I have been using Calendly for over a year and it is really very user friendly. The best part is that it has some automatic features like sending automated emails to all the appointment bookings, sending an email for requesting additional information and also sending reminders. Finding the time on someone's schedule and then hoping them to honor the time is really challenging. Calendly booking makes it easy to book the time and makes sure there is no double booking at the same time. Also I can check my calendar for appointments and I keep getting reminders so I do not miss my appointments. So i think this was a big challenge that Calendly is solving for small business like me. When adding a new visitor, the program defaults to the previous service that was used for the last client you checked in. It is not the end of the world. However sometimes we forget to change it! And it can cause confusion. I dont see an effective way to prevent that from happening. Maybe defaulting to no service at all so you have to choose a service everytime. We wish the iPad had a 100% touchless QR feature. As of now, it requires a touch to initiate the QR code.

The opportunity for our team to specify a place to sit when they are coming into the office. This allows for collaboration and community while still supporting a "hotel" approach to facilities management. Tactic allows people to understand who is going to be in and when, then allows them to co-locate into the same area. The incorporation of facility mapping as well as the ability to set permanent locations has really streamlined our management of seating for our hybrid workforce. What do you like best about GReminders?

What I really like about GReminders is how flexible it is. The API options are robust, allowing me to easily connect it with other tools I use, which saves a ton of time. The ability to customize meeting reminders is a game changer since I can set them exactly how I need them freely. One of the best features for visiblity is how the meeting title automatically updates with whether the customer confirmed or denied, so I have direct visibility into each meeting without having to navigate anywhere else. What do you dislike about GReminders?

One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. Thryv has been a serious game changer. We are still in the middle of onboarding and getting all of our information pushed to Thryv and I couldn't be more excited. So far, we are very present on the internet on many different platforms, we have our much needed home base in which we are able to schedule, send estimates, let our clients know about upcoming events, specials etc.

having 24/7 assistance is HUGE!! It's a breath of fresh air as a business owner; knowing we will have a relation to any issues (if) and when they may arise. What do you like best about Kastle?

The people at Kastle are very easy to work with. The call center is always extremely helpful, and on top of every situation, and the customer service center is the best I've worked with. The techs that come out to resove problems are very experienced in the systems they are working on. We are currently working with them to install a Safetrust moble platform for one of my tenents, and it is going smoothly. We also use the Kastle Insites to gauge the number of people returning to work. - Track’s team worked with us to replicate this entire routing system online and they got it done within a matter of hours. This automated our entire lead routing process and now we just watch the leads come in and get assigned to the right rep without any manual work or errors. It feels like magic! What do you dislike about Leadmonk?

If I had to nitpick, I'd say my one complaint is that available appointment days are highlighted in grey, which has made some clients think those were greyed-out days, not available days. I added a note in the appointment description to help them overcome the confusion, but a more welcoming color for availability would be more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leadmonk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Once I've already done intake, using Leadmonk is allowing me to invite clients to book follow-up appointments at their leisure, making it easier for me to get out the door at the end of an appointment and stay on time for my next call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was a YCBM employee and I've carried YCBM with me ever since. Because I worked there I know how much they care about the customers and that they'll always be working on making it better for both users: the paying customers and their bookers.
