One thing i did noticed and we could go without is the amount of follow ups from Motive when discussing a new device/process for our vehicles. When discussing to possibly go with the Dash Cams, Spends Cards, Etc., it takes time to make this decision. We have also seen a few problems arise Motive is still in progress on finidng a solution. Vehicle Replacement - We are able to use the data and determine if/when the vehicle is being used. Helps display the underutilized vehicle and we can review data to see if they can be utilizaed or should be disposed of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As supplier, I think the web is poorly designed. Here are some of them:

1. You got kicked off every 10min and you have to refill all the info afterwards. At least you should auto save the filled contents.

2. The format verification is missing, so accounting can't continue if your address is 123 street #101 or 123 ST STE 101. And if that happens, you must withdraw your request and re submit.

3. Every time you have to re register for a new client, which took at least 2 hours.

We are able to have a secomndary temperature monitoring system beyond the driver. In our business this is one of the most important reasons why we use Samsara. Tweaking predition models attributes is somehow difficult to understand.

Streamline was essentially choosen to fill a big gap between demand, allocation and production planning.

GoComet helps to save time in day to day logitics activities, saves logistics cost for organization , provide detailed tracking of shipment and GoInvoice helps both shipper and LSP to be alligned on same page for Invocing with transparency and helps to face audit compliances in right manner . They assist with recovering invalid deductions from our major retail partners which is well into 7 figures. This has a made a manor positive impact on our bottom line. We can also analyze our on time perfomance with Walmart, which is an added benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting in the StockIQ app is less than ideal. However, we were able to connect to the data in StockIQ through Power BI and create a powerful suite of our own reports. The accuracy of our forecast is less than ideal. The StockIQ tool makes it easier to provide a more accurate forecast, but the user has to embrace the tool and follow the process. I would like some slight customization on some dashboards - I'd like to include additional columns for SKU code and BRAND on the stocked out/potential stock out/stock holding etc. Also, SKU on the order page.

Conducing physical checks of stock within our warehouse is now a thing of the past. Analysizng sales data to see trends and seasonality is no longer a daunting task as NetStock looks after this for me for the most part. I can now spend more time on value add tasks as opposed to data entry and number cruncing.

There are opportunites to improve things such as defaulting to the Team Manager's team when adding drivers and assets, instead of defaulting to another team and putting the Team Managers names in alphabetical order in the service programs to make it easier to find them. With that said, these are just two examples of recommendations we made that are either fixed and working or in for consideration on a trouble ticket. They listen to me, the customer! Whip Around is our dedicated Inspection and Maintenance Program for our entire fleet. Prior to that, we were using spreadsheets and checklists in Excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only significant pain point, though not entirely Onfleet's fault, is the delay in accessing call or text records to confirm driver communications with customers. It can take up to 72 hours to export a complete log, which can be frustrating when dealing with an upset customer who urgently wants to know if the driver contacted them. Onfleet's implementation of route planning has become invaluable to our operation. Our routing considers numerous variables that enhance the driver experience and contribute to driver satisfaction. I do not feel there is a downside to using Gnosis Freight. It provides better and more timely data than our PO Management platform in GT Nexus. I do think improvements can be made to make the system even better. Currently there is no method to see historical predictive ETA's and their accuracy. There are limitations with tracking containers on the rail, but I understand that data from rail carriers can be limited. An improvement that would be great (and maybe it is available) is to see Customs type of releases (like 1C or 1J) and type of holds (like USDA exam). I've noticed that shipments will be customs cleared but show a hold in Gnosis because the ocean carrier has not "arrived the vessel" to the terminal. This gives misleading holds and does sometimes cause additional work because we are reaching out to the customs broker thinking the cargo is not customs cleared, when it is really the ocean carrier causing the hold. Gnosis Freight provides import container visibility, demurrage & detention visibility and calculations, freight invoice auditing visibility, freight spend predicitons and calculations, etc. Gnosis has provided more accurate container visibility and is able to reduce our manual work and multitude of excel files. We can audit freight charges faster with ease. We can customize the dashboards to see specifically what we need. We are able to catch containers running close to the end of free time quickly. Gnosis has provided time back to our supply chain department that can be used for important decisions rather than managing spreadsheets and manually entering data. I dislike that it takes several steps in order to open a container. I would much rather be able to just type container number, seal number, and size rather that unpack and repack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GUI is the part that needs more work. It is not very polished or visually appealing even though it is simple to use. A more comprehensive GUI would be welcomed, while maintaining it user-friendly.

It is not always obvious when there is an app update, and sometimes the data can come through incorrectly or drivers will experience issues loading with an old version of the app. Although uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixes the issue 9 out of 10 times, a pop up/alert when there is a new version would he handy. Route4Me allows us to deliver parcels as part of a final mile business. We do not need to develop software in-house and instead can easily integrate with an industry-standard off-the-shelf product that meets our needs for a competitive price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently there is an upgrade happening to the platform that has been somewhat difficult to navigate. I think that this has been a difficulty for us because of our timing to adopt the platform. Even though this has been a frustration at times, the staff has been great at receiving feedback and suggestions for improvements and features that we might like to see.
