What do you like best about Cin7 Core?

I like that I can reduce my need for spreadsheets by 90%, and have the vast majority of our production, supplier, financial, and product data in one place. Before Cin7 our company had a mess of shared drive folders, disorganized individual user Google Drive folders, spreadsheets, and so much math done on the fly. I'm so glad that Cin7 can do most of what we need and we can move away from such a messy system! We're a very small company so it was working for a while, but frankly if we want to reach the next step in our development, we needed to onboard to a robust system. What do you dislike about Cin7 Core?

Little design/interface things that are missing that I personally believe are basic and intuitive to most software out there. For example, I'm pretty surprised that there is no way to filter searches. What's the point of allowing us to create tags on products/services but then have no way to apply filters? I have various configurations of products I want to see at a glance and while I see that I can search for tags, I can only combine different tags in a search if they are listed in the EXACT order that the tags appear on a single product. I'm also feeling a bit disgruntled that the column options for search are so limited; I should be able to add a column for literally every single product attribute if I want. For example, how on earth do I not get to put a SKU in its own column on the "Availability" search for products??

I also think automation rules should be part of the base subscription, I don't agree with charging us more for a pretty basic function that is included in other software we've used.

Last thing I don't like is that there should be a different configuration than AUoMs to "kit" products. I want to have a single unit and its case effectively be the same product/SKU, instead of two separate SKUs that track the same inventory. In other words, when my director of ops is running a production assembly, I want him to be able to create 10 cases of almond butter with 12 jars each and when we transfer the stock to our fulfillment team, he should be able to send 10 cases and that team receive 120 jars. Instead, the system forces him to only produce single units. This makes zero sense to me. AUoMs make sense for purchasing bulk and then using single units that affects its inventory, but for finished goods AUoMs make less sense. There should be a kitting function that allows those two SKUs to be interchangable. I have seen this basic function available on other systems that are far simpler and inferior to Cin7. What do you like best about LEAFIO AI Retail Platform?

Our experience with Leafio visual merchandising software has been great so far. The visual analytics, especially in the sets, really help us narrow down what is selling and what isn’t. The visual reports, with their color coding, make it easier to identify what we should remove from our assortment.

Resets are now so much faster because we’re not figuring out the planograms manually—they’re already built for us. This will also significantly improve our AI ordering process, as the system will know what’s currently in the stores. What do you like best about Procuzy?

Procuzy has been a lifesaver for my manufacturing business. The software has helped me to streamline my operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

I used to spend hours manually tracking my inventory levels, production costs, and other important metrics. But Procuzy has automated all of this for me, so I can focus on other things.

SIQ was of great benefit immediately, helping us to house-keep our existing processes and find cleaner and more effective ways to manage and order inventory. Since Covid has had an impact on how stock is available, customers are trading and demand is being placed, it has assisted us in re-shaping also.

It is a real go-to app for reviewing stocks, trends, customer's activity and problem stocks.

What do you like best about inFlow Inventory?

I've used several ERP programs, and InFlow is by far the most user-friendly. Our sales team is able to navigate the app when on the road with customers, and the customizable reporting functions let our administrative team find and show the exact information we need with a few clicks. What do you dislike about inFlow Inventory?

I wish that we could save reports in the web version, as well as having indicators of what needs ordering in the app version. I keep both windows open so I can use the one that makes the most sense for each task - I'd like to have everything available in the app interface! I'd also like the integration to be more customizable - with Xero, for example, as soon as a payment is applied to an order it's pushed into Xero even if the product hasn't been received because it was prepaid by the customer. What do you like best about Timly?

Timly is intuitive and simple, both in its daily use and in its implementation and administration. Almost all features can be added or removed as required and adapted to the needs of the organisation. Despite the intuitive operation of the software, which in many cases can even be used without lengthy training, it has features that can map and document complex processes and can be easily connected to other systems via the API.

The speed and quality of support in the event of a problem are also remarkable - many other software manufacturers could take a leaf out of Timly's book. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timly?

None of the few problems we have had so far when using the software are worth documenting here. Although minor bugs occasionally occurred when new features were introduced, these were always fixed extremely quickly and transparently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Timly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Timly is the single source of truth for our asset management. It replaces the very expensive, complex asset management module of our ERP system, which was only accessible to a few employees, and countless Excel spreadsheets. What do you like best about Veeqo?

It just works! no bugs, no hastles. Lower shipping rates, and backed by Amazon delivery gaurantees.

We were Shipstation users but gave Veeqo a try. First it synced our Amazon orders seamlessly, pulling orders and already knowing dimensions from Amazon a big plus, (no more configuring each new SKU) . Implementation was super easy.

We are daily users shipping a couple hundred packages a day. We were expecting some learning curve but WOW after 1 day we knew Veequ was going to be better than Shipstation, not to mention free (more savings) and no charge for additional users (more savings)

The 5% refund on shipping is nice but add that we now get better rates AND dont have to pay the .30 additional charge (as shipstation does) to use Amazon shipping methody adds up to HUGE savings.

We have not integrated other market places yet no have had the need for customer support, but seeing how good Veeqo is out to the box we expect it only get better and we add the rest of our channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veeqo?

Not much negative to say. Setting up print direct did require installing java first.

One area where LeanDNA could improve is its capability for demand forecasting. While it excels in providing insights for inventory optimization and addressing shortages and excess, it relies heavily on the accuracy of upstream demand forecasts from external systems. At AGI, we’ve noticed that having more robust, built-in forecasting tools or integration capabilities could further enhance its value, particularly when navigating fluctuating market conditions.

In addition, I’m actively collaborating with each user to ensure they incorporate LeanDNA into their daily workflows and develop standard work around the platform. This hands-on approach not only maximizes the value of LeanDNA but also ensures consistent usage, enabling us to leverage its full potential while addressing any gaps collaboratively.
