremendously.

We regularly run into errors with the 'User cost attribution' report. Redeploying Nerdio resolves the issue, but repeatedly doing this is aggravating. Lastly, Nerdio "power off and set as image" will fail on the sysprep stage if there are errors--Nerdio does not check for these possible issues including having antivirus installed on the image VM.

I haven't found to many things I dislike about ExtraHop. It is not an automated system that will block an attack as it is happening, but it does e-mail out alerts so that I have the ability to begin investigating the incident as soon as possible leading to a faster mitigation scenario. As an ISP our network security is very important. ExtraHop is a tool to help ensure we are seeing any attack in realtime, giving us the ability to troubleshoot and mitigate the issue in a speedy manner. Logicmonitor is delivered as cloud based solution which provided a secure and always on platform for us to leverage in our MSP offering. We required no investment in infrastrcuture and the solution was ready to deploy in a minutes. Logicmonitor works cloely with vendors to onboard key metric and aotumaically allocates alert severity indicators that we could leverage out of the box. The platorm is highly customizable but from an alerting level as well the client dashboard level, enabling us to provide client specific views of their critical infrastructure. The SLA widgets enables us to measure and report against key metrics aligned to our MSA's. I have tried to tell the ICP (Internet Connection Provider) that my Internet connection sometimes gets unstable, but they said everything is fine on their end, and without proper logs to prove this, the Provider cannot be held responsible, and they won't do a thing to resolve this issue. The only real downside, is the limitation that everything has to involve your own network - though this is totally understandable. As great as it would be to see interactions between competitors and potential customers, wouldn't want to share that information about your own network. I use Kentik for several purposes. Primarily, have used it as an Internet Services Product leader to do research on potential customer opportunities and to help guide Sales. It provides great insight into the traffic patterns of potential customers, or opportunities to upsell existing customers who might not be optimizing their use of our network. Additionally, it's a good tool for looking at competitors and understanding their traffic flow and pinpoint target customers.

It's also a good tool for day-to-day study of the network. When there are significant changes to the network infrastructure (e.g.: new PoP, new peer, significant new customer), Kentik enables real-time assessment of the resulting shifts in traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
