EHR Your Way solves the problems of having all of our records in one place, making documentation simple and easy, and allowing us to do all that we need to do within the system. From initial contact, to scheduling and admitting, and getting the paperwork we need, all of the aspects of EHR Your Way are working together seamlessly to make sure that our practice is a well-oiled machine. On the downside, ModMed can feel complex or slow, especially since I focus more on patient care rather than in-depth charting or medical records. It has extra features that aren’t as relevant to my workflow, so it can feel a bit cumbersome at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recently, the viedoc updated feature to edit roles and SDV in the revision version which will help us to apply changed SDV settings and roles to already eisting subjects. Also, small updates related to role avatars helps in customisation as per requirement. I am often gaslighted by the support team who drag their feet to get anything done, and are more worried about pink banners and name changes than fixing basic functionality.

When adding currated lifestyle recommendations, it would be easier to be able to view "all" as opposed to having to remember which section that I put the lifestyle recommendation under. Alternatively, it would be great if I could create my own tab -- as opposed to the ones that are only available there.

The generated PDF file could be more compressed as in --- the information flows better if some sections are not necessary. I don't like the idea that after a protocol has been published, you cannot go and quickly edit it before having to publish it again. Or maybe I'm missing something. Practice Better has SO much to offer, there is not enough time to navigate the platform in 14 days to figure out whether it will be suitable. More integrations please! Splose has solved so many things for us. Clinically it has enhanced our multidisciplinary team care approach with clinical notes being so easy to access and the communication logs have helped a lot here too. It is also really easy for clinicians to use which is really important to us as we want our team focused on delivering great care and spending less time on admin. Kipu EMR could improve on offering trainings for new users! I was trained by staff members at both organizations I worked at; however, for a general introduction, I wish Kipu EMR had a standard training session that was offered (note: IF such a training already exists, the organizations I worked at did not alert me of them; therefore, I had to rely on on-site personnel to convey the options, some more detailed than others, that the agency utilized). Kipu has made it easy for me to see clients' history "at-a-glance" which is helpful when I arrive on site and take notice of newly-admitted clients. I am able to get a quick view of their primary diagnosis/reason for admission/meds in addition to history on their parental/familial support system. I do not dislike anything about spry! The only feature I would like to be added is something automated to tell me if the insurance the patient has is something that needs a referral or authorization after eval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Problems I had prior to using SPRY included- too much time to document, having certain fields in document that were required to fill out prior to signing note, billing, scheduling Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only complaints are: need for secondary billing to save time, need for ROI intergrated in the system to save time, option for admins to add and remove clients for providers, and option for admins to be able to download and send records as needed! There are hiccups that happen, but Pabau is quick to try and resolve them. We are working on a few items with Prescriptions here, as things in the UK are done differently here in the US. Additionally, I'm not a fan of having to pay for SMS Credits to send confirmation texts to our patients. This should be integrated. Our patient expereince is superior now with integrating Pabau into our practice. We not have the ability to incorporate digital patient forms with the portal that are easy to use and easy to update. The ECP software is always evolving and ECP sends out announcements of what is new and what is improved. There are also training opportunities to familiarize yourself with new Features. One of the things they did was the ability to collect electronic signatures which streamlines our intake process and makes things much easier for our staff to have everything in place. We used to use paper forms to collect health info about our campers. This was extremely tedious and disorganized. CampDoc has created an easy, streamlined, safe way to collect this information and reference it. I also really appreciate how kind and helpful the CampDoc staff is. Patients have difficulty completing any form of registering from the link that they receive via text. Also, duplicate accts are sometimes getting created when pts attempt to do the on-line registration. We have had the majority of on-line registrating shut off. Wish appt reminder calls, texts came from a local number. On insurances, I would like to have the ability to add eff dates and term dates to them so that you knew what was eff on a particular date of service. When we have an issue with the system, response time from help desk is slow. Nursing staff has issues with prescriptions going thru successfully. Physicians need to ability to add/change note, not just a spot at bottom of note that states addendum. When running eligibility on insurances, wish effective date of policy was included. There are forms that we still need to get from pts such as HIPAA , medicare secondary questionnaire because pt's don't have the ability to sign or complete online.
