We've been using Rippling for several years now, and it's been a great experience. Rippling is really quite a few steps ahead of other management software. I had no idea what Gusto was until my accountant recommended I try it for running my payroll of my S-Corp. I was a little confused at first as I had a full service payroll company prior to this, but was paying out the nose for it. I can easily log in from my laptop or phone (i.e., works best with the Wi-Fi off). It is very straight forward. You click "modify punch" for any missing ones or corrections needed. You select "My Time" or "Request Time Off" for time off. Hours are rounded up or down, but you can see this on the timesheet. It clarifies available time-off hours and reflects approvals of requests. A message is also sent to update you. I work for an FQHC, so this is our second or third product since I have been here. So far there have been no major issues and we all love it. Keka HRMS is very user friendly. Has been of great help for a start-up company like ours. Helped us streamline our Payroll, Attendance management and Application tracking for hiring. Even the free account has a proffessional, polished looking invoice at the end. A client actually complimented me on it! In future, I'd like to get the paid account and customize the invoice to match my brand.
I like that I can create a client account (they even get a portal) so that I can easily select them, get their information autofilled into the invoice, and keep track of their payments.
