As supplier, I think the web is poorly designed. Here are some of them:

1. You got kicked off every 10min and you have to refill all the info afterwards. At least you should auto save the filled contents.

2. The format verification is missing, so accounting can't continue if your address is 123 street #101 or 123 ST STE 101. And if that happens, you must withdraw your request and re submit.

3. Every time you have to re register for a new client, which took at least 2 hours.

The best part about NetSuite is the ease of use for new users across our organization. Being able to add new users and have them up and running within a few days is a huge time save for our business. What do you like best about GMDH Streamline?

Its ability of giving a clear view of sales, inventory and inter-site allocation strategies is very, very helpful.

UI is somehow pretty straightforward to use, filtering capabilities are also good (and fast).

As it usually happen, extracting all the information needed for the system to work wss not that easy; we've been followed by skilled implementation consultants, that helped us in soling issues.

Tweaking predition models attributes is somehow difficult to understand.

Streamline was essentially choosen to fill a big gap between demand, allocation and production planning.

What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

There is really efficient design in just even the basic package of Sage Intacct. The automations in the AP module and in the General Ledger can save so much time and energy. There are really intelligent rules that can be created in the Cash Managment module that save so much time and basically automate what used to be a very manual arduous bank reconciliation. Sage Intacct has a real presence in the market and so when we are using a third party service for say, Payroll, they are familiar with the product and provide in most cases a direct API or at a minimum an easy import. I really appreciate the ease of import in general with Sage Intacct - and it goes for almost everything, JEs, Bills, Bank Transactions. Any time we have had trouble getting an import template to work, the customer service team has been so quick to get back to us with helpful, detailed answers. The customer support team is so great to work with and helpful, and it brings a lot of peace of mind given how critical this system is and the fact we're using it daily. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

Admittedly, I was not on the team for implementation, so I can't speak as much to that. Having come in after implementation, I did need to take some time to learn this system. Unfortunately I found the team that was part of implementation still needed to do the same, as over a year later they were still only using what they needed to get the day to day done. Three years later, we are using almost every feature available to us, and we could have eliminated a full time role with the automations and efficiencies we now have in place. What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sage Intacct is saving us time in the AP automations and in the create rules as part of Cash Management, the Bank Transactions import/upload, and in recurring and memorized JEs. Each of these give us the greatest benefit of time back day to day and that accumulates so quickly. It has freed myself and my team up to take on other projects and help out other teams as needed, knowing that all the while the monthly entries, the bank reconciliation, bill pay - none of that will suffer. What do you dislike about Acumatica?

Acumatica is built with very large, multinational clients in mind. Picture Toyota for example. The kind of large corporation that has an entire building full of IT professionals who will design and customize every user facing screen the average employee might see. This is NOT a turnkey platform. It's the engine hidden underneath whatever glossy exterior you can imagine. The problem is, right out of the box, you don't even have that engine yet. You'll get the parts for that engine. And there's not "some" assembly required. It's ALL assembly is required! The nuts and bolts you need for that assembly are like a giant basket of scrabble tiles each containing a word that only software engineers can understand. You quickly find out your only option is to pay enormous sums of money just to make the engine run. Congrats, you now have the equivalent of a moped and you're trying to drive on the highway. So you pony up and ask them to assemble a car. It arrives but wait.. no wheels? I'm sorry, wheels are extra. I know this is a silly analogy, but it's pretty close. I'm an accountant with 25 years of experience. In all my travels, I've never come across software that's both so vast yet can't do the most basic things when you first install it. Acumatica kinda knew what a balance sheet was but I literally had to map out every single pixel before I could print out anything that resembles one! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My company has been looking for a complete visual merchandising control system for a long time, as the previous software we used was limited to drawing planograms, which we found was nothing compared to the complete system Leafio offers. The BI Analytics module is surprisingly useful. It is easy to use and provides insightful advice on change recommendations based on our stock and sales trends. What do you like best about Fulcrum?

Coming from a dated ERP system, Fulcrum was a breath of fresh air to our facility. As long standing users of a very common system, we were inidated with issues and mistakes that we were never able to understand and over 15 years later most of those features were left to side. I found fulcrum through a google search and hearing about it from another local fabricator. Instantly I knew this was the system for our shop and how we operate.

The biggest compliments I can give to Fulcrum is its Ease of Use and its Customer Support. We had the luxury of having Jack onboard us and through thick and thin he stayed by our side and helped us through the million roadblocks we encountered. Being able to quickly edit BOM and Routings, to Sales Order/Quotes/Inventory Auto saving, and ability to tie PDFs/drawings to a code at an instance based level is working wonders for our operations.

The introduction of using a tablet in our facility was always thought of as far into the future, but since Fulcrum is relatively user friendly, onboarding an entire shop to 1. Use an iPad 2. Use the System we have has been an quick and painless transition. The typical hiccups I was expecting were maybe an issue for one day then the team was off and using the system to about 90%. At this point its just adding the last 10% as we grow and continue to use the system to better make it fit to our standards and systems.

Finally being able to track setup/production/machine times instead of hand notes has also opened our eyes to see that the math we had from years previously doesnt apply to our now standardarized production. We have been able to adjust pricing and track sales to ensure a consistent marginal growth is being met along with beign able to lower costs to customers which has positevly grown relationships.

10/10 would recommend - love it - has some issues but they are willing to fix it when needed and I appreciate that they dont view their software as unchageable! We use it everyday and was integrated as easily as easily if not easier than described! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

Our biggest issue with Fulcrum was during implementation - data coming from our old ERP to Fulcrum was a mess. Mainly at the fault of us since we didnt use our previous to the fullest extent so alot of information was missing / we just didnt have. This creates a mind numbing few weeks during implementation trying to get everything figured out or atleast close until you can start using the system to the fullest extent.

Alot of our other issues are based just how work flow / numbers are figured in Fulcrum. We were stuck in our ways from a previous system and making the adjustment to how we think about jobs had to change.

QB intergration works but it is a bit choppy at times, work orders work for a company that does the same thing over and over again for high mix like us it doesnt work the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) StockIQ was able to connect easily to our ERP. Once connected, we were able to see our data right away in StockIQ. 2) It is very easy to login and see a topline overview. 3) The customer support team is very responsive. I have almost always gotten resolution issues the same day. 4) The forecasting visual chart makes it easy to compare actuals to forecast and make adjustments based on their stat model forecast. 5) I login everyday and can quickly find the information I need. 6) The StockIQ team is very agile and open to feedback. The reporting in the StockIQ app is less than ideal. However, we were able to connect to the data in StockIQ through Power BI and create a powerful suite of our own reports. The accuracy of our forecast is less than ideal. The StockIQ tool makes it easier to provide a more accurate forecast, but the user has to embrace the tool and follow the process. As am implementor and service provider I feel at times CP can be too much for a client which is why vantage is great. I feel as there has been new UX changes that has made improvements on things I disliked. Also feel not the product itself but rather dealing with help desk when something does break. What do you like best about Netstock?

How pain free and easy the solution was to implement and intergrate. Guidane was provided on how to sanitise our data pre implemnentation, for a better experience. Customer Support team were excellent and onboarding was great and interactive. I use NetStock daily, it's my go to for reviewing inventory and looking at what POs need to be raised. What do you dislike about Netstock?

I would like some slight customization on some dashboards - I'd like to include additional columns for SKU code and BRAND on the stocked out/potential stock out/stock holding etc. Also, SKU on the order page.

These can be viewed however from downloading a report and filtering from there.

What problems is Netstock solving and how is that benefiting you?

Conducing physical checks of stock within our warehouse is now a thing of the past. Analysizng sales data to see trends and seasonality is no longer a daunting task as NetStock looks after this for me for the most part. I can now spend more time on value add tasks as opposed to data entry and number cruncing.

time consuming for large data, and very hard to anaylysis while the working going wrong ,the journal entries entered wrongly it takes to much time to correct there is no shortcut to replacethe entries, you can open 2 tally windows and correct the wrong entries thsi is a solution while facing incorrect working. customer care supprt system is awesome they solved my problem last year at midnight 1.30 am over the midnight they give me anydesk access and solve my problem whcih i was facing to login and find the missed data, that was i never forget in my life, so the customer supprt system is awesome and help me in a friendly manner.
