Billsby is very user-friendly and easy to set up. If you've experienced using Chargebee then the layout will feel very familiar. There are some interesting features such as a good retention process that can be created quickly and will be very effective. The support and onboarding was excellent. I love how easy it is for the customer to navigate through the app and make changes to their subscription. I think user experience is super important and my previous app didn't offer a lot of 'no brainer' options for the customer, like being able to process an order straight away, and also being able to adjust their ongoing order easily.

After switching to Loop, it was amazing to see how much customers were changing their subscription around. From my point of view this means that customers always wanted these features, and previously they weren't able to easily make the changes they want. This would lead to either direct churn, or at the least lower LTV as they decided the subscription wasn't for them.

I've been with Freemius for a few months now and I'm so glad I made the decision to switch from EDD. Everything just works with Freemius and I'm not having to spend a ton of developer resources fixing things.

Not only that, I'm pretty sure sales are up as a direct result of moving to Freemius. Their checkout is intuative and they make upgrading licenses super easy. It's still early days but it's looking very promising.

They handle all sales tax which is yet another headache that I don't need to deal with. I'm finally able to focus on improving the product and helping customers which is exactly what I wanted.

Finally, I have to say their support is great. I'm a non-tech plugin founder and they answer my (probably stupid) questions with grace, while providing really useful insights into where I can improve. Hands down Milotree Cart has been the easiest way to grow my online business. There's no complicated tech to get in my way when I want to launch a new workshop or sell a digital product. Creating sales pages are a snap with the built in template and I can't say enough about Jillian and David's tech support.

Like most SaaS companies we had a very complex legacy billing & revenue recognition process that had evolved over time. We set out to find a billing platform that would enable us to retain the same level of customization and control we had w/ our manual spreadsheet-based process, but found that all of the big players in the ERP and SaaS billing spaces were basically unable to accomodate our needs (we evaluated NetSuite , Chargebee, Zuora, SaasOptics, Recurly etc). Ordway immediately stood out as an intuitive platform that is highly customizable and intuitive. he implementation team was super helpful (shout out to Max and Hemant), and so is their general customer support team (shout out to Sneha). At one point during our implementation they even connected us with their product team in order to make a custom revenue in order fit our unique business needs. While it took us over a year to fully flesh out the integration between our website and Ordway and to migrate all of our customers to Ordway, I am confident that we made the right choice. Sage Intacct offers a wide range of features, but I use the Custom Report Builder almost daily. It’s an incredibly powerful tool that makes it easy to implement new ways of reviewing financials. The interface is extremely user-friendly, and there’s a wealth of resources available if you need assistance—almost every feature includes a help button or guide. It has easy integration with all payment gateways, this is very useful for implementation in various countries, and its configuration is very robust, allowing the addition of different subscription models to products. IPfolio is a very powerful tool for organizing, storing, and managing our IP portfolio. With IPfolio I can keep track of my IP applications such as number of applications, prosecution status, office actions, costs, etc. After our implementation period we went through a long period of internal re-structuring. After a few years we started using IPfolio again, and the IT support team has helped us to update our databases and has also helped us customize it for our current needs. I have received training from the IT support expert Kevin Nugget and have mastered the use of the tool. I now can create my own templates, my own new fields, customize the pages for our needs/use, and I can keep track of budget and do cost forecasting for the following years all bymyself. What I like most about Ipfolio is that no matter how offen I need guidance, the IT support expert is always responsive and replies to all of my questions within minutes. I have been working with Ordergroove for roughly a year and a half to help drive and manage our flavor subscription program. Over this time, they have been one of the most responsive and hands on services that my team has worked with. Whether submitting a support ticket myself, or reaching out with emails, or having regular check ins, I have never been met with an unsatisfactory response.

Since partnering with them, we have acquired over 7k new subscribers and have driven hundreds of thousands in revenue!
