What do you like best about Calendly?

I have been using Calendly for over a year and it is really very user friendly. The best part is that it has some automatic features like sending automated emails to all the appointment bookings, sending an email for requesting additional information and also sending reminders. What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding the time on someone's schedule and then hoping them to honor the time is really challenging. Calendly booking makes it easy to book the time and makes sure there is no double booking at the same time. Also I can check my calendar for appointments and I keep getting reminders so I do not miss my appointments. So i think this was a big challenge that Calendly is solving for small business like me. What do you like best about Novi AMS?

It's easy to set up and use. It plays well with many other SaaS systems that we use and the staff are approachable, friendly, and solution-oriented. If you have issues, Novi doesn't make you file a ticket that gets answered by an anonymous email address. You just open the chat window in the site backend, and you're talking with a team member whose name you know (and who you've probably talked with before) within minutes.

They've worked to build a strong customer community. They treat their customers like they are members of a user association (most of their staff are former association staff, I think) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Novi AMS?

The only thing that Novi does not currently do that we want is facility member-to-member communications. It does connect to other platforms that do that, so it's not a huge issue.

Novi did not have all the bells and whistles that we wanted when we started with them a few years ago, but they've been very responsive to feedback and requests, and have added many new features that we've requested. What problems is Novi AMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Novi serves as an information hub for us to track our members (database), but also for our members to participate in the association(website). It's the central focus of our operations and activity. Many other SaaS platforms that we use connect or integrate with Novi in some way, and the two synch to Quickbooks Online saves us a huge amount of time by eliminating the need to export/import transactions and then have to reconcile them.

Note on the price: Novi is not the cheapest platform, and it shows. It has been well worth the cost to get the quality customer support and a system that works this well. There are far more expensive systems out there that are not half as good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iMIS?

The transition to iMIS has been great. Having the ability to build relationships with your implementation team so that they really understand your needs and can help problem solve has probably been the best part of our experience. They respect the budget we set forward, and while they educate us about how their other products would help, there is no pressure to purchase anything and stay within the parameters you have set. They have been incredible cheerleaders for our organization and staff throughout this process.

The software itself is great. Our organization has been on the hunt for something that really does it all, and I think we have found it with iMIS. We can manage our memberships, sponsorships, conferences, education, and more all in one space and there is no fear that we will outgrow the software as our Association grows. What do you like best about GReminders?

What I really like about GReminders is how flexible it is. The API options are robust, allowing me to easily connect it with other tools I use, which saves a ton of time. The ability to customize meeting reminders is a game changer since I can set them exactly how I need them freely. One of the best features for visiblity is how the meeting title automatically updates with whether the customer confirmed or denied, so I have direct visibility into each meeting without having to navigate anywhere else. What do you dislike about GReminders?

One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. Thryv has been a serious game changer. We are still in the middle of onboarding and getting all of our information pushed to Thryv and I couldn't be more excited. So far, we are very present on the internet on many different platforms, we have our much needed home base in which we are able to schedule, send estimates, let our clients know about upcoming events, specials etc.

having 24/7 assistance is HUGE!! It's a breath of fresh air as a business owner; knowing we will have a relation to any issues (if) and when they may arise. In my company we use Dashboard to easily access sellers' profiles since we are an online company that sells used cars therefore we rely heavily on this software. For me, ease of use is key - both for me and my customer. Leadmonk was simple to set up, and the control panel is intuitive to navigate. Because I travel to my clients, having the buffer feature allowing travel time between appointments makes a huge difference. If I had to nitpick, I'd say my one complaint is that available appointment days are highlighted in grey, which has made some clients think those were greyed-out days, not available days. What do you like best about GrowthZone?

Before Growthzone, our association management was disjointed, running through a Microsoft Access database, disconnected billing, communication software, tracking, etc. Nothing worked together. We are in awe of how well Growthzone has been able to bring our management all into one platform, where all staff can track and learn together. The ease of use is notable, as is the ability to customize memberships, and transfer custom fields, and data. There are also continuous improvements happening and the ability to request future updates.

Our initial transfer of data ane implementation was time consuming, but the data was transfered correctly and the implementation staff were excellent in the transfer.

We also appreciate the integration with our website and running the website through GZCMS, which helps us do more internally. We use the system constantly for hundreds and hundreds of events and are currently in development to create a library within the InfoHub for our members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GrowthZone?

There have been some issues in the past with other staff members having a tough time getting through to support, however, when issues have arisen, they have always gotten resolved.

WaitWell is an extremly responsive and helpful software company that is crucial for implementing complex line management installations. They worked well with the nuances of of government client and provided top of the line, nearly around the clock, support. Not only were they flexible with the timeline, they provided all the help that we needed to customize and go live with the software. Beyond the support - the software is everything we needed as well! What do you dislike about vcita?

Nothing, but I'd love the option to allow multiple languages to be set in parallel

What problems is vcita solving and how is that benefiting you?

I tested dozen of similar platforms and none would fully fit my needs. With vcita I was able to gather almost 100% of my needs and it makes my life so much easier with the level of customisation that it has. I can configure my services, packs, synch my calendars, offer multiple payment options, have the widget on my website and make use of the links to set up specific offers straight into my website. What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling?

Acuity scheduling has been an essential tool for the execution if my role. It is well curated into a simplified UI which made it soo easy for us to configure, implement, use and manage it all these time. It delivers a wide range of features and flexibility who h enable us to schedule different types of appointments from client meetups, group calls and many other. Acuity Scheduling customization capabilities are topnotch allowing us to reschedule, cancel and add appointments and make the necessary changes on our calendars. Our clients just have to download the app and they can send appointment links directly from acuity via email and those without my email usually send via the website because we have the scheduler embedded on our website. Acuity Scheduling comprehensivity is on another level. With features like attaching backup documents and forms on schedules, sending followup and reminder emails which makes coordination of schedules successful. I haven't experienced any other tool that integrates with so many softwares like Acuity Scheduling. It syncs with Google Calendar , CRM and PayPal so that we can seamlessly accept payments on Acuity Scheduling. Lastly this tool is reasonable priced with soo much benefits than we expected Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?

Though Acuity Scheduling is an impeccably good tool. We made a choice to move to calendly because Calendly offers even more integrations with virtual meeting tools than Acuity Scheduling. It therefore becomes an issue to automatically send out invite links with Zoom, GoogleMeet, Ms Teams or GoTo Meet So if it would accomodate a wide variety of online meeting tools it would be even better. Another problem we encountered was being unable to merge accounts for different businesses under one Acuity Calendar. Syncing different calendars is a big deal or even having multiple users under one Acuity profile Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acuity Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acuity Scheduling has simplified the process of scheduling appointments. It is convenient for us and our clients to coordinate and set up appointments. Integrating it with my calendar ensures that once there is a scheduled event at a certain time it automatically block off availability on the Acuity. This eliminates double bookings and back and forth emails. Effective and smooth scheduling saves us time and help me focus on personalized attendance to all my individual clients. This way I have had productive days since we deployed Acuity Scheduling. It helps plan and prepare for my video shoots, editing sessions delivering exemplary support to my clients. Off work having well laid out appointment schedules is one way to strike my work life balance.
