Mighty allows the host to set up their community platform exactly as they desire. I had researched for months and explored multiple platforms even settling on a different one originally. After multiple challenges with a different platform I then chose Mighty and it was a massive relief! The set up was beyond easy allowing me to customize every detail. I host a community of women who desire growth, healing, and meaningful contribution and wanted our online space to reflect that. Our community LOVES the look and feel of our app and have found it easy to navigate and find all our resources, upcoming events, chats, and regular posts. It's easy for them to connect with other members as well as engage with the larger group. We have some members who do not engage with social media but are present on our app because of the positive vibe and authentic connections. My favourite feature of AtomChat is its excellent video and voice calling. The video is extremely clear with no delays or fuzz when I use it to communicate with my friends and family. Excellent sound quality, with no strange echoes or robotic-sounding sounds. Despite the distance between us, it seems as though we are all in the same space. To be completely honest, I haven't discovered another chat programme that has such fantastic call quality. At Kiteworks, we use Magentrix for a number of different functions which all connect directly to our Salesforce environment:
1) Partner portal - allowing our partners to log cases into the Magentrix portal. This flows directly into our Salesforce Service Cloud environment and integrates pretty seamlessly. We use this for a number of functions:

The Magentrix UI is very easy to configure and the integration to Salesforce is pretty seamless.
2) Customer portal - We also have the customer portal where partners can log deals and deal registrations.
3) Support - Their support is small, but very responsive. I am especially impressed by their CSM who is very responsive and is able to resolve issues quickly.
4) Costs - Quite affordable given the substantial offering.

I've used memberium for three websites since 2015. The most recent stocktradingpro.com. The ease of setup and integration with Keap/Infusionsoft make hosting my own member portal a breeze. The customer support, especially Milosav are always top notch. Allways reliable and always going the extra mile to make sure my problem was solved or question answered.
