What do you like best about Acumatica?

We’ve had a largely positive experience with Acumatica. The platform is reasonably priced, especially given the breadth of functionality it offers. It’s also highly customizable and scalable, which has allowed it to fit the specific needs of our industry and continue to adapt as our organization grows.

A major advantage for our team has been how well Acumatica integrates with Excel and Velixo. Being able to import and export data easily, build reports, and work within a familiar Excel environment has made our financial reporting and analysis much more efficient.

We’ve also found the support team to be responsive and helpful, which matters a lot when implementing new workflows or refining existing ones in a system as robust as an ERP.

Teamcenter biggest benefit, in my experience, is its integration. Whether its CAD, MES or ERP systems, Teamcenter connects smoothly and helps keep everything aligned. Teamcentet siemens also manges complex product structures, revisions and approvals without much trouble. I find the version control and workflow automation features practical, efficient and genuinely helpful for day to day opertions. I haven’t had any issues with the integrations and their many features and they help things run properly in Teamcenter. The tool can still confusing at times because the functionality is quite complex and performance can become a problem when I’m working with very large assemblies. What do you like best about ZWCAD?

It's a seemless transition from AUTODESK and they have very good pricing as I do not need all the rubbish autodesk bundle with the software. The straight purchase option is perfect as I do not like subscription models at all and have changed a lot of my company stuff to other vendors because of this.

I need a basic 2D drawing programme and this far exceeds what I need in usability and features with a very well designed interface.

As the default 2D drafting program, the DWG format is largely convertible for import into other programs. As a more limited in scope and capability program than BIM programs likes like Revit, the basic elements of the program can be taught with relative ease. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

As the CRM Owner in my company, I use Pipedrive very intensively every day and am always impressed by the well-thought-out data logic and the structure of the system. It is fundamentally clear and intuitively designed and structured, making it very user-friendly. Clear sales funnels, straightforward analysis tools, and easy access to the linked elements of a deal are everything most sales employees need. Implementing Pipedrive into an existing team is therefore absolutely no problem.

However, if you delve deeper, wonderful opportunities for automating processes and structuring the data foundation reveal themselves, allowing you to keep a very close eye on and control the output of the sales team.

As easy as it is to implement Pipedrive into workflows in the sales team, it is sometimes difficult to establish good connections to other platforms and systems. It is definitely possible! I manage diet consultations at a clinic and also get health-related messages online, so it is useful to see who contacted me and what needs to be done next. I was able to start using Close without much effort. I added new enquiries, wrote short notes about the patient’s concern, and sent messages from the same screen. This saved time because I did not have to switch between different apps. I usually check it once or twice a day to see what is pending.

The Siemens Academy use to be the go to but needs more work done, cannot wait for the revamp to be completed. There are tons of resources online that are helpful when required.

What do you like best about EngageBay All-in-One Suite?

The email automation and CRM pipeline are the big wins for me. Coming from a messy mix of Spreadsheets and Mailchimp, having everything in one place is a relief. I can build a landing page and have the lead automatically drop into my sales funnel without any manual data entry. What do you dislike about EngageBay All-in-One Suite?

The interface can feel a bit cluttered, and definitely hit a learning curve with the automation triggers at first. The reporting features also feel a little rigid It's a great for basic stats, but pulling very specific, deep data set can be a bit clunky compared to higher end platform. What do you like best about Stok.ly - Inventory Management ERP with Built-In AI?

Stok.ly have created a really user-friendly platform that ensures everyone in the business can learn and use this in there day to day job, incorporating all areas of the business from our shop staff to our warehouse staff. It has easy integration across all the platforms we use, allowing us to manage stock in 2 locations, all drawing from the same warehouse. This really revolutionised the way our staff pick products, eliminating the need for paper, pen and clipboard faff. The great order management allows us to seamlessly process our orders across various platforms such as our website, eBay and Amazon, ensuring there are no stock clashes. I’m very pleased with Stock.ly overall. We moved from a very out-of-date system last year, and as soon as we implemented Stock.ly, it started streamlining the way our business operates. What do you like best about Fulcrum?

We have been using Fulcrum ERP for approximately 18 months in our aerospace manufacturing environment, and the experience has been very positive overall.

Fulcrum provided us with a dedicated onboarding integration specialist who guided us through the setup process. This individual was not only highly knowledgeable about the software, but also flexible and open-minded in helping us align Fulcrum with our aerospace-specific requirements. That willingness to adapt was critical in ensuring that we could maximize the system’s potential from the start.

Fulcrum stands out as a job shop ERP system designed with manufacturers in mind. One of the strengths of the platform is that it allows customers to either build their processes from scratch or migrate data from an existing ERP system. The software itself is robust, intuitive, and comprehensive, covering a wide range of functions needed to run a manufacturing operation efficiently.

While Fulcrum cannot customize every feature for each individual customer, they actively listen to client feedback and often incorporate widely requested changes into future updates. Compared to other ERP systems we’ve used, Fulcrum demonstrates a clear commitment to leveraging new technology and adapting to industry changes.

After the onboarding phase, Fulcrum transitions customers to a dedicated customer service representative. This continuity has been refreshing — it’s much more efficient to have a consistent point of contact rather than working with a different support agent every time. Both the onboarding team and the ongoing support staff have been knowledgeable, professional, and responsive.

Fulcrum has proven to be one of the most forward-thinking and comprehensive ERP platforms we have worked with. However, as with any ERP investment, success depends heavily on the effort put in by the customer. Clean data and thorough employee training are essential. I cannot overstate the importance of working closely with the onboarding specialist to ensure the system is configured correctly and that your team understands how to use its tools to their fullest potential.

Fulcrum has exceeded our expectations as a modern ERP solution for manufacturers. Their commitment to technology, customer input, and professional support make them stand out in a crowded field.
