We’ve mostly benefited from moving away from a "old-school" paper-based workflow—everything is now stored digitally and easily accessible in one place.

We used to spend hours opening new files. Now, with Clio's document drafting, we save hours of work.

Clio also tackles the issue of disorganized case management. It helps us keep track of client information, deadlines, and communications, so nothing falls through the cracks. For me personally, setting tasks in Clio helps me meet deadlines efficiently.

The updates sometimes take away the way we make our reports and case list. We don't have much say in what they update sometimes the updates are refreshing and helpful but lately it has madeit a little difficult for my office to run reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are able to keep track of the work that's done on each file. All work is saved and tagged on each clients file. We are able to set calendar reminders and dates. We are able to leave notes on what was spoken about with clients and send text messages as follow ups. We are notified if the text message went through or not. The one aspect of Filevine that I find a bit frustrating is how documents open in the browser instead of using the native application, like Word or Excel. Both the modules i.e., Litigation and Notice Management has helped us in many ways such as :

1. In Litigation Module we can easily track down cases whether it's from High Court, Supreme Court.

2. Also we don't have to search throughout the different portals for the cases.

We can't really name anything we dislike about LawPay. LawPay like every other vendor has fees, and nobody likes to pay those, but their fees are competative and I feel they are in line with other companies like them, so no real complaint there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Staying Organized. Just about everything stays right in the matter, so it's hard to lose things. The amount of time I have saved by not having to dig through email alone had been worth the price. While Amberlo is an excellent platform, I do find myself missing a dedicated module for AML/KYC and sanctions checks, which are crucial for compliance in legal practice. Integrating these features directly into the platform would greatly enhance its utility. Additionally, Amberlo does not integrate with my accounting software, which is a bit inconvenient. However, this seems to be more of an issue with the accounting application rather than Amberlo itself. It's allowing our law firm to reach a high number of clients with one click of a button. This is a feature that was not easily available to use prior to having Lawmatics. I would have liked the Litify team to be more involved from the beginning with the 3rd party implementation agency. Our implementation was almost double what it was quoted and the configuration wasn't done correctly. Now the foundation of our Litify product isn't right. Ease of use 1 out 10 due to poor configuration. 1 out 10 for implementation. Customer Support has been overall good. We use Litify daily. The reporting functionality in CloudLex helps me understand the metrics and cuts out a step from having to do that outside of your case management software. It makes it much easier as the owner or managing partner of the firm to be able to have an idea of how many intakes you're getting, which attorneys are getting the new cases, what stage are they in the litigation. We wanted to be sure that our data was secure and backed up so Sync does that for us. We use Data Governance to assist our staff in data entry to ensure that our data is clean and consistent with our standards. We use Portal to aid in communication with our client base as it allows end users and partners to readily provide needed information and recieve communications. The notes section in the case profile - you are unable to copy and paste the notes without going into each note, opening it up to preview, then copy and pasting individually. It would be nice to be able to open all notes and copy and paste them in their entirety. I used to be able to do this by checking all boxes, choosing to print, then hitting cancel print and copy and pasting the fields into a Word Document.
