What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

For years, I hosted my community of podcasters and content creators in a Facebook group. But one BIG thing that always stood in our way was distraction. Now, in our Mighty Network community, Podcasters Connect, people know when they enter, they're not going to get bombarded by all the distractions that come with typical social media.

I also love that I can host my membership and my products all in one place. The ecosystem effect of having our products available for members to see creates an urgency to buy when they visit, "Oh, that member has all these products? They must be good! I'll check them out, too!"

Other digital course platforms don't do that.

Also, customer support was incredible! We had issues migrating a member over, and the Mighty Team was on top of it so fast. It made my member feel completely taken care of.

But what I love most about Mighty Networks is the simplicity of the platform. It's not overwhelming for me as the host, and it's easy for new members (even super non-techy ones!) to use it one day!

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

The one challenge I have with Mighty Networks is the "Plan" system. It's been harder to migrate existing customers to the platform than I initially thought. But I'm slowly getting the hang of it.

It would be better if there was a more visible aspect to this (maybe a workflow of sorts) to ensure we're mapping people to the right products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mighty is bringing all of my customers together in a community where they previously purchased products and learned from me asynchronously. Now, they can ask questions and get feedback from an audience that they know has been invited to participate in this community and isn't overrun by spammers and bots.

What do you like best about Circle?

I have a multitude of options on how I wanted to create my community AND they HELP YOU ! I was able to start building quickly and easily and use it with my existing tools. I have used it daily since the first day of my 14 day trial.

Yes, I had a few questions and there are many different ways I had my questions answered: live webinars, live Zoom calls, you can ask the chatbots or email support.

I was worried at first about Circle being the best community platform available on the market but the marketing capabilities seemed light...

My favourite tools are:

Working in a hybrid workplace raises issues like getting together with a scattered team. Café is a very practical tool for us to meet again and more than usual. Teamates work more together and create links.

What I appreciate most about Heartbeat is how responsive the team is to user feedback. They actively listen and implement improvements, which shows their commitment to enhancing the user experience. The ease of implementation and use is remarkable; I found myself navigating the platform effortlessly right from the start, and when I was in doubt I consulted their large knowledge base on how to use each segment of the community. I found it very helpful. The community organization features allow for manual control over access for individuals or entire groups, making management straightforward and efficient. With all these capabilities, I've found everything I need in Heartbeat, enabling me to concentrate on growing my business without the hassle. What do you dislike about Heartbeat?

My main drawback is that I can create a paid plan in the community only using Stripe, which isn't supported in my country. This creates a barrier to fully utilizing the service and having the paid community. However, despite this limitation, the overall quality and functionality of Heartbeat make it clear that it’s a worthwhile investment, and I’m determined to find I will find a way to overcome this "disadvantage".

What do you like best about AtomChat?

My favourite feature of AtomChat is its excellent video and voice calling. The video is extremely clear with no delays or fuzz when I use it to communicate with my friends and family. Excellent sound quality, with no strange echoes or robotic-sounding sounds. Despite the distance between us, it seems as though we are all in the same space. To be completely honest, I haven't discovered another chat programme that has such fantastic call quality. What do you dislike about AtomChat?

While AtomChat has typically been a decent fit for my needs, I do have a small complaint about the customising possibilities available. I do like how organised and user-friendly the programme is overall. I do, however, wish there were more options for customising my chats and profile. More emoji and GIF possibilities, chat colour choices, profile customization options, and a larger variety of notification noises would all be wonderful additions. These aren't deal-breakers, but it would be better if I had more control over how AtomChat felt like my own. While AtomChat's core messaging capabilities are fantastic, it could stand to be more distinctive and customised. I don't really have any problems other than that tiny issue. What problems is AtomChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

AtomChat provides significant benefits to me by resolving the following issues:

Streamlined Communication - It has been really helpful to have all of my chats and relationships in one spot. I don't have to move between different programmes anymore.

AtomChat's group chats and channels make it simple to segregate and organise various talks, which reduces chaos.

Media sharing has been made much easier thanks to seamless file, image, and video sharing. No more coping with incompatibilities or emailing files.

Excellent Call Quality - As I've already noted, AtomChat has excellent audio and video calling. On other messaging applications, I've never encountered calls that were that consistently clear.

Enhanced Security - I feel more secure knowing that my discussions are shielded by end-to-end encryption. There is no reason to worry about my privacy.

The most notable advantages I've noticed include centralising communication, upholding order, simple file sharing, outstanding call quality, and increased security. * Flexibility to integrate and query on multiple resources like excel sheets, PDFs and other non public URLs.

* The product team is agile and focussed on customer success. Loved the way they turned feedback into features in a short span of time

* New and effective features are being rolled out at regular intervals

What do you like best about Magentrix Customer Portals?

At Kiteworks, we use Magentrix for a number of different functions which all connect directly to our Salesforce environment:

1) Partner portal - allowing our partners to log cases into the Magentrix portal. This flows directly into our Salesforce Service Cloud environment and integrates pretty seamlessly. We use this for a number of functions:

Partners can log cases which flows directly to Salesforce.

Partners can access Tool Kits and register deals.

The Magentrix UI is very easy to configure and the integration to Salesforce is pretty seamless.

2) Customer portal - We also have the customer portal where partners can log deals and deal registrations.

3) Support - Their support is small, but very responsive. I am especially impressed by their CSM who is very responsive and is able to resolve issues quickly.

4) Costs - Quite affordable given the substantial offering.

5) Implmentation cycle - Again, is very configurable, and flexible. They have Sandboxes which are easy to connect to a Salesforce environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magentrix Customer Portals?

Ability for partners to log customer cases. Ability for partners to search a knowledge base. Ability for customers/partners to have a community portal for playbooks and register deals.

What do you like best about Memberium?

It was a learning curve for me and I was on the helpline every other day. Their patience and willingness to help was incredible. I even received and email from them on Sunday when I didn't expect it until after the weekend. The person that I am in the most contact with is Malosav. He was always friendly and really goes the extra mile for me. I would recommend them to anyone, whether you are experienced or just learning like I was. He went into my site and fixed things for me did research about things I asked. I am impressed and I recommend them to anyone looking for their service. I find it now very easy to use but of course there was the learning it. I have been on the internet with a lot of new apps, programs and equipment, I have never before had this kind of support. There is nothing I dislike about Memberium. “Flexible platform backed by a responsive team”
What do you like best about Disco?

Disco is an incredibly flexible platform serving a variety of our needs and streamlining practically all of our operations and activities and interactions with our various audiences. It makes it easy to both segment and bring together our various audiences. The dev team has been incredible responsive on new features and working out any bugs. On top of that, in spite of its incredible flexibility, it remains one of the best-looking and quality UX experiences of any similar platform on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Disco?

It's still an early-market product, and while this has advantages, it also means that not everything is as holistically integrated as it will come to be over time. A product like this will always deal with feature-bloat, and adding new features will create all sorts of user conflicts and design challenges. The team has managed it incredibly well so far and are continuing to improve at a rapid pace, but there are areas where it creates some confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Disco helps us manage both a startup accelerator program, and the surrounding community that goes with it. Not just stopping at basic mentor-management tools, but allowing us to streamline our communications with our entire audience, and segment them easily when needed. What do you like best about ToucanTech?

I was part of an organization that used ToucanTech to create an online presence as we created a non-profit association.

The ToucanTech team has extremely responsive and flexible in helping customers with different level of expertise create a platform.

Their comprehensive platform covers multiple needs, such as base website, community, CRM, fundraising, e-mail, etc. all under one platform without needing to integrate multiple providers or have deep technical expertise.

What do you dislike about ToucanTech?

What do you like best about Higher Logic Thrive?

The Volunteer Manager product allowed us to launch our Volunteer Program broadly to our membership. We were finally able to have an open call for volunteers that allowed for a transparent volunteer application and approval process and streamlined efficiencies in our organization. We have found new volunteers that we never would have found before with our prior process. Our volunteer engagement has increased dramatically and our pipeline of leadership and volunteers is stronger than it has ever been! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Higher Logic Thrive?

The Mentor Match platform did not serve our members well. You should learn how the platform works and see if your members will be motivated to use that product by self servicing. We use Volunteer Manager for our mentoring program and that has worked really well for managing our mentor match program internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
