What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

Sage Intacct's accounting software helps in end to end accounting process. I work in the accounts payable and it's features of creation of new vendor, extracting reports, processing bills - whether a single currency bill or multi-currency bill is easy to understand and once understood easy of use as well.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

The different dimensions (Classes, Departments, vendors, Customer etc.) are split in different applications. If it can be merged into one single application - "Company", it would be more easy to use.

One problem is our billing software does not allow us to process multi-currency bills (Ex: Base currency of entity - USD, vendor bill currency - EUR) accurately, which Sage intacct through its multi-currency billing feature allows me to process bills with the live exchange rates based on the bill dates. What do you like best about Donorbox?

I didn't know where to start. The market is flooded with donor and fundraising software and I have very specific needs. Donorbox was recommended to me by my media producer and it checked every box! I needed a donate button, a capital campaign, a landing page for Giving Tuesday, one-time and monthly donations, email marketing to donors, and peer-to-peer fundraising for small immediate financial needs. Donorbox has it all and it was FREE to set up. They have great videos and tutorials but the software is so easy to use and it was so easy to integrate with my WIX website. What do you like best about Givebutter?

Givebutter has been a game-changer for us! As a small, rural, non-profit radio station, we run on a shoestring budget. Givebutter's pricing, being that it is essentially free except for manageable processing/platform fees, gives us a way to increase our fundraising revenue without eating too much into this revenue.

I have so many things I love about it. I am someone with a long history in SAAS, from both the vendor/CSM side (I have worked for numerous SAAS companies) and the user side. The support is unparalleled. We had a good onboarding experience and I appreciate having a dedicated CSM to call on when something is more urgent or goes beyond the scope of their support team. The in-app chat support is phenomenal. Very responsive and helpful, plus I love the animated .gifs :) The AI chatbot is also extremely reliable and oftentimes the bot can get me what I need without having to chat with someone!! Their help guides are truly self-service which is not an easy task. I am often able to get my own questions answered. Their webinars and guides are also very useful.

One reason we went with Givebutter after a pretty exhaustive search was the complete suite of capabilities in one tool. While it is a bit basic, and always being enhanced and expanded upon (and they now have a paid suite of upgraded products), it more than fits our needs. They are always accepting feature requests and they let you know when one that you submitted has been released. We LOVE the email product. We previously had been sending emails from a personal email address (not compliant and not trackable! And quite tedious.) I love the SMS capabilities too. SMS is now going to be something you have to pay for, which I understand. The basic email meets our needs.

I think whether you're a small org like us or a larger org, the capabilities are there for you and you should STRONGLY consider this. We looked at much larger CRM/donation platform companies that charged a lot more, and I am so happy we went with Givebutter. Not too much, not too little... JUST RIGHT!! What do you dislike about Givebutter?

Building segments/lists could be a bit more intuitive. It's somewhat clunky. It's not always easy to figure out the right logic or the right filters to do what you want. In particular, sometimes I want to exclude certain criteria and that has proven more tricky than I think it should be.

The way they handle Householding was initially cumbersome, but I think they have enhanced it. We need to go back and re-do some of our setup to utilize the new features, and luckily our database is small enough that it won't be a hugely tedious task but it will take some time.

Also, unfortunately the paid options are not something we will be able to afford. They price based on # of contacts, and it gets a bit expensive for us, but we are a VERY small org. I can understand why they need to start charging though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed more donation payment options. This opened up the avenues in which people could donate, and we have seen increased donations as a result. What do you like best about Novi AMS?

It's easy to set up and use. It plays well with many other SaaS systems that we use and the staff are approachable, friendly, and solution-oriented. If you have issues, Novi doesn't make you file a ticket that gets answered by an anonymous email address. You just open the chat window in the site backend, and you're talking with a team member whose name you know (and who you've probably talked with before) within minutes.

They've worked to build a strong customer community. They treat their customers like they are members of a user association (most of their staff are former association staff, I think) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Novi AMS?

The only thing that Novi does not currently do that we want is facility member-to-member communications. It does connect to other platforms that do that, so it's not a huge issue.

Novi did not have all the bells and whistles that we wanted when we started with them a few years ago, but they've been very responsive to feedback and requests, and have added many new features that we've requested. What problems is Novi AMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Novi serves as an information hub for us to track our members (database), but also for our members to participate in the association(website). It's the central focus of our operations and activity. Many other SaaS platforms that we use connect or integrate with Novi in some way, and the two synch to Quickbooks Online saves us a huge amount of time by eliminating the need to export/import transactions and then have to reconcile them.

Note on the price: Novi is not the cheapest platform, and it shows. It has been well worth the cost to get the quality customer support and a system that works this well. There are far more expensive systems out there that are not half as good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part about NetSuite is the ease of use for new users across our organization. Being able to add new users and have them up and running within a few days is a huge time save for our business. The best part of snap raise is the ease of setting up a campaign and the website. Everything was setup in a prompt fashion and changes were taken care of quickly. The downside was not being able to use the system to send the text messages directly. To get the message and link from the computer to the students phone then send it was a bit of a hassle. What do you like best about iMIS?

The transition to iMIS has been great. Having the ability to build relationships with your implementation team so that they really understand your needs and can help problem solve has probably been the best part of our experience. They respect the budget we set forward, and while they educate us about how their other products would help, there is no pressure to purchase anything and stay within the parameters you have set. They have been incredible cheerleaders for our organization and staff throughout this process.

The software itself is great. Our organization has been on the hunt for something that really does it all, and I think we have found it with iMIS. We can manage our memberships, sponsorships, conferences, education, and more all in one space and there is no fear that we will outgrow the software as our Association grows. In addition to keeping track of spending, I am also adept at managing invoices and generating financial reports; our company has also been successful in performing sales tax computations. I really enjoy how you can sync your bank transactions so you always know when your accounts are up-to-date. They're always testing to optimize donation flows. Their look and feel is so good that most other platforms' changes in recent years seem to be trying to duplicate what Fundraise Up has done. What do you dislike about Fundraise Up?

Maybe there is such a thing as too much testing. Once, I had an issue where a donation form was defaulting to monthly instead of one-time, and that did not make sense for the context of my link. Support said they were testing a feature, but there was no way to opt out of this test for this particular campaign. (Other AI/machine learning optimizations can be disabled if needed, but not this one yet. What do you like best about FanAngel?

The fundraiser campaign was extremely easy to set up and launch. Rhonda, the customer rep, was very helpful and made the experience seamless. Simple and extremely helpful video tutorials to help get started. Rhonda customized the campaign webpage without us lifting a finger. It was very easy to follow the progress and know exactly which players did their part and how much they raised. The funds were directed into the school account without a hitch. Nothing, but I'd love the option to allow multiple languages to be set in parallel

What problems is vcita solving and how is that benefiting you?

I tested dozen of similar platforms and none would fully fit my needs. With vcita I was able to gather almost 100% of my needs and it makes my life so much easier with the level of customisation that it has. I can configure my services, packs, synch my calendars, offer multiple payment options, have the widget on my website and make use of the links to set up specific offers straight into my website.
