I mean where to start, we love pretty much everything about BambooHR. Our company has always been very particular with and critical of any platform we use. However, we actually have so few criticisms. Their onboarding and training was so helpful, everything is well documented. The platform is super easy to use and as a small HR team of two, it makes our lives so much easier. Our favorite feature is the automated onboarding. It automatically creates tasks for anyone you want, and makes it so easy to ensure employees sign and submit all the required documentation. As a medium sized organization this is so incredibly helpful in ensuring that onboarding is fully completed quickly and effectively. We love being able to bulk import information, bulk update staff profiles, and create custom fields in their profiles. Those custom fields can also be pulled into custom reports (which is by far the easiest report creation module I have ever used). BambooHR also has an incredibly helpful customer service and sales team. I could legitimately go on for days raving about how much I love this platform. Any items we do find, we simply give them the feedback. Their team is constantly developing and rolling out new features or improvements. I cannot wait to see what they have in store for the future! Prior to going with Chrome River we used an "in house" or "homegrown" version of an expense system. While it was ok for the time, it was not right for our growth. After launching Chrome River and gettting the employees to learn the easy system, it has saved Numerous hours at various levels. First with the mobile app and feature of obtaining the receipts at time of creation, it allows the busy traveling employees then to focus on their "main jobs" while delegates can prepare their reports while the employees are still traveling. Our turn around time to reimburse or reconcile our corporate cards has cut over 60%. Also, using the built in Analytics allows the Admin, leadership to have visibility as spend is happening, and tracking the lagging reports to ensure these expenses are being exported into our financial systems in a timely manner, along with giving us keen insight into our spending habits, showing trends, alowing us to make informed decisions. We have approximately 20 employees currently and heavy credit card usage. It has been very easy for everyone to get used to using Ramp, both through the app and the website. LOVE the virtual cards as it has already saved us having to cancel physical cards when there has been suspected fraud (which Ramp notified us of immediately). As the admin, I found it fairly easy to set up custom policies that match our company policies, and approval workflows that work for our organization. We are also using the travel piece and expense reimbursements. With employees in Europe and the ability to reimburse them in their currency, it's really nice. I have called support a few times with questions, and they have always been very friendly and helpful. They always follow up with an email which I like as well. I'm in the system daily and love it. Also, using integration with Sage Intacct, and it works beautifully. Saves me a lot of time, and I was able to set it up myself using the clear instructions Ramp posted. Connecteam has training/informational videos on demand that you can watch quickly to understand how to use the different modules in Connecteam. If you cannot find what you need, or if you just want to talk/chat with a person, you can connect with a customer service person quickly. Each Connecteam Rep I have spoken to have been very helpful and made sure I understood their direction before they disconnected.

Great customer support whenever I have needed to contact them, and generally easy to make online payments and in-person payments with the linked card.
The only limitations here, which can be confusing for UK merchants, is that this is signature based rather than PIN based (Yes, I get the occasionally funny look). The card is all black, so there is no visible signature to verify.
There are also merchants and payment providers who do not accept this type of card online, though they are few and far between. Some charge an additional fee (seems highly suspect) for using a VISA Business card, or 'pre-paid' card also, which hasn't been ideal when needed.
