Being wholesale and customers with payments terms, in some cases we might have to edit the order / invoice after it's fulfilled but we are unable to edit once it's fulfilled, otherwise all good so far. What do you like best about LEAFIO AI Retail Platform?

A thoughtful and well-designed planogram control ecosystem that allows

us to be confident that we are creating planograms with a purpose and

that the display looks the way it should. Previously, our visual

merchandising team created planograms with the goal of improving sales,

balancing inventory, etc., but we had the problem that most of these

planograms remained on paper and were never implemented or

implemented incorrectly. Connection and feedback on planogram

implementation wasn`t the same from different retail locations: some

were cooperating well and sending updates while others didn`t provide

clear response. This created disappointment within the team and gaps in

the business strategy.

With Leafio, we got a great set of tools to track planogram compliance,

mobile application that shows real products on planograms with SKUs and

photo report after implementation that works great for us. And now we

are testing the AI recognition feature for these images, so we don't have

to check each task, we automatically see the ones with problems, which

LEAFIO has changed everything. The platform lets me track planogram compliance easily. The mobile app shows real products on planograms with SKUs and sends photo reports once implemented. The AI recognition feature flags any issues, saving time and letting us focus on what really matters. Its ability of giving a clear view of sales, inventory and inter-site allocation strategies is very, very helpful.

UI is somehow pretty straightforward to use, filtering capabilities are also good (and fast).

As it usually happen, extracting all the information needed for the system to work wss not that easy; we've been followed by skilled implementation consultants, that helped us in soling issues.

Tweaking predition models attributes is somehow difficult to understand.

Listing Mirror allows my company to manage all our marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, and Shopify in one solution. The software is easy to use and customer service is very responsive. They recently updated the UI to make it more modern too. The bulk template feature is great for large-scale changes. The reporting is very weak and it can be slow sometimes to do some tasks if you have thousands of SKUs. They just added a basic Dashboard which is nice, but they are very weak in reporting currently. Ruslan and the team have been amazing at accommodating all of my requests through different patches and modifications tailored to our specific needs. There is only 1 item that has been. unable to be performed now and that is to remove cost view for employees on web version so for now only the bc app is being used on ipads until that becomes available. SIQ was of great benefit immediately, helping us to house-keep our existing processes and find cleaner and more effective ways to manage and order inventory. Since Covid has had an impact on how stock is available, customers are trading and demand is being placed, it has assisted us in re-shaping also.

It is a real go-to app for reviewing stocks, trends, customer's activity and problem stocks.

What do you like best about Veeqo?

It just works! no bugs, no hastles. Lower shipping rates, and backed by Amazon delivery gaurantees.

We were Shipstation users but gave Veeqo a try. First it synced our Amazon orders seamlessly, pulling orders and already knowing dimensions from Amazon a big plus, (no more configuring each new SKU) . Implementation was super easy.

We are daily users shipping a couple hundred packages a day. We were expecting some learning curve but WOW after 1 day we knew Veequ was going to be better than Shipstation, not to mention free (more savings) and no charge for additional users (more savings)

The 5% refund on shipping is nice but add that we now get better rates AND dont have to pay the .30 additional charge (as shipstation does) to use Amazon shipping methody adds up to HUGE savings.

We have not integrated other market places yet no have had the need for customer support, but seeing how good Veeqo is out to the box we expect it only get better and we add the rest of our channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much negative to say. Setting up print direct did require installing java first.

Almost all features can be added or removed as required and adapted to the needs of the organisation. Despite the intuitive operation of the software, which in many cases can even be used without lengthy training, it has features that can map and document complex processes and can be easily connected to other systems via the API.

“A quick solution to a long term problem”
What do you like best about Netstock?

How pain free and easy the solution was to implement and intergrate. Guidane was provided on how to sanitise our data pre implemnentation, for a better experience. Customer Support team were excellent and onboarding was great and interactive. I use NetStock daily, it's my go to for reviewing inventory and looking at what POs need to be raised. NetStock has many features which can be utilized to improve the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netstock?

I would like some slight customization on some dashboards - I'd like to include additional columns for SKU code and BRAND on the stocked out/potential stock out/stock holding etc. Also, SKU on the order page.

These can be viewed however from downloading a report and filtering from there.

What problems is Netstock solving and how is that benefiting you?

Conducing physical checks of stock within our warehouse is now a thing of the past. Analysizng sales data to see trends and seasonality is no longer a daunting task as NetStock looks after this for me for the most part. I can now spend more time on value add tasks as opposed to data entry and number cruncing.

The ability to see how much we will be likely to spend over the future with a vendor is excellent to see also and has justification behind it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xero?

The Software for very easy to use. Initially ,the implementation was a little bit hard but the support helped us around to get used to it . i have been using this software for 5 years . What do you dislike about Xero?

The UI is outdated. I have been seeing this UI since last 5 years . Some of the module has been updated but the tax report is like working in a 90s software . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
