What do you like best about SPRY?

The most helpful thing about SPRY is how quick and easy it is to use. It did not take much time to get used to after coming from another EMR system. I love the "verify eligibility" feature that lets me inform patients how much their co-pay is going to be. I am a daily user of SPRY and see several patients a day, and it has made documentation such a smaller portion of my treatment session with my patient, and I can focus more on the patient in front of me. My only complaints are: need for secondary billing to save time, need for ROI intergrated in the system to save time, option for admins to add and remove clients for providers, and option for admins to be able to download and send records as needed! ShiftCare won me over for various reasons:

1. Publicly disclosed pricing, with simple, logical licensing tiers. Much more affordable than competitors, especially for a very small business like ours.

2. Answered all my tricky questions live on their webinar

3. Extremely responsive, friendly, helpful customer service

4. Easy to adjust license seats up or down mid-way through a billing cycle, with credits applied instantly

5. Excellent integration with Xero

6. Semi-public roadmap with regular improvements and bug fixes

What do you dislike about ShiftCare?

• No dedicated mobile admin app and a non-Responsive Design website makes it difficult to manage tasks on the go

• Certain UX issues - e.g. non-standard date picker, which doesn't allow keyboard input; limited flexibility in scheduling shifts (e.g. only 15- or 30-minute increments possible)

• Managing recurring shifts could be smoother – requires lots of clicking around

• Split shifts are confusing and don’t reflect as expected in the carer app or timesheets

• Other minor but noticeable issues: apostrophed contact name formatting errors <> Xero, lack of automatic syncing with Xero for staff details, and small UI bugs in the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShiftCare solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. ShiftCare has significantly reduced the time spent on scheduling shifts, managing staff, and handling payroll. The integration with Xero allows for seamless invoicing, reducing manual errors and making payroll much faster and more accurate.

2. The ability to easily adjust license seats up and down, and assign shifts helps us manage an ever-changing team efficiently, without the need for complicated processes or external support.

3. ShiftCare’s platform allows us to keep clear records of shifts, notes, and communications, ensuring transparency and compliance and making it easier to manage staff and client interactions. It also helps with staff handover – crucial in an industry with such high turnover and casual employment.

These improvements have helped us reduce operational costs, minimise human errors, and free up more time to focus on delivering quality care. This has enabled us to scale more effectively while ensuring that administrative processes don’t become overwhelming, especially as the sole company director running the show. When we came onboard with Aaniie, our other platform was not customizable, nor did it have the hard close feature. The platform is very customizable to our needs, and with the hard close option keeps the integrity of financials secure. The Corporate login, allows you to toggle between locations you would just have to enter your password each time, The workaround was to have Google save the password, which eliminates the issue. I love the ease of the software. It does not take an unfamiliar user long to learn to navigate through the software with ease. I love the eval templates and the help that is provided when issues come up. The screens are easy to navitate and (typically) find what you are looking for. What do you dislike about Fusion Web Clinic?

1-I wish there was a way to sort through payments when paying independent contractors. 2-I would also like to see an option where its only 1 or 5 users - i typically pay for 5 when i only need two due to being on my own with a biller - its a great website but to have to pay so much for only needing two users is getting old. 3-Its also a slower response time on getting help. Used to be faster - and while i know you have grown your response time has lagged and that's not great for someone that pays so much and needs help quickly. 4-I do with that when you move a client to another date on calendar that its tracked and it counts with the # of visits used. 5- i wish that you could be notified of tracking info in a better way - its almost like you have to know what to look for in order to look rather than it be brought to your attention in case you forgot. I would like to be able to run more inclusive reports. A lot of the reports available, you have to piece together. They do have options for this at an additional charge, but if you do not want to spend that extra money for this feature, then you are left to run multiple reports. What do you like best about AlayaCare?

Scheduling in AlayaCare is great. The ability manage clients and their services is quite robust and solid, their customer support is also solid, although occasionally feeling dismissive. I wasn't around for implementation or integration with other systems, but that element seemed quite doable from what I hear from others. Using AlayaCare daily is a decent ecperience for me. What do you dislike about AlayaCare?

The recently introduced monthly updates from quarterly updates cause a lot of frustration as an admin. Often there are very minimal new relevant features for our organisation, but there are always new issues introduced that causes issues and annoyances for me and other users. Because it's monthly, I feel like I'm constantly playing catchup with update notes as well as the aformentioned issues that pop up.

Additionally, there is minimal clinical features in it compared to similar systems, this has caused a lot of frustration for our clinical governance team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
