Well here are some of the few :-

1. User doesn't have all the rights. If i'm having problem in updating case details in system and if can't update it then i can simply email to customer executives and they will do it on my behalf.

2. By sending renewal notifications before invoice. It helps in forecasting how much per case or per invoice gonna cost in upcoming month.

3. Same with forecast renewals feature. We can easily check the upcoming annual amount for single case or whole portfolio and based on that important business decisions can be made.

4. It includes various articles related to annuities which solves the issue of understanding the annuities like annuity amount etc. and one can benefit this by self learning. One thing I’d love to see improved is the reporting features. They’re functional, but sometimes they’re not as customizable as I’d like, and it can take a bit more work to get the data I need. Chargebee has been a lifesaver when it comes to streamlining our invoicing process. As a marketing assistant managing revenue share invoicing for clients, Chargebee automates a lot of the manual work, making it easier to track payments and ensure accuracy. I can’t think of anything negative about Zenskar. The platform has fulfilled all our requirements, and their team’s support has been outstanding. What I appreciate most about Zenskar is how it automates billing and revenue recognition across diverse contract terms while maintaining ASC 606 compliance. I no longer spend hours creating invoices or matching remittances to invoices—a major efficiency boost for our small finance team.

Both the modules i.e., Litigation and Notice Management has helped us in many ways such as :

1. In Litigation Module we can easily track down cases whether it's from High Court, Supreme Court.

2. Also we don't have to search throughout the different portals for the cases.

Since it is a centralised database system all the information related to ISBNs is updated by various departments on a real-time basis because of this the work becomes quicker with real-time information available.

My work revolves around the allocation of income received from subrights of license.

Its features like a Historic Posting List and Royalty Management help us in reviewing old postings. Also, the system is designed in such a way that if the information is not updated it the right manner in a deal then the system will not let you allocate the income which helps in avoiding incorrect allocations. The least helpful part is not being able to payment links that can be sent to a customer to click and pay. Links can only be embedded on a website. If you only take payments via a website this won't be a problem but if you create custom pricing and email customer directly this could be problematic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Creating multiple subscriptions for different products and services that can be quickly purchased and setup online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only minor dislike I have at the moment is how they handle prepaid (gift) subscriptions. However, their team helped me implement the best version of a prepaid gift that they can do right now which uses shopify's order scheduling to implement the orders.

They are currently working on their own module for prepaid (gift) subscriptions which is apparently set to be released Q1 2024.. so by the time you're ready to join Loop it may already be a feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So many things...The biggest issue is that we brought a revenue reporting issue to their attention and in 3 weeks it still has not been addressed. Their support refuses to get on the phone and there is no path to escalation. When you are talking about a revenue reporting mistake that they made that has been going on for almost a full year and they refuse to get on the phone and work with you to solve it, then you do not have a partner, you have a horrible vendor.

In addition, when we first implemented the system, we were promised that specific features would be available in the API in 3 months. However, they never were created. We implemented the entire system based on their recommendations and the fact that we would be able to go deeper into the system and are now stuck with inflexible pricing models because of our implementation that was hard coded. Getting all my clients in one place. My clients email and slack and store files in google and dropbox and it's a mess. This has allowed them to come to one place for everything. They find it easier and we can accomplish more for them. We are now using their Tasks app to manage project planning and tracking. We also use it for subscription based billing. SendOwl has helped us to make and grow our business via digital platforms. It has made easy for us to connect with the digital audience all over the world and made us to provide our services on wast scale. This has managed us to scale our business and workabilities. Sometimes I feel like the software was designed more so by engineers who ask accountants how to design their system. Sometimes there are frustrating quirks or submissions that are not easily correctable.

The tax calculations are very accurate as well as the geolocations/addresses. This is important because we sell VoIP services and the taxes are extremely complicated, and can completely change as far as rates, even if it is a location that is just across the street from another location that has lower tax rates.
