We found HROne as the simplest sofware to bring modernization and efficiency to the organisation. It hepls in managing all day to day tasks. We can easily assign asstes to employees. If any employee is facing any issue they can raise helpdesk ticket to concerned person. Background verification feature is also available. We can easily manage attendance and payroll through HROne. It brings people closer together, in an all-remote work environment it's important to have human interactions and Google Meet is the channel we use to do that, from casual meetings to trainings and basically anything that would require a videocall or screen sharing. What I found least helpful about Microsoft Teams was that I can only get 60 minutes for a free version. Hopefully, this will make at least 3 to 4 hours in the future. But I understand that I may need to upgrade the plan so that I can have longer time during meetings and for now I can't afford but I thought Microsoft Teams are one of the great tools for meetings, chats in a reasonable price. We have a full remote team and with Zoom, we've been able to have our daily staff meeting without missing a beat. It's also been great for client reviews and meetings. Webex Suite makes it easier for teams to work together from different places, which has been really helpful for us. It allows us to communicate well and connects easily with the other tools we use. Nothing! It's the best

It rarely goes down, and a lot of features I wanted were rolled out recently. Would love to see the to do list feature continue to be evolved more - I like it but it's super simple right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Over half of my company is now remote, so real time communications are key. We love the transparency of being able to see others' schedules, profiles, and send messages or video/audio communicate as needed. It's like you're back in the office! There's also a huge opportunity for culture, which is huge at a remote friendly company. Our ERG groups allow different groups of people to come together over similarities and interests. The integrations also make it super easy to blend between slack and windows when working, with in app alerts and automations and notifications from other apps within slack. I don't like that in order to invite another team member and add a secondary number they have to use the sample email domain to get invited. My wife and I run a small buisness and only need 1 email. I want to invite her and add a number so it can ring her AFTER it rings me for customer calls. But because we don't want to create another email we must share a single account. Allowing my wife/partner to both be in sync when staying up to date on customer calls, conversations, and txt messages. Before we had to constantly update each other and now we can work seamlessly and know that we are both in the loop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are very very few things I think could be improved in the platform. The main item is the performance management module is a little restrictive with how many questions you can ask. It's still super easy to use but for our company's use case it's the only thing that isn't optimal. The only other item I can think of is when employees retroactively request PTO it doesn't automatically get added into payroll. Then when you manually add it in it gets deducted from their leave bank for a second time. This one is really small item and a lot of HRIS platforms perform this way. As a small HR department, BambooHR automates so much of the time consuming work like sending documents for signature, filing, obtaining onboarding requirements, sending emails for ATS, tracking information, creating comprehensive and easy to read reports, and so on. It overall makes the tedious parts of HR easier and allows me to focus my time more on meeting company objectives, analyzing data, ensuring legal compliance, and dedicating more time and attention on our employees. Calendly charges per user so even if I want to add my EA to manage my calendar it will charge me for that user. They should work on their costings to make it more accessible to general public. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Finding the time on someone's schedule and then hoping them to honor the time is really challenging. Calendly booking makes it easy to book the time and makes sure there is no double booking at the same time. Also I can check my calendar for appointments and I keep getting reminders so I do not miss my appointments. So i think this was a big challenge that Calendly is solving for small business like me. I really have not found a downside with Connecteam yet. They are consantly updating and upgrading the platform, improving the different modules.

I would like an easier way to track training that I have to complete outside of the app, but I am working on that currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the AI chat support is great, it would be beneficial to have a phone support option for more complex issues if they arise. Additionally, for salaried employees, I'd love to see an option to track project time without needing to input breaks as a job code. This would be especially helpful for engineering project timekeeping. Although we've found a workaround, having this feature would enhance the platform's usability. Rippling is solving several key problems for us, primarily by streamlining and centralizing our HR processes. One of the main issues it addresses is the complexity of managing employee data, payroll, and benefits in a cohesive manner. With Rippling, everything is integrated into one easy-to-use platform, reducing the time and effort required to manage these tasks individually. This integration also minimizes errors and ensures that our team has access to accurate and up-to-date information.

Another problem Rippling tackles is the need for efficient and responsive customer support. The platform's chat feature and dedicated support team member, like our helpful support representative Tommy Dang, provide quick and personalized assistance, which is a significant benefit. Qualified allows our SDR team to scale without additional resources by leveraging their AI SDR. We utillize this functionality during offhours to engage with website visitors and convert these conversations into meetings. The tool also allows us to route support requests quickly to the apprioriate internal resource or content on our site, creating a better customer experience. Qualified also allows our team to surface specific offers to known prospects that helps to drive speed to lead. The analytics provided by Qualified are extremely valuable and allow us to create tailored campaigns based on intent and have better insights into our website visitors. Android application and iOS application doesn't comes with all the functions which available in the website, which is downside for the user who use the keka in application.

We often need to reach out to HR for queries related to payslips, leave balances, or tax documents. Keka’s self-service portal allows employees to access this information directly and saving time for HR.

Keka’s analytics provide insights for user performance, turnover, attendance patterns, and more, aiding decision-making for workforce planning and because of automation it reduces human error in payroll and attendance calculations, ensuring compliance and minimizing errors. However, it does feel a bit… plain. There’s no standout feature that really differentiates it from competitors like Zoom or Teams, especially now that everyone is jumping on the virtual meeting bandwagon. The system is incredibly complex, UIs are almost intentionally hard to understand and are almost never updated. Everything looks like it was built in the 90s because it probably was. Getting service and support on anything in the system is just as painful as getting support from Cisco on anything else.

They make you jump through hoop after hoop regarding service agreements, licensing, user assignments and access. You'd think you were trying to break into Fort Knox every time you need help with something. This also seems intentional, you don't have to pay your support team as much when customers will just give up and workaround the problem rather than try to get help from you.
