What do you like best about Calendly?

As a recruiter, I like that I can share a Calendly link with candidates via Gmail, LinkedIn and that it also integrates seamlessly with my ATS. It allows me to set times that I want to be available and also syncs to my Google calendar. I also like that it gives candidates the ability to schedule and reschedule, saving me time going back coordinating times with them and avoiding last minute rescheduling requests. What do you dislike about Calendly?

Depending on how you set your availability and the volume of people you're scheduling with, you may get a lot of back to back bookings. There also may be cases where someone doesn't understand how to reschedule or accept the invite on their end creating some confusion, but this is more an exception than a rule and wouldn't deter me from using Calendly. What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use calendly to schdule interviews both within my ATS (Greenhouse) and also when passively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn. I benefit by saving time going back and forth sharing my availability and requesting candidates availability, requesting contact information, and also can avoid last minute reschduling requests if they pop up. What do you like best about Novi AMS?

I’ve been a daily NoviAMS user since 2017 as it manages our non-profit trade association, and it has been an absolute game-changer. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate for individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned techies.

One of the standout features is its seamless integration with QuickBooks Online. This has saved us a significant amount of time and reduced errors when managing our financials, as everything syncs automatically. Whether I’m tracking memberships, managing events, or running reports, the software ensures everything runs smoothly.

Overall, NoviAMS has simplified our operations and made our work more efficient. The onboarding process was something we were unsure about but nded up being smooth. We had a dedicated team member every step of the way. I highly recommend it to any non-profit organization or association looking for an intuitive and effective complete management tool.

What do you dislike about Novi AMS?

This is so difficult because there aren't many downsides to the product for us. Almost no downtime in the almost 10 years we have been using it.

I would say it's ability to use other products but now it has an open API so other tools and software work together. That's a gamechanger for our trade show.

Before NoviAMS, we wre trakcing memberships using a clunky spreadsheet. That is a thing of the past.

We used to do so many manual ccounting tasks that are 100% automated and trackable using NoviAMS and QuickBoos Online.

We are saving so much precious staff time now that members can register themselves, download receipts, add their own team members, etc., using their Member Compass dashboard.

What do you like best about GReminders?

What I really like about GReminders is how flexible it is. The API options are robust, allowing me to easily connect it with other tools I use, which saves a ton of time. The ability to customize meeting reminders is a game changer since I can set them exactly how I need them freely. One of the best features for visiblity is how the meeting title automatically updates with whether the customer confirmed or denied, so I have direct visibility into each meeting without having to navigate anywhere else. What do you dislike about GReminders?

One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. I love that I am able to have an account feature on my website and patients find it easy to use. It's easy scheduling and easy to manage. I wish that it could have an inventory section to help with seeing what's being used per job (patient) and what needs to be restocked. I wish I could create some forms for patients to sign or something I can create to attach what was done with a patient (more detailed and easier to use other than adding an internal note). In my company we use Dashboard to easily access sellers' profiles since we are an online company that sells used cars therefore we rely heavily on this software. It also easily allows us to see the name and details of the dealer that bought the seller's car, we can see what documents the seller has uploaded so we can know which are missing so we can chase them. What do you dislike about Leadmonk?

If I had to nitpick, I'd say my one complaint is that available appointment days are highlighted in grey, which has made some clients think those were greyed-out days, not available days. I added a note in the appointment description to help them overcome the confusion, but a more welcoming color for availability would be more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leadmonk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Once I've already done intake, using Leadmonk is allowing me to invite clients to book follow-up appointments at their leisure, making it easier for me to get out the door at the end of an appointment and stay on time for my next call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GrowthZone?

Before Growthzone, our association management was disjointed, running through a Microsoft Access database, disconnected billing, communication software, tracking, etc. Nothing worked together. We are in awe of how well Growthzone has been able to bring our management all into one platform, where all staff can track and learn together. The ease of use is notable, as is the ability to customize memberships, and transfer custom fields, and data. There are also continuous improvements happening and the ability to request future updates.

Our initial transfer of data ane implementation was time consuming, but the data was transfered correctly and the implementation staff were excellent in the transfer.

We also appreciate the integration with our website and running the website through GZCMS, which helps us do more internally. We use the system constantly for hundreds and hundreds of events and are currently in development to create a library within the InfoHub for our members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GrowthZone?

There have been some issues in the past with other staff members having a tough time getting through to support, however, when issues have arisen, they have always gotten resolved.

There are a few areas we would like to see some more customization, but it seems to be headed in that direction witht the progressing development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is vcita solving and how is that benefiting you?

I tested dozen of similar platforms and none would fully fit my needs. With vcita I was able to gather almost 100% of my needs and it makes my life so much easier with the level of customisation that it has. I can configure my services, packs, synch my calendars, offer multiple payment options, have the widget on my website and make use of the links to set up specific offers straight into my website.
