Monday helps improve communication, efficiency and time management of teams. It can be even used to share documents, provide reviews on them and conclusions on the same board in a single chat. Although Asana provides a lot of flexibility in terms of projects and task views (list, board, timeline, etc.), when it comes to fully customizing workflows, there are some restrictions. For instance, while custom fields are available, they can be a bit cumbersome to manage across different projects, especially when you’re dealing with a large number of them. Advanced custom workflows, like automating specific actions between different types of tasks or creating highly specialized project templates, can be more challenging without using third-party tools or complex integrations. Asana helps me create clear, structured task flows for handling accounting work requests and approvals. I can easily set up task dependencies, like “Approve expense report” → “Process payment,” and track each step in the process. ClickUp seriously fixed my mess of scattered info and forgotten tasks. I used to have projects, SOPs, meeting notes, and all those recurring tasks spread across who-knows-how-many tools.

The billing process. We were sold on a promotion last year to increase our license count and take advantage of some premium training opportunities. We failed to reduce our licenses before our annual invoice was sent, and now we are working with our account manager to resolve this issue because we have no need for these additional licenses. The communication about this issue has been difficult and I hope we can get this resolved so we do not have to look into an alternative program for Smartsheet. Tracking and collaboration of inventory, invoices, and commissions across our Residential, Commercial, and Business Brokerage departments. The forms are great for our admin team to enter information into our inventory and for Agents to submit requests to our admin department. The Generate Forms feature is one I couldnt live without as this allows me to generate commission disbursements and invoices based on the information in our sheet. - Sometimes it gets resource heavy on my system, and I begin to think "this is just a note taking application! why's it eating up so much of my RAM?" but it's not too bad I guess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- It's keeping my files synced, which my previous local note taking was missing. I don't worry about losing access to my documents now, which saves me a lot of stress.

Even though the UI is simplistic, it just offers too much functionality which might be overwhelming for first time users. This means that we have to take time to explain to the new hires on how everything works. It would be better if they had a minimalistic UI depending on our use-case. Project management is very vital for us. We use Jira boards to do the same. We initially list down tasks and divide them into different categories. Then we can delegate the tasks to the respective personnel who can update them based on their progress. This gives us a general insight on the current state of the project. And if we do encounter any bugs when testing, we can also log them in Jira so that the respective personnel can fix it as soon as possible.

One of the most important aspects that it addresses for me is clarity. In Trello each project can have its own board, I can organize all of its tasks, projects, and notes in one place. In this way hit becomes easier for me to work on multiple projects at single time. The moment i started using Trello everything is organized and visually appealing. I feel we can make the experience better by adding of gestures - example to reply to particular text like slide would make it more

simpler. The other suggestion would be customizing the emoji to react on the messages.

I wish to have a calendar extension for the PC/laptop's calendar itself where my laptop's calendar get synced and I don't have to necessarily open the app for the same.

It is helpful to have everything at one space. It is beneficial for daily updates, collaboration, keeping track of work, and connecting with colleagues. Mural is helping me solve the challenge of effective collaboration and engagement in remote or in-person workshops by ensuring that participants can contribute meaningfully, stay aligned, and work visually in real time. In addition, Mural simplifies workshop preparation, execution, and follow-up with its templates, built-in facilitation tools, and export options, making it easier to document and share insights with clients. I think because their solution is relatively new, it makes it cutting edge, but it also means that somethings need still to be added or modified. That said, when we bring up enhancements or ideas they seem very quick to get them in their backlog and alert us when the functionality is available. I would like to see more AI options that summarize the Project and Project status and sentiment from the feedback forms. Also need better adoption metrics for the Customer Portal. There are plenty of metrics for the internal use of the tool (us), but I am not seeing a lot of reporting capability for the our customers (the Customer Portal side) - yet. Rocketlane solves customer accessibility to view the Project and Project status whenever they want. The Customer Portal provides our Customers with a single place to find eveything they need to know about their project as well as give them the access/ability to update their assigned tasks. And bevause this is done from a Customer Portal, they can access and view this on their own without the need to reach out to our Project Management team or to having to wait until the next scheduled project meeting.

There are no real downsides except the intial learning curve. I believe we could have built Airtable out as we needed but it would have been a bigger intial time investment. We have a staff of three that do 150 week long classes for over 1500 youth each year. We need to schedule those sessions with a variety of community partners across a region in southeast Virginia. In addition, we need to record data about all 1500 youth we serve at the end of each class. There are two minor features we currently miss in Bordio: the ability to export timesheets and a clock timer for tasks. We've provided feedback on these, and we understand they'll be included in upcoming updates. These small drawbacks don't significantly impact our overall positive experience with the product. We are a small team, and before we started using a task management system, we used WhatsApp to assign tasks to each other. However, as our team grew, it turned into complete chaos. We were overwhelmed with an enormous number of chats, information got lost, and it was difficult to track who didn't complete a task when needed.

Our work efficiency increased, team communication sped up, and Bordio's clear interface made it easy to plan sprints. Most importantly, we can now always check the work history.

We are still in the process of improving our workflows, but it is clear that Bordio will help us achieve the level of management we are aiming for. The biggest challenge that Aha! solves is providing clear visibility and justification for all planned work to senior executives who need only a high level view until they don't! The past rendition of MindGenius stage was not as undertaking detailing amicable as current variants and it took a touch of experimentation to get the correct configurations for announcing especially on financials. While assets and time distributions are basic, we actually need to send out the activities to all the more costing driven programming items to get exact costings and following on costings for projects. At first, we utilized MindGenius to catch and make organized web arrangements from gatherings. Not much down side. I've led F100 PMO teams that were responsible for portfolio and project management tools and processes, including MS Project, Asana, Clarity PPM and Planview. WHile each tool has strengths, Meisterplan was quickest to onboard and least costly to maintain. Meisterplan's strength is modeling and comparing various scenarios for schedule and resourcing; it does this better than any PPM tool I've used. The project scoring functionality is flexible and IMO peerless. We can make far better-informed project selection, scheduling and pacing decisions and thereby improve the ROI on the projects we select and deliver. The desktop app occasionally logs users out if not used on a daily basis. Selecting the correct template can be a bit overwhelming if you're new to the interface and may take some trial and error so be prepared to spend time before going live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tiles within Hive are great for tracking temporary project data and notes, offering a further level of detail beyond the simple logging of time or items that a standard accounting software title might be capable of handling. The apps ensure quick access to key project details from anywhere a user has the internet.
