Finding the time on someone's schedule and then hoping them to honor the time is really challenging. Calendly booking makes it easy to book the time and makes sure there is no double booking at the same time. Also I can check my calendar for appointments and I keep getting reminders so I do not miss my appointments. So i think this was a big challenge that Calendly is solving for small business like me. The only thing that Novi does not currently do that we want is facility member-to-member communications. It does connect to other platforms that do that, so it's not a huge issue.

Novi did not have all the bells and whistles that we wanted when we started with them a few years ago, but they've been very responsive to feedback and requests, and have added many new features that we've requested. Novi serves as an information hub for us to track our members (database), but also for our members to participate in the association(website). It's the central focus of our operations and activity. Many other SaaS platforms that we use connect or integrate with Novi in some way, and the two synch to Quickbooks Online saves us a huge amount of time by eliminating the need to export/import transactions and then have to reconcile them.

Qualified allows our SDR team to scale without additional resources by leveraging their AI SDR. We utillize this functionality during offhours to engage with website visitors and convert these conversations into meetings. The tool also allows us to route support requests quickly to the apprioriate internal resource or content on our site, creating a better customer experience. Qualified also allows our team to surface specific offers to known prospects that helps to drive speed to lead. The analytics provided by Qualified are extremely valuable and allow us to create tailored campaigns based on intent and have better insights into our website visitors. There have been occasional reports of Boomerang not syncing properly with Gmail, or scheduled emails failing to send on time. While these issues aren't extremely common, they can be frustrating when you rely on Boomerang to ensure emails are sent exactly when you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can craft emails when it's convenient for you, even if it’s late at night or on the weekend, and Boomerang will handle sending them at the most optimal time. One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. It would be terrific to include a barcode/QR code scanning feature in Waitwhile. We deal with six-digit strings of numbers that are cumbersome to type in to our devices from Waitwhile. Aside from favorable interactions, our customer satisfaction depends on the speed and efficiency by which we are able to serve them. Waitwhile helps us communicate with our customer via text and alerts us to their presence in a timely fashion. Now that a serve/complete button has been implemented, I love that we no longer have to toggle between "Now Arrived" and "Now Serving" cues to click customers through. We haven't had a "homebase" (CRM) in which we could really get in touch with our clients and send blast emails that will notify our clients of specials and services we offer.

Thryv has been a serious game changer. We are still in the middle of onboarding and getting all of our information pushed to Thryv and I couldn't be more excited. So far, we are very present on the internet on many different platforms, we have our much needed home base in which we are able to schedule, send estimates, let our clients know about upcoming events, specials etc.

having 24/7 assistance is HUGE!! It's a breath of fresh air as a business owner; knowing we will have a relation to any issues (if) and when they may arise. - The lead distribution structure in my organization is complicated and we have reps handling leads based on their location, size and how soon they want to implement our solution. Earlier, as the leads came in, we would manually route them to the appropriate rep and this process was prone to error and time-consuming.

- Track’s team worked with us to replicate this entire routing system online and they got it done within a matter of hours. This automated our entire lead routing process and now we just watch the leads come in and get assigned to the right rep without any manual work or errors. It feels like magic! There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.

If I had to nitpick, I'd say my one complaint is that available appointment days are highlighted in grey, which has made some clients think those were greyed-out days, not available days. I tested dozen of similar platforms and none would fully fit my needs. With vcita I was able to gather almost 100% of my needs and it makes my life so much easier with the level of customisation that it has. I can configure my services, packs, synch my calendars, offer multiple payment options, have the widget on my website and make use of the links to set up specific offers straight into my website. Though Acuity Scheduling is an impeccably good tool. We made a choice to move to calendly because Calendly offers even more integrations with virtual meeting tools than Acuity Scheduling. It therefore becomes an issue to automatically send out invite links with Zoom, GoogleMeet, Ms Teams or GoTo Meet So if it would accomodate a wide variety of online meeting tools it would be even better. Another problem we encountered was being unable to merge accounts for different businesses under one Acuity Calendar. Acuity Scheduling has simplified the process of scheduling appointments. It is convenient for us and our clients to coordinate and set up appointments. Integrating it with my calendar ensures that once there is a scheduled event at a certain time it automatically block off availability on the Acuity. This eliminates double bookings and back and forth emails. Effective and smooth scheduling saves us time and help me focus on personalized attendance to all my individual clients. This way I have had productive days since we deployed Acuity Scheduling. It helps plan and prepare for my video shoots, editing sessions delivering exemplary support to my clients.
