The transition to iMIS has been great. Having the ability to build relationships with your implementation team so that they really understand your needs and can help problem solve has probably been the best part of our experience. They respect the budget we set forward, and while they educate us about how their other products would help, there is no pressure to purchase anything and stay within the parameters you have set. They have been incredible cheerleaders for our organization and staff throughout this process.
The software itself is great. Our organization has been on the hunt for something that really does it all, and I think we have found it with iMIS. In my company we use Dashboard to easily access sellers' profiles since we are an online company that sells used cars therefore we rely heavily on this software. It also easily allows us to see the name and details of the dealer that bought the seller's car, we can see what documents the seller has uploaded so we can know which are missing so we can chase them. Before Growthzone, our association management was disjointed, running through a Microsoft Access database, disconnected billing, communication software, tracking, etc. Nothing worked together. We are in awe of how well Growthzone has been able to bring our management all into one platform, where all staff can track and learn together. The ease of use is notable, as is the ability to customize memberships, and transfer custom fields, and data. There are also continuous improvements happening and the ability to request future updates.
Our initial transfer of data ane implementation was time consuming, but the data was transfered correctly and the implementation staff were excellent in the transfer.
We also appreciate the integration with our website and running the website through GZCMS, which helps us do more internally. When I started using MemberLeap, I had never used software to create web content before. I was surprised at how easy it was to create and update web content. The interface is extremely intuitive and it is easy to learn the multiple functionalities of the software.
MemberLeap is also extremely responsive to help troubleshoot issues. Recently, I had to reach out to them to get a quote on how much it would cost to make a couple of edits to our web layout. They responded within a couple of days and were very clear on price.

I can embed HTML widgets into almost any website and can customize the fields as well as layout. It is a lot more flexible than other membership software I have tried. I have used it for business associations, networking groups and even created a directory of properties for a real estate association. ClubRunner is exactly what we needed! We developed our new website with every component that we wanted. It's easy to create and the support team is outstanding! We've occasionally had questions and we get responses same day or next day, often with links to video directions. Our organzation's website coordinator says this is her favorite platform that she's ever used. I'm not a techy person but have been able to easily upload design components onto our website. Our members have found logging on to be easy and the site to be intuitive. We also LOVE that ClubRunner has an app so that you can access member info from your phone. MemberSuite is an association management software for non-profits of all sizes that has modules for a customizable platform.
We have been using MemberSuite for five years. It has a lot of functionality that our previous AMS didn’t have – such as seamless importing general ledger entries into QuickBooks,
We have found MemberSuite very configurable to meet most of our unique needs. On occasion we have to modify our process to fit MemberSuite functionality, but that would be the case for any AMS. They have a comprehensive API that our web developers have been able to use for integration with forms on our website.
They do have a process for customizations, but they discourage it in favor of configurability. On occasion the customizations have stopped working on an update, but the problems were eventually fixed. They are occasionally also open to absorbing a useful customization into their core software, which allows for the functionality to be included in their integration testing more seamlessly.
One major pro is that you get the entire system (less customizations) for one price. There is no need to decide whether to separately purchase a module or go without it. If you use the system, you have access to all core functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
