What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Hubspot is very user friendly, especially compared to other tools like Salesforce/Pardot. I love that's in an all-in-one tool and that your data is right there. It makes it easy to segment when taking marketing actions. It's also pretty easy to implement, and if anything, there are many ways to contact the customer support team. What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The social media module is a great idea, but it's not developed enough, so it can't yet replace a real social media scheduler tool. The concept of "marketing contacts" also makes it much harder to manage than before. It should at least come with pre-made workflows that are easy to customize for who should be a marketing contact or not. The email templates also have limited features. I don't like the task portion of Hubspot. It is where I do the most of my work but I feel like it is very limited compared to the other parts fo hubspot. Hubspot is what allows me to very easily contact all my contacts within days who are all over the country. Instead of having to scower the web for phone numbers it allows me to have it all centralized within one platform for my ease. What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

We moved to ActiveCampaign from two separate systems -- one a CRM and one an email marketing provider. Having the capabilities for both of these in one solution has been amazing for our school -- now we just need full integration with our school management solution and we will be set! I love how easy it is to use ActiveCampaign for creating and sending our marketing emails. As the Communications Director for the school, the customization and automation tools have added more power and versatility to that aspect of my job. What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

As a non-profit, our former CRM had donation tracking and reporting capabilities that are not as well developed in ActiveCampaign. The pipeline creation and automation of several fundraising tasks are great, but the reporting and tracking features are not as robust, and we find ourselves needing to create custom systems within ActiveCampaign. What do you like best about Close?

I have been using Close for about 10 months now in Sales. Like any software in the world, issues can arise, but what I can say is that the level of support has been excellent in such situations!

- The in-tool reporting is smooth & immediate,

- I always got fast answers by email and direct contact with the support team,

- Additionally, my company also has an account manager at Close, in case of bigger issues/escalations.

> At all times, we know we won't be left hanging which is very reassuring.

The revenue that we generated by sending out automated push notifications were significantly higher than manual push notifications. Also, as the tool offers a number of predefined templates, it didn’t take much time for us to edit campaigns. Using this solution, we were able to update our target customers about their latest interest on our website/APP based on their previous onsite behavior. Before using Insider, we were able to send bulk push notifications in the text format. However, we wanted to explore a solution that can help us automate the process, create deep segments based on their predicted behavior, events, and visits, and engage with customers who had abandoned their carts.

Insider’s team of Growth Consultants recommended us to use their web push channel to send messages to target customers who had a higher purchase intent. We were also able to re-engage customers who haven’t visited our website for a long time. By sending out personalized Cart Abandonment Push Campaigns using predefined templates, we were able to capture their attention and bring them back on our website. What do you like best about CallRail?

CallRail has been a game changer and lifesaver for us. It has helped to identify several issues with our intake (forms and calls). Being able to transcribe calls and search is a great feature. It helps us with marketing attribution for our direct mail campaigns and with training salespeople on what to say and not say. It was super fast and easy to set up, creating new numbers is easy. I like that it alerts you to when numbers are cycling too quickly. I had no idea CallRail would prove to be such a valuable tool for us, and I use it almost daily. What do you dislike about CallRail?

We tried the Convert Assist, and I think it's a great tool. However, it has to be viewed on an individual basis, and we don't give everyone access to CallRail. Doing some sort of bulk search could also be helpful. I think we need to integrate it with Salesforce as a next step in order to really take advantage of some of the functionality. CallRail has helped to identify two issues we were having. One was with forms not making it into Salesforce. Another was that calls to one of our brands weren't being answered. However, I believe they could be more flexible with pricing for startups that are just getting started. Not all companies can afford a tool like CleverTap, even though it makes a significant difference. Startups generally need traction in the early stages, and that traction comes from delivering the right message through the right channel at the right time—something CleverTap excels at. The problem it solves for me is that, at MOVii, we have a large number of products within the app, as well as different types of users, making it impossible to manage without a tool like Clevertap. It allows me to hyper-personalize messages and content throughout the user journey.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Over the years I have used so many different CRM's but never Implemented one myself from scratch for a company. I've looked at so many over the last 12 months and the others did not seem to work how we needed it to work. At the time we were using Trello, it was not working for us.

The Sales and Support Teams have been very helpfull throughout the whole experience. Harry was the first person I spoke to and was very patient and helpful. Has several video calls whilst he was helping me get to grips with Capsule. Once I started using Capsule and learning all the new parts to it, I was constantly asking support for help. Every time I received a resply the help has been outstanding. From email replies explaining how something is done to videos showing me how to do the task I'm stuck with.

Capsule is really easy to use, you just need to take the time to take it in. There are so many helpful links to help you do things yourself.

I'm still learning, but I'm enjoying what I have experienced so far, so much more to learn and do.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

I have not come across many things yet that I don't like.

There are a couple of suggestion / feature requests I have mentioned and hopefully they get thought about just to make the customer journey a little easier.

One thing that has niggled me a little is the Files, when you link emails up to Capsule and you have a logo on the emails, its saving those as files. What do you like best about Clarisights?

We switched from Datorama (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence) and the difference is like day and night. I manage a marketing analytics team that supports our performance marketing team (8-digit annual budget) in making data-informed decisions.

With Datorama, connectors were frequently broken and data was delayed. The platform has hardly evolved over the past few years. We received numerous requests from marketing and everything took weeks. It felt like we constantly needed workarounds to make things work with Datorama.

Support was unresponsive and any integration or customization required additional consulting fees.

Now with Clarisights, everything is much better:

1) Data is far more reliable. Connectors are more developed and provide additional data points

2) Self-service actually works - marketers can adjust dashboards, add or edit dimensions and metrics, etc. My team is finally free to focus on marketing measurement and strategic work

3) There are new analytics use cases that weren't possible before. The main one is creative reporting (asset-level reporting with ad previews next to KPIs)

Clarisights support is excellent - we have a joint Teams chat. Our CSM is very responsive! Pricing is more transparent, and the product is developing rapidly.

We're also using Clarisights data exports to power our MMM, MTA, and Incrementality models.

Overall, the experience has been excellent! I wish we had switched earlier. There was one niche integration missing, but the Clarisights team built it in 2 weeks!

What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?

In a period of time when all marketing spend is scrutinized, and optimization is critical, Channel99 gives more insights into what channels and efforts drive real impact, and which don't. Being able to see channel contribution at an account level instead of person level is helpful for companies like ours that are enterprise-focused and selling to multiple complex buying groups within each account. So far we haven't identified any gaps. The platform is simple to set up, instantly populating results, and reports are digestible and inline with what I would expect. What problems is Channel99 solving and how is that benefiting you?

It shows much more relevant web and contribution data than we see through GA4 or any of the Account-Based and Marketing Automation platforms that are hooked into our site because it isolates accounts in our TAM, and it seems to be able to identify them more precisely than any-one platform in our stack. Being able to see traffic from people in targeted accounts vs bots vs non-targets is interesting as we ramp advertising spend across a multitude of channels.
