1. Being a banking domain, some employees enagaged in field duty for them we had a great difficulty to manage their attendance, now that issue is resolved with the help of mobile application.

2. Investment declarations are now carried out smoothly this year, previously this was a major headache task.

3. It has reduced manual intervention regarding profile updation, time office management and salary processing, all employee need to raise an helpdesk ticket.

What do you like best about Deel?

Nothing

I have been using Deel for over two years now, and I feel I am fed-up with what they do!

Every time an error happen or something from them happens they refuse to admit their mistakes, they literally ignore every aspect of saying sorry and just try to find a different way of rounding up their mistake to cover it with words of emptiness, everyone in their support team give different SLAs based on whatever they think the CX like to hear and nothing realistic about it. Another issue again, and still no obvious way of admitting their mistakes, another payment delivery issue, another payment not sent but they say we did send it, or they wait for 3 days til they actually send it and then respond that they did.

I asked for a proof of payment and they haven't even provided that to me, they want me to wait 3 to 4 days to get a proof that I was even paid.

Deel is a money laundry app, and I don't recommend anyone using it. They charge us over $1000 a month for those payments yet they don't deliver them!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deel?

Their customer support is quite bad, they don't know to handle lateness queries, and they have no knowledge on how to handle clients. Deel's interface also lags a lot, so they need to update their payment and services deadline, as it can show something and the outcome will be completely something different.

Also their way of reply is very generic, it always feel like I am talking to an AI vs having a conversation with an actual human being.

Another thing, I'd love if Deel is like wize were you keep your money for as much as you'd love to, and don't have to withdraw it within a limitation of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Deel's strength lies in its ability to streamline international contractor payments. What do you like best about Rippling?

First and foremost, I feel that every HR feature that you could possibly need is made very visible and easy to access. From submitting time-off requests to accessing your benefits, everything is pretty much right there for you. I also really like the app integrations that are possible with Rippling like Lattice, for example. The laptop/software update reminders from Rippling are also really helpful and I think the pay-day reminders are nice/cute to have as well. Also, upon being hired at my company, using the onboarding check-list through Rippling couldn't have been easier - it was honestly the smoothest onboarding experience I've ever had with an employer. What do you like best about Connecteam?

I find the separate time clock function the most useful along with the request function. Communication between my employees has never been so simple. They can send me a message to adjust or query anything whilst out on the road which ensures issues aren't forgotten. Separating the timeclocks for the different areas and times that teams work keeps monitoring working hours much easier. I use the system multiple times a day for communication and monitoring reasons. I haven't come across anything that has hindered the use of the system. Customer support sends emails and updates to ensure modifications are explained. Although I am unable to comment on the ease of integration at this point as we use a niche software system that we run payroll through so can not use the integration function. Having Gusto manage payroll, pay my business taxes and organize all necessary tax documents is a HUGE benefit... my business would not be successful without Gusto.

Even customer support goes above and beyond. I once asked for help changing hours per pay period and the customer support agent sent a very kind, detailed eMail with step by step guidance and arrows to highlight each section of that page. Once I saw the steps, it was quite intuitive, but I did not realize that the employee's name was a hyperlink and that was where all next steps were accessed. What do you like best about BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy)?

It is useful for syncing coding directly into our accounting software, allowing reciepts to be uploaded and descriptions added for coding transactions. Also, a great control for budgeting and employee spending. Website is accessible and I have no trouble getting done what I need to. I appreciate the software and it was not hard for our company to adopt. Their phone app is effective for our managers to review their transactions and move funds on the go. What do you dislike about BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy)?

When I do have to talk to customer service, I rarely get anyone helpful. One problem, is we use another software to keep our accounting software online, and bill.com or bill spend and expense don't play nice. Only a few people there know about the issue, and they will tell you, the only solution is to manually correct it, which takes forever, if we accidentally try to sync while someone else is in the books. Don't be fooled by the rewards. It was extremely important to one of our partners that we would get rewards comparable to our previous card using this. I repeatedly asked customer service what their rewards were and they would say 1%. This was entirely false. If you read their rewards policy, it is the worst I've ever seen on several points. I would not recommend this for any business that thinks rewards are important. Also, we were told the divvy card was similar to our other cards, and we would pay the balance on the statement after a month. You don't have this option. The card is paid at the end of every statement period. Very dissapointed we were mislead by their sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the email forwarding a bit clunky - if there is a tip or a hotel expense that is not exactly and easily matched to the receipt, the site will generate a separate report. I find it very easy to just go into the created report and attach a receipt and it's very easy to do without email forwarding, but it would be nice if that feature was a bit more sophisticated. What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

I dislike how long it initially takes to get to the needed pages. Having to open multiple tabs makes searching easier and cuts down on the amount of time I spend waiting for the page to load. It would be easier for me if everything I needed to do with one invoice could be done from the same page. I frequently have to refund invoices, and this can't be done from Intacct. I have to go to Intacct to find the information and take it to Braintree (both EFT and CC versions). There's about a week's waiting period for everything to process and sync; then I have to use Intacct to verse on one page and reprocess on another. It isn't very easy to learn at first either. Since there are so many back and forth steps, a lot of manual fixes, one thing at a time, it takes a lot of patience and asking questions. It helps me find copies of invoices for customers and reverse and reprocess invoices. All of these tasks help the customer get invoices paid and make sure the right customer is paying. It saves me so much time. It allows for consistency and thoroughness on onboarding. The performance review process and engagement surveys are a dream! My only suggestion on how to make it better is on the engagement surveys. When they are sent out, there is not a way to pick the employees that you want to complete it. We have our board of directors in our employee count. They dont take the engagement survey, so that does affect the numbers. What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

The app is very easy to use in order to submit expenses to our accounting team. It's also easy to tag purchases, upload receipts, etc. in order to do this in less than a minute while you're making a purchase vs having to remember later, keep the receipt, submit online. Having used literal tape to a piece of paper and scan via printer and upload to a folder methods at past companies, Navan's app makes this process that no one actually enjoys, very easy. The travel side of Navan can be a little bit bumpy for the end user experience. I normally use the online version to make reservations for flight and hotel but the online experience is much easier than the alternative of doing this process manually so it's not the end of the world. What do you like best about Fyle?

Fyle has streamlined our processes and made it much easier for us to code miscellaneous costs to jobs. Fyle sends an automatic reminder each time your card is used so that we can quickly attach a photo of a reciept. Our Accounting clerk no longer has to text and call several people each month when trying to reconcile our credit card transactions. I love that I can "drag and drop" or screenshot an invoice from my computer and quickly link it to the transaction. The interface is user friendly and integrates well with our current processes. The features are inutitive and easy to implement. I use Fyle everyday and takes the guesswork out of job costs. Customer support is quick to respond when we have any questions. What do you like best about Ramp?

We switched from Bill.com and there are a few things I love about ramp:

- Ease of use: the UX is incredibly easy to navigate

- Getting the team set up! It was easy to get everyone in, even our accountants

- Customer service is always so helpful, even when there aren't features that are offerred currently, they'll provide work arounds or let you know when that feature is offered.

-I'm able to choose the accounting date when syncing to our accounting software. This is a big one, especially for accrual accounting. It saves so much time.

-Our billing/receipt/all accounting flows just so much easier because it's so much easier to get the context of what the charge was, and if I don't know, the comments or reminders in ramp allow me to follow up with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

There are only two things I wish I could change about Ramp:

-I wish you could set the time zone and time for cards with daily limits to reset. Currently it's in UTC which can be tricky when we use it for team onsites since it doesn't coincide with when we're using the cards.

-I wish you could designate someone on the team as a "travel planner" to automatically be able to book travel and manage trips for everyone. Currently, a user can log in and designate someone individually to do this, but it would be helpful to take away this step (especially for C-level users who usually don't have the time to log in and do this). What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to control spending so much more as well as automate a lot of our otherwise very timely accounting processes. In a small start up like ours, it's so important to have a software like Ramp that allows us to have that control and minimize the amount of time we're spending on the processes. What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

It simplifies bill processing and automation also very easy which ultimately reduces human error.

Flexibility to make the payments is one more advantage of having a BILL and the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for users with little accounting experience. The platform’s automation also reduces the risk of late payments or missing invoices, improving cash flow management.

It is easy to integrate/implement with Intacct as well.

Customer support is also very good and they respond early with an accurate solution.

“How is it possible that employer can issue an invoice automatically”
What do you like best about Remote?

The onboarding and kyc was okay, the navigation is intuitive, the document reader with e-signatures is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

It is very difficult to understand how to work with Remote as a contractor when providing services as a company but residing in a different country.

Invoicing functionality misses drafts - whenever I quit the form of creating invoice my progress is not saved.

The worst thing that happened to me was automated invoicing: my employer has issued and paid an invoice automatically without my review - with a random number that messes up my whole bookkeeping and without a valid VAT number that is required in EU when working with b2b transactions between eu companies. Even though it is a communication issue, I have never seen employers to issue employee's invoices and it's just not how it should be done.

It is really easier to have an e-signed contract with any software available on the market and handle invoices yourself, if you are a company providing services in EU.

The mobile app is completely useless but it's installation is recommended in every corner of this software. I have installed it and it always redirects me to a mobile browser because something is not yet supported in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
