HubSpot helps businesses quickly realize the benefits of a fully integrated approach to inbound marketing. What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

As a company that's leaning forward, they occasionally sell to customers who shouldn't be buying, and they still haven't completely figured out the best ways to support and encourage their partners (Value Added Resellers, VARs), which sometimes results in short-term confusion and frustration both with customers and VARs. What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

The deals feature is increibly intuative. We were able to roll AC out to our sales team who had stopped using any CRM 10 years prior. It was an easy trasition thanks to a beautiful interface, endless resources with the education center, and responsive customer support. ActiveCampaign is well suited to scale, too. What do you like best about Insider?

We have been using a plethora of tools by Insider comprising Web Suite, Web Push, Architect, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Honestly picking one single favourite is difficult as all of them have contributed in their own way. There has been a sharp decline in bounce rates and our customers are finally spending more time browsing and discovering our website.

Architect – the journey orchestration tool not only tracked customer journeys, it helped us craft compelling and cohesive messaging across channels to engage customers. Web Push ensured delivery of relevant messages at the right time, even when users were inactive nudging them to engage on our app and website. Web Suite helped us showcase highly personalized product recommendations that resonated with the customers interest leading to a 40% uplift for newsletter subscription. With automated Email templates we could deliver targeted and compelling content in response to customer behaviour in real-time. What do you dislike about Insider?

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being in the finance domain keeping our customers updated about the latest in the industry, tips on money saving etc. is something our customers always look forward to. Keeping this in mind we launched a Newsletter a year back. Our website bounce rates were alarmingly high resulting in extremely low sales and subscriptions for our product bundles and newsletter. We then got in touch with Insider and things have been getting better ever since.

With Insider’s Web Suite's predictive analytics and personalized recommendation features we sent out web push notifications nudging customers to visit our website. With the help of Architect we would understand user preference and showcase recommendations and offers on the webpage that would compel them to stay and engage on our webpage and app. Customers finally noticed our work and liked it too. The proof, we saw a 40% surge in our Newsletter subscriptions. Insider’s Email helped us automate our email campaigns and ensured all communications were sent in a timely fashion. Their customer support is leagues above others. When we had a support call, they stayed on the call for an extra 2 hours over time to help us implement a custom solution to a problem we had with an external service that we wanted to route data into the WhatConverts platform. For instance, if there's a problem with events not coming through or a campaign stops delivering as expected, a pop-up alert could notify the team immediately. This would help address any issues in real-time, preventing delays in campaign performance or missed opportunities in customer engagement. And yet even after all that, somehow, by far the best thing is that the support you recieve from the Team is incredible and unparalleled. The live chat connects you directly to a real person who is qualified to give you in-depth assistance. Tom assisted me and answered my very specific questions in full, monitored the campaigns where I needed assistance, and followed up 24 hours later completely unprompted. We've been using Capsule for about 10 years now and it is so easy to implement and create your own system. It's not only a CRM, it's a work horse taking away so many day to day admin tasks through it's integration with other softwares that we use.

What do you like best about Instantly?

For me, Instantly has a really easy to use and well though out user interface that allows me to navigate the various features that I need to use, which is great given that I am using the platform on a daily basis. The Lead finder function is fantastic for adding new prospects to my email campaigns. Setting up a campaign was really easy as was the sequence builder. Email marketing has got a lot harder in recent times, but the Instantly platform has so many useful tips to ensure that your emails are delivered successfully. The 'spintax' feature, which enables you to create multiple versions of the same email, means that no two emails are the same ensuring that they are not seen as bulk/mass emails by mailservers. The Customer support, accessed via the live chat, has been brilliant too. They are quick to respond and hekp you to get the most out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

The only downside so far has been the having to wait for the email inboxes to warm up before launching our first campaign. This step is essential though to ensure that your emails are delivered, so completely understandable and worth the wait. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Instantly solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a relatively small vendor, our biggest issue has been our ability to get our message to the masses. Instantly helps us to find new prospects, using accurate targeting, and contact them in a responsible way. Compared to other options, this is definitely the most cost effective for us.
