What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I like that Hubspot is easy to pick up compared to other platforms. It’s ui and ux feels intuitive, and the ability to bookmark as well as save specific parts of workflows for reuse make programs feel scalable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Hubspot can be very rigid as it’s clear things are intended to work within the Hubspot ecosystem. However with SF as our primary crm and our sales reps working out of outreach, our data feels more disjointed than it should but really it’s using the data that’s a pain. The sf campaign object worked in Hubspot to some extent, I can add to a campaign as a specific status but I can’t use that status as a field in a list of example. At best it forces me to redo work to mirror what we have built in another tool, at worst I have to export and import and other manual processes.

There are a lot of functionality that is half baked and can be used in some places but not othered. Property value changes work as a workflow entry method but I can’t use that same logic on a list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I feel incredibly blessed to be implementing Sales Cloud, as all the features in one place make it a lot easier to get multiple tasks done at once . Especially the implementation part, where I was able to automate a few repetitive sales processes using flows, was straightforward. All I had to do was just get my record variables and a few others straight, then everything else fell in place. I frequently use it as my job is to implement things in Salesforce, and integrating it with twitter was what I did recently. When I faced a problem recently regarding one of such tasks, I was able to easily resolve it through their customer support as they are proactive and very informative with the help. What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I especially find it useful, and all I can think is how to use it another day and how I am supposed to get to know all the features, rather than finding any flaws. It is almost flawless, but sometimes, when the server is down, that's when it frustrates me a bit. Every other time it's just a new feature, and new idea, and a new implementation. It is slow for a few tasks, but it is something manageable. Nothing that worries me even one bit when it comes to Salesforce. As a Salesforce developer, i always strive for excellence, and it's not just something personal, but I also seek professional excellence always. So this is where Sales Cloud comes into the picture. It allows me to do analytics and planning with ease.I can do email tracking as well as sales coaching using the platform. Sometimes, as part of my job, i get to take part in management activities and that is where the usage of AI Sales Assistant comes to work. The AI assistant just makes it lot of things easier, like planning calls and scheduling meetings, and acting as a sales agent for the end users and whatnot. The layout is simple and easy to go through, even for someone who isn’t super techie. The support team was good too because they moved at my pace and helped with setups. What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

I was encouraged to try out active campaigns for my health and wellness business by a marketing expert. The previous system we were using no longer served our business and although it was a leap financially for us given our cashflow situation at the time it was a great investment and we have found the system has saved us lots of time and money in serving us with marketing and automation so we can focus on doing more of what we love in supporting other busy professionals with their health and well-being.

As a people person, who is often wearing many hats as a business owner I struggle with tech but active campaigns have always been very supportive and as a team we've been able to navigate the techy side of things. What do you like best about Insider?

Insider offers a diverse range of flexible, easy-to-use templates to make our website more interactive for our users. We use web push, the spinning wheel, and their banner overlay templates to build a completely engaging website experience for our users. With the banner overlay, for instance, we were able to achieve a significant increase in session duration of 134%.

We have observed that using Insider, web push has become an important channel for us which enables us to re-engage our website visitors and bring them back. By being able to automate our push notifications, Insider has helped us become more efficient than ever, while also delivering results that are promising. Insider's panel show's real time results and data from each campaign. However, the data is a bit hard to understand without further information or explanation on the panel. Most of the time we rely on the consultant to help us understand where the numbers coming from. Customer support leaves much to be desired. Callrails ability to help you via chat is great but over the phone is like pulling teeth. The only problem with the Chat is you have to leave your account and access it most times from call rails website home page then you have to copy and past your account info from lead center. What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?

Firstly, it's the easiest platform I've ever used, we went through months of trials with lots of similar softwares and they were either too difficult to navigate, not user friendly or incredibly overpriced. All of our staff love to use AgencyAnalytics collaboratively, it's so user friendly and we love the ability to personalise client reports with logos, text boxes which we use to track goals, and of course the range of colour options to tailor reports to our clients. In just one month of us AgencyAnalytics we've had lots of great feedback from our clients, saying our reports are much easier to understand than what we used to do. Another huge benefit is the support, anytime we've had a query the AgencyAnalytics team are fast to respond, super friendly and really take the time to explain, this is a deal breaker for me, I think it's so important to have great support options and AgencyAnalytics ticks all the boxes. What do you like best about CleverTap?

Clevertap has been an important tool for us in terms of retention and engagement strategy its capabilities for the Automated journey and in-depth functionality help us improve the communication and strategy with the customer. Its Advanced segmentation, campaign functionality, and real-time data help us better analyze customer trends. What do you dislike about CleverTap?

What problems is CleverTap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clevertap helps us solve a lot of issue in helping us manage customer behaviour and detailed segmentation with functionalities like Events, Creating user funnel, Trends, Pivots, and Flows which gives us better insights in decision making with omnichannel like WhatsApp, web push, App push, sms, Emails. Additionally to all this the cohorts help us understand the customer pattern over multiple revenue channels and segmentation like RFM segments can help us treat customers based on the intentand it makes easy for the brand to optimize the marketing channel and remarketing strategy. “Too many issues and painfully slow Customer Support”
What do you like best about Instantly?

Price point is good, it's reasonably intuitive, and has all the features I need in one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

Painfully slow Customer Service and broken features

Onbording program is non existent, although its reasonably intuitive to work it all out if you have a few hours to spare. That said there are a lot of features/options/settings to consider, and so many areas to access, its easy to miss or forget stuff, especially when you are running lots of campaigns.

The reports on usage are a complete waste of time, as the numbers don't stack up. Im on a 25k of email credits per month. and Ive only used 9.8k but ran out again ??? - same every month, and the customer support is so painfully slow on chat only - no phone numbers. So you get a short reply from one of their team, then you respond and have to wait another 4 hours to get the next communication. It drives you mental.

The other thing that I hate is that stuff just disappears. I saved a search twice the other day and its disappeared both times.

Instantly - Sort this out FFS - you could have an amazing business. I want to scale my company with you, but you scare the hell of me with these issues.
