What do you like best about iLobby?

Right from the beginning when researching options for Visitor management, Peter F from sales was beyond helpful and made iLobby the choice clear. I had a few meetings with him asking more questions each time, he was happy to assist. The options available for features they offer checked off every item I had for my unique need. Once I purchased the system, they assigned a "roll out" person to assist in the normal startup questions and implementation. I made requests for a handful of systematic changes and each one was met, and they followed up to ensure I was happy. Lastly, after the first month they assigned a continuing customer success person, in my case it is Thenoo, who is fantastic. After a couple months I had some more in-depth questions on getting reports, or how the background data worked. I even asked for some more custom interface changes. Thenoo addressed each of my questions via Teams meeting, and was able to share screens to walk me through things. One of the custom interface changes I asked about, she went directly to her design engineering team and got back to me with examples. What do you dislike about iLobby?

iLobby gives us true management over our visitors that come on site. Before iLobby, we had a sign-in book, which needed a receptionist to be there. The book is not private and is not controlled. iLobby allows us to operate without a receptionist, it informs the host when their visitor arrives, and is private and controlled. We wish the iPad had a 100% touchless QR feature. As of now, it requires a touch to initiate the QR code.

Choosing meeting spaces or where to work from is a great experience thanks to nice filters, colleague search, and floor plans. We have a QR-code system to check-in, which means if no one checks-in after some time the room/desk/booth becomes automatically available again. What do you like best about The Receptionist?

The receptionist has made a huge difference for our practice in being able to manage patient flow when our office manager is not in (ie. after 5 PM and on weekends, when many of our providers offer sessions). It is also such a helpful tool to simply let the providers know when their clients have arrived! What do you like best about Qminder?

Qminder provides me with fantastic insights realating to the demand on the service my deparment provides; this allows us to better manager our time, and also means that our users can plan their visits around our quieter periods.

Being able to see historical data means that we can better prepare for each semester, and know what times we need cover at, and when our down times are likely to be, allowing us to work on other tasks.

The open and closed hours, as well as the one off closures makes it easier for my department to book in team meetings, and ensure the information is conveyed to our stakeholders.

I've had Qminder in my department for nigh on 10 years now, and it's implementation, support, and use have been of fantastic help to managing the demand my department faces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qminder?

I wish that there was a bit more freedom to make changes on Qminder, such as the messages displayed on the iPad or TV Screen.

Previously the ability for our stakeholders to sign in remotely using the app made it much easier for students to wait away from the department, unfortunately with that feature being no longer supported, we have to provide buzzers to our students to recall them.

What do you like best about Tactic?

The opportunity for our team to specify a place to sit when they are coming into the office. This allows for collaboration and community while still supporting a "hotel" approach to facilities management. Tactic allows people to understand who is going to be in and when, then allows them to co-locate into the same area. The incorporation of facility mapping as well as the ability to set permanent locations has really streamlined our management of seating for our hybrid workforce. What do you like best about Kastle?

As the key keeper, I hold the key to unlock the front door daily and keep it unlocked if I'm sitting at the reception desk. I like that when it is unlocked - the light that shines on the card swiper is green. If it is locked - it is red... the employee trying to get in better have their Kastle Card to enter. it is easy to activate a new employee as well as to deactivate if one has left the company, It is instant-either way. When I am not here, the front door remains locked. I've made one of the cards a restroom card and leave it at the front desk - accessable - to be able to come and go since the restroom is outside in the hallway. What do you like best about Joan?

For how well it intergrates with our existing outlook calendar and for multiple users then we are really pleased. The unit arrived quickly, looks really good (nice having our logo on it) and the customer service video call I required was really helpful in getting everything working for our needs. We only have one meeting room to connect at the moment but it will get used frequently and having the scope to add more later could be really helpful as our business grows. Not knowing the unit was coming from outside the UK meant we had to pay a large fee to receive it from the courier which we were not expecting. We also needed out IT contractors to sort out the calendar system as this was not something we had permissions for so there was a lot of time spent trying to go through all the instructions on the website. Every good thing has downsides in the same way zoom has some. First is zoom lags a bit and suddenly it gets crashed and sometimes it gets freezed. The system itself is very easy to understand, as well as being comprehensive in its nature. Almost all our demands were answered with a 'yes' - and if they weren't, Justin assured me that it was something they were looking to improve in the future. It's easy to add or remove access to doors and time control when access can be obtained. It was easily integrated to work together with our SSO and new employees can quickly get the basic access needed without the IT team to jump into action. Their Customer Support in our area is provided by a vendor who has done an amazing job so far. In the few weekly times that we need to check if someone is in or not, how many people have arrived or to send monthly reports of arrivals it provides the information quite well with some limitations.
