We have been using Fulcrum ERP for approximately 18 months in our aerospace manufacturing environment, and the experience has been very positive overall.
Fulcrum provided us with a dedicated onboarding integration specialist who guided us through the setup process. This individual was not only highly knowledgeable about the software, but also flexible and open-minded in helping us align Fulcrum with our aerospace-specific requirements. That willingness to adapt was critical in ensuring that we could maximize the system’s potential from the start.
Fulcrum stands out as a job shop ERP system designed with manufacturers in mind. One of the strengths of the platform is that it allows customers to either build their processes from scratch or migrate data from an existing ERP system. I love the ability to title my invoices with specific details, which I find is unavailable in other systems. The reporting in Intacct is easy and searching for information is easy. There are plenty of filters to use and creating your own views make it easy for each individual user. Setting up recurring invoices is quick and easy. Prorating invoice amounts is a cinch with the proration button. Reporting issues is easy through the "Help & Support" tab. The customer support is quick to answer any questions or concerns. What I like best about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is how smooth and fast the overall experience feels once you get used to it. The real-time insights and clean Fiori interface make day-to-day usage very efficient, especially since I use the system quite frequently.
