“A game changer in meeting management”
What do you like best about Fellow?

Fellow has significantly increased my organization and productivity around meetings. It allows me to go into each day incredibly prepared - allowing me to be more present and thougtful during the time I am spending in sessions. And when I can't make a meeting - the recording and transcriptions Fellow's AI generates is better than any other platform I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fellow?

As with all software, there can be the occasional bug or friction - but they are few and far between with Fellow. And their team has demonstrated heavy interest in taking feedback from their user community, and actioning on requests. Overall, there isn't much not to like! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fellow has helped power our corporate Meeting Manifesto - 9 principles that we have identified and aligned to create more impactful meetings. From creating collaborative agendas for every meeting, to providing follow-ups and recaps to individuals that couldn't (or didn't need to) attend a session .... Fellow provides the tactical tooling necessary to super charge our meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Mural enabled me and my team to have more creativity and flexibility in our work.”
What do you like best about Mural?

The most helpful thing about Mural for me has been it's simplicity. It doesn't pressure you into using a certain template or using it in a certain way. You can simply have a vision, and make it a reality just by using basic features on the infinite canvas. That's enough to spark creativity and focus on solving problems, whilst bringing people together (in person or virtually). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mural?

It's hard for me to say since it's more of a want rather than a need, but I would like to see more integrations with other BI (business intelligence) tools such as Power BI. For example, you could have a Power BI report in a workspace, and then pin visuals from the report to the Mural canvas (somehow). The MURAL could be configured to refresh on a set interval so that it reflects the same data as in the Power BI report. Currently, Power BI is limited in terms of how creatively you can display visuals. You are limited by canvas size, shapes, style etc. However, leveraging Mural's environment, I could really see some beautiful reporting coming to life in a more engaging way, especially as users are able to annotate and engage with the data /visuals in a more meaningful way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?

One particular problem which Mural helped me solve relates to the quality assurance process of the Power BI reports our team produces. We produce several reports a month across a team of 16 people. One step in that process is called the peer review, which is essentially a step where 3 members of the team get assigned to do a review of the report, and make sure it's up to standards. This may include the functionality of the report, but also visually as well. Up until I joined the team, and for almost 1 year after, the peer reviews were done in OneNote. This involved the auditors leveraging a poorly formatted table in which they had to take screenshots of their findings, and then add comments to explain what it is they are flagging. After the auditing period concluded, a meeting would be held to go over the feedback. However, due to the lack of a proper template, there was no consistency in how the report owner would indicate whether the findings were accepted (and then subsequently, implemented) or rejected.

I deicded this had to be changed, and leveraged Mural to solve the problem. I created a process by which the report owner simply takes a screenshot of each page of the report, and pastes them into an area I defined for visual aspects of the report. There is another area created to log any functionality related findings. Now the auditors just have to use annotations (stick notes or comments) on the existing images to indicate their findings. If needed, they can take a screenshot of something that isn't shown in the image, which is not often the case.

Now, the peer review meeting time has gone down from 1 hour to 30 minutes or less, which is a huge time saving for our team. Not to mention, the quality of our reports has increased significantly, and the process is much more engaging and user-friendly. It feels more human, which is important because design is another form of human language and expression. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SH
“Golf Performance Coach's Perspective on Avoma”
What do you like best about Avoma?

The most helpful part about avoma for me is the feedback after my calls. Such as how much I talked vs how much the client talked during the calls. I tend to over talk on some of the calls so its allowed me to look back at them and to see how much I tend to do that. So it allows me to have more insight. Another feature that I use for every call is the scorecard feature. This alone has helped raise the quality of my calls. Its very easy to think that you covered everything that you need to on the calls but Avoma allowed me to actually see some key points that I was not bringing up on the call which can be crucial. It allowed me to see that some of those questions I was asking in a very broad since and not being specific. So I looked back at the scorecard, looked at which questions I was missing more often and then made it a point to make sure to ask those on my calls and the quality has improved significantly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avoma?

To me the only downside would be the AI that jumps on the calls. I know this is something that probably cannot be avoided but it just makes it feel like someone else is on the calls but know its another way it allows the system to take better notes of the calls. I do feel like the notes tab on the calls can be a little overbearing for me. When I see a bunch of words, lines and sections it can be a little overwhelming especially on a very busy day. Thats why I feel that I tend to stick more to the scorecards feature and that really helps me know what I miss/go over etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its solving how I communicate with my clients and helping me organize my calls as well. Before I tend to be all over the place with what was discussed on my calls. I knew what I needed to get accomplished but it felt like sometimes I did not always get to that point effeciently where Avoma has let me organize my calls and let me see what I have gone over and what I have missed. Another big thing is talk time. Before I did not realize how much I was talking on my calls and how little my clients talk and is still something I am trying to work on today. Avoma lets me see exactly the percentage of the time I talked compared to my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Aha! Roadmaps for Product Management”
What do you like best about Aha!?

I have been using Aha! Roadmaps for several months now, and it has truly transformed the way we handle product planning and prioritization in our organization. The software's intuitive interface makes it incredibly easy to map out our product strategy and align our team around key goals and initiatives.

One of the standout features of Aha! Roadmaps is its streamlined intake process. It has significantly improved the way we capture, evaluate, and prioritize ideas and requests from various stakeholders. This has ensured that we are always working on the most impactful projects.

Aha! Roadmaps serves as our single source of truth. It centralizes all our product information, making it easy to keep everyone on the same page and avoid any miscommunications or duplications of effort. The transparency it brings to our planning process has been invaluable.

I also want to give a special mention to Max and the entire customer service team at Aha! They are incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or issues we encounter. Their support has made our experience with the software even more seamless and enjoyable.

Overall, Aha! Roadmaps has been a game-changer for us. It's an essential tool for any product team looking to enhance their planning and prioritization processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aha!?

The tool is relatively expensive so scaling to the entire organization has not been possible yet but we circumvent this easy integrations such as Jira and confluence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aha! solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aha! Roadmaps effectively addresses several critical business challenges, such as disparate intake of ideas, lack of real-time visibility into roadmaps and progress tracking, and the need for a single source of truth for planning and prioritization. By centralizing and streamlining these processes, Aha! Roadmaps ensures that our team operates more efficiently and stays aligned on our strategic goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Transformed how we manage feedback and streamline product decisions!”
What do you like best about Canny?

Its comprehensive approach to managing feedback. The ability to create multiple feedback boards tailored to different categories or products is extremely useful for organizing input. The roadmap and changelog features provide transparency to our team and users, showing what’s in progress and what has been released. Additionally, the seamless integrations with tools like Slack, Jira, and Intercom make it easy to keep feedback actionable and connected to our workflow. It’s an all-in-one solution that boosts both collaboration and efficiency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canny?

Limitation on the number of admin users. It can be a bit restrictive when you have a larger team that needs access to manage feedback or review the roadmap. It would be great if there were more flexibility or options for adding additional admins without hitting limits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canny solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem of efficiently gathering, organizing, and prioritizing customer feedback Before using Canny, managing feedback was fragmented and often difficult to track, leading to delayed responses and overlooked insights. With Canny, we now have a centralized place for feedback, which helps us clearly see what features or improvements our users want most. The voting system highlights top priorities, and the integration with tools like Slack and Jira ensures feedback is quickly actionable. This has improved our team’s decision-making process, increased transparency with our users, and ultimately helped us build a more user-centered product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Uncertainty in the company”
What do you like best about Sessions?

Sessions offers such a seamless platform that navigating your way around it is effortless, but the best feature is that, unlike other video meeting style platforms, there is no download required for the other attendees. Also being able to have all your meeting content at your fingertips makes every online meeting flow perfectly, particularly for onboarding new clients. I honestly don't know how I managed this process before Sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sessions?

There seems to be some concerning funding issues which have been publically aired by the founder/developer of Sessions, which indicated the possibly lifespan of Sessions may be sugnificantly shortened if they do not find the funding needed. Further to this though, lately the software has been glitchly, preventing logins, spinning icons preventing pages from loading, making the software unreliable or dependable for its intended purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sessions solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to be able to create a face to face onboarding process that flows easily, and the ability to make it simple for the attendees to join, without having to first upload software, etc. It has helped me consistently win over every client so far as I am more relaxed and confident in my presentation. What do you like best about Diligent Boards?

Having never used Diligent Boards until my recent role I was, at first, a bit intimidated but after my first upload I realised how intuitive the system is. Over time doing certain tasks, such as uploading docs, have become second nature and the ability to link to previous books which have been archived helps lessen the load on Board books. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diligent Boards?

For the types of documents I regularly upload the 15GB limit per document means I have to spend extra time compressing or splitting pdf's to fit and this can mean uploading multiple files per document. This can be time consuming when the agenda is large.

Diligent is slightly more expensive than some of the other solutions on the market but because of it's ability to link within documents to other board books we continue to use Diligent as our solution.

It would be good to have unlimited Committees available to us as part of the plan we are on, rather than having to pay per Commmittee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
