Our employees receive a text on their mobile device and an email in their Inbox immediately when their guest arrives and checks in. When the receptionist is not available at the lobby entrance, the Envoy device can easily notify hosts of their guests with no delay. It's a perfectly seamless solution for our company's needs. We wish the iPad had a 100% touchless QR feature. As of now, it requires a touch to initiate the QR code.

What do you like best about Archie?

Archie has been great for us, we were looking for something that did more than just desk booking, and out of the solutions we demoed Archie was by far the best for us. Sleek and simple UI, lots of features, and pricing that doesn't break the bank. We use it to register visitors when they arrive, manage meeting rooms and workstations, have an overview of the schedule of different teams and track overall office attendance. What do you dislike about Archie?

More customization options in the reporting module would be great. Also, the mobile app is amazing for the end users but doesn't have all of the admin features of the web version, which is not a big deal but it would be nice to have everything available there as well. Implementing a hybrid schedule meant that on one hand we had to make it easy for our team to reserve a spot at the office, and on the other hand we had to be able to track attendance and have visibility into the schedule of different departments. What do you like best about Qminder?

Qminder provides me with fantastic insights realating to the demand on the service my deparment provides; this allows us to better manager our time, and also means that our users can plan their visits around our quieter periods.

Being able to see historical data means that we can better prepare for each semester, and know what times we need cover at, and when our down times are likely to be, allowing us to work on other tasks.

The open and closed hours, as well as the one off closures makes it easier for my department to book in team meetings, and ensure the information is conveyed to our stakeholders.

I've had Qminder in my department for nigh on 10 years now, and it's implementation, support, and use have been of fantastic help to managing the demand my department faces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qminder?

I wish that there was a bit more freedom to make changes on Qminder, such as the messages displayed on the iPad or TV Screen.

Previously the ability for our stakeholders to sign in remotely using the app made it much easier for students to wait away from the department, unfortunately with that feature being no longer supported, we have to provide buzzers to our students to recall them.

What do you like best about Tactic?

The opportunity for our team to specify a place to sit when they are coming into the office. This allows for collaboration and community while still supporting a "hotel" approach to facilities management. Tactic allows people to understand who is going to be in and when, then allows them to co-locate into the same area. The incorporation of facility mapping as well as the ability to set permanent locations has really streamlined our management of seating for our hybrid workforce. What do you like best about Kastle?

The people at Kastle are very easy to work with. The call center is always extremely helpful, and on top of every situation, and the customer service center is the best I've worked with. The techs that come out to resove problems are very experienced in the systems they are working on. We are currently working with them to install a Safetrust moble platform for one of my tenents, and it is going smoothly. We also use the Kastle Insites to gauge the number of people returning to work. 1. Integrated the communicative tools very well:meetings, team chat, phone, mail and calendar applications

2. it has some elaboravtive features like whiteboarding, note-taking, recording, editing, etc.

3. Within a meeting you can send messagesto the whole meeting group,or a personal message to someone particularly, or to select people - this feature is very useful

4.The meeting toolbards and themes can be customised

5. It is easy to use - but may require someone to get comfortable with a load of features and their functioning

6. There are somany settings which make zoom a great tool for personal and business use

7. Implementation is a bit easy

8. Customer support is instanteous, no issues there

But then again the changes are not reflected in the desktop app. You'll have to relaunch and sometimes even thatdoesn't work, so you'll have to re-install zoom

What do you like best about WaitWell?

WaitWell is very user friendly for all those that utilize the system. Whether it be a guest checking in at the kiosk, guest joining the line remotely via the web, or the staff serving the guest navigating the Admin view WaitWell allows for effecient and organized service. Having a staff app has allowed for managers who are working the floor, to have the ability watch and monitor our location or other locations easily. Should a manager or administrator be out of the office and need to close down a que, or location the staff app allows us to easily do so from our cell phone wherever we are. Having a software that is constantly improving and growing such as WaitWell, provides a peace of mind to administrators and Senior leadership; as we are constantly evolving to meet our guests needs as the university grows, having a software that is specifically built out and customized to meet our needs is awesome! What do you dislike about WaitWell?

Being a newer software at times we have encountered minor software glitches such as audio cues not being functional. I will say WaitWell staff both Customer Account Managers, and the Software Development Team are very responsive and usually fix any issues within 1-2 business days! While we only replaced a que management systems at the university, we were looking to obtain a LMS system that allowed for flexibility. A software like WaitWell, is built out to the consumers needs, it has the ability to be ever changing to adjust to our needs and does not require additional subscriptions to be purchased. We were looking to improve traffic flow for both students and staff at our One-Stop centers. WaitWell has allowed for digital accessibility, including remote join capabilities, and the ability to view your spot in line remotely. The best part I would like mention about the entire Joan system is its Management. We have migrated from Exchange On-Prem to Exchange Online last year and Jaon support helped me to migrate the system to the Cloud Connector. All the other users have the visibility of the next booking and they don't have to login to the Calendar booking. Also, if the room is vacant, users don't have to book on the Calendar but are able to immediately book on the device. And I forgot about to mention earlier about the Joan support. They are one of the best support team I have ever worked with. though the team is in a different geo location where we are, they have alway been flexible to work with Australian timezone. We recently implemented Skedda at our new office and love the visibility it provides our employees. It gives them the flexibility to reserve their space, make adjustments, and track their in-office days. The program is very user-friendly, simple and easy to troubleshoot should any issues arise. We are so incredibly thankful that Patrick Cassidy was able to help us through the setup, rollout and getting our SSO to work correctly. He was notoriously quick to respond, always willing to jump on a call and helped us work through the IT issues we experienced that stemmed from our internal/backend settings. He managed to determine the problem and find us several workarounds to make the program work as intended. This was allowing our Security Team to leave the lobby more often to complete other necessary taks. It was easily integrated to work together with our SSO and new employees can quickly get the basic access needed without the IT team to jump into action. Their Customer Support in our area is provided by a vendor who has done an amazing job so far. In the few weekly times that we need to check if someone is in or not, how many people have arrived or to send monthly reports of arrivals it provides the information quite well with some limitations. What do you dislike about Genea Security?

Some features are extra and not included in the already expensive payment plan. Some export features are limited very specifically. The search feature is very picky on what's a correct look up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
