What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

The deals feature is increibly intuative. We were able to roll AC out to our sales team who had stopped using any CRM 10 years prior. It was an easy trasition thanks to a beautiful interface, endless resources with the education center, and responsive customer support. ActiveCampaign is well suited to scale, too. I started on AC with a small company. I would have loved to get more included traning or personlized deals pipelines to help get the ball rolling. Integration was incredible easy, but I would have loved more help with getting started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Insider?

Our business operates in both online and offline mode. While delivering great in-store customer experience, providing the same experience online was a challenge. But after partnering with Insider, we were able to smoothly navigate this challenge. When we discussed our primary challenge with Insider’s growth team, they suggested we use their web suite’s onsite personalization capabilities to improve our website’s UX and create individualized experiences for our website visitors.To incorporate personalization, we used Insider’s smart banners on our website’s homepage to display discounts and offers on products along with the coupon code. This helped us attract customers to explore our products and purchase the one they’re most interested in. We also implemented product comparisons that resulted in enhanced engagement rates and improved customers’ likelihood to purchase one of the products out of compared ones and sometimes purchase more than 1 product. To further alert users about the limited period offers, we used Insider’s Web Push technology that created a sense of urgency and FOMO among our visitors and encouraged them to take action at the earliest. By implementing these strategic solutions, we saw substantial increase in cart size and AOV. In just a few months, our CR and business profitability grew massively. Insider has got the best product and support team and it was a wonderful experience working closely with such dedicated professionals. “Easy to use but super capable sales-tool”
What do you like best about Close?

Compared to (in my oppinion) cluttered CRMs like Pipedrive, Close is super user friendly. What i like the most is the beautiful ui, which is much more streamlined than most of the competition. Using close therefore is fun. When i ecountered problems, the mail-support was quick in helping me.

Another great advantage: the api is really good, via zapier we can connect and automate other software like Clickup, Perspective Funnels etc. best thing about it: the integrated mails. In close i got more overview regarding mails than in my mail app.

Lastly, integrated calling is nice to have. For me its not the biggest part of my job but beeing able to call from within close from time to time without the need to take out my phone and dial numbers is great!

Setting up close was pretty easy, the guide helped a lot.

What do you dislike about Close?

At first, the price tag seemed pretty high. But considering the calue, close delivers, im ok with that after all.

I Would have wished for maybe a call to set up everything, getting some tips and best pracises.

CleverTap's best and foremost differentiating factor is their unbeatable customer support team and the technical support team. We currently use Clevertap for it's various features but primarily for enagagement with push notifications and analytics for digging deeper and understanding our users. For new users, it might take a while to get the hang of it, like any other new skill. Another thing that could be better is the data visualisation aspects as well as creating a dashboard view across multiple boards. Clevertap allows us to view all of our data at a glance using their system generated dashboards. With the events and metrics that we pass, we have also created certain custom dashboards that are consummable on the business front.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

As a soletrader, Capsule CRM features all the benefits required to manage my client data and workflow and I use it on a daily basis. Further to this, is the fact that the free version offers everything I need. Obviously, if the business grows and staff are taken on, I'll need to upgrade to a paid plan but I'll be more than happy to do that based on my exeprience of the free plan. One of the biggest uses of this CRM for me is periodic reminders of annual website hosting expiry dates, ensuring my client is always invoiced at the right time each year. And yet even after all that, somehow, by far the best thing is that the support you recieve from the Team is incredible and unparalleled. The live chat connects you directly to a real person who is qualified to give you in-depth assistance. What do you like best about Instantly?

I have been using Instantly -on Growth plan for the past 3 months. Here is my feedback. Three things that I felt stood out are Instantly Customer support, a Simple interface, and Analytics. You can rely on their customer support. I usually receive a reply back within 10 to 15 mins after raising a query and each reply after that within 5 mins. Their agents are kind and supportive in their replies. They helped me in solving a few important steps in my setup. Their UI is very simple to navigate as a beginner to Cold email, I was able to easily navigate through them and set up the entire system in a few hours. There are also guides available throughout the setup from the support system. One of the major plus is the analytics section. You can segregate your leads based on different filters like email open, replied, did not contact, etc.. You can segment them and run a separate campaign too. For example, I needed to target people who had opened my emails but did not reply. I was easily able to separate them and run targeted messages for them. You can also get detailed reports on open rates, link clicks, and reply rates for any specific time period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

One thing that I feel could be added is a mid-plan for startups like me. The growth plan allows only 1000 leads at a time in your system. Initially, It was fine for me, but as I wanted to scale up some more, the next available option was the Hyper plan for 25,000 contacts or 87usd addon for 26,000 contacts. Both of them were way above my requirements. A mid-plan with 5000 contacts would help a business like mine. And one more thing was some options like A/B testing, Replying directly from Unibox are available only in the Hyper plan. I use Instantly to my entire outreach system for my startup. Currently I use Cold email outreach as my only source of lead gen.
