In HROne we can easily serch our collegue details in employee directory. Celebration whether it can be birthday, weeding anniversary or wor anniversary. We get all info on the Home page. Employees can easily give badges to anyone in the form of appreciation which is visible on Home page of HROne , this increase the employement engagement activities. We found HROne as the simplest sofware to bring modernization and efficiency to the organisation. It hepls in managing all day to day tasks. We can easily assign asstes to employees. What do you like best about Google Meet?

I love how Google Meet has been constantly updated to fulfill our needs, this is a tool that I've used for meetings in every remote work I've had, it's very simple to use specially if you're in a desktop although it's always installed on my phone in case I need to join a meeting during an outage or on the go.

Over the years, they've added new features to customize the meetings; I used to use it for just one-on-one huddles but now in our workplace it's used for group meetings; you can change your background and make use of filters which makes it fun to use!

Another great feature is the active noise cancelling, I've noticed that when in meetings you can bearly hear the other person's background noice, which is unique on Google Meet, I haven't seen this feature in other apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I found least helpful about Microsoft Teams was that I can only get 60 minutes for a free version. Hopefully, this will make at least 3 to 4 hours in the future. But I understand that I may need to upgrade the plan so that I can have longer time during meetings and for now I can't afford but I thought Microsoft Teams are one of the great tools for meetings, chats in a reasonable price. What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I love how easy it is to use! The integration with my calendar makes it so easy to schedule any meeting, and I use it at least twice a day, if not more.

Setting up the account took no time at all; it's been very easily implemented by our entire team.

What do you like best about Skype?

I have been using Skype for the last 5 years, it is a very good app for making chat or video calls, and it is also easy to use, all the colleagues in my list are using Skype so that we can talk easily. Over half of my company is now remote, so real time communications are key. We love the transparency of being able to see others' schedules, profiles, and send messages or video/audio communicate as needed. It's like you're back in the office! There's also a huge opportunity for culture, which is huge at a remote friendly company. Our ERG groups allow different groups of people to come together over similarities and interests. The integrations also make it super easy to blend between slack and windows when working, with in app alerts and automations and notifications from other apps within slack. Let's start with Customer Support...great. Very knowledgeable and friendly and explain everything. Quick to answer questions. Now for the Service and the App itself, it's easy to use and navigate, very intuitive. Excellent reception. It has exactly the features I need for one fifth of what I was spending on my previous service. And I have all the same features as well. I like that you can personalize your own features according to your needs and are not bound to pre-chosen packages, half of which you may not even use, but yet are paying for. What do you like best about OpenPhone?

I love that that you can really customize your phone settings. From the phone menu, ring duration, custome voicemails, and auto replies, you can create the exact system that you want your business to operate on when it comes to the phones. What do you dislike about OpenPhone?

I don't like that in order to invite another team member and add a secondary number they have to use the sample email domain to get invited. My wife and I run a small buisness and only need 1 email. I want to invite her and add a number so it can ring her AFTER it rings me for customer calls. But because we don't want to create another email we must share a single account. “HIGHLY Recommend, we LOVE BambooHR”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

I mean where to start, we love pretty much everything about BambooHR. Our company has always been very particular with and critical of any platform we use. However, we actually have so few criticisms. Their onboarding and training was so helpful, everything is well documented. The platform is super easy to use and as a small HR team of two, it makes our lives so much easier. Our favorite feature is the automated onboarding. It automatically creates tasks for anyone you want, and makes it so easy to ensure employees sign and submit all the required documentation. As a medium sized organization this is so incredibly helpful in ensuring that onboarding is fully completed quickly and effectively. We love being able to bulk import information, bulk update staff profiles, and create custom fields in their profiles. Those custom fields can also be pulled into custom reports (which is by far the easiest report creation module I have ever used). BambooHR also has an incredibly helpful customer service and sales team. I could legitimately go on for days raving about how much I love this platform. Any items we do find, we simply give them the feedback. Their team is constantly developing and rolling out new features or improvements. I cannot wait to see what they have in store for the future! What do you dislike about BambooHR?

There are very very few things I think could be improved in the platform. The main item is the performance management module is a little restrictive with how many questions you can ask. It's still super easy to use but for our company's use case it's the only thing that isn't optimal. The only other item I can think of is when employees retroactively request PTO it doesn't automatically get added into payroll. Then when you manually add it in it gets deducted from their leave bank for a second time. This one is really small item and a lot of HRIS platforms perform this way. What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small HR department, BambooHR automates so much of the time consuming work like sending documents for signature, filing, obtaining onboarding requirements, sending emails for ATS, tracking information, creating comprehensive and easy to read reports, and so on. It overall makes the tedious parts of HR easier and allows me to focus my time more on meeting company objectives, analyzing data, ensuring legal compliance, and dedicating more time and attention on our employees. I have been using Calendly for over a year and it is really very user friendly. The best part is that it has some automatic features like sending automated emails to all the appointment bookings, sending an email for requesting additional information and also sending reminders. Finding the time on someone's schedule and then hoping them to honor the time is really challenging. Calendly booking makes it easy to book the time and makes sure there is no double booking at the same time. Also I can check my calendar for appointments and I keep getting reminders so I do not miss my appointments. So i think this was a big challenge that Calendly is solving for small business like me. What do you like best about Connecteam?

Connecteam has training/informational videos on demand that you can watch quickly to understand how to use the different modules in Connecteam. If you cannot find what you need, or if you just want to talk/chat with a person, you can connect with a customer service person quickly. Each Connecteam Rep I have spoken to have been very helpful and made sure I understood their direction before they disconnected.

Implementation was easy with our 130 employees. It was easy to connect them all and explain the features we are using.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

I really have not found a downside with Connecteam yet. They are consantly updating and upgrading the platform, improving the different modules.

This would be especially helpful for engineering project timekeeping. Although we've found a workaround, having this feature would enhance the platform's usability. The video and audio quality are usually solid, even with spotty internet connections. Screen sharing is smooth, and the interface is pretty intuitive, so even the less tech-savvy people in the group can hop on without too much trouble. What do you like best about Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)?

What do you dislike about Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)?

The system is incredibly complex, UIs are almost intentionally hard to understand and are almost never updated. Everything looks like it was built in the 90s because it probably was. Getting service and support on anything in the system is just as painful as getting support from Cisco on anything else.

They make you jump through hoop after hoop regarding service agreements, licensing, user assignments and access. You'd think you were trying to break into Fort Knox every time you need help with something. This also seems intentional, you don't have to pay your support team as much when customers will just give up and workaround the problem rather than try to get help from you.
