To claim any travel expense, we need to create a report and submit. For that first we need to click on "Travel & Expenses" button which is placed at the top of the page. This button is not highlighted and this is not made with bold font. So User doesn't think that this is a button that he/she needs to click on to proceed further. This is the only observation I had. What do you like best about NetSuite?

I have used a number of ERP and inventory management systems in the past with varying degrees of customization options and user friendliness. Usually the more customized, the easier or complicated it can be depending on the person doing the customizing. Netsuite has seemingly endless options to customize everything from aesthetics to functionality and as long as you're willing to do most of the learning on your own, pay for extended training or pay even more for a partner or consultant to help, it's a great program. What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Out of the box, barebones Netsuite will probably work for exactly nobody. You will need some levels of add on modules or scripted customization to fit your business needs, and the costs can add up very quickly. it would be nice if some of this is better explained up fron or the pricing was made more transparent, but the results in many ways speak for themselves. Netsuite will help us streamline and consilidate our many departments digital platforms. Prior to implementation we relied heavily on manually inputted putside documents and mixmatched across departments with ineffective communication within those tools. What do you like best about Streamline?

Its ability of giving a clear view of sales, inventory and inter-site allocation strategies is very, very helpful.

UI is somehow pretty straightforward to use, filtering capabilities are also good (and fast).

As it usually happen, extracting all the information needed for the system to work wss not that easy; we've been followed by skilled implementation consultants, that helped us in soling issues.

Tweaking predition models attributes is somehow difficult to understand.

What do you like best about LEAFIO AI Retail Platform?

A thoughtful and well-designed planogram control ecosystem that allows

us to be confident that we are creating planograms with a purpose and

that the display looks the way it should. Previously, our visual

merchandising team created planograms with the goal of improving sales,

balancing inventory, etc., but we had the problem that most of these

planograms remained on paper and were never implemented or

implemented incorrectly. Connection and feedback on planogram

implementation wasn`t the same from different retail locations: some

were cooperating well and sending updates while others didn`t provide

clear response. This created disappointment within the team and gaps in

the business strategy.

With Leafio, we got a great set of tools to track planogram compliance,

mobile application that shows real products on planograms with SKUs and

photo report after implementation that works great for us. And now we

are testing the AI recognition feature for these images, so we don't have

to check each task, we automatically see the ones with problems, which

LEAFIO has changed everything. The platform lets me track planogram compliance easily. The mobile app shows real products on planograms with SKUs and sends photo reports once implemented. The AI recognition feature flags any issues, saving time and letting us focus on what really matters. What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

I have been using Sage Intacct for over 2 years and it is by far my favorite accounting software I have ever used. It is extremely user friendly and does not allow for mistakes. There are so many wonderful features, not to mention keeping your tax information together for year end 1099's. The ease of integrating and learning how to use Sage Intacct was wonderful. If I ever had issues, customer support was always extremely helpful with any problems. I use Sage Intacct almost daily and appreciate the helpful updates that come frequently. What do you like best about Fulcrum?

Coming from a dated ERP system, Fulcrum was a breath of fresh air to our facility. As long standing users of a very common system, we were inidated with issues and mistakes that we were never able to understand and over 15 years later most of those features were left to side. I found fulcrum through a google search and hearing about it from another local fabricator. Instantly I knew this was the system for our shop and how we operate.

The biggest compliments I can give to Fulcrum is its Ease of Use and its Customer Support. We had the luxury of having Jack onboard us and through thick and thin he stayed by our side and helped us through the million roadblocks we encountered. Being able to quickly edit BOM and Routings, to Sales Order/Quotes/Inventory Auto saving, and ability to tie PDFs/drawings to a code at an instance based level is working wonders for our operations.

The introduction of using a tablet in our facility was always thought of as far into the future, but since Fulcrum is relatively user friendly, onboarding an entire shop to 1. Use an iPad 2. Use the System we have has been an quick and painless transition. The typical hiccups I was expecting were maybe an issue for one day then the team was off and using the system to about 90%. At this point its just adding the last 10% as we grow and continue to use the system to better make it fit to our standards and systems.

Finally being able to track setup/production/machine times instead of hand notes has also opened our eyes to see that the math we had from years previously doesnt apply to our now standardarized production. We have been able to adjust pricing and track sales to ensure a consistent marginal growth is being met along with beign able to lower costs to customers which has positevly grown relationships.

10/10 would recommend - love it - has some issues but they are willing to fix it when needed and I appreciate that they dont view their software as unchageable! We use it everyday and was integrated as easily as easily if not easier than described! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

Our biggest issue with Fulcrum was during implementation - data coming from our old ERP to Fulcrum was a mess. Mainly at the fault of us since we didnt use our previous to the fullest extent so alot of information was missing / we just didnt have. This creates a mind numbing few weeks during implementation trying to get everything figured out or atleast close until you can start using the system to the fullest extent.

Alot of our other issues are based just how work flow / numbers are figured in Fulcrum. We were stuck in our ways from a previous system and making the adjustment to how we think about jobs had to change.

QB intergration works but it is a bit choppy at times, work orders work for a company that does the same thing over and over again for high mix like us it doesnt work the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SIQ was of great benefit immediately, helping us to house-keep our existing processes and find cleaner and more effective ways to manage and order inventory. Since Covid has had an impact on how stock is available, customers are trading and demand is being placed, it has assisted us in re-shaping also.

It is a real go-to app for reviewing stocks, trends, customer's activity and problem stocks.

Most accounting systems have a core that depends on external apps or extremely complicated (and costly) setup / implementation (aka big SAP, Oracle, even Dynamics AX). NAV is 100% configurable as it comes with all the business logic exposed and can be manipulated to perform any function. Business Central offers a foundation of financial information tightly integrated with inventory, sales, purchasing, project, and service management. We like both the depth of features across the varied modules and the flexibility of the platform to be extended/modified. We also like the partner-based model, as that is what we have had for years with Dynamics SL. Overall, we do have significant complaints about Acumatica. I would say we would like to see more low-code/no-code workflow capabilities across the platform. What do you like best about Netstock?

How pain free and easy the solution was to implement and intergrate. Guidane was provided on how to sanitise our data pre implemnentation, for a better experience. Customer Support team were excellent and onboarding was great and interactive. I use NetStock daily, it's my go to for reviewing inventory and looking at what POs need to be raised. What do you dislike about Netstock?

I would like some slight customization on some dashboards - I'd like to include additional columns for SKU code and BRAND on the stocked out/potential stock out/stock holding etc. Also, SKU on the order page.

These can be viewed however from downloading a report and filtering from there.

What problems is Netstock solving and how is that benefiting you?

Conducing physical checks of stock within our warehouse is now a thing of the past. Analysizng sales data to see trends and seasonality is no longer a daunting task as NetStock looks after this for me for the most part. I can now spend more time on value add tasks as opposed to data entry and number cruncing.

The ability to see how much we will be likely to spend over the future with a vendor is excellent to see also and has justification behind it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
