I like how AutoLeap integrates with my QuickBooks, making accounting allocations just the way I want them. It really simplifies things for the customers, giving them updates and notifying them while also asking for reviews. So far, it's been doing everything it promised. The integration eliminates the need to re-enter data, submit invoices, and put in payments in QuickBooks, as all these processes are seamlessly handled by AutoLeap. I would prefer if our technicians could have more options on the app like other apps have where you can scan the VIN and then the information is already added in. One, everything manually has to be entered, which is quite difficult when they have gloves on, they have oil on their hands, and things like that. What do you like best about Tekmetric?

I find Tekmetric to be a very useful all-in-one platform for managing my auto repair shops. What stands out to me the most is how open source it is and the number of integrations it has built in, which is more than any other shop management system I've used. I can connect it with programs like my Repair Pal, CARFAX loyalty shop program, and moto visuals for dvis. These integrations make Tekmetric incredibly valuable for me. What do you dislike about Tekmetric?

The DVIs should definitely be improved. I've had multiple clients say that they didn't know where to click to see photos or the DVIs. It should be easy for our clients to immediately open the text message with the estimate and see the photos right there next to the written estimate. Jotform is incredibly versatile. We are a nonprofit theatre company and use this Jotform in almost every department - audition sign ups, contracts, board member pledges, applications, and so much more. Anytime we need to gather information, we immediately go to Jotform because it is so easy to build forms and collect responses. When responses come in, the inbox and data spreadsheet are perfect to share with directors or collaborators. I almost always have a Jotform tab open because I use it nearly every day. We frequently gather information that we need multiple people to be able to access and because of Jotform, we are able to do this quickly and efficiently and in a way that is simple for everyone. Having the ability to ask for file uploads for videos, photos, and documents is incredibally valuable so that we have all of the data in one place. And being able to allow people to schedule appointments is amazing - especially because the sign up/schedule feature is endlessly flexible and customizable. The biggest win for me is having everything in one place. Before this, our job info was scattered across texts, notes, photos, and a couple of spreadsheets. With MotionOps, the crew finally sees the same details I see - job notes, pictures, schedules, all of it. It cuts down on the “what’s the address again?” calls during the day. I wouldn't call it a dislike, but it did take us some time to let go of our old habits. For me, not relying on at least five spreadsheets was a completely new experience. Scheduling and communication were our biggest headaches. Jobs would change last minute, and half the crew wouldn’t get the update. We also had issues with lost job notes and delayed invoicing because we had to chase down details after the fact.

Now everything is logged right away - hours, notes, photos - and I can invoice faster because I’m not guessing what actually happened on the job. The team shows up better prepared and we waste less time driving back to grab something we forgot. MotionOps just makes the day run tighter and saves me a ton of back and forth. I really do not have any complaints about Field Nation. I have only had one issue where I had to go to support since the provider we selected replaced himself with an alternate who had a much lower rating but I called support and we resolved it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Field Nation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have customers who have planned and unplanned events that require talent in areas where they do not have a physical presence. The planned events are easy as we have the time to source, vet and engage a Field Nation professional with time to plan, communicate and execute. The unplanned events are where it gets interesting and having access to the expansive network of technicians allows us to become the hero. For example, this past Sunday I received a call from one of my customers that they needed remote hands support for a Fortinet upgrade that had not been successful and in one hour I had engaged a Field Nation technician who arrived on site Monday morning at 9AM CST and by 10AM, the issue was resolved and my customer and theirs were completely satisfied. Field Nation allows us to resolves these issues without having to fly anyone to the customer site which minimizes the cost of doing business quickly, efficiently and effectively. The platform is intuitive and easily adjustable. It takes little to no time to add, remove, import orders into the system and optimize each drivers day. The ability to customize each work order type has been vital allowing us to ensure proper forms are being used for each job. What do you dislike about MobiWork?

Outside the rare outage I have not had many complaints. It would be nice to be able to build forms easier such as inspections and incorporate that with the inventory sales. For example if I create an order for a lock change to be able to create an inspection form with required photos that includes marking the inventory used so that the final report not only shows what was done at the property, but what inventory can be billed for it. What do you dislike about XOi?

The platform is constantly improving and implement new and exciting features. With that comes more changes, and more changes can be more difficult to implement. All of the improvements certainly prove to be a better product, but rolling them out to our team has caused some minor speedbumps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?

XOi has allowed our team to become extremely more efficient with our service sales quoting. Along with the OCR technology, we are now able to instantaneously get information from our field team to our internal team. It allows us to quote things quickly and accurately. What do you like best about OptimoRoute?

It makes the most optimized routes (pun intended) versus any other routing software I have tried yet. Also if a property is put in the wrong place I can move it and it saves the new location indefinitely. Lastly the ability to track our drivers location is invaluable in our industry, as it helps us to know when orders are being completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OptimoRoute?

I'm going to have to say the price, it comes in at double or more than most other routing softwares, but I haven't found anything else as good as it so I'm sticking with tried and true. Anytime I have tried a cheaper routing software it's just as optimized, and time is money, so the lost time and money in inefficient routes keeps me going back to Optimoroute. What problems is OptimoRoute solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem solved is knowing when and where our inspectors are throughout the day and their route. If I haven't heard back from an inspector and I don't see them on route then I know I need to get that work reassigned and I can do that early and reliably since I have confirmation from Optimoroute regarding where they are or aren't.
