I don't like the task portion of Hubspot. It is where I do the most of my work but I feel like it is very limited compared to the other parts fo hubspot. For eaxmple when I'm searching for companies and contacts I can't filter based on task title. I think that is weird. I should be able to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hubspot is what allows me to very easily contact all my contacts within days who are all over the country. Instead of having to scower the web for phone numbers it allows me to have it all centralized within one platform for my ease. AutoCAD's files structure doesnt feature categorizing a design file into parts, componets and bodies, its sees all as one, making it less suitable for 3D designs practices

AutoCAD design is mostly manipulated geometrically instead of parametrically, certain operations and task would be difficult and time consuming to carry out manually and repetitively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the latest years, AutoCAD incoperated advance levels of automation,file manipulation and data management,this has made the use of the software for managing large projects and performing repetitive task more easy. I can easily add fresh/waste water supply layouts to building plans, without fear of inconsitency ,missing refrences, file acess & control etc. With AutoCAD 3D (solid,surface and mesh), i can easily generate freehand 3D concepts which i would develop later on a sister software. Implementation was a waste of both time and money for us, and their customer service left much to be desired—especially when you're paying so much for customer service and implementation that turn out to be a waste of money. As a non-profit, our former CRM had donation tracking and reporting capabilities that are not as well developed in ActiveCampaign. The pipeline creation and automation of several fundraising tasks are great, but the reporting and tracking features are not as robust, and we find ourselves needing to create custom systems within ActiveCampaign. Sicuramente ancora qualche crash di troppo o implementare ancora di più i comandi di modellazione 3d ma sono sicuramente sulla strada giusta. Peccato che stia crescendo un pò troppo anche il prezzo...ne comprendo le ragioni ma verrebbe meno uno dei principali punti di forza. A thing that I dislike about OpenBOM is how easily someone can mess up the system, in our case, one student uploaded their entire desktop to the OpenBOM storage obline, and we were unable to restore it back to its original state, so we had to create another one and get all of the files back. OpenBOM helps my team solve the problem of managing the files all at once. We have multiple subteams on our overall design team and need to be able to manage the cad and 3d models effectively and easily, so that everyone can access them and update them when needed. I have not come across many things yet that I don't like.

There are a couple of suggestion / feature requests I have mentioned and hopefully they get thought about just to make the customer journey a little easier.

One thing that has niggled me a little is the Files, when you link emails up to Capsule and you have a logo on the emails, its saving those as files. The only thing I dislike about Pipedrive is my dislike for many other similar applications. Pipedrive, like everyone else, has no unique ability to help the prospecting efforts of B2B relationship building. Our sales people get paid on profit dollars. Which Pipedrive tracks, easily and effortlessly, but what tracks visits or customer that aren't generating quotes? Of course there are workarounds that clutter they system with "Deals" and "Pipedrives" but that's the problem... its just more clutter that salespeople don't manage... ugh... this is an everybody problem... not just Pipedirve. Pipedrive is allowing our team to have a better understanding of our close ratio's and the reality behind each individual account and sales person within the account. Our current industry ERP software don't even get that granual. As a sales leader I want to always support winning accounts and push for new and better business. This absolutely helps with that.
