best Meeting Software.

Meeting software may refer to a few different types of software that pertain to collaboration and interaction between employees. If these meetings are intended to be conducted remotely, web conferencing software is probably the best fit for your needs. Web conferencing software will let teams meet remotely with the help webcams to create a digital workplace environment. Voice over internet protocol (VOIP) software uses the internet to transmit phone and video communication. These products are used both personally and professionally to facilitate communication between parties. For in-person meeting scheduling, online appointment scheduling will help organize meetings and reserve a physical space for them to take place. These can also be used by vertical industries such as the medical, consulting, and sales fields. If you are looking for a larger variety of features, workforce management tools often come with scheduling features. They also forecast labor demands, track attendance, and report on employee effectiveness.

“Rippling Unifies HR, IT & Payroll with Fast, User-Friendly Automation”
What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like most about Rippling is that it brings HR, IT, and payroll together in one straightforward system, rather than forcing teams to juggle multiple tools. It feels designed for real companies that want to move quickly without getting bogged down in administrative work. I also appreciate the emphasis on automation and the overall user experience, which reflects a strong understanding of what growing teams actually need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Nothing to change—I like it the way it is. It’s easy to navigate, even for a new user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rippling addresses the challenge of fragmented employee management systems, where HR, IT, and payroll sit in separate tools and create unnecessary manual work. By consolidating everything into a single platform, it helps cut down on errors, saves time, and makes processes like onboarding and role changes much smoother. For me, that translates to less time spent on administrative tasks and more time to focus on meaningful work and growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AA
“Intuitive, Streamlined Collaboration with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration”
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What stands out most about Microsoft Teams is how intuitive it becomes once properly structured. The interface is clean, and organizing conversations into teams and channels makes collaboration much more manageable compared to long email threads. For daily communication, meetings, and file sharing, it feels streamlined and centralized.

In terms of ease of implementation, setup is relatively straightforward, especially for organizations already using Microsoft 365. User provisioning, permissions, and policy management integrate smoothly with existing admin controls, which reduces deployment complexity.

Microsoft Teams is something we use daily for chat, meetings, internal collaboration, and document sharing. The frequency of use is high because it replaces multiple tools messaging apps, video conferencing platforms, and basic file-sharing systems.

Feature-wise, it offers a wide range including video meetings, screen sharing, file collaboration, calendar integration, breakout rooms, live captions, and app integrations. The depth of features supports both small team communication and enterprise-level collaboration.

Integration is one of its strongest areas. It connects seamlessly with Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 applications, and it also supports third-party app integrations. This reduces friction between workflows and improves productivity.

Customer support has been reliable in our experience. Documentation is extensive, and issues are usually resolved through admin support channels or knowledge base resources.

Overall, it’s a comprehensive collaboration platform that balances usability, functionality, and integration within an enterprise environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

One of the main challenges with Microsoft Teams is that it can feel overwhelming, especially for new users. The number of features and nested settings sometimes makes navigation less intuitive, particularly when managing multiple teams and channels at scale. Without proper structure and governance, conversations and files can become difficult to track.

Performance can also be inconsistent. On lower-spec devices or during large meetings, the application may consume significant system resources, which can lead to lag or slower responsiveness. Additionally, search functionality, while useful, does not always return the most relevant results quickly when looking for older messages or files.

Another area for improvement is notification management. With high daily usage, notifications can become excessive and require manual fine-tuning to avoid distractions. While customization exists, it takes time to configure effectively.

Lastly, deeper reporting and analytics features could be more accessible without requiring advanced admin configuration or additional tools. Overall, while the platform is powerful, optimizing usability and performance would enhance the experience further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Teams solves the problem of fragmented communication across multiple platforms. Before using Teams, collaboration often relied on long email threads, separate messaging apps, and standalone meeting tools, which made tracking conversations and shared files inefficient. By consolidating chat, video meetings, file sharing, and task discussions into one platform, it reduces context switching and improves overall workflow visibility.

It also addresses the challenge of remote and hybrid collaboration. Real-time messaging, scheduled and ad-hoc meetings, screen sharing, and document co-authoring enable teams to work together effectively regardless of location. This has improved response times and reduced delays in decision-making.

Another key problem it solves is version control and document confusion. Integration with Microsoft 365 allows multiple users to work on the same file simultaneously without creating duplicate versions. This minimizes errors and ensures everyone is aligned on the latest updates.

Overall, Microsoft Teams benefits us by improving communication clarity, increasing productivity, reducing reliance on email, and centralizing collaboration within a secure and structured environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HV
“Zoom Workplace: All-in-One Flow with Rock-Solid Meetings and Time-Saving AI Summaries”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything into one flow instead of scattering work across five different apps.

You’re not just jumping on video calls anymore. You’ve got meetings, chat, whiteboard, docs, AI summaries, and calendar coordination all in one place. That reduces context switching, which honestly is where most productivity gets lost.

The meeting experience itself is still the strongest part. It’s stable, even on weaker connections. Screen sharing is smooth. Breakout rooms are easy to manage. For someone working across teams or stakeholders, that reliability matters.

Another big plus is the AI Companion. Automatic meeting summaries and action item capture save real time. Instead of scrambling to take notes, you can focus on the discussion and still walk away with structured follow-ups.

And finally, it scales well. Whether it’s a quick 1:1, a sprint review, or a large stakeholder town hall, it handles all of it without friction.

In short, it reduces coordination overhead. That’s the real win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One issue is feature overload. There’s meetings, chat, whiteboard, docs, clips, AI tools, phone, scheduler and more. While that’s impressive, it can make the interface feel crowded. For new users especially, it’s not immediately clear where to go for what.

Another drawback is that chat still doesn’t feel as fluid as dedicated tools like Slack. Threads can get messy, and long-term knowledge management inside chat isn’t great. It works, but it’s not the strongest part of the platform.

There’s also the pricing structure. Some of the more useful features, especially advanced AI capabilities, are locked behind higher-tier plans. For smaller teams, that can feel limiting.

And finally, performance can dip when running larger meetings alongside multiple integrations. It’s generally stable, but it does demand decent system resources.

So overall, it’s not about major flaws. It’s more about complexity and positioning. Zoom started as the best video tool in the room. As it expands into an all-in-one workplace platform, it’s still figuring out how to make everything feel equally polished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

At its core, it cuts down fragmentation. Before, teams juggle a video app, a chat tool, a docs/collaboration tool, calendars, and task trackers. That’s context switching—mental friction, lost time, missed details. Zoom Workplace brings those into one ecosystem. That alone smooths communication and coordination.

It also tackles meeting inefficiency. With things like AI summaries, action item extraction, and searchable transcripts, you don’t have to capture every detail yourself or chase people afterward for what was decided. That means less time rehashing and more time acting.

Real-time collaboration is another area. Whiteboards, shared docs, and chat live together around the same session or workspace, so brainstorming feels continuous instead of disjointed across tools.

For teams spread across different locations or time zones, the persistent history in chats and meetings helps too. You don’t have to repeat context—newcomers can catch up quickly.

The benefit of all this is simpler workflows. Fewer apps to switch between, clearer handoffs between conversation and action, and less “where did we put that?” when you need past context. You save time, reduce friction, and keep everyone aligned without relying on seven different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Calendly Makes Scheduling Business Meetings Simple and Shareable”
What do you like best about Calendly?

I mostly use calendly for scheduling our business meetings. As this tool generates online link and can easily be shared through emails and whatsapp where the other member of team can click on the link and join the meeting instantly. Irrespective of asking all of them one by one this is the platform that helps in conducting professional meet up in simple and easy steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

As I use calendly almost everyday and the CRM integration that it provides is little complex to handle. Sometime the complete integration of zoom takes a lot of time and permissions which makes the process of meeting scheduling little time taking but overall it's a good tool for businesses according to my user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

The user interface of calendly is also quite simple, we are able to learn about its basic features just in 3 days and it can easily get installed in our mobile phones. After integrating it with zoom and Google meet we are able to connect with our core team and clients all over the world just by generating the meeting links. I like that Qualified is easy to use with a simple interface. The fact that the chatbot crawls our site and updates itself is a real plus. It can chat in many languages, reaching visitors in their own language. I appreciate the amazing customer success managers who stay with you throughout installation and usage.

The snippets allow me to train the chatbot on answers that may not be apparent on our webpages. For example: What is the best Vision System to use? What's the latest software for my product? This has greatly helped us keep the bot current.

Qualified is integrated with our Salesforce instance, helping move leads quickly through our sales process. It has greatly helped us accelerate our initial sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualified?

I don't use Qualified's video chatbot. The platform has had some difficulties helping customers with detailed support questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quo?

I truly love the product — it is simply outstanding. I am very impressed with its quality and functionality, and I strongly believe that with your support, my business will be able to grow even further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I would like to kindly suggest an improvement regarding support response times. At times, operational contingencies may arise that require immediate action, and in those situations, a faster or more prioritized response would be extremely valuable.

Overall, this feedback is shared with the intention of contributing positively, as we genuinely enjoy using the product and see great potential in continuing to grow alongside your platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I previously experienced an issue related to billing; however, it was ultimately due to an error on my end. That said, the situation did raise concern, as there was a risk of my phone number being suspended. Fortunately, the matter was resolved with the assistance of your support team.

I would like to mention that I was somewhat concerned about the initial response times when requesting support. I understand operational constraints may exist, and I hope these response times can continue to improve over time.

“HR Operations Feel More Predictable and Less Reactive”
What do you like best about HROne?

What stands out about HROne is how it simplifies routine HR work without making it feel overly rigid. Attendance, leave, payroll and employee data are well connected, so updates in one area reflect smoothly across the system. I find the employee self service features especially useful because they reduce back and forth with HR for simple requests. The interface feels structured and practical for daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?

HROne solves the problem of managing HR process manually or across disconnected tools. By centralizing payroll, attendance, and employee records, it reduces errors and save time on administrative tasks. This allows HR teams to focus more on people management rather than operational follow ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“BambooHR’s Clean, Intuitive HR Platform Makes Life Easier for HR and Employees”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

What I like most about BambooHR is how intuitive and easy it is to use. The interface is clean and visually appealing, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming, even if you’re not in the system every day. Everything is laid out in a logical way, which makes it easy to find what you need and move through tasks efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

One thing I dislike is the lack of a live connection to Microsoft Azure for the PTO calendar. Because there isn’t a real-time sync, PTO visibility requires a cumbersome workaround. A more dynamic or automated connection would make it easier to keep calendars aligned across systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because the interface is easy to use and intuitive, employees can find answers on their own without needing to reach out to HR for basic questions. That has significantly reduced the volume of routine requests coming to the HR team, allowing HR to spend more time on higher-value work instead of responding to repetitive inquiries. Overall, it’s improved efficiency for both employees and HR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm loving the way in which GReminders connects several of the needs in my business into one user friendly system that integrates well with my CRM. I've used other tools in the past that did a fraction of what GReminders offers so the switch was a no-brainer! Also, the AI notetaker is the best I've used so far and the accuracy allows me to spend very little time reviewing my notes. I also love the AI notetaker Chat feature! “All-in-One Tool for Smooth Work”
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like most about Microsoft 365 is how all the apps work together in one place. Tools like Word, Excel, and Teams make collaboration very easy, especially with real-time editing.

The most helpful feature is OneDrive cloud storage, which lets me access and share files from anywhere. It saves time, keeps everything organized, and makes my daily work much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

One thing I dislike about Microsoft 365 is that it can sometimes feel heavy and slow, especially on low-performance systems. Apps like Teams and Outlook may take time to load and occasionally lag during use.

Another downside is the frequent updates and interface changes, which can be confusing and disrupt workflow. Also, the subscription cost can feel expensive for individual users. Improving performance optimization and providing more stable, consistent UI experiences would make it better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Microsoft 365, it was difficult to manage files, communicate with team members, and keep track of different document versions. We often had to send files back and forth through email, which caused confusion and wasted time.

Microsoft 365 solved these problems by providing a single platform for communication, collaboration, and file storage. With tools like Teams, OneDrive, and real-time document editing, we can now work together smoothly, access files instantly, and avoid version issues. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I use Waitwhile because it's incredibly easy to enter the customer information into, and the edit feature comes in handy when adding new order numbers to an existing wait. It really helps since our customers often place more than one order by purchasing in different departments of our store. Adding additional order numbers alerts our staff to gather all orders for the customer before telling them to come to the collection point. Also, the initial setup was just creating a login, easy peasy. For my purposes, Waitwhile does exactly the job I need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders. “UKG Ready! Better than competitors!”
What do you like best about UKG Ready?

Our team is able to customize the different platforms to fit our company's needs. And the reporting is top notch. Our fiscal year begins on July 1st. In the past, we've always had to run 2 YTD reports and do a cut and paste job to come up with fiscal year data. I love being able to give the Accounting auditor and the 401k auditor login access each year - so that they can pull the data that they need directly from the system. And once the audit is completed, I can deactivate their access. I love that individuals who leave the organization can still have limited access to the system. They can still see their W2s, pay statements and other tax forms. That eliminates those phone calls and emails each January from individuals who no longer work with the organization. The Time & Attendance platform allowed us to finally get our PTO / Accrual process automated. We have also been able to implement a grant allocation process on the T&A platform as well. Two things that we've had to do manually in other systems. And we were finally able to get rid of a 15 tab Excel document by automating our payroll journal entry. That is something I would list 5 times on repeat. Every system we used in the past always promised that they could integrate with NetSuite (our company's Accounting software). UKG not only promised but they delivered. For once our Accounting Department has been happy with HRs selection of a HRIS. We also had a great implementation team. Love the Open Enrollment platform and the Applicant Tracking platform. We added the Learning module to our platform last month. We are currently reviewing Bryte and Document Manager. Hoping to add these features by mid-year 2026. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UKG Ready?

Area of improvement: The EverythingBenefits area should really be evaluated. The EDI connection process could be easier. The Performance Review platform could be more intuitive. The workflow process required for this process is unreal. Not sure why the development team is not able to add commas to the dollar amounts on the Applicant Tracking platform. It looks very weird to enter a salary range of $150500 - $165900. It would look better with commas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless Scheduling with Open-Source Flexibility”
What do you like best about Cal.com?

Cal.com has quietly become one of my most dependable tools. I love how it blended into my workflow without a big learning curve or forcing me to rethink everything. The interface feels calm with no unnecessary pop-ups or confusing settings. Setting up a scheduling link was easy and the clean look of the booking was satisfying. The flexibility to fine-tune details like buffers and automations without a tech headache is a big plus. The open-source nature makes it feel like it's always evolving with its community, which I appreciate for its transparency and reliability. It syncs smoothly with Google Calendar, aligns meetings well, and the integration with Zoom and Notion helps keep things organized. Automations like reminders operate seamlessly in the background, and the time-zone handling is flawless. The setup was surprisingly easy with a straightforward onboarding process. I especially appreciate the simplicity in setting different event types and letting people book without confusion, which is genuinely time-saving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal.com?

A few things could definitely be smoother. The customization options are powerful, but some of the advanced settings feel a bit tucked away and take time to figure out. Integrations work well overall, but occasionally I wish the setup process was more guided, especially for first-time users. Also, the UI while clean could benefit from clearer labels or tooltips in certain places to reduce trial-and-error. Nothing major, but small refinements would make the experience even more intuitive. What problems is Cal.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cal.com eliminates scheduling back-and-forth, prevents double-bookings, and structures my day. It offers a professional booking experience with deep customization and seamless calendar sync, saving time and stress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable Video Conferencing with Room for Improvement”
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I use JioMeet particularly for video conferencing and attending my business meetings. JioMeet solves the problem of low video quality by providing better audio and video quality even in low network coverage areas. Unlike other meeting apps, it does not have a time limit for free usage and provides longer duration for up to 100 participants, so I can easily attend longer meetings for free. The initial setup was very easy, as I could simply download the app, log in or create an account using Gmail and phone number, give permissions like camera and microphone, and then upload personal details if desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

The UI can be made more better for a new user and also features like in-meeting polls and quizzes should be introduced and should be integrated with Google Calendar and Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

JioMeet solves the problem of low video quality by offering better audio and video, even in low network areas. It allows longer free meetings with up to 100 participants, which is great for my business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Pure Video Meetings Experience”
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

Thing that i like most about Go To Meeting is it has consistently maintained its superior video conferencing experience. It requires minimal training to start using it, meetings that require video facility and we require it all the time, Go To is perfect solution for sure, we've got it integrated with our Microsoft calendar to avoid overlapped meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

It's a standalone system, is not part of any ecosystem of Microsoft or Google. In this age of using an ecosystem that offers all the digital service under one license - having separate license and login may add some discomfort Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

It comes with pure video conferencing experience, anyone not having a link or invitation to join the meeting, can dial in with the meeting number as well using the local mobile carrier service to join the meeting. This is not possible with many widely used popular platforms, it does work satisfactory most of the time with low internet speed as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
