Depending on how you set your availability and the volume of people you're scheduling with, you may get a lot of back to back bookings. There also may be cases where someone doesn't understand how to reschedule or accept the invite on their end creating some confusion, but this is more an exception than a rule and wouldn't deter me from using Calendly. I use calendly to schdule interviews both within my ATS (Greenhouse) and also when passively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn. I benefit by saving time going back and forth sharing my availability and requesting candidates availability, requesting contact information, and also can avoid last minute reschduling requests if they pop up. This is so difficult because there aren't many downsides to the product for us. Almost no downtime in the almost 10 years we have been using it.

I would say it's ability to use other products but now it has an open API so other tools and software work together. That's a gamechanger for our trade show.

Before NoviAMS, we wre trakcing memberships using a clunky spreadsheet. That is a thing of the past.

We used to do so many manual ccounting tasks that are 100% automated and trackable using NoviAMS and QuickBoos Online.

We are saving so much precious staff time now that members can register themselves, download receipts, add their own team members, etc., using their Member Compass dashboard.

Not necessarily a drawback, but some time ago, we wanted to collect additional fields in the new AI-driven offers that Qualified introduced. IMIS provides us with secure data management. It is easy to manage users and members alike. We can automate many routine tasks such as invoicing and reporting, as well as member joining and renewal processes. Keeping track of who to follow up with and when.

One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. I wish that it could have an inventory section to help with seeing what's being used per job (patient) and what needs to be restocked. I wish I could create some forms for patients to sign or something I can create to attach what was done with a patient (more detailed and easier to use other than adding an internal note). All of it, minus some complications with the Onliine reputation Management. I have not been able to utilize the google profile feature. - The lead distribution structure in my organization is complicated and we have reps handling leads based on their location, size and how soon they want to implement our solution. Earlier, as the leads came in, we would manually route them to the appropriate rep and this process was prone to error and time-consuming.

There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.

There is a bit of a learning curve, especially with the vast number of features available. It takes time to set up and fully customize the platform, but once configured, it works like a charm. More industry-specific templates (especially for agriculture and agro-management) would be a great addition.

If I had to nitpick, I'd say my one complaint is that available appointment days are highlighted in grey, which has made some clients think those were greyed-out days, not available days. I tested dozen of similar platforms and none would fully fit my needs. With vcita I was able to gather almost 100% of my needs and it makes my life so much easier with the level of customisation that it has. I can configure my services, packs, synch my calendars, offer multiple payment options, have the widget on my website and make use of the links to set up specific offers straight into my website.
