It helps me to know the daily habits of our drivers. I wear several hats for my company and one of them is the verification of payroll. We pay our drivers $25 for every time they need to put chains on their tires to get through a rough mountain road. Chaining usually takes about 20 minutes, so paying them is a little incentive to ensure their safety in bad conditions. One of our drivers was going through a pass in Snoqualmie several times a week. I claimed that every time he went through and came back, he had to chain. When we implemented Motive, we were able to see if he had stopped to chain, how fast he was travelling through the pass and if he stopped to un-chain as he came through the pass. We found that for every 10 times he claimed that he chained, he was chaining maybe once. We backed up the ELD evidence with the weather history for the region and were able to have a conversation with our driver about trust, since he had lost ours. Some Samsara hardware is not natively compatible with certain vehicle manufacturers, such as trailer GPS trackers on Hyundai trailers, making it difficult and time-consuming to install devices with relatively high failure rates. Occasioal sync issues were a problem, some techical updates made some pre existing processess more complicated or we had to shift to a different system just for that feauture. (Aljex Classic)

If you're not an knowledge with excel, you might use aljex's internal reporting which can be a little complex and overwhelm with information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an accountant, it aids me in accounting duties when it comes to recordin, processsing, and billing both customers and carrires. It being excel friendly, I am able to create me own reports with excel to make assumptions or strategic analyzes for the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To claim any travel expense, we need to create a report and submit. For that first we need to click on "Travel & Expenses" button which is placed at the top of the page. This button is not highlighted and this is not made with bold font. So User doesn't think that this is a button that he/she needs to click on to proceed further. This is the only observation I had. Streamline helps to simplify the workflows in the different pillars of a supply chain like demand planning, inventory control, and sales and operations planning. It has drastically reduced the amount of time that we have spent on manual tasks and it gives us more time to focus on more strategic tasks like looking for cost-saving opportunities. I have tried out tracking on many websites and the main hassle is to shuffle between different websites for the shipments. With GoComet, all information stays in one place and automatically updates. Specifically, there is feature which records the actual dates given by the carrier. Usually carriers keep changing plans and it gets difficult to have visibility on the actual plan. The fact that we have to incorporate with QuickBooks is the only downside (but it really isn't a bad thing). I feel it would be better if they had an accounting side as well, but understand that it is easir to intigrate with a program that already does that so they can focus on making their program better. SIQ was of great benefit immediately, helping us to house-keep our existing processes and find cleaner and more effective ways to manage and order inventory. Since Covid has had an impact on how stock is available, customers are trading and demand is being placed, it has assisted us in re-shaping also.

It is a real go-to app for reviewing stocks, trends, customer's activity and problem stocks.

The most significant detriment to the product offerings from Gnosis Freight seem to be that their platform lacks the maturity of some other vendors in the same space. The "off-the-shelf" products were designed to handle specific needs. However, to be completely functional for our company, additional work was required to get things to a full deployment. The CLM platform provides us the ability to keep our customers updated on ocean shipments. Delays in leaving port or arriving at destinations are quickly identified within our Logistics group who in turns updates the customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like some slight customization on some dashboards - I'd like to include additional columns for SKU code and BRAND on the stocked out/potential stock out/stock holding etc. Also, SKU on the order page.

Conducing physical checks of stock within our warehouse is now a thing of the past. Analysizng sales data to see trends and seasonality is no longer a daunting task as NetStock looks after this for me for the most part. I can now spend more time on value add tasks as opposed to data entry and number cruncing.

There are opportunites to improve things such as defaulting to the Team Manager's team when adding drivers and assets, instead of defaulting to another team and putting the Team Managers names in alphabetical order in the service programs to make it easier to find them. With that said, these are just two examples of recommendations we made that are either fixed and working or in for consideration on a trouble ticket. They listen to me, the customer! It is not always obvious when there is an app update, and sometimes the data can come through incorrectly or drivers will experience issues loading with an old version of the app. Although uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixes the issue 9 out of 10 times, a pop up/alert when there is a new version would he handy. Route4Me allows us to deliver parcels as part of a final mile business. We do not need to develop software in-house and instead can easily integrate with an industry-standard off-the-shelf product that meets our needs for a competitive price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GUI is the part that needs more work. It is not very polished or visually appealing even though it is simple to use. A more comprehensive GUI would be welcomed, while maintaining it user-friendly.

You will not regret using this software. It is not perfect but it is improving on a day by day basis, constant updates, more carriers, etc.
